Figure 3A shows the collection part seen from above. Figure 3B shows the collection part seen in a side view. Figure 3C shows the collection part seen in a second side view. Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to the figures, a sampling device 1 is shown in accordance with the present invention. The present sampling device 1 is preferably intended for use in sampling liquid such as preferably rinsing liquid in a dishwasher for instruments and the like. The collected liquid preferably consists of the final rinsing liquid. Although a specific application for the present invention is indicated, it can be used in other applications where it is suitable for use. The present invention is thus not limited to use in connection with sampling of rinsing liquids. Device for sampling (1) of liquid comprising at least one collecting part 2 and at least one sampling container 3. The collecting part 2 and the sampling container 3 are in connection with sampling intended to be temporarily connected to each other by partially collecting the collecting part 2 in the sampling container 3. The collecting part 2 comprises at least one liquid collecting surface 4 and at least one transfer part 5 with which liquid is transferred to at least one inner space 6 in the sampling container 3. The transfer part 5 is preferably tubular and comprises at least one channel 7 whose first mouth 8 opens into the collecting surface 4 and a second mouth 9, which when the collecting part 2 and sampling container 3 are connected to each other opens into the inner space 6 of the sampling container 3 at a level lower than half the height between the upper edge 10 of the collecting space 6 and the bottom 11. When the collecting part 2 and the sampling container 3 are connected to each other, the mouth 9 of the transfer part 5 opens into the inner space 6 of the sampling container 3 at a level lower than a quarter of the height between the upper edge 10 of the inner space 6 and the bottom 11. When the collecting part 2 and the sampling container 3 are connected to each other, the mouth 9 of the transfer part 5 opens into the inner space 6 of the sampling container 3 at a level lower than one-fifth of the height between the upper edge 10 and the bottom 11 of the collecting space. In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the liquid collecting surface 4 is substantially flat and surrounded by at least one edge 12, rim or the like, which means that the collected liquid can have a specific depth. The shape of the liquid collecting surface 4 may in alternative embodiments deviate from the substantially radial direction (in use substantially horizontal surface). The liquid collecting surface 536 638 4 may, for example, be inclined towards the first mouth (and center of the surface). The shape of the inclined liquid-collecting surface 4 gives this a liquid-draining effect for the surface. It is further conceivable that the height of the edge is made adjustable by, for example, connectable rings or with another device suitable for the purpose. The transition between the surface and the edge preferably has a shape which facilitates cleaning and prevents residues from remaining in the heat. It is further conceivable that the liquid collecting device comprises fl your different collecting parts with different liquid collecting and liquid transfer properties. In various embodiments of the present device 1, the cross-sectional area of the channel of the transfer member is less than 80 percent of the cross-sectional area of the inner space of the sampling container. In the preferred embodiment of the present device, however, the cross-sectional area of the channel of the transfer member constitutes between 10 to 30 percent of the cross-sectional area of the inner space 6 of the sampling vessel 3. In the exemplary embodiment, the collection part 2 and the sampling container 3 have round cross-sections. In alternative embodiments, however, it is conceivable that at least one of the collecting part 2 and the sampling container 3 has some other form or shapes for the purpose of learning. It is thus conceivable that the collecting part 2 and / or sampling container 3 has an oval or otherwise not round cross-section. It is further conceivable that the collecting part 2 and the sampling container 3 have other shapes on the cross section such as triangular, square, pentagonal with fl your edges. The collecting part 2 preferably comprises a spacer unit 13 which entails that a certain distance between the sampling container 3 and the collecting part 2 is created. The spacer unit 13 further has the technical effect of constituting a centering unit for the position of the collecting part 2 relative to the sampling container 3. In the exemplary embodiment, the spacer unit 13 comprises at least a first spacer and centering means 14, at least a second spacer and centering means 15 and at least a third spacer and centering means 16. In alternative embodiments, the number of spacing and centering means may be fl or less than three. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the length unit distance is made adjustable. The adjustability can be achieved in that the construction comprises at least a first tube and at least a second tube which are arranged neatly or with another technique suitable for the purpose. 536 638 Between the centering means in the collecting part 2 and the edge 10 of the sampling container 3, at least one channel 17 is formed through passages, spaces or the like through which fl liquid can be effected from the inner space 6. Preferably fl your channels 17 or the like are formed. The sampling container 3 preferably comprises at least one inner space 6, to which the liquid collected by the collecting part is intended to be transferred via the transfer part 5. The inner space 6 preferably has such a volume that cultures can take place. In the exemplary embodiment, the container holds approximately 50 ml. In alternative embodiments, the collecting space may hold another volume suitable for the purpose greater or less than about 50 ml. In the exemplary embodiment, the sampling container 3 also comprises a variant of a foot 18, a support unit or the like. The construction of the foot can vary greatly within the scope of the present invention. In the preferred embodiment, the transition between the wall of the inner space and the bottom is radial or otherwise curved. It is further conceivable that the bottom has an arm angle of more than 90 degrees in relation to the axial direction of the collecting part. The inner surface, or inner surfaces should be of such a shape which allows a simple cleaning of the structure. The lower edge of the inner surfaces must furthermore be of a shape which allows a good fate which enables an efficient change of liquid in the container. This reduces the risk of errors in the measurement and that the sample constitutes a representative sample of the final rinsing liquid. The liquid-collecting surface may be straight, curved, or consist of at least a combination of said shapes. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the sampling container 3 consists of one or fl your parts. In such cases, these parts are joined together by a suitable joining method for the purpose. It is thus conceivable that the sampling container 3 consists of at least two parts which are joined together in a manner suitable for the purpose, such as by welding or similar method. The material in the parts of the measuring cup 1 is preferably made of stainless steel or the like. In alternative embodiments, however, it is conceivable that the sampling device is made of the material or material combinations suitable for the purpose. It is further conceivable that the device for the sampling parts are made of different types of materials. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the sampling device at the transition between the collecting part and the sampling container comprises at least one protection, protective means, to prevent spraying of water from the side penetrating into the container via, for example, the underside of the collecting device. When using the present measuring cup, it is placed in the machine where a sample is to be taken. The measuring cup can advantageously be placed together with other goods and included in the process chain as part of the goods to be processed. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the present device for sampling liquid comprises replaceable collecting parts. For example, a device may be included in a sampling system which includes at least a first sampling container, a first collection portion, and at least a second collection portion. The collection parts have different liquid collecting and liquid transfer properties. With the system, the liquid collecting and liquid transfer capability of the collection part (to the sampling part) can be adapted to different machines. In the detailed description of the present invention, structural details may be omitted which will be apparent to one skilled in the art to which the device pertains. Such obvious construction details are included to the extent required to obtain a satisfactory function for the present invention. Although certain preferred embodiments have been shown in more detail, variations and modifications of the method and apparatus may be apparent to those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. All such modifications and variations are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims. Advantages of the invention The present invention achieves a number of advantages. Firstly, an improved sampling device is obtained which solves at least one of the said technical problems. For example, the device provides an improved ability to take a representative sample of the final rinse water in a washing machine. Another advantage of the present invention is that a third party sampling of a non-volatile machine can take place.
