专利说明:
The present invention relates to the transport of goods and in particular freight. In order to make the transport of, in particular, lighter lost goods as efficient as possible, vans, containers or baskets which are essentially used today, which essentially consist of opposite gates which are used in connection with each other, are interconnected at the bottom. The bottom can be folded up so that several trolleys when not in use can be pushed into each other. The carriages are rectangular and have wheels in their horns. In the spirit where the bottom can be folded up, the wheels are fixed and have a rolling direction perpendicular to the raised bottom, while in the other spirit there are two pivot wheels in the horns. The goods are loaded between the gates, for example at wholesalers such as pick-up wagons, and the vans are then rolled off and on trucks to and from wholesalers as well as on to retailers or end users in the form of shops, schools, etc. If necessary, the load can be secured with rubber bands. the gates between the gables. It also happens that thin plastic is wrapped around in a number of variants to keep the goods in place. The bottom surfaces of the trailers are optimized in relation to the lorries' interior spaces, which means that the trailers can be parked easily and space-efficiently. However, this meant that the carriages could be wedged on board and this especially if there is plastic around because the plastic has a self-adhesive shape, especially against it slaty. This meant that it is often difficult to saval load in as unload. When the carriages are moved, you grab the gates in a convenient way, for example in the horns at shoulder height and pull, which meant that you always have to go backwards, in addition it can in many places be cramped and with thresholds and differences in height resulting in inconvenient handling and a & lig ergonomics which in turn is expressed in wear and tear injuries, omma muscles, etc. Wear and tear injuries and omma muscles result in turn in physiotherapy and costs in the form of physiotherapists etc. Although the wagons are a practical way of moving goods with the depth of a truck as well as loading and unloading on the wagons, there is a need for aids to make it easier for those who are to handle the wagons, especially truck drivers and business employees. The object of the invention is to facilitate this work and thereby reduce the risk of injuries in the first place and in the second place to make this work more efficient. In accordance with the invention, this is solved by means of an auxiliary device which can be fitted to the lowering of the van. The auxiliary device comprises a drawbar which in the upper part is provided with a handle. The drawbar is fixed to a lower part which is provided with two wheels and with a lifting arm projecting in the opposite direction to the drawbar which can be pushed in under one of the sides of the van. Lampwise, it is pushed in under the side opposite the one where the two straight running wheels are arranged. The lifting arm is in its outer spirit provided with gripping means which can grip a rudder running in the transverse direction of the carriage. In a further development of the invention, the arm is provided with gripping means which protrude from the arm and which are placed at a distance from each other in the direction of the arm, suitable for gripping a transverse tube in the lower edge of the van. In addition, the rear suspension member has an advantage higher than the front one. The front is laid sufficiently to be able to pass under the transverse tube of the van at the bottom when the auxiliary device is pushed forward, while the rear gripping member is so much higher that it cannot be pushed under the van. The gripping means may, for example, consist of projecting pins which, as a result of a distance between them which is wider than the tube to be gripped, can be pivoted relative to the goods trolley during steering. Further advantages and features of the aid according to the invention appear from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention in connection with the accompanying drawing. The accompanying drawing shows an auxiliary device according to the invention seen from the side in perspective in a curved direction of the gripping means. The auxiliary device shown in the drawing comprises a base plate 1 provided with two wheels 2 one on each side of the base plate. The wheels are relatively large, the wheels are more than double the diameter of the wheels of the vans, and by using pneumatic rubber wheels, the passability is significantly improved. The bottom plate projects forwards & outwards & the wheels and forms a lifting arm 3 which in its front end is provided with a plate 4 resting on the arm with two projecting flanges intended to grip a lower square 7 (dashed) on the van to be moved . The space between the two flanges widens upwards to allow varying inclination between the flanges and the square bottom edge tubes of the van. The plate is pivotable about a substantially vertical axis or butt 8. Attached to the bottom plate is furthermore a drawbar 10 which in the upper end ends with a bicycle handle-like handle 11. The auxiliary device according to the invention is used in such a way that the lifting arm is pushed in under the edge of the van until the rear and right gripping flange 6 comes into contact with the tube 27 on the van. The movement is continued until the rear flange 6 at the contact with the tube 7 is rotated about its axis until the flange 6 is parallel to and abutting against the bottom tubes 7 of the van. The flange 6 is sufficiently high not to pass under the van even as the lower front edge of the lift arm is in contact with the substrate. When the user then grasps the handle 11 to pull the trolley after him, this is swung forward and the trolley is lifted by the forwardly projecting arm and the lower flange which can pass under the bottom tube 7 is lifted up on the inside thereof. The user can now pull the trolley with his grip on the handle with the help of the stored flange. As long as the forward pulling is done, the cart of the van towards the user will be held up and when swinging, the turntable rotates in relation to the bottom plate. If you want to push the trolley in front of you instead, you can keep the trolley's adjacent wheels in the air or keep them rolling on the ground or other surface while maintaining a slightly depressed handle. If you accidentally want to let the trolley stand still, it is enough to release the handle, whereby the weight of the drawbar and handle continues to hold up the gripping means. The weight of the van and any drop of goods probably pushes the wheels of the van down to the ground with a certain lift of the handle as follows. The pull and push grip persists, however. Furthermore, the drawbar is so directed in relation to the bottom plate that the auxiliary device has its center of gravity between the contact points of the wheels with the ground and the lower edge of the lifting arm in the front so that the auxiliary device can stand on its own on a horizontal surface. In the event of interruption of use, the drawbar can therefore be swung up towards the van so that the lifting arm sinks down towards the ground so that the auxiliary device stands firmly on its own, but in place for continued towing. Because the drawbar and lifting arm are rigidly connected to each other, the lifting arm can be pushed in under the shopping cart or pulled away from it as soon as the handle is above a certain level for the handle and it is thus very easy to handle the auxiliary device, as well as to learn it. During both pushing and pulling, the power transmission takes place via the auxiliary device to the bottom of the trolley, which reduces the risk of the trolley tipping over, which can otherwise be easy if you grip the trolley at normal axle height and the trolley's rolling wheels are braked due to uneven ground or even drawn in gravel and sand, which can occur. Due to the fact that there is a certain gripping gap between the gripping means and the tubes of the van, the risk of a transfer of rolling forces to the van decreases. The auxiliary device does have a tooth between the wheels, but the van's pivot wheels always serve as auxiliary support wheels when needed. The gripping means are located a short distance in front of the wheels, which means that the auxiliary device can be angled slightly relative to the goods or picking trolley for steering. Because the handle is relatively wide, the user can actually pull the van behind him, often with just one arm, instead of having to go backwards and run over his own flits. The auxiliary device is further provided with a drop-down load plane 13 which with a span 14 is held folded up against the drawbar when not in use. The auxiliary device can thus help with the distribution of goods in an environment around a shopping cart, in other words some bearing can be eliminated. The auxiliary device is further provided with a holder in the form of a clamp which can hold a picking list in place and easily at hand. To further simplify the handling of the auxiliary device, this is provided with a hook 12 in the upper end of the drawbar so that the auxiliary device can be hung up when not in use, for example on a trolley. 4
