This invention relates to a technique for processing plastics into articles, in particular, devices for removing articles from a molding device. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the removal of incompletely cooled products from a thermoforming device for forming articles from sheet synthetic material.
Figure 1 shows a device with articles extracted from a thermoforming device; 2 is a device for removing articles, a partial section; Fig. 3 shows a thermoforming device with a device for removing articles, placed between parts of the press; in FIGS. A and 5, the same at the moment of removing the products from the stamp of the thermoforming device; in fig. 6 and 7 — a thermoforming device with a device for removing products at the time of unloading the products onto the transport device; on . Fig. B is the same with a device for removing products having a different shape from the products shown in Figs. 3-7.
The device for removing products from the molding device is made in the form of a plate 1 having a support surface 2 for the product, the configuration of which is flat or corresponds to the configuration of the product surface in contact with it. Plate 1 is provided with channels 3 for circulating coolant, channels 4 for connecting to an evacuation system and supplying air under pressure, and openings 5 for controlled air evacuation and supplying air under pressure. One end of the plate 1 is made with a thickened section 6 for fastening it on the device for moving the plate (not shown -). Depending on the device for moving the plate and the device for transporting products, the thickened section 6 of the plate is provided with a hole 7 (Fig. 1) or is provided with a pin 8 (Fig. 5) to allow the plate I to communicate with the device for moving it. parts of products in contact with it (Fig. 8), or may be flat (Fig. 3).
In the presented drawings, a thermoforming device is shown, including a press with plates 9 and 10, moreover, in plate 9 the design slots 1 are made and an ejector 12 is installed with pushers 13, and in plate 10 are block-forms 14. In addition, the drawings show 1.5 devices for receiving and transporting and unloading unloaded products. Items 16 and 17 designate the product and the sheet of thermoplastic material from which the product is made, respectively.
The device works as follows.
After molding the articles 16 from the thermoplastic sheet 17 of the press plate 9 and 10, the plate 1 is inserted into the gap formed between them, moving it in a direction perpendicular to the vertical axis of the press, and positioning it on the top or under the slots 11. The plate can be move using the device for moving it so that it is pressed against the plate 9. Then through the holes 5 and. the channels 4, the internal cavity of the products 16, if they are made in the form of glasses, communicate with the vacuum system, creating a vacuum inside the glasses, whereby the products 16 are held on the supporting surface 2 of the plate 1, while the press plate 9 continues to move down or up (FIG. 4 and 5). Then the pushers 13 are disconnected from the products 16 and the plate 1 together with the products moves in the opposite direction, removing the product from the press.
When the movement of the plate 1 with pressing it to the press plate 9 is undesirable, the products can be separated from the walls of the nests 11 by means of the pushers 13 of the ejector 12 and pushed so that they adhere to the supporting surface 2 of the plate 1, after which the products are held on the specified surface due to the vacuum created inside the products through the said channels 4 and the holes 5, after removing the plate 1 with the articles from the press zone and placing it above the transport device 15, for example over perforated flax oh, which is placed under suction diffuser or over the troughs loader, a vacuum is switched off and dying system channels 4 po- provide air under pressure, which is output from the holes 5, article 16 is separated from the support surface 2 of the plate 1.
By connecting the plate 1 with the device for moving it through the pin 8 or the hole 7, the plate 1 is rotated while moving it towards the conveying device. After unloading products from plate 1, it is placed in a position in which it can remove the next set of products. Then the cycle repeats. Due to the implementation in the plate 1 of the channel 3 for the circulation of coolant, the incompletely cooled products that are terminated are removed.

A device for removing products from the molding device, made in the form of a plate, having a bearing surface for the product, the configuration of which is flat or corresponds to the configuration in contact with the surface of the product, and channels and holes for connection to the vacuum system and air supply under pressure, characterized by that, in order to ensure the removal of incompletely cooled products from a thermoforming device for forming articles from sheet synthetic material, the plate is provided with -inflammatory channels for circulating cooling medium.
