The invention relates to the mining industry, namely to a cutting tool for mining machines. Cutting tools for mining machines are known, including a housing and a cutting head with cutting edges, having supply channels 13.

The goal is achieved by the fact that in a cutting tool for mining machines, including a housing and a working head with a cutting face, having a water passage, in which a high-pressure nozzle is installed, located at a distance from the cutting face, the working head is equipped with a rod located in the channel , at the same time at one end of the rod is located the nozzle, and the other end is equipped with a connecting element.
The connecting element is designed as a flange.

The cutting tool (Fig. 1) includes a body 1 and a working head 2 with a cutting face 3. The working head is provided with a hollow rod 4, which is located in the water supply channel 5, which is made inside the working head with its exit to the cutting face. At one end of the hollow rod | there is a high-pressure nozzle 6 installed at a distance from the cutting face. the other end of the hollow shank rod | n a connecting element made, for example, in the form of a flange 7. The hollow rod is provided with a cartridge 8, in which the nozzle is installed, and secured in the workpiece, for example, by means of a threaded connection. The diameter of the rod is larger than the diameter of the supply channel that goes to the cutting face. The high pressure nozzle can be located perpendicular to the cutting surface. In this case, the outlet channel has a conical expansion 9, which is 2 - 10 times larger than the diameter of the channel. On the executive body of the plow, the cutters with nozzles 10 can alternate with conventional cutters 11 (Fig. 3).
When the tool is in operation, a high-pressure water jet (Fig. 4) flows out onto the bottom 12 obliquely, and in front of the cutting tool a loosened gap is formed, into which the cutting tool enters.
