专利摘要:
Summary The invention relates to a self-closing valve (1-3, 5-6) for an opening. The valve has a rocker (1-3) with two blades (1-2) that can be angled around a rocker carrier (5). The rocker is so balanced that it loads unloaded against a layer where the first blade (1) closes the opening. The rocker is used to close an ash container and is opened when a cigarette butt is placed in the opening of the ash container. The second blade is provided with an angular stop (3) which limits the maximum angular movement of the rocker from the unloaded layer and the angular stop (3) comprises tips which stop the angular movement of the rocker at maximum stroke. PA rocker tends to build up sticky substances, which without the pointed angular stop could have glued the rocker to the tip. With the pointed angle stop (3), the adhesive effect becomes small, so the rocker easily returns to the end layer. An embodiment is designed so that the angle stop (3) during use extends upwards and it also tends to slow down the movement of built-up layers of particles, so that the rocker remains balanced so that it returns to the end layer even after such building of particles on the bath of the rocker leaf.

专利说明:

The present invention relates to a self-closing valve according to the preamble of the independent claim.
In particular, it refers to such a self-closing valve intended for use with ash containers. Background of the invention Ashtrays with a self-closing valve for the fume popping occur and are intended to enclose smoke and gases from the fins in the interior of the ashtray cup. Fumes emit tar that builds up a sticky layer and this layer can prevent the self-closing valve from working on the intended salt. Also in many other contexts, sticky and viscous substances can prevent valves from functioning as desired.
An object of the invention is therefore to provide a self-closing valve which to a greater extent speaks of the build-up of sticky and viscous substances, without compromising its function.
These and other purposes are achieved by a self-closing valve according to the features of the independent claim.
Summary of the invention The invention relates to a self-closing valve 1-3, 5-6 for an opening. The valve comprises a rocker 1-3 comprising two blades 1-2 which can be angled around a rocker carrier 5. The rocker is so balanced that it loads unloaded towards a long door where the first blade 1 closes the opening. Typically, the flip-flop is used to close an ash container and a cigarette butt is placed in the opening of the ash container. The second blade is provided with an angular stop 3 which limits the maximum angular movement of the rocker from the unloaded joint and the angular stop 3 comprises at least one tip which stops the angular movement of the rocker at maximum deflection. PA rocker tends to build up sticky substances, which without the pointed angular stop could have glued the rocker in the open position. With the pointed angle stop 3, the adhesive effect on the advantage is set to be small, so the rocker allows Atergar to close the lid.
An advantageous embodiment is designed so that the angle stop 3 in use extends upwards and 1 it also tends to slow down the movement of built-up layers of particles, so that the rocker remains balanced so that it returns to the end ldge awn after such construction of particles on the bath of the rocker leaf.
Typically, the valve is arranged on the underside of a lid of an ash container. In such use, tar tends to build up on the rocker and the pointed angular stop is then of particular importance in reducing the tar effect of the tar. In addition, ash and tiara tend to build up separately on the leaf receiving fins, so by protruding the angular stop upwards from the other leaf, it prevents the ash and ora from leaving the second leaf. This makes the amount of material built up on the two leaves more similar.
Brief description of the figures Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a valve according to the invention in the closed state Fig. 2 shows the first embodiment in the open state Fig. 3 shows separately the rocker used in the valve according to the invention Description of a preferred embodiment Fig. 1 shows a embodiment of a valve 1-3, 5-6 according to the invention in the closed condition. Valves 1-3, 5-6 are arranged on top of an ashtray and the ashtray lid 7 is seen in the figure seen from the side. An opening protrudes through the lid 7 and smokers place cigarette butts in the opening so that they fall into the interior of the ashtray and are stored there in an aerated container. The container is made of a material that is not flammable and when the container is full, the lid 7 of the ashtray is lifted off and the container is emptied.
From the edges of the opening a series of teeth 8 protrude upwards and on these ends a funnel is normally drawn which collects fins and moves these towards the center of the funnel and down through the opening. From the edges of the opening protrudes down an obliquely cut-off rudder 6, which forms part of the valve. Against the obliquely foamed lower opening of the rudder, one 1 of two blades 1-2 lies on a rocker and on one such set af it takes. With the rocker in this position, the valve is closed 1-3, 5-6 and no smoke or gases from the inside of the container can leave the ashtray. The obliquely foamed lower opening of the rudder forms an oval and 2 the first blade on the rocker is also the oval shaft that it just thanks the opening when the valve is at the end low.
The rocker 1-3 consists of two flat blades 1-2, which are connected to each other at an approximately right angle. The first blade extends obliquely downwards to the left from the fixed point to the second blade at an angle of approximately 45 degrees from the horizontal plane with the valve at the end low. The second blade extends obliquely downwards at At Niger from the fixed point to the first blade at an angle of approximately 45 degrees from the horizontal plane with the valve at the end low. The center of gravity of the rocker is chosen so that, with the rocker unloaded, the rocker strains of its own weight against a layer where the valve is closed. If a small weight is placed on the first blade, it is weighed down, the blade is angled down so that the weight can fall into the container and then return to the original layer. The rocker hangs in a rocker 5 and balances in this.
Fig. 2 shows the first embodiment in the tipped condition, i.e. shortly after a weight on the first blade has forced the valve to open. The weight typically consists of a cigarette butt or a toothpick, ie of light objects and a very choice-balanced rocker is required for it to open when such a small weight loads it and then Ater & to the end layer.
As the valve is used, a layer of tar and ash builds up on the flip-flop and it can then become unbalanced or the tar can act as an adhesive that lasers the flip-flop in the tip layer or half-open layer. In order to prevent tar built up on the rocker acting as an adhesive which sticks the second blade to the underside of the lid 7, the second blade is provided with a pointed angular stop 3 which extends up towards the lid. The second blade can therefore only, as in the figure, reach the bottom of the lid with the tip of the angle stop. The point of contact is very small, so the tar can only have a very small gluing effect and the risk of the rocker sticking to the open layer is minimized.
On the upper side of the flip flop, even layers of ash can build up, which could keep the flip off balance. The most important thing is that the rocker is not locked in the open position as smoke and gases leave the container, so the angle stop 3 is also intended to brake ash that slides off the other blade. PA sa. In this way, any ash build-up occurs to a somewhat greater extent on the right leaf, if the supply of ash is equal on both leaves. Typically, ash and tiara are applied to the first leaf, so the angle stop compensates for this and ensures that the actual structure of Ora and ash on both leaves is as follows. nara as possible, which Or that the rocker remains balanced. Fig. 3 shows separately the flip-flop 1-3 used in the valve according to the invention. In the figure, the first blade protrudes obliquely neatly and the second blade obliquely upwards. The two leaves protrude from a fixed point which forms a fold line between the two leaves. This folding line is arranged on two pins in the rocker carrier 5 and hangs over these two pins.
The angle stop 3 is angled at right angles from the second blade and is provided with two tips so that it has a profit which is M-shaped. The two tips form the only point of contact of the rocker with the underside of the lid. The side of the other blade which in use faces upwards, ie the side which in the figure is directed to the left in the figure, is the side which accumulates ash at the front. The angle stop extends to the hall that side faces and thus acts as a stop that slows down ash and tiara that slides down.
The rocker is made of a continuous plate part, where the two blades are angled from each other a fold line is tangent and where the angular stop is folded from the other blade. Obviously, the rocker can be formed on another salt and the different parts are joined in other ways than what is exemplified in the description of the chosen embodiment. Of course, the rocker can be hung up in another way by being balanced on two pegs in the rocker bar, as long as it can be angled freely from the end layer and return to this by its own weight. The angle stop is exemplified by a two-toothed element, but it can also have one or ten or two teeth. 4
