专利说明:

Technical field The present invention relates to a device for shielding, at least one water area, in accordance with the claims.
Technical background In connection with the purification of water such as stormwater, there are a number of different problems. One of these problems is the difficulty of separating existing particles in the water in an efficient manner. To settle, different types of ponds, wetlands, deposition reservoirs or the like are usually used. The trap dams are usually fixedly arranged at a geographical position, which entails the problem that these are difficult, or impossible, to move.
To solve this problem, various types of shielding or insertion devices have been developed which can be installed in a water area. Known constructions have a number of problems. One of these problems is that existing structures are difficult to move from one place to another.
Another problem with existing structures of screening devices is that they usually make it difficult for spawning fish to get past the screening devices. This means that a natural reproduction of the light can be made more difficult.
A further problem with known shielding devices is that these do not have a function with which fl destructive water to the shield is filtered or that the fates between sections of the shield can be filtered. Known constructions rely mainly only on the bag settling function. There is thus a need for a plant which effectively enables a filtration of water in connection with the fl of water and in the case of genom through openings in shielding walls.
Arranging so-called fl surface wetlands for water purification purposes is already known. Liquid wetlands are created by connecting plants to fl surface units that are placed in shielded water areas. The roots of the plants extend into the water and the roots take up particles in the water. There are problems with arranging these fl surface wetlands. One of these problems is the difficulty of creating a targeted fate towards the roots in an effective way. There is also a problem with positioning the positions of the fl-surface units in relation to the construction as a whole in another way.
There is a problem with shielding water areas for sedimentation dams in connection with densely populated areas. The problem is the lack of available space for the pre-sedimentation ponds or wetlands. To overcome this problem, the resin sedimentation ponds have begun to be connected to or at quays, bridges and the like. The design achieves at least two functions with the same system.
Additional problems with previously known screenings of water areas are the removal of sedimentary material that has arisen and accumulated in the facility. This is solved, for example, via a bottom of canvas, floor or the like in accordance with an alternative embodiment of the present which allows a simple and rapid removal of sedimented material. Prior art Devices and methods for providing enclosures of water areas, screened water areas, are already known. . For example, patent specification SE504911 describes a method and a device for delimiting a water area. The device and the method according to the patent specification differ significantly from the device in accordance with the present patent application. For example, the construction comprises, in accordance with the patent specification, a hatch in the upper part of the shield through which an inlet water can take place from the surroundings, and a lower door through which an outflow of water from the inlet can take place.
Patent specification SE50491 l mentions that the construction can be both stationary and mobile. However, it is clear to a very limited extent how this mobility is achieved. The specialist arm can, to a limited extent, provide guidance on how the device can be used both stationary and mobile. The construction according to the patent specification thus differs to a substantial extent from the construction in accordance with the present patent application.
Patent specification SE45 9022 describes a variant of a device for sensing a water area from a larger water area with the intention of raising or lowering the temperature in the shielded water area. Preferably, the structure is intended to be used for shielding water areas in a sea. The construction lacks one of the functions and properties of the present invention and therefore differs significantly from the present patent application.
Patent specification SE406295 describes a variant of a method of preventing wind-affected cooling of a water area in a watercourse. This is done by a shielding device with which the water area can be shielded from the surrounding water area. The object of the present invention is to provide a device for cutting off a body of water which solves or reduces at least one of the above-mentioned problems. This object is achieved by means of a device according to the claims. An armored object of the present invention is also to provide a method of using the shielding device.

Figures 5A - 5B show an application for the present invention where it is used in combination with surface wetlands.
Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to the devices, there is shown a device 1 (screen pool, screen wall pool) for shielding, shielding, shielding or notching a water area 2, in a disturbance water area 3, in accordance with the present patent application. In the exemplary embodiment of the device 1 shown in Figure 1, the screen is connected to a beach. With reference to Figure 2, an alternative embodiment is shown where the screen 1 is created in a larger water area. In alternative embodiments, the sensed water area can be created next to a larger water area or created adjacent to land, or in excavation areas in land or created areas in, for example, piers, quays with fl your building structures.
The shielding device comprises at least one screen wall 4 or fl your screen walls. The number of screen walls can vary greatly within the scope of the inventive concept of the present patent application.
Water for fl is discharged to the cut-off via at least one inlet (to fl fate) 5. Water leaves the shield (cut-in) via at least one outlet (out fl fate) 6 or similar. The inlet (to fl fate) of water to the shielded area can take place via at least one watercourse such as a minimum ditch, stream, river or other suitable watercourse. In alternative embodiments, the additional cut-off, or the screened sub-areas, is carried out in other ways suitable for the purpose. It is thus conceivable that the supply of water to the shielding takes place via at least one pipe, pipe, hose or via another device suitable for the purpose. In alternative embodiments, this can be done with other technology suitable for the purpose.
In the exemplary embodiment, the screen wall 4 of the screen basin 1 comprises at least one first section 7 which extends a distance from the beach. The first section 7 transitions to a second section 8 which then passes to a third section 9. It is further conceivable that the number of sections in alternative embodiments may be fl or less than the number of sections exemplified in the figures.
In the exemplary embodiments of the devices for shielding 1, these are of a substantially rectangular shape. This does not prevent the baffle, or the indentations, from having a shape suitable for the purpose other than the exemplary rectangular shape. It is thus conceivable that the shielding device has a square shape. The device may comprise one or more walls which are curved, curved or have other designs suitable for the purpose.
The shielding device (1) in the exemplary embodiment preferably comprises at least one screen wall constituting a first partition wall 10. In the exemplary embodiment, the shielding device (1) comprises at least a first partition wall 10 and at least a second partition wall 11. Separate the wall walls 10 and causes a first sub-area 12, a second sub-area 13 and a third sub-area 14 to be created in the confined water area. The number of partition walls and screened sub-areas can vary within the scope of protection. Between the different sub-areas 12 to 14 there is at least one opening 15, or the like, through which a fl of water can take place. In the case of fl your sub-areas, a sequential fl fate between these sub-areas is preferred in a manner favorable and efficient for sedimentation.
The construction of the screen wall 4, or the constructions of the screen walls, may vary within the scope of the present patent application. Referring to Figures 3A to 3D, an exemplary structure of the screen wall 4 is shown. The screen wall comprises at least one wall element 16 and preferably a number of wall elements 16. The length and height of the wall elements 16 may vary within the scope of the protection.
The respective wall element 16 is built up of a substantially vertical directional wall 17 during use. The direction of the wall 17 can of course deviate from the specified vertical direction during use.
The wall 17 comprises, or consists of, an exhibitable material. The flexable material may consist of or comprise plastic, synthetic rubber, woven plastic, textile material or other suitable material or combination of materials. The wall 17, according to the embodiments shown in Figures 3A to 3D, comprises in its upper part at least one surface body 18. The floating body 18 can be fixedly arranged on the wall 17 or detachably arranged thereon. The floating body 18 can be of a type previously known and of one or more different types of known materials.
In the lower part 19 of the wall 17 it comprises at least one depression 20 or the like. The countersunk 20, or countersinks, the wall 17 is held positioned relative to the bottom. In the exemplary embodiments, the sink 20 consists of at least one chain 21 or the like. The chain 21 may be integrated in or connected to the wall. The sink, such as the example wiper, can also be connectably arranged and / or detachably arranged in relation to the wall. The sinker may consist of another type suitable for the purpose than a chain.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises at least bottom part, bottom, bottom cloth, floor or the like, 22. The bottom part 21 may consist of at least one layer of material 23 which is placed on the bottom of the water area or the like. The material layer (bottom) 23 can cover all or parts of the bottom of the device and the bottom of the shielded area, respectively. It is further conceivable that only a part of the shielding sections is completely or partially covered with a bottom part 22 comprising at least one material layer.
The material layer 23 can be connected to the lower part of the wall element or be placed on the bottom. In further variants of the present invention, these are combined. The bottom part 22 may comprise weights, weights or the like which cause the material layer to be kept down against the bottom of the shield, or at a distance from the bottom of the shield. The material layer hardens the technical effect of this preventing the chain in the lower part of the wall 17 from snagging at the bottom and sucking into it. The material layer 23 also has the effect that this can be lifted. By lifting the material layer, the sediment accumulated on the material layer can be lifted up with the material layer and moved from the plant.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, it comprises at least one function with which all or parts of the vertical position of the wall section can be changed as being raised or lowered. Figures 4A-4C show, for example, how elongate members 24 such as ropes 25 or the like are connected to the lower edge 26 of the screen wall, the sink or other suitable position or part of the screen wall. The construction according to Figures 4A - 4C is preferably intended to be connected to a unit such as a fl surface bridge, bridge or the like. The construction can also be used for partition walls with fl surface bodies. A position change of the lower edge 26 of the screen wall relative to the bottom is possible by causing the elongate members 26 to change position in the vertical direction. This can be done by means of a winding device (function) 27 in which the elongate member 24, the members, is caused to change position by means of any technique suitable for the purpose. In the exemplary embodiment, the position of the rope 25, or the positions of the ropes, is controlled up loops 28 or the like. Due to the construction, the wall can be raised or lowered in the vertical direction, which results in increased flexability, portability, for the shielding device as a whole.
With reference to Figure 3, an alternative embodiment of the screen wall (device) is shown which comprises at least one filter unit 29. The filter unit 29 comprises at least one variant of filter insert 30. The filter insert comprises at least one type of filter. The filter insert can also include two or more types of filters. The type of filter insert in the filter unit 29 may vary within the scope of the inventive concept. The filter unit 29 can consist of coarse filters, medium coarse filters, fine filters or other suitable filters for the purpose. The filter unit 29 can also consist of or include filters or other filters suitable for the purpose. The filter insert 30 can also consist of, or be integrated with, a cassette or the like which is intended to be inserted into a frame 31 bellows frame, connection device or the like. The frame can consist of the filter insert 30 being made replaceable so that the type of filter can be replaced or that the filter can be replaced and / or maintained at regular intervals.
Referring to Figures 5A and 5B, it is shown how the shielding device 1 is used in applications where the so-called fl surface wetlands are used (or formed). In the exemplary embodiments, the device comprises, or is used with at least one surface unit 32 and preferably a number of surface units 32. Plants 33 and the like have been connected, planted or otherwise positioned to the surface units 32. A beneficial cleansing effect is achieved by the roots 34 of the plants extending into the water. Because the plant roots 34 extend down into the water, the water is purified. In combination with co-sedimentation function, a very good purifying effect of the water is obtained. With reference to S gur SB, it is shown how a number of surface units have been connected in the transverse direction. The interconnection is a control of the fate past the roots of the plants in the surface interconnected units.
With reference to fi gur SC it is shown how a fl surface unit can be positioned in relation to a single screen wall with at least one elongate member 35. The elongate member may consist of a single line, wire, rope or other elongate member suitable for the purpose. The clock shows how the surface unit is positioned relative to the screen wall with at least a first elongate member 36, at least a second elongate member 37 and at least a third elongate member 38.
In alternative embodiments, the number of elongate members may be fl or less than those shown in the figures.
In the detailed description of the present invention, structural details may be omitted which are obvious to a person skilled in the art in the field to which the invention relates. Such obvious structural details are included to the extent required for a proper function to be obtained for the present invention. Although certain preferred embodiments have been described in more detail, variations and modifications of the invention within the scope of the inventive concept may become apparent to those skilled in the art, and all such are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Advantages of the Invention With the present invention, a number of advantages are achieved. The most important advantage is that at least one of the problems specified in this patent application is eliminated or reduced.
