The invention relates to the manufacture of plastic hollow articles, in particular, to a device for the manufacture of plastics hollow products from a melt, and can be used in the chemical industry, in mechanical engineering.
A device for the manufacture of plastic hollow products from a melt is known, comprising a housing with an inlet and a die for a melt in which a connecting inlet and outlet channel of variable section with a mandrel placed therein is formed.
However, the known device does not provide for the manufacture of products with several cavities.
The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is devices for manufacturing plastic hollow products from a melt, comprising a housing with an inlet and outlet, in which a connecting inlet and outlet is made, a channel of variable cross section with mandrels placed in it connected to the case jumpers.
In the known device, the front part of the mandrels is made with conical tips, and the body is made detachable. Thanks to the installation of a dorno in the housing, the known device ensures the manufacture of multi-cavity products 2J.
The disadvantages of the known device are that the melt flow is interrupted in the area of the side fixing bridges and transverse currents occur, causing completely non-compressible stresses, which adversely affect the quality of the hollow products, and distort the profile.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the products obtained by preventing profiles from distorting the elimination of stresses in the melt flow.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for manufacturing plastic hollow products from a melt, comprising a housing with an inlet and a melt inlet, in which an inlet and outlet are connected, a variable cross-section channel with sleeves located in it connected to the body
bridges, mandrels in the area of the side fixing bridges are provided with transversely longitudinal axis of the device and connecting projections with the side fixing bridges that increase the cross section of the mandrels by an amount equal to the thickness of the side fixing bridges.

The device for the manufacture of plastic hollow articles comprises a housing 1 with an inlet and an outlet for the melt, assembled with a collection of elements 2-5 and an element 6 that acts as a profile nozzle for the preparation of the product. Depending on the configuration of the profile of the product being manufactured, elements 2-6 are made detachable and in the horizontal plane. The end face 7 of the housing 1 is connected to an extruder (not shown). In case 1, a connection is made between the inlet and the outlet, a channel 8 of variable cross section, in which mandrels 10-12 are placed in the pre-forming zone 9, which are fixed to the element 5 of the housing 1 by side bridges 13 with bridges 13, in the zone of fixing jumpers 13 mandrels. 10.-12 are provided with protrusions 14 arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the device and connected to the lateral locking bridges, the cross-section of the mandrels 10-12, increasing. by an amount equal to the thickness of the side locking bridges 13, to divide the flow cross section into separate parts and then merge them before being released to melt.
The proposed device works as follows.
After the first round cross section 15, stream 16 (Fig. 6) in the first zone expands to the outer contour of the desired cross section profile 17 of the stream (Fig. 7). Then, in the zone 9 of the preforming, in the area of free tips of the mandrels 10-12, the stream is adjusted to the desired configuration of the product with several hollow chambers (figure 5). In the area of the fixing bridges 1-3, where the mandrels 10-12 are provided with protrusions 14, the cross section of the flow (Fig. 5) is subdivided from the side of the bridges 13 and moved outwards by the amount of the protrusion 14. The resulting individual parts or cross sections of the individual flows 18-20 correspond in the folded form to the cross section 17 of the flow (figure 5) and after passing through the zone-bridges 13 - across the cross section 17 of the flow shown in FIG. In this way, a voltage is achieved that does not cause a flow around the zone in which the fixing bridges 13 cores 10 to 12 are located, which ensures 54 improved quality and accuracy of the configuration, in particular, in the manufacture of complex products with hollow chambers in cross section. The height H of the external contour of the product is reached already at the beginning of the pre-molding zone 9 (Fig. 3) and correspondingly. It also has a height in the exit zone of the profile nozzle-element 6 (figure 2). The invention eliminates distortion of the melt flow caused by fixing bridges, eliminates additional voltages within the melt flow and improves the quality of the products, preventing the occurrence of individual streams of melt on their surface.

A MELF comprising a housing with an inlet and an outlet for the melt, in which a communicating inlet and outlet are made, a channel of variable cross section with mandrels placed in it, connected to the housing by side fixing jumpers, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the products obtained by preventing profile distortion and eliminating stresses in the melt flow, the mandrels in the area of the lateral fixing jumpers are equipped with protrusions located transversely to the longitudinal axis of the device and connected to the lateral fixing jumpers, g elichivayu- conductive cross section mandrel by an amount equal to the thickness of the side locking webs.
