TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a swivel comprising a static portion and a rotating portion which portions are coaxially rotatable about a longitudinal axis, the static portion and the rotating portion being in electrical contact with each other for transmitting electricity and / or signals / data between said parts, and which comprises a central hall along said longitudinal axis for passage of a medium. PRIOR ART A swivel is a component which is used to transport different types of media from a stationary inlet to a rotating outlet. Swivels are used in a number of different environments and different conditions. For example, they are very useful in industry where many lifts are used with the help of different types of actuators and a swivel is used there to avoid tangles on wires and cables which can cause unnecessary wear and damage. Many times an electric cable runs down directly to the actuator and if you go from work station to work station all the time in the same hall, it is inevitable that wire clutter will gradually occur, often with cable damage as a result. Swivels are traditionally clumsy components with many parts, which i.a. leads to them being complicated and expensive to manufacture. By US 7559533 the leading edge is a lifting device which comprises a pulley driven by a maneuvering means. One cable is stuck in and Riper around the pulley with the other duck free to attach load to. In the free spirit there is arranged an actuator ex. handles, hangers or the like, as well as a hook, suction cups or the like for attaching loads to. The actuator comprises slack rings for transmitting electrical signals from the actuator to the actuator where the slack rings have such a design that it allows 360-degree continuous rotation independent of wires and spiral cables. The slack rings are also adapted to allow air (pneumatic vacuum / or vacuum) or other pressurized fluid to pass through its center and allow free rotation. By US 6030015 forward caliph is a lifting device comprising a belt having a hook releasably attached in its free spirit. The hook body is rotatably attached via bearings in the base part of the hook. The bearing and a retaining ring are arranged in the lower part inside the base part of the hook and rest on an inner flange. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to eliminate or at least minimize the above-mentioned problems, which is achieved by a swivel according to claim 1. Thanks to the invention, a mechanical, electrical and pneumatic swivel is offered which swivel is extra compact and contains few parts due to its construction. According to one aspect of the invention, the swivel comprises a static and a rotating portion where the static portion comprises a housing and a bottom and the rotating portion comprises a shaft part which shaft part comprises an integrated bottom part which causes the swivel to be built up of f parts which compact and easier / cheaper to manufacture. According to another aspect of the invention, the swivel is extra compact when the static portion is load-bearing when the shaft part is supported by said bottom. According to another aspect of the invention, said shaft part comprises a substantially cylindrical tubular upper part and an integrated bottom part through which a central hat is arranged to enable passage of a medium. According to a further aspect of the invention, the integrated bottom part consists of three sections where the three sections have a reduced diameter from top to bottom, which gives the advantage that the integrated bottom part can fit into the static portion and (form an integral part of the shaft part). According to another aspect of the invention, the first section has a lower surface and the shaft part via this surface rests on a bearing which is supported by a flange comprising at said bottom, which causes the static portion to become load-bearing. According to another aspect of the invention, the swivel comprises an electric swivel which gives the advantage that force / data can be transmitted between the static and the rotating portion. According to a further aspect, the electric swivel comprises an outer and an inner part where the outer part belongs to the static part and the inner part belongs to the rotating part and that the electrical transmission between the outer and inner part of the electric swivel takes place via slack contacts and slack rings. does not have to have an electric cable pulled on the outside of the swivel to get a power transmission down to an actuator. According to another aspect of the invention, the housing comprises external passages and the bottom comprises internal passages where the external passages and the internal passages are arranged to cooperate with each other for a simple and unbarred connection of house and bottom. According to another aspect of the invention, the swivel in its lower spirit comprises a quick connection which allows the actuator to be easily and quickly replaced. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows a swivel according to the invention coupled to an actuator, Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of a swivel according to the invention, Fig. 3 Fig. 4 shows a side view of a swivel according to the invention, Fig. 4 shows a side view of a swivel according to the invention, Fig. 5 shows a swivel according to the invention, seen from above, Fig. 6 shows a section along the line CC in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 shows a section along the line AA in Figure 4, and Fig. 8 shows a section along the line BB in Figure 7. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES Figure 1 shows a swivel S according to the invention, coupled in its lower spirit with an actuator H. The swivel S comprises a static portion 1,2 and a rotating portion 3, 120 which is not visible in Figure 1, since the rotating portion 3 , 120 is substantially enclosed by the static portion 1, 2. The actuator H is fixed with its upper part fixed to a lower spirit of the rotatable pair of the swivel. Furthermore, an inlet part 5 for, for example, compressed air is shown, and a wiring 92 is indicated. In order to explain how the structural details characteristic of the invention are designed and interact with each other to achieve the spirit of the invention, these parts have been damaged in a jump sketch in figure 2. How the different parts are designed and interact with each other will be described in detail below. In describing the integral parts, reference will be made to the upper and lower, alternatively outer and inner, where the upper refers to details and sides of details facing upwards, towards the part in which the swivel S is suspended and the lower refers to the opposite spirit. By outer is meant details and sides of details facing radially outwards towards the outside of the swivel S and inner refers to details and sides of details facing radially food, towards the interior of the swivel S. Figure 2 shows an exploded view of a swivel S according to the invention in a preferred embodiment. In connection with figure 2, the integral parts will be described from top to bottom for later in the text to be described in more detail. The swivel S comprises a housing 1 which on its upper side 1A comprises a suspension device 8, 80, 81 for suspending the swivel S, in for instance a wire (not shown). On the upper side 1A of the housing there is also arranged an inlet 5, for for example compressed air, a connector 9 (for cabling) and a shield washer 83. The housing 1 further comprises an inner substantially cylindrical cavity 102 (see Figures 6 and 7) with an opening 101 in the housing 1 bottom. The cylindrical cavity 102 is arranged to receive a seal 10, a washer 11, a device 110, an electric swivel 12, a shaft part 3 and a bearing 16. In the lower part of the housing 1 a bottom 2 and a quick connection 19 are arranged. The housing 1 comprises a substantially cylindrical body, which body at its lower spirit comprises external passages 100. The housing 1 further comprises a substantially cylindrical inner cavity 102 with an opening 101 in the bottom of the housing 1. The cylindrical cavity 102 is arranged to receive a shaft part 3 and an electric swivel 12. The cavity 102 has a height H (see figure 7) which height H corresponds to about 3/4 of the total height of the housing 1. In the upper flat surface 102A of the cavity 102 there is a smaller, substantially cylindrical cavity 103 coaxially arranged above the stone cavity 102. The smaller cavity 103 has in its upper surface 103A an opening 104 to a radial bore 50 which opens into an inlet 5 arranged on the housing. 1 outside. Figure 3 shows the swivel S in a perspective view where the housing 1 and said bottom 2 are fastened to each other. The bottom 2 comprises a substantially cylindrical, annular part with internal passages 20, which passages 20 are arranged to cooperate with the external passages 100 on the housing 1 for interconnection thereof. Figure 3 also shows how a lower part 36B of the shaft part 3 in the rotatable portion protrudes below the bottom 2. It is further seen how a shield washer 83 is arranged, fastened with screws 84,85, on the outside of the upper part of the housing so that the shield washer 83 extends in the longitudinal direction of the swivel S. The shield washer 83 is preferably arranged on the outside of the housing 1 in connection with where the connector 9 is arranged, in order in this way to protect the cables to be connected to the connector 9. The shield washer 83 preferably comprises a rectangular washer with a hollow at its lower edge so that, with the aid of the screws 84, 85, it can be fastened to the outside of the housing 1 and extend upwards (the upper side 1A of the guard & housing). Centrally on the upper side 1A of the housing there is arranged a suspension device which comprises two walls 80, 81 extending parallel in the longitudinal direction of the swivel S with a space in between. The cradles 80, 81 extend parallel to each other about 1/3 of the upper side 1A diameter and are preferably integral parts of the housing 1. The cradles 80, 81 each comprise, a circular hall for receiving a rigging rivet 8 which rigging rivet 8 is inserted from an outer side of one of the cradles 80, 81 through the Mien and on the outer side of the opposite cradle 80, 81 the rigging rivet 8 is fastened with a washer 82 and a scissor pin 86. By means of the suspension device the swivel S can be hung up in a wire or the like. In Figure 4, the suspension device can be seen in a side view. The bottom 2 can be likened to a large nut with an annular flange 21 in its lower spirit, see Figures 6 and 7, which flange 21 extends towards the center of the bottom 2. The annular flange 21 is intended to form a resting plane for a bearing 16, which is described in more detail below. Figures 5, 6 and 7 show the swivel S from above and in two different cross-sections, where it can be seen how the said suspension device is arranged centrally on the upper side 1A of the housing. It is further seen how the radial bore 50 inside the housing 1 opens into an inlet 52 to the inlet part 5, which is fixed (for example via passages) at the top, on the side of the housing 1, but which can also be in the form of an integral part of the housing. Extending from the inlet 52 is a first channel 53 which is coaxial with the radial bore 50. The bottom of this channel 53 is closed and forms tool engagement 51 for fastening the inlet part 5. A second channel 54 extends from the first channel 53 to an inlet 55 , the second channel 54 deviates by about 90 ° from the direction of the bore 50. For example, compressed air can be connected to the inlet part 5. The upper side 1A of the housing PA is arranged between one cradle 80 of the suspension device and the shield plate 83, a connector 9, which connector is preferably screwed on with screws 90. The connector 9 has a lower contact part 91 (see figure 2) which is arranged in a bore (not shown) in the housing. 1 in order to get in touch with the upper cable 122 on the electric swivel 12 when it is arranged inside the housing 1. The rotatable portion comprises a shaft part 3, see figure 2. The shaft part 3 comprises a substantially cylindrical tubular upper part 32 with a diameter d in the range 3 - 50 mm, more preferably in the range 5 - 20 mm, in this described example the tubular upper part has 32 and diameter d pa 12 mm. The tubular upper part 32 is in its lower spirit integrated with a bottom part 36. Said bottom part 36 is essentially cylindrical and consists of three sections where a first upper part 35 has a first diameter D1 which first diameter D1 is adapted to the cylindrical cavity 102 of the housing 1. so that the first part can be inserted into the cylindrical cavity 102. The first diameter D1 is in the range 10 - 100 mm, more preferably in the range 30 - 70 mm, in this described example the first diameter D1 is 51.2 mm. The bottom part 36 further comprises a second part 37 with a second diameter D2 which is preferably smaller than the first diameter D1. The second diameter D2 is suitably arranged according to the diameter of the annular flange 21 of the bottom 2 so that the second part 37 fits inside the flange 21 in assembled condition. The second diameter D2 is in the range 10 - 100 mm, more preferably in the range 30 - 60 mm, in this described example the second diameter D2 is 45 mm. The bottom part 36 also comprises a third lower part 33 whose diameter D3 is preferably smaller than the second diameter D2. The third diameter D3 is in the range 5 - 80 mm, more preferably in the range 20 - 60 mm, in this described example the third diameter D3 is 34.5 mm. Throughout the upper part 32 and the bottom part 36 extends a central hall 30 (see figure 7) which scratches in the longitudinal extent of the swivel S through the shaft part 3. On the upper side 36A of the bottom part 36 there is, arranged around the tubular upper part 32 a circular depression 38 (see figure 7) arranged to receive a lower part 125 of an inner part 120 of the electric swivel 12, which is further described further down. Further arranged in the bottom part 36 of the shaft part, a cable duct 121, which is also seen in figure 7, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the swivel S from the bottom of said recess 38 and down through the whole bottom part 36. On the top side 36A of the bottom part two bores 340 are arranged see figure 8) with approx. 90 ° between them. The bores 340 are intended for two pieces of welding screws 34 which by means of threaded screws 341 through the inner part 120 of the electric swivel make it possible to weld the two parts 3, 120 to each other. Figures 6 and 7 show how the first upper part 35 of the bottom part is accommodated inside the cavity 102 of the housing and that it comprises a lower outer surface 31 resting on the ball bearing 16. The second part 37 of the bottom part is accommodated with a narrow fit inside said layer 16 and the annular flange 21 of the bottom. The second section 37 of the bottom part comprises a lower surface 37B which in mounted condition lies in the same plane as the underside 2B of the bottom. The third lower section 33 of the bottom part extends below the bottom 2 of the housing. Figure 7, which is a section along the line AA in Figure 4, shows how the central tail 30, which runs through the shaft part 3, in the lower part has a slightly larger diameter than the other tail 30. The metal 30 is in its lower part adapted in shape to a quick connection 19 for connection e.g. to an air hose (not shown). The electric swivel 12 to be accommodated in the cylindrical cavity 102 in the housing 1 comprises an outer relatively thin cylindrical tubular insulating part 124 and an inner cylindrical thicker conductive part 126, which parts are fixed in relation to each other. Furthermore, there is an inner swivel part 120 which can rotate in relation to the outer parts 124, 126. The outer insulating part 124 has an outer diameter dl, in the example described, the outer diameter dl is 54 mm, which is adapted to the diameter of the housing 1 of the housing 1 102 sa. that the electric swivel 12 can be freely inserted into the cavity 102. On the upper side of the conductive part 126 there is arranged an upper wiring coupling 122, arranged to da. the swivel S is assembled to be in contact with the connector 9 on the upper side 1A of the housing. The inner part 120 of the electric swivel is arranged to be precisely accommodated in the outer parts 124, 126 and to allow rotation between them. The inner part 120 also comprises at its lower end an extended flange 1 arranged to fit in the recess 38 of the bottom part. When assembling, the outer parts 124, 126 of the electric swivel are rotatably lasered to the housing 1 with the ballast 110, see Figure 6 which is a section along the line CC in Figure 5. The inner part 120 of the electric swivel is arranged inside the outer parts 124,126 with the outward flange 125 abutting outer part 124 of the electric swivel The inner part 120 of the electric swivel extends through the outer part 124 and up into the smaller cavity 103 where the upper edge of the inner part 120 yid a washer 11 abuts against a seal 10. The shaft 32 is in turn arranged inside the inner part of the electric swivel part 120 in such a way that the upper duct opens into an opening 104 to the radial bore 50, whereby thus a channel is formed from the inlet part 5 and down through the central Met 30 to the quick connection 19. The flange 125 of the inner part abuts against the bottom of the depression 38 so that the upper surface of the flange 125 forms a plane with the surface 36A of the bottom part and can abut the underside of the outer part 124. The rotatable portion, the shaft part 3 and the inner swivel part 120 which are fixed to each other via the welding screws 34 hang on a bearing 16, preferably a ball bearing, which with its lower half rests against the bottom flange 21. The first upper section 35 of the bottom part comprises a lower outer surface 31 which abut against an upper half of said ball bearing 16. In this way the rotatable portion, i.e. the shaft part 3 and the inner swivel part 120 can rotate in relation to the fixed part, the housing 1, the bottom 2 and the outer parts 124, 126 of the electric swivel. In assembled condition, the swivel S has a height h in the range 30 - 300 mm, more preferably 80 - 180 mm, in this described example the swivel has a height h of 128 mm. The swivel S has an outer diameter Dy in the range 20 - 200 mm, more preferably in the range 40 - 100 mm, in this described example the swivel S has an outer diameter of 72 mm. When using a swivel S according to the invention, the swivel S is suspended in its suspension device 8, 80, 81 in e.g. a wire. A medium cold, e.g. compressed air, is connected to the inlet part 5 for flow through it and further through the radial bore 50 into the central valve 30 to then flow further down through the swivel S up to the quick connection 19 and further to the actuator H. Furthermore, for example, an 8- pole electrical cable into the connector 9 on the upper side 1A of the housing and the electricity flows further through the lower contact part 91 for further contact with the upper cable connection 122 on the conductive part 126 of the electric swivel and into the conductive part 126. The conductive part 126 comprises, on its inner surface 126A, brushes (not shown) and the inner part 120 of the electric swivel comprise, on their outer surface 120A, rings / bands of conductive material (not shown) between which rings / bands are arranged insulating discs which separate them. The electrical transfer between the conductive part 126 and inner part 120 of the electric swivel 12 takes place via the brushes on the conductive part 126 which sleep against the rings / bands on the inner part 120 and thus the electric transfer takes place in the electric swivel 12 between the outer fixed parts 124. 126 and the rotating inner part 120. The electrical transmission between the static and rotating part of the swivel S thus takes place in an area 127 between the conductive part 126 and the inner part 120. Electrical transmission between a rotating and a static portion by means of slack rings is edge air expert in the field and is therefore described in no more detail. The electrical transmission further takes place from the inner part 120 of the electric swivel to a lower wiring connection 123 which is arranged in the cable duct 121 where electrical cable from the control unit H is connected. In this way, both a pneumatic and electrical transmission takes place through the swivel S, which means that no cables / wires etc. are at risk of being damaged and the actuator can be spun indefinitely at all possible halls without clutter. In addition, the swivel according to the invention is extra compact when the housing 1 is load-bearing and the swivel inner filler relative to five parts, e.g. when the shaft part 3 is built up with an integrated bottom 36. The invention is not limited by what has been described above, but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. It will be appreciated, for example, that the suspension device may be designed in other ways as described and that other fixing means other than screws may be used without departing from the function of the invention. Instead of brushes, it could be fixed conductors that slacken against the rings / bands for electrical transmission.
