专利摘要:
The invention relates to wastewater treatment methods and can be used in chemical industry, in particular in the production of yellow phosphorus. The aim of the invention is the possibility of separating yellow phosphorus from wastewater. The wastewater produced by yellow phosphorus is filtered on a centrifugal filter at 50-70 ° C, pH 0.5-4.0. After filtration, the water containing phosphorus is settled for 30-60 minutes and a yellow phosphorus is obtained. The water separated from yellow phosphorus is treated with an oxidizing agent — air or a white liquor — and neutralized with calcium metasilicate, which is used as slag from phosphoric furnaces. 1 hp f-ly.

The invention relates to wastewater treatment and can be used in the chemical industry, in particular in the production of yellow phosphorus.
The purpose of the invention is the possibility of separating yellow phosphorus from wastewater.
The method is carried out as follows.
Wastewater production of yellow phosphorus is filtered on a centrifugal filter at a temperature of 50-70 ° C, pH 0.5-4.0. After filtration, the water is settled for 30-60 minutes and pure yellow phosphorus is obtained. The water separated from phosphorus is treated with an oxidizing agent — air or bleaching liquor — and neutralized with calcium metascite.
With a pH of 0.5-4.0 and a temperature of 50-70, the filter cake of the centrifugal filter consists of a small amount of yellow phosphorus and hexafluorosilicic acid salts and their hydrolysis products, and the whole yellow phosphorus passes into the filtrate along with the phosphoric acid. It is not recommended to carry out the process at a temperature below 50 ° C, since the time of the centrifugal filter, the time between the two necessary filter defenses and the amount of yellow phosphorus leaving the centrifugal filter with water decrease.
Temperatures above 70 ° C do not simply reduce the time.
Air or bleaching liquor is used as an oxidizing agent; calcium metasilicate is used as a neutralizing agent; phosphoric furnace slag is used as the oxidizing agent.
Example 1. Sewage water from the production of yellow phosphorus is fed to a centrifugal filter and filtration is carried out at a pH of 2-3 and a temperature of 55 ° C; filter life is 8 hours. Water after filtration containing 290 mg / l of phosphorus is settled for 30 minutes in a sump. The water after settling contains 25 mg / l of phosphorus, To 50 the water is added 200 l / h of whitening liquor (NaOCl), the residual phosphorus content in water. mg / l. The water is then sent to a neutralized DI10, calcium metasilicate (granulated slab of phosphoric furnaces).

Example 2: Filtration is subjected to wastewater at pH 2-3 and a temperature of 60 ° C. The water after filtration on a centrifugal filter contains 330 mg / l of phosphorus. Next, the waste water is treated as in example 1, the filter life is 8 hours,
Example 3 A filtration on a centrifugal filter is subjected to water at a pH of 2-3 and a temperature of 70 ° C. After filtration, water contains 350 mg / l of phosphorus. Next, the water is defended for 60 minutes in the sump.
The phosphorus content in water after settling Menepla 1 mg / l. The water is then sent to neutralize. The filter has a lifetime of 8 hours,
Example 4; Water is treated at a pH of 1.5 at a temperature of 60 ° C on a centrifugal filter. The water after filtration contains 330 mg / l of phosphorus. Further purification is carried out according to Example 3. The filter has a service life of 8 hours,
Example 5, Sewage water is filtered at pH 4 and a temperature of 55 ° C. The water after filtration contains 280 mg / l of phosphorus. Next, the treatment is carried out according to example 1, the service life of the filter is 7 hours,
Example 6, the treatment is carried out according to example 5, but at pH 0.5, the filtered water contains 290 mg / l of phosphorus. Filter life 8 hours.
Example 7 Sewage water is filtered at pH 2-3 and temperature 60 seconds. The filter runs for 8 hours. The filtered water contains 330 mg / l of phosphorus per liter and after 30 minutes of settling, 29 mg of phosphorus per liter.
Next, the separated water is oxidized by blowing 2000 air into 50 mV4 of water. The phosphorus content in water is reduced to 1 mg / l. Then the water is neutralized.
