专利摘要:
A steering device for many-axled goose-neck trailers (2, 5) coupled behind a tractor (1) or other vehicles (5) via the goose-neck (3, 16) and a fifth wheel (4, 18) on the tractor (1) or other vehicle (5). Of the wheel sets of the trailer (2, 5) the foremost one (16, 18) and the rear ones (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 12a, 12b) are steered by friction against the road, and in addition thereto the rearmost ones (9a, 9b, 12a, 12b) of the rear wheel sets (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 12a, 12b) are also forcibly steered from the tractor (1) or other vehicle (5) by the fifth wheel (4, 18) of same via a transmission (48', 48''). The wheel sets may also be provided by a reverse lock (44).

专利说明:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a transport machinery industry, namely to control mechanisms for multi-axle trailers of vehicles.
The purpose of the invention is to increase traffic safety.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a vehicle, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 - wheel axle of a trolley with a control mechanism and a lock for reversing.
The road train consists of a tacha 1 and a multi axle trailer 2 with a frame 3 connected by pivotally turning discs 4 with a tach 1. A second trailer may also have another 5 trailer.
The trailer 2 has the following wheel axles: self-aligning 6, uncontrolled 7, self-aligning 8 and controlled 9, having the ability to disconnect from the transmission of the control mechanism.
The trailer 5 has sequentially mounted wheel axles: self-aligning 10, non-steering 11 and controlled 12, having the possibility of disconnecting from the transmission of the control mechanism.
The rear end 13 of the frame 3 of the trailer is coupled to a hitch 14 with a trolley 15, which is connected to the frame 16 of a trailer 5. Ha 17 connects the trolley 15 to the hitch 14 of the frame 3 of the trailer 2. The hinged disks 18 connect the cart 15 to the frame 16 trailer 5.
Lengthy cargo 19 is attached by means of the hinged disks 20 and 21 on trailers 2 and 5. One of the wheel axles 9 or 12 (Fig. 3) contains wheels 22 mounted on axles 23, which are connected to pivot bolts 25 by pivoting levers 24. The wheel axis 26 is connected with pins 25. Since the pins 25 are displaced forward in the direction of travel (arrow A) relative to the respective axes 23, and the levers 24 are interconnected through the rods 27, the wheels 22 are arranged parallel to the roadway.
Levers 24 are connected to rods 27 through pivotally mounted rods 28

The plugs 27 are interconnected through a gap; a pin element 29, having the form of a triangular plate with a protrusion 30, which, in turn, is connected with the middle of the double shaft 31. The ends of the rod 31 are connected to the pistons located in the hydraulic cylinders 32, mounted on levers 33, which are associated with axis 26. The JQ System of elements, including
the protrusion 30, the rod 31 and the levers 33 are forcibly controlled by the respective pivotally rotating discs 4 or 18 through hydro; 1 of the line 34.
Intermediate element 29 has a square hole 35 for a finger, which is split behind the specified element and controlled by an electric actuator 36 from the driver’s cab.
The wheel axles 6, 8 and 10 are rotatable except for the connection between the rods 28, which is made rigid, with a square hole in the middle for the reverse stop, and with the exception of the hydraulic connection that includes elements 30-33; .
The wheels of the trolley are connected by means of levers 37 by bellows 38, which serve to continuously hold wheels 22 in contact with the roadway. The front ends of the arms 37 are pivotally connected to the beam 39 attached to the trailer chassis, and the rear ends to the bellows 38, which, in turn, are attached to the bottom chassis. The pressure in the bellows 38 is automatically regulated by valves depending on the load on the trailer.
The device works as follows.
The long load 19 is carried by two trailers 2 and 5. The telescopic connection between the trailers is carried out by means of traction 17 so that the train can operate in curvilinear sections. The functional and forced control of the wheel axles 9 and 12 allows them to be rotated opposite to the steered wheels 1. The other wheel axles 8 of the trailer 2 also turn out when turning, respectively, 55 trailers 2 and 5 more closely follow the trajectory of movement. gacha
