Apparatus for spot-welding small parts to a workpiece, comprising welding tongs (1) for a manipulator, which welding tongs consist of two tong arms (2, 3) and comprise an electromagnet, characterized in that the electromagnet is mounted to be displaceable along the electrode (8) of one tong arm (3) of the welding tongs (1) and consists of a lifting magnet (7) for transporting the small parts to be spot-welded.

    The invention relates to welding in particular to devices for resistance spot welding of small parts on a product.
    The whole invention is the expansion of technological possibilities.
    FIG. 1 shows the electrode holders of the device for resistance spot welding, side view; Fig.2 arm electrode carrier lifting electromagnet, front view.
    The device includes levers 1 and 2 pivotally connected between each other and can rotate one another by means of cylinders 3 and 4, the cylinder 4 being designed for coarse positioning of the lever and the cylinder 3 for precise positioning.
    The device has a connecting flange 5, with which it can be connected to the manipulator, so that the levers can be drawn over the manipulator with any cutter.
    In order to position small parts connected by spot welding, one of the levers 2 carries a lifting electric magnet 6, which is arranged to move along the electrode 7 of this lever 2, and lolus 8 and 9 which surround the electrode 7. To excite the lifting magnet 6, it serves covers the lifting magnet rod 6. The lifting magnet 6 is moved along the electrode 7 by means of a cylinder 11, which is located on the lever 2.
    If the spot welding device is brought to the prepared small part with a manipulator (not shown), and the lifting magnet 6 captures this part so that it takes the correct position for spot welding with respect to the electrode 7. After that, the levers 1 and 2 bring clamped small part to the product, to which it should be attached by spot welding, and positioned in relation to the product so that after compression of the levers t and 2, spot welding can be started. Before welding, the lift magnet 6 can be retracted as the small part is held by electrodes.

    DEVICE FOR CONTACT SPOT WELDING, containing electrode holders mounted on a manipulator and pivotally connected to each other and with a compression drive, characterized in that, in order to expand technological capabilities, one of the electrode holders is equipped with an electromagnet for holding welded parts, an electrode covering its poles and an installed with the ability to move along it.
