TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a steplessly adjustable air-directed air device where the regulation of the air flow takes place steplessly at the outlet from the lower part of the air device.
Technical position In order to achieve good ventilation, a certain size of air exchange is needed, but it is also important that the air supplied in a room, supply air, is clean and that it is supplied to the parts of the premises where people are staying and in such a way that no answer drag arises. This is done with air diffusers, which both filter and preheat the outdoor air before it is supplied to the home. The air diffuser is mounted behind a radiator that is used as a heat source to preheat the outdoor air that is led into the aerator unit, which is mounted on the cradle behind the radiator. At the inlet of the air diffuser there is a filter that prevents contaminants from entering the fresh air. The filtered air flows into the air diffuser and Miler along the back of the radiator. In contact with the hot radiator surface, the air is heated before it slaws out at the top of the radiator. It is important that the air is supplied at a high speed and angled upwards behind the radiator to avoid that the cold air in winter, due to high density, sinks under the radiator, which causes it to cool down along the floor. At high speed on the supplied air stream, it draws with it room air near the lower part of the radiator so that warm room air mixes with the cold outdoor air, which means that the temperature of the mixed air stream increases. This effect is especially important during cough and where the temperature of the outdoor air can be low while the heating system is not in operation. It is also important that the air stream is allowed to be properly preheated by the radiator by blowing the air stream out towards the lower parts of the radiator. It is no problem to achieve high speed when the air flow is not throttled. Today, the 2 air flow is regulated with a valve at the inlet to the air diffuser. This is a problem as it meant that you do not get the pressure required to get high speed at the outlet. This means that you do not get the nasty ejector effect that controls the air behind the radiator and you get the problem described above with cold drafts.
The invention An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems by providing a device which regulates the outflowing air flow steplessly in the lower part of an air device. An upwardly stepless adjustable flap is rotated in a center of rotation at the leading edge 'angularly down on the air diffuser and forms a longitudinal narrow opening with a directional effect for blowing out the air stream which can be stepped steplessly according to desired pattern. By regulating at the outlet, the outflowing air is supplied at a high speed, whereby the desired speed of the air is obtained, which means that it is directed upwards towards the radiator.
Description The steplessly adjustable air-directed air diffuser is mounted on the cradle behind a radiator, which is used as a heating cold to preheat the outdoor air, which is led in through the outer cradle via an intake duct. At the inlet of the air diffuser there is a replaceable filter that prevents pollen and pollutants from entering with the fresh air. When changing the filter, loosen a filter cover on the front of the air diffuser, making the filter accessible. The purified air flows into the air diffuser and is led down to the lower front edge of the aerator unit where the air is directed up along the back of the radiator. In contact with the hot radiator surface, the air is effectively preheated before it is released into the upper edge of the radiator. An upright steplessly adjustable flap is rotated in a center of rotation at the front edge at the bottom of the air device and forms a nozzle for blowing out the air stream with directional action, which can be varied steplessly from open to rod according to the desired pattern. The outflowing air is supplied at high speed, by regulating at the outlet, (then you get the same effect as when you clamp a water hose furthest out, which 3 gives higher pressure and speed on the water). The high speed means that cold drafts along the floor are avoided. Another important effect that is achieved at high speed on the supplied air stream is that the air stream then draws in room air. This means that warm room air mixes efficiently with the cold outdoor air, which also means that the temperature of the mixed air stream rises. This effect is especially important during cough and where the temperature of the outdoor air can be low while the heating system is not in operation. During the heating period, of course, the air stream is also heated by the hot radiator. The stepless adjustment takes place through a slide that is moved up or down along one side of the air diffuser. At the top, the slide is equipped with a bent-out grip so that you can move the slide up or down by hand. The slide is in its lower part movably connected to a movable flap which is rotated in a center of rotation at the front edge at the bottom of the air diffuser. In its upper part, the slide is connected to the air diffuser with a rivet / stable screw that runs in a slot in the slide. In parallel with the front of the air diffuser, the slide has cut up a needle. On the front of the air diffuser there is a scale from top to bar that the pointer points to.
An embodiment of the invention is described in the following and illustrated in the accompanying drawing, which according to Fig. 1 shows a principle sketch of how the air flow is controlled down behind a radiator. Fig. 2 shows a steplessly adjustable flap which is open and regulates the air flow through an opening in the lower part of the air device.
Fig. 3 shows a step loosely adjustable flap which is closed and has stopped the outflowing air flow in the lower part of the air diffuser.
Fig. 4 shows a sketch of how the air-directed air device is regulated steplessly through a slide on one side of the air device.
The device for steplessly adjustable air-directed air device shown according to Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4 may represent the construction form which is applied in the example intended. 4 Device for steplessly adjustable air-directed air diffuser according to figure 1 shows how the air flow is controlled down behind a radiator. The air is supplied according to the arrow (1) via an intake duct (2) through the façade wall and further through a replaceable filter (3) in the upper part of the air diffuser (5). The outflowing air (10) is supplied at high speed, by regulating the flap (7) at the outlet, (when you get the same effect as when you clamp a water hose at the far end).
Device for steplessly adjustable air-directed air device according to Figure 2 shows a steplessly adjustable flap (7) which is open and regulates the outflowing air flow in the lower part of the air device (5). The upturned steplessly adjustable flap (7) is rotated in a center of rotation (8) at the leading edge down on the air device (5) and forms a nozzle for blowing out the air stream. On one side in the lower edge of the flap (7) there is an integrated sea arm (11) which is bent 90 degrees to connect to one side of the air diffuser (5). The bent part of the sea arm (11) is designed as an angle, with a downwardly directed angle leg (12) which in its lower part is movably connected to a slide.
Device for steplessly adjustable air-directed air device according to Figure 3 shows a steplessly adjustable flap (7) which is closed and has stopped the outflowing air flow in the lower part of the air device (5). The steplessly adjustable flap (7) is rotated in a center of rotation (8) at the front edge at the bottom of the air diffuser (5). On one side in the lower edge of the flap (7) there is an integrated sea arm (11) which is bent 90 degrees to connect to one side of the air diffuser (5). The bent part of the sea arm (11) is shaped like an angle, with a downwardly directed angle leg (12) which in its lower part is movably connected to a slide.
Device for steplessly adjustable air-directed air device according to Figure 4 shows a sketch of how the air-directed air device (5) is regulated steplessly via a slide (14) along one side of the air device (5). At the top, the slide (14) is provided with a bent-out grip (17) so that the slide (14) can be moved up or down by hand.
The slide (14) is at the bottom via a sea arm (11) strangely connected to a flap (7) which is rotated in a center of rotation (8) at the front edge at the bottom of the air device (5). In its lower part, the slide (14) is connected to the air device (5) with a rivet / welding screw (16) which runs in a slot (15) in the slide (14). At the top and parallel to the front of the air diffuser (5), the slide (14) has a pointer (18) arranged. On the front of the air diffuser (5) there is a scale (19) from the tip to the rod that the pointer (18) points to.
By friction or with a locking screw (16) the slide (14) is held in place when the air flow has been adjusted according to the application template.
The invention has been described in agreement with the dangerous composition and design and it is understood that certain exchanges and changes may be made without departing from the spirit. The embodiment now described shows how on the front of the air diffuser there is a scale from the top to the rod that the pointer points to. Alternative designs are possible, however, for example the scale can be found on the slot in the slide and the pointer is removed by the rivet / stop screw. Likewise, the scale can be piled up under the slide, so that it is displayed when the slide is lowered. The bent part of the sea arm is designed as an angle, with a downward-pointing angle leg which in its lower part is nicely connected to a slide. The invention should thus not be taken as limited to what is shown and described in the foregoing, but similar variants are included in the inventive concept and may not be considered within the scope of the appended claims.
