The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for continuous casting a metal strip containing two tapes of heat-conducting material, a support base and support elements placed in a casing connected to a vacuum pump, each support element is designed as a rod with a flat head and is equipped with a spring and a flange , at the same time, it is installed in the support base and has a central channel with a nozzle. The support element is mounted on a sliding fit in a cylindrical guide support base. The support base is provided with stoppers that interact with the flanges of the support elements. The support base is made in the form of longitudinal adjacent segments. The support base can be made in the form of a box with a cooler feed chamber with nozzles and discharge channels. The head of the support element can be either circular or hexagonal in shape. The head has a central groove of a conical shape with an angle of 1-3.
