专利说明:

534 169 but stands straight out radially towards the vegetation, which means that vegetation is cut off and folds and follows into the saw blade of the saw blade. When sawing in trees, the large saw teeth, which protrude a good distance outside the diameter of the saw blade, first strike the outer surface of the tree with great force at the beginning of the sawing, whereby the blade easily breaks or becomes crooked or stops rotating. The saw teeth cannot work efficiently when sawing, as they do not really reach the wood, as they work with a shorter radius than the large saw teeth, which means that you can only cut down sly and vegetation with this saw blade with dubious success.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the disadvantages which exist with the above-mentioned constructions, by arranging the saw teeth along the periphery of a circular saw blade, which have angled recesses, each having an angled side with an edge facing the vegetation to cut it down around the trees and make room for the saw teeth to cut down the trees.
Thanks to the invention, a saw blade has now been provided for felling forests, which is also used to remove shrubs, sly and grass and other vegetation around the trees in connection with the felling of the trees, e.g. with a forestry machine with felling unit including the saw blade or a motor-driven hand tool. According to the invention, this is done with a reduced clamping effect against the saw blade, thus also with. reduced friction, which reduces the felling time and energy consumption.
According to the invention, the saw blade has a number of recesses, of which at least two of these are angled recesses, which are arranged along the periphery of the saw blade at a distance from each other. The angled recesses have an opening 534 'H59 in the periphery, where the saw teeth are missing. Together, the angled recesses occupy at least 30 percent of the circumference of the saw blade, at a radius calculated up to the saw teeth. The angled recesses each have an angled side, which is substantially straight and which extends radially into the saw blade from the periphery with an angle of max. 70 degrees, angled from a line constituting the key of the saw blade or corresponding to 30 degrees from the radius, which connects to the key . The angled side has an edge, which is directed towards the vegetation, when the saw blade rotates in a direction of rotation 'towards the vegetation, to cut it obliquely towards the vegetation and remove it from the saw blade and closest to the tree in connection with the felling. In a preferred embodiment, the edge is ground as a cutting edge from the underside of the saw blade, the one facing downwards during sawing, to its upper side with an oblique angle of attack, in order to. forming the edge at the upper side, which extends from the periphery angled radially into the saw blade with a length maximum corresponding to the length of the angled side. The edge then forms a cutting edge, which when sawing the tree planes into the cut surface of the tree, which is turned upwards. In this way, a space is created between the saw blade and the cutting surface, which increases the friction between them, whereby the saw blade rotates more easily. The oblique angle of attack on the insert means that the saw blade also acts as a fan to blow away the vegetation and dirt, sand and soil from the tree and the cut surfaces down to the ground. The angled recesses are V-shaped and extend radially into the saw blade maximally with a distance to the tip of the Vset, which corresponds to about half the radius of the saw blade, seen towards the side surface of the saw blade. The V-shaped recesses are provided with the opening in the Vzet located in the periphery, while the tip of the Vzet 534 169 faces the center of the saw blade. Then one leg of the V constitutes the angled side, which is at least twice as long as the other leg of the V, which has an unsharpened edge along substantially its entire length. In this way a long cut is obtained which is angled, in order to cut the vegetation obliquely without it getting stuck in the saw blade.
Method of using the saw blade, starting in a step l with the saw blade clearing the vegetation with the inserts, which are facing the vegetation around a first tree. The saw blade is then controlled from a forestry machine or a motor-driven hand tool, which removes the vegetation from the tree. Then in a step 2, a first tree is felled, which begins with the saw teeth first starting to saw superficially in the tree, after which in a step 3, the inserts, on further sawing, also start planing in the cut surface, which is turned upwards across the tree. longitudinal direction, to create an increased space for the continued sawing of the saw blade, which makes the saw blade rotate more easily with less friction, even if some vegetation would occasionally enter the saw cut, after which the sawing continues and the tree is felled in a step 4, after which deforestation progresses trees after trees.
The greatest advantages of the invention are thus that clearing vegetation and sawing of trees takes place with the same saw blade and forest implement. The cuts in the saw blade are angled out towards the vegetation and therefore cut off this and take it out of the tree. The angled insert also reduces the friction against the cutting surfaces and thus also reduces vibrations and noise emission from the saw blade, which then saws more efficiently, without it 534 169 jamming, heating up or being damaged. This saves working time and saw blades, and reduces work injuries. The saw blade also saws faster and more efficiently with less energy consumption in tree trunks than the traditional saw blades that cannot clear the vegetation.
The invention is described in more detail below. by means of a preferred embodiment, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of a saw blade seen towards its side surface from below, Fig. 2 shows a part of a forest felling site, where felling is taking place, Fig. 3 shows a vertical section through a part of the saw blade, which sawed a piece in 5. a tree trunk.
As can be seen from Figures 1-3, a saw blade 1 is shown, which has saw teeth 5 in three places, and three recesses 6, in the form of angled recesses 23, which are arranged in the periphery 4 of the saw blade 1. Each angled recess 23 has an opening 15 in the periphery 4, where the vegetation is to penetrate at the rotation of the saw blade 1. Each angled recess 23 has an angled side 7, which extends into the saw blade 1 from the periphery 4 at an angle 8 of about 45 degrees, seen from the tangent 27 of the saw blade 1, angled towards the vegetation 3, when the saw blade 1 rotates 5. a direction of rotation 28 The angled side 7 has an edge 9, which is ground as a cutting edge 12 from the underside 10 of the saw blade 1, to its upper side 11 with an oblique angle of attack, forming the edge 9 at the upper side 11 in the form of a cutting edge 12, which when sawing in 534 169 the tree 2 planes in, the cutting surface 20 of the tree 20. of the angled side 7, which is considerably longer than the other legs 19 of the V, which meet at the tip 16 with a tip angle 21, which is acute, about 60 degrees. Then more saw teeth 5 get a place along the periphery and the opening 15 becomes shorter than if the tip angle 21 was greater than 90 degrees. In this way, the cutting edge 12 also becomes longer and cuts over a larger cutting surface 20 in the tree 2 and the vegetation 3 cuts even better. According to a variant of the invention, the insert 12 is supplemented with three recesses 6, which consist of rectangular, square or rounded holes 24, which are made through the side surface 13 of the saw blade and which are arranged between the V-shaped recesses 14 and the center 17. The heel recesses 24 has edge sides 25 along its circumference. An edge side 25 is a ground edge side 22, which is also ground from the underside 10 to the top side 11 having the oblique angle of attack, made in the same way as with the insert 12, here called edge side insert 26, which can also have a fold, about 1-2 mm above the side surface 13 on the upper side 11, which is at least 10 mm long, to further plan the cutting surface 20, to improve the properties provided by the insert 12, which further reduce the clamping effect in the saw blade 1, which in most cases has curved saw teeth 5, i.e. that up to its tips they are slightly folded, about 1-2 mm at its connection to the saw blade 1, at each direction, seen from the side surface 13, at every other sawtooth 5, in order to be able to mill and plan the cutting surfaces 20, which are turned upwards and downwards when sawing, in order to reduce the clamping effect.
The inserts 12 and the edge side inserts 26 then contribute to the 534 169 slightly folded saw teeth 5 not being pressed back, whereby the saw blade 1 can work with. very small clamping effect for a long time without the cutting having to be performed over and over again, which means that such a saw blade rarely has to be replaced. The angled recesses 23 or holes 24 are evenly distributed along the side surface 13 of the saw blade 1 with the same distance between the recesses 6, both radially and peripherally, to give the saw blade 1 a balanced rotation and thereby reduce vibrations and thereby reduce friction and disturbing noise, which troubles personnel. during forestry work and thereby reduce the number of occupational injuries. Figure 1 shows a saw blade 1, which has three angled recesses 23 with the inserts 12 and three slits 24 with the edge side insert 26, which is well adapted for this saw blade 1, which has a standard diameter of 18 about - 23 cm, to give the saw blade 1 has an optimal function and palletised rotation, as more recesses 6 in such a saw blade 1 give too few saw teeth 5, which cuts the vegetation 3 worse, whereby two recesses 6 are too few, which means that the clamping effect then becomes too large.
