专利说明:
Technical Field The present invention relates to a horseshoe and in particular to a horseshoe provided with detachable spikes. Background of the invention On slippery surfaces, horseshoes with spikes are used. These spikes can be integrated with the horseshoe, whereby the entire horseshoe must be replaced when the spikes are removed. In addition, there are horseshoes with threaded holes for detachable spikes. Problems with these horseshoes are that the threaded holes are difficult to keep intact near spikes are not applied. Dirt collects in the threads of the holes which are difficult to clean before the spikes are to be applied. An even bigger problem is that the load of several hundred kilos against a threaded hole due to stone and the like will deform the threads and make it impossible for a spike to be applied in the thread. From the English document GB 2465635 it is known that a horseshoe steel is provided with threaded holes to be able to apply spikes. The document also shows that this threaded hole is protected by a high-density foam plug and a high proportion of closed cells in a material that resists abrasion, liquid absorption and hydrolysis. A problem, however, is that the threads risk being deformed during heavy loading against the plug because the foam plug is pressed into the threaded hole whereby metal spikes can not be screwed in. In addition, dirt is pressed up and into the threaded holes. French document FR 2612048 discloses a threaded protective plug of nylon or plastic for protecting a threaded hole in a horseshoe in which a spike can be applied by removing the plug and replacing it with the spike. The plug is equipped with a chisel groove for easy removal with a screwdriver. The problem with this protective plug is that the threads both on the plug and in the horse shoe are deformed under heavy load against the plug, whereby this cannot be removed to change to a spike. Even if the plug can be removed, the thread in the horse control will be deformed. Even with this type of protective plug, dirt is pressed into the threaded holes, which means that it is difficult to remove the plug and screw in a spike. 2 From the German document DE 202008007406 U1 a threaded closure element for a metal horseshoe is previously known. The closure element is provided with a groove in which a clamping element in the form of an elastic sealing ring is inserted to avoid an accidental locking of the closure element. The purpose of this sealing ring is to prevent dirt from penetrating into the threads and preventing the sealing element from being removed and replaced with a spike. However, the problem with this construction is that heavy load on the sealing element means that the threads are deformed and the sealing element cannot be removed despite the applied sealing ring. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a sting hole protection which minimizes the above-indicated problems with previously known solutions for a sting hole for a sting hole in a horseshoe. The object is furthermore to provide a spike hole protection which is soft and protective against the threads of the horseshoe and which at the same time is sufficiently absorbent for the protection to retain its basic shape under load. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION By the present invention as set forth in the independent patent claims, the above stated objects are fulfilled in which said disadvantages have been eliminated. Suitable embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. The invention relates to a spike hole protection, intended to be inserted into a threaded spike hole in a horseshoe. The pinhole cover includes a pinhole core. This canvas is completely cylindrical or slightly conical. The peripheral parts of the pinhole core are provided with a threaded connecting element of a softer material than the material of the pinhole core. The threaded connection element connects to the thread of the spike hole when fitting spike hole protection. Thus, the spike hole protection consists of a plug consisting of a relatively hard core combined with a softer externally placed material where this material is threaded into the threads of the horseshoe. For screwing in and unscrewing the spike-hole protection, this is provided with a chisel groove or other recess for a fitting tool, for example an Allen or torx wrench. The externally placed material may be integrated with the core, be recessed in the core or be the surface core. In one embodiment of the invention, the spike core is substantially cylindrical. In one embodiment of the invention, the pinhole core is of metal, preferably steel. Other metals can also be used, for example copper or aluminum. In an embodiment of the invention, the threaded connection element is of a polymeric material such as, for example, rubber or plastic. The threaded connecting member is positioned on the outside of the spike hole core to distance the horseshoe thread from the spike hole core and allow the horseshoe thread to penetrate into the softer rubber or plastic material. In one embodiment, the spike hole core is provided with gripping means which actuate against the threaded connection element. These gripping means may be designed as grooves or recesses in the pinhole core and are intended to act as a carrier on the externally located threaded connecting elements. In an embodiment of the invention the threaded connecting element is designed as a contact basket with a top ring connected to a bottom plate by a plurality of connecting members. Between the top ring and the bottom plate, the connecting elements run along the surface of the pinhole core. The connecting elements can either be recessed in the surface of the core or be surface-mounted. In an embodiment of the invention, the pinhole core is provided with grooves in which the connecting elements are partially inserted, in order for the grooves to act as entrainment on the contact basket when mounting by screwing in the pinhole cover. Thus, in this embodiment, the connecting elements are recessed in the surface of the core. In an embodiment of the invention, the number of connecting elements is three. Embodiments with four connecting elements are also conceivable within the scope of the invention. In an embodiment of the invention, the threaded connection element is designed as a molded housing with integrated wings. The number of wings can be three, four or five. In an embodiment of the invention, the spike hole core is disc-shaped co-edge-placed recesses. The recesses aim to retain the molded casing during loading. In such an embodiment, the disc may be attached to the spike core and / or provided with holes to receive the cast / encapsulated casing. In one embodiment of the invention, the number of threaded connection elements is one. Preferably, these are equidistantly located. In other embodiments of the invention with a different number of threaded connecting elements, these are equidistantly located. Brief Description of the Drawings The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing figures. The drawing figures show only principle sketches intended to facilitate the understanding of the invention. Figure 1 shows a horseshoe with a spike hole protection according to a first embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 shows the spike hole protection according to figure 1 from the side. Figure 3 shows the spike hole protection according to figure 1 from the underside. Figure 4 shows the sting hole core of the sting hole cover. Figure 5 shows a schematic section V - V in magnification according to figure 1 through the horseshoe shoe with its spike hole protection. Figure 6 shows a side view of a second embodiment of a spike hole protection invention. Figure 7 shows the spike hole protection according to figure 6 from the underside. Figure 8 shows the spike hole protection according to figure 6 from the top. Figure 9 shows a section IX - IX according to Figure 7 through the spike hole protection. Figure 10 shows the sting hole core according to the second embodiment of the sting hole cover. Figure 11 shows the spike core of Figure 10 rotated a quarter turn. Description of the invention Figure 1 shows a horseshoe 10 which is provided with a number of holes for horseshoe seam 11 and two threaded spike holes 12 for applying spikes. A sting hole guard 13 is screwed into one of the threaded holes 12 to protect the threads when the horseshoe shoe is used without a sting. Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of the complete pinhole protection13. The spike hole protection consists of a spike hole core 21 provided with a chisel groove 22 which is indicated by a dashed line in the figure, which chisel groove 22 is for being able to screw it in and out of the horseshoe. The figure shows a threaded connection element 23 placed on the outside of the piercing hole core 21. In the embodiment shown, the threaded connecting element 23 is formed as a contact basket 24 with a top ring 25 connected to a bottom plate 26 through a number of connecting elements 27. The top ring 25 according to the figure extends. Possible embodiments the edge ring extends beyond the level of the pinhole core to eliminate penetration of the pinhole core against a cooperating thread. Each connecting element 27 is recessed in a groove 28 indicated by a dashed line in the figure. The contact basket 24 according to the embodiment shown is provided with three connecting elements 27 which are parallel to each other and connected at right angles to both the top ring 25 and the bottom plate 26. Figure 3 shows the spike hole guard 13 from the underside. The three connecting elements 27 extend between the bottom plate 26 and the top ring 25. The dashed circle in the figure indicates the largest extent of the pinhole core 21, the desired diameter where the chisel groove is located. The chisel groove 22 is also indicated in the figure. Figure 4 shows the cylindrical pinhole core 21 when the contact basket has been removed. The pinhole core 21 is provided with three grooves 28, two of which can be identified in the figure while the third is obscured. The grooves 28 are located on the periphery of the pinhole core 21 and are oriented parallel to the axis of symmetry 29 of the pinhole core 21. The chisel groove 22 has also been indicated by a dashed line. Figure 5 shows a section V - V according to Figure 1 through a horseshoe 10 which is provided with a pinhole protection 13 according to the embodiment in Figures 1-4. The horseshoe shoe 10 is provided with spike holes 12, each of which is provided with a spike hole thread 51. The spike hole guard 13 with the spike hole core 21 and the contact basket 24 has, by means of a screwdriver, via the chisel groove 22, been screwed into the spike hole thread 51. 10 only has contact with the contact basket 24 of the threaded connection element 23 and in particular its top ring 25 and its connecting element 27. Figure 6 shows a second embodiment of a pinhole cover 60 according to the invention. This pinhole cover is formed with a metal core which is enclosed by a softer casing 61. The casing is molded around the metal core and is preferably formed of a polymeric material, for example rubber. The housing is formed with contact means 62 in the form of wings distributed around the spike hole protection. The number of wings is 4 four in the embodiment shown but can also be three or five in other embodiments. In addition, embodiments where the contact means are completely enclosing the hard metal core may be conceivable, with no individual wings being defined in such embodiments. The figure also shows that the sting hole core of this embodiment of metal is provided with a chisel groove 63 or the like in order to be able to thread in and thread out of the sting hole protection 60, respectively, with an adapting tool. Figure 7 shows the spike hole cover 60 from the underside with the completely enclosing cover 61. The cover is provided with indicated four wings 71, 72, 73, 74. Figure 8 shows the thorn hole protection 60 from the top with the chisel groove 63 in the thorn hole core 81. The figure shows that the thorn hole core 81 according to the embodiment at the chisel groove side extends over the entire threaded hole but that other chisel grooves in other embodiments are coated with the softer Figure 9 shows a center section IX - IX according to Figure 7 through the spike hole cover 60. The spike hole core 81 of metal is molded around the polymeric cover 61 which at four places along the circumference consists of threaded connecting elements 62 in mold wings 72, 73. The cover is cast in in one or more recesses 91, the figure shows two, so that the soft casing 61 is to be retained at the pinhole core 81 at axial load on the pinhole cover 60. Figure 10 shows a side view of the pinhole core 81 provided with a top plate 100 in which the chisel groove 63 is arranged and a cast-in body 101 in which the recesses 91 are located. Figure 11 shows the pinhole core 81 rotated a quarter of a turn, it being seen that the pinhole core 81 is formed as a metal disc 111 in which the recesses 91 are arranged. This second embodiment according to Figures 6-11 thus shows a disc-shaped pinhole core, but it should be emphasized that also embodiments with cylindrical pinhole cores which are provided with one or more circumferential grooves to hold a casting of a softer material, are included in the invention. . Although the figures show a cylindrical and a rectangular disc-shaped pinhole core, the invention is also encompassed by pinhole cores which are tapered or disc-shaped tapered. Such conical or tapered spike core cores can be combined with threaded connecting elements which are inverted conical to together form a cylindrical spike health protection which can be threaded into an existing spike heel thread. Although the embodiments show a spike health protection with a metal core and a polymer sheath, the invention also includes cores of hard polymers and soft polymer shells as long as the material choices for the spike health protection have the effect that the core provides stability to the spike health protection and the housing makes a contact with the horseshoe thread by shaping itself according to it and the materials interlocking. By showing the two embodiments, it is easy to conceive of further embodiments where the core material and the surface material engage each other partly annular rafters to absorb the axial forces and partly axial rafters for absorbing the shear forces when, for example, screwing in and unscrewing the spike heel protection.
