20 25 30 35 534 201 extended embodiments of the invention are subject to the dependent claims.
The object of the present invention is a chassis for a vehicle crane, to which the vehicle crane can be attached. The chassis must in turn be able to be attached to a vehicle. The chassis comprises a frame part which is placed on the upper surface of the vehicle's longitudinal frame beams and fasteners to attach the chassis to the vehicle. The fasteners according to the invention comprise a lever piece, which is placed in the body part of the chassis on the side which is placed parallel to the body beam of the vehicle. The lever piece is attached to its support point hinged to the frame part of the base.
The support point divides the lever piece into a first shaft section and a second shaft section. The first shaft section of the lever piece is attached to the frame part of the base, so that it extends above the flat surface of the frame beam. In this case, it can be moved with a transfer means placed in the chassis, such as a hydraulic or other medium-driven cylinder, from the direction above the body beam, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body beam. In this case, the second shaft section of the lever piece, which extends below the flat surface of the frame beam, can be surface med with transfer means between a position against the frame beam and a position separate therefrom. Such a solution can be realized in its entirety as the construction of the chassis, and no changes are required in the construction of the car.
On each side which is placed parallel to the body beam of the vehicle in the body part of the chassis, there are placed two lever pieces movably arranged with transfer means. In this case, the chassis can be read at the body of the vehicle in four points. In this way, a fault in a cylinder does not cause a risk situation, where the chassis could be completely detached from the vehicle. In addition, you can choose cylinders with a smaller size than in the solution with a cylinder.
According to one aspect, the lever pieces located on the same side are joined to a connecting piece. The connecting piece is placed in the second shaft sections of the lever pieces. When fastened, this provides a larger contact surface between the lever pieces and the body beam.
In addition, the fasteners may comprise securing pieces with a first shaft section extending above the planar surface of the body beam and a second shaft section extending below the plane surface of the body beam. The securing pieces function according to the corresponding lever principle as the lever pieces, but they are arranged to receive the locking piece, for example a pin, which prevents the lever from moving. With the aid of the securing pieces, the detachment of the chassis can be prevented in a situation where the second shaft section of the lever piece would become detached from the body beam in an undesirable manner. This is possible, for example, in connection with a cylinder breaking.
According to one aspect, the end of the second shaft section of the lever piece is formed to the letter L, wherein one side is placed when attached to the side surface of the body beam and the other side is placed on the lower surface of the plane of the body beam.
The advantage of this is that the lifting piece can direct forces both towards the side surface of the frame beam and towards the lower surface of the plane of the frame beam. The connecting piece can also be achieved in this case with the shape of the letter L. This increases the rigidity of the construction in the fasteners. It is possible to make the connecting piece also in two parts, so that it joins a rake arm piece and a fuse piece.
The chassis of the vehicle crane utilizes the already existing construction of the car body and its rigidity, whereby the construction can be realized simply and easily. The car's empty weight will be smaller, as the fastening arrangement for the vehicle crane to be placed above the car body can be realized more easily.
The lighter construction of the crane section enables the transport of larger loads, provided that the loads are transported when the crane is attached.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will now be explained in more detail in connection with the preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, of which: Figure 1 shows a vehicle chassis base according to the embodiment of the invention seen obliquely from above; Figure 2A shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in Figure 1 seen from the end; Figure 2B is a partial view of the fasteners for the vehicle crane chassis; Figure 3 shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in Figure 1 seen obliquely from below; figure 4 shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in figure 1 seen straight from below; figure 5 shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in figure 1 seen straight from the side; Figure 6 shows the attachment of the vehicle crane chassis according to the embodiment of the invention in the vehicle body seen obliquely from above; Figure 7 shows the chassis of the vehicle crane according to the embodiment of the invention attached to the body of the vehicle seen obliquely from above; Figure 8 is a partial view of the vehicle crane chassis according to Figure 6 seen obliquely from above; Figure 9 is a partial view of the vehicle crane chassis according to Figure 7 seen obliquely from above. 10 15 20 25 30 35 534 201 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 presents an embodiment of a chassis for a vehicle crane. The chassis part 50 of the chassis has two side beams 51, 52, which are placed on top of the body beams of the vehicle. The side beams 51 and 52 are joined by two intermediate beams 53 and 54.
On the sides of the side cups 51, 52 there are lever pieces 2 and fuse pieces 3. The lever pieces 2 fl are surfaceed with cylinders (shown in Figures 8 and 9) placed in the body part.
Intermediates 53 and 54 also have means for attaching a transfer cylinder (not shown). With the transfer cylinder, the chassis fl can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The transfer cylinder is placed by attaching a piston shaft to grooves 61 in the lower surface of the intermediate beam 54. The thicker cylinder section of the transfer cylinder can be placed in a bracket 62 and attached at one end to the vehicle.
Figure 2A shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in Figure 1 seen from the gable. The lower surface of the side beams 51, 52 has sliding pieces 7. The sliding pieces are placed on top of the frame beams and the chassis can be moved more easily onto the frame beams due to the action of the transfer cylinder. The sliding pieces 7 can be for example of plastic material, such as nylon material or another corresponding material with sufficient hardness. The material of the sliding pieces 7 has been chosen so that its frictional properties facilitate a fl movement of the crane in a fixed position above the frame. The lever piece 2 is shown in a position where it locks the chassis to the vehicle's body beam.
Figure 2B is a partial view of the lever piece 2 of the vehicle crane chassis. The lever piece 2 is attached to the chassis articulated in a support point 23, so that by moving its first shaft section 21, the second shaft section 22 can be tilted in the opposite direction. At the end of the first shaft section 21 there is a hole 26, in which the end of the fastening cylinder e.g. the end of the cylinder piston shaft can be attached. In the end of the second shaft section there is a design, which is placed against the profile of the side beam. The first side 25 of the gable is placed when fastened to the side surface of the frame beam and the second side 24 of the gable is placed towards the lower surface of the plane of the profile of the frame beam. Together, these two sides form a surface substantially the shape of the letter L.
Figures 3 and 4 show the undercarriage of the vehicle crane seen from below.
The cylinders acting as transfer means 10 are attached to the intermediate beams 10 15 20 25 30 35 534 201-53 and 54. The intermediate beams 53 and 54 are attached to the side beams 51 and 52 with angle brackets 55. The angle brackets 55 are welded to the side beams and the intermediate beams 53 and 54 is with screw fastening in the intermediate beams 53 and 54. In the end of the transfer means 10 there is a fastening ring 11, through which a pin attached to the angle brackets is placed. In this way, the angle fittings 55 are used both when attaching the frame part 50 of the chassis and when attaching the transfer means 10. It should be noted that the shape and attachment of the angle fittings can vary according to the length of the transfer member 10. It is also possible to attach the transfer member directly to the intermediate beam 53 or 54.
Figure 5 shows the chassis of the vehicle crane in Figure 1 seen straight from the side.
The lever pieces 2 are attached to the transfer shaft 12 of the transfer member. Here the transfer shaft is extended, the lower shaft part of the lever piece 2 being pivoted inwards. Between the lever pieces 2 there are two securing pieces 3, which are locked in place with a locking pin 31. In addition, the lever pieces 2 and the securing pieces 3 are connected to each other with a connecting piece 32. The connecting piece 32 provides a larger contact surface between the fasteners and the chassis body 50.
Figure 6 shows the attachment of the vehicle crane chassis to the vehicle body beams 100 and 200. The body beams 100 and 200 may be the vehicle body beams or the vehicle auxiliary body beams, provided the vehicle has an auxiliary body. The fasteners are opened in a position where the chassis can be placed with the support of auxiliary feet (not shown) and detached from the vehicle.
The locking pins 31 of the securing pieces 3 are loosened, the securing pieces not preventing the loosening of the lever arms from the body beam 100, 200. The first shaft section 21 of the lever piece 2 has been retracted by the action of the transfer means, the second shaft section 21 being outwardly.
Figure 7 shows the chassis attached to the vehicle body beams 100 and 200.
The first shaft section 21 of the lever piece is projected with the transfer shaft 12 of the transfer member, the second shaft section 21 being moved inwards towards the body beam 100. The end of the second shaft section of the lever piece is shaped as shown in Figure 2B, so that it is attached to the lower surface the side surface of the flat surface 101 of the frame beam 101.
Figures 8 and 9 show the attachment of the transfer member 10 to the intermediate beams 50 of the frame part 50. the transfer shaft 12 of the transfer member 10 is positioned so as to move back and forth above the body beam 534 201 100. The transfer member preferably operates with the same medium as the vehicle crane, whereby the power transmission can be taken from the crane couplings.
For a person skilled in the art, it is obvious that the basic idea of the invention can be realized in many different ways, as the technology develops.
The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above, but they may vary within the scope of the claims.
