The present invention describes a new type of test strip for perfume testing. These are characterized by the fact that they have a print made of a thermochromatic material which can change color when heated to temperatures similar to those of the skin. The perfume is applied to the test strip which is then heated until the thermochromatic pressure indicates that it has reached skin temperature. Now, when you smell the test strip, it is capable of closely mimicking perfume fragrance when applied to the skin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The test strips of the present invention may have varying shapes and sizes, including all shapes and forms of test strips which are currently used for perfume testing. Some examples are 13x2.5cm, 14x3.5cm, l6x1.7cm, 6x6.2cm, 7.5x5cm, 9.5x6.5cm and l1.5x5cm. Of course, non-square formats can also be used and test strips in the form of "paddle" were used, for example.
The test strips are usually made of paper, although different plastic materials can also be considered, as well as combinations of all of these. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the test strips are made of paper. When the paper is of porous quality, it has good absorbent capacity.
The paper can be of varying qualities, including all paper qualities used in test strips today. Although test strips are usually white, they may have varying colors. According to the present invention, it will be appreciated that certain paper surfaces may be particularly useful at certain times. When it is desired that the perfume remain on the paper for a long time, the test strip may have a lipo fi l or waxy surface. This can make it possible for the customer in the perfume shop to take the test strip with them to also test at a later time.
A large variety of thermochromatic materials are known, many of which change color at skin temperature. All of these, including future developments of such materials, can be used and applied to the present invention. Combinations of different thermochromatic materials can also be used. Thermochromatic materials can change between different colors and also between colored and transparent. Tennochromatic materials which change color in the range of 27-35 ° C are useful for the invention and they are preferred which change color in the range of 29-33 ° C. Usually the color change is reversible, the original color returns when the temperature is lowered, and this is preferred.
The print on the test strip can have varying appearance, text, shapes, different patterns, etc. The test strip itself can also be completely colored with a thermochromatic material. Various combinations of these embodiments are also within the scope of the present invention.
Heating of the test strip can be accomplished in many different ways, using one of an ordinary larnapa is very simple. Heating in a weak warm air stream is also a useful option.
EXAMPLES The following examples illustrate the invention without limiting it thereto.
Example 1 On orange strips for perfume testing, an orange pattern was painted using a thermochromatic ink. A perfume was sprayed on the test strip which was then gently heated under a lamp until the color changed (thus reaching body temperature) (Fig. 2).
Now there was a clear difference in the scent experience compared to smelling at room temperature, the scent experience more pleasant and richer in nature.
Example 2.
A thin layer of petroleum jelly was applied to a test strip as described in Example 1. A perfume was sprayed on it and the test strip was left at room temperature overnight. When warming up and smelling the next day, there was more odor left compared to a test strip that did not have a layer of petroleum jelly.
Example 3.
This example shows a test strip of paper that has been completely dyed with thermochromatic material. The blue color on the top of the test strip disappears when heated (see Fig. 3.).

1. REQUIREMENTS. A test strip for perfume testing which has a fi gur and / or text made using thermochromatic color or ink, wherein said fi gur and / or text is characterized in that it changes color when it is warmed above room temperature. A test strip according to claim 1 which changes color in the range 27 - 35 ° C and where the color change is reversible. A test strip according to claim 1 which changes color in the range 29 - 33 ° C and where the color change is reversible. A test strip made of paper and completely colored with thermochromatic material, characterized in that the color changes when the test strip is heated above room temperature. A test strip according to claim 4 which changes color in the range 27 - 35 ° C and where the color change is reversible A test strip according to claim 4 which changes color in the range 29 - 33 ° C and where the color change is reversible A test strip according to any one of claims 1, 2 and A test strip according to any one of claims 4, 5 and 6 characterized in that it has a lipoal or waxy surface.
