![]() Refrigerating storage for products at various temperature levels
专利摘要:
A plant for storage of goods intended to be stored at different temperature levels, especially freeze storage and cold storage, including storage compartments adapted to receive pre-loaded containers, to and from which compartments the containers are moved by means of a handling apparatus permitting vertical movement. The novelty is that one or more storage compartments (8), which can be opened upwards and are intended for goods having a storage temperature strongly deviating from the ambient temperature, are arranged inside one or more compartments constituting a climatic barrier and suitably formed as upwardly openable bearing compartments (9) for goods having a storage temperature less deviating from the ambient temperature, and that a part (1) of a building or the like containing the storage compartments is especially adapted to be surrounded on all sides by a medium having a temperature which is approximately constant independently of the times of the year and like variations. 公开号:SU1391504A3 申请号:SU853862703 申请日:1985-02-28 公开日:1988-04-23 发明作者:Фредриксон Бенни 申请人:Бенни Фредриксон (SE); IPC主号:
专利说明:
O1 The invention relates to structures for storing products at different temperature levels, mainly for frozen and refrigerated products. The purpose of the invention is to reduce construction costs, reduce energy costs and increase reliability during operation. FIG. 1 shows refrigerated storage, cross section; in fig. 2 is the same side view with a partial cut; in f. 3 - refrigerated storage with a base located in the ground; on a cig 4 - the same, with the base located in the water, in FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a perspective view with a partial cut-out in FIG. 6 shows a preferred embodiment of the loading and unloading equipment. The refrigerated storage for products at different temperature levels, mainly for products in the frozen and cooled states, includes a housing including base 1 and trim 2. In slot 1 there is a chamber 3 for refrigerated foods and located in it chamber A for frozen foods, walls 5 and walls 4 and 4 of the chambers 3 and 4 are made of durable heat insulating material. The bottom 6 of the chamber 4 is located above the bottom 7 of the housing with a gap and mounted on insulating supports 8. You can also arrange the bottom 6 on a layer of concrete (not shown) in which a large number of channels are made, In the upper part of chambers 3 and 4, beams 9 are laid, dividing the upper opening into a series of holes 10, covered by doors 11. Chamber 3, in addition to storing chilled products, also serves as a climate barrier. These chambers are designed to receive products in containers 12, which move through openings 10, which are normally closed by doors 11 and rest on supports 13 and 14, for example, on perforated metal sheets along which air ducts 15 and 16 are provided. Installation of containers is provided 12 with the formation between them of vertical air channels 17-19. Air for freezing and cooling is introduced from below and 0 0 O j " 50 5 about 5 circulates beneath and around containers 12, and these containers do not allow air to pass through. The superstructure 2 contains insulated walls 20 and a cap 21. Along the long sides of the body, the ceiling rails 22, which rest on the columns 23, extend and the suspension beam 24 moves along them, along which the mobile carriage 25 moves. equipped with quick-acting locking means, interacting with additional quick-acting locking means in containers 12. The movable carriage 25 may also carry the suspension 27. This is indicated in FIG. 1 dotted line), equipped with connecting means dp lifting and turning the door 11, when lifting and entering containers 12. Only people operating a mobile crane can remain in the room. The crane can be remotely controlled and electronically controlled by means of a computer, which, based on the command given to it, and the accumulated data relating to the products located in the compartments, can input or output the desired container by order. Containers 12 are removed and transferred to other vehicles on the loading platform or directly onto the vehicle platform. The base 1 of the cold storage is surrounded on all sides by a medium having a temperature that is almost constant regardless of the season, for example, placed in the ground or, more precisely, submerged in the ground, or it can be made floating (Fig. 4). This option is especially suitable for seasonal use when it can be mixed as desired. In the preferred embodiment (Fig. 5 /, the frozen food storage chamber is constructed from a series of prefabricated cassette units that can be placed in a relatively simple outer case in place. In this embodiment, only the frozen food storage chamber 9 is made of cassette blocks, while the chamber 3 for storing refrigerated products, which constitute the so-called climate barrier, is located around the cassette units. To simplify the construction and operation of the freezing or cooling system 28, they can be located in blocks that are easily disassembled so that they can be easily moved if desired. For reliable operation, several units should be used so that when leaving a separate unit it would be possible to maintain the desired freezing temperature. The handling equipment comprises a ceiling mobile carriage 25 moving along an upper beam 24, which, in turn, can move along rails 22 and is provided with a fixed guide device 29 including rollers and insulation. The guide device 29 with its surrounding insulation extends deep down towards the floor in chamber 3 or 4 so that there is free space with a height slightly higher than the height of the cargo conveyor 30, the rack, etc. In this embodiment, the containers 12 contain frame structures 31 provided with surfaces for supporting a number of freight conveyors 30. The use of such handling equipment ensures that only one freight conveyor is simultaneously exposed to air in chambers 3 and 4. Some of the freight Conveyors supported by the frame structure 31 are located in the chamber for frozen products, and some in the interior of the insulated guide device 30, while only one load howl conveyor remains free, i.e., the one that is introduced or just entered into the frame structure 31. The cargo conveyors and, accordingly, the products are thus subjected to minimal air exposure, which improves the quality of storage. 0 five 0 five During storage operation, containers 12 are loaded by means of a loading and unloading device into the chamber 3 for chilled products or into the chamber 4 for frozen products, where the required temperature is maintained by means of systems 28 for freezing or cooling. Placing the chamber for frozen foods inside the chamber for chilled foods prevents the cold from escaping through the walls and bottom of the refrigerator, which reduces the energy used to produce cold. Having the necessary number of doors allows you to eliminate unproductive cold leaks when removing containers from the chambers. Such a combination of chambers, the placement of loading and unloading equipment above them allows to reduce construction costs, improve reliability during operation of the refrigerator. 0 five 0 five
