TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a transport unit for gas tubes comprising an ice exchanger plate. The invention also relates to a cassette for gas tubes.
BACKGROUND Compressed bio or natural gas is transported by land and rail to consumers, often in gas-connected gas tubes placed in transport units in the form of containers or closed swap bodies. Since large gas tubes usually do not withstand the desired high pressures, relatively small gas tubes are used, each of which can typically have a volume of 84.5 liters and an empty weight of 81 kg. As such a transport unit usually holds more than a hundred such gas tubes, it also becomes relatively heavy and energy-intensive to handle and transport with half-strength shells. There are darts & Onskemal about reducing the weight of such a transport unit, so that it can transport more gas in relation to its total weight.
Groups of the interconnected gas tubes can also be held together in cassettes. However, such cassettes are often relatively space-consuming in that they close the gas tubes from several sides without thereby providing any greater structural half-strength.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A spirit of the invention is to further develop a transport unit of the type indicated at the outset, so that it can transport more gas in advance of its total weight than known transport units. Another purpose is to provide a universally usable transport unit which can be handled and transported without modification to different types of load changers and loaders.
Another feature is to provide a simple cassette for gas tubes, which saves space and forms a stable bar for handling and transporting the gas tubes, and which is universally usable for filling, transporting, storing and switching in different consumers of the gas in the gas tubes.
Della is achieved by the features set forth in the appended claims.
According to a method according to the invention, the transport unit further comprises an open frame construction which is fixedly connected to the swap body and has sides and ends which delimit a cargo space on the bed, and a plurality of cassettes which are each hr. arranged to hold a row of interconnected standing gas tubes and to be anchored at their opposite spirits in the cargo space at the sides of the frame structure.
The weight of the transport unit can thus be reduced by maintaining or increasing the load shape due to 1) the open frame construction that the frame construction's fixed connection to the bumper bed stiffens the bumper flat all the anchorages of the cassettes at the sides of the frame construction 18 cassettes with 8 gas tubes each, corresponding to a total of about 9000 liters of 200 bar biogas, while kanda transport units typically hold about 7600 liters with the same total weight.
Each side of the frame structure may comprise lower side beams and additional side beams, to which the respective spirits of the cassettes are anchored. 3 Normally, the cargo space is filled with side-by-side cassettes. However, a transport unit according to the invention can also be easily loaded with securely anchored partial loads in that the opposite spirits of the cassettes are releasably anchored, e.g. by screw joints, on the opposite sides of the frame structure. An undesirably smaller number of cassettes can then be more or less evenly distributed over the length of the transport unit.
Each cassette may comprise a frame, the row of gas tubes being fixed / anchored at one side of the frame. The frame can then be dimensioned to the desired hall strength with a relatively small thickness at the side and relatively independent of the row of gas tubes. When the cassettes are packed side by side in the transport unit, the frames form simple, protective partitions between the gas tubes.
If the frame structure includes a truss, it can further stiffen the platform to walla the weight down.
Due to the fact that the baffle platform is stiffened by the frame construction which in turn is stiffened by the cassettes, it can have a relatively small thickness and thereby be designed not only as a rolling flat but at the same time also as a container flat, ie eft flatbed with flat bottom and ISO container horn. The platform can then also be equipped with truck fork pockets and possibly also support legs. Such a flatbed means that the transport unit becomes universally usable for most types of load changers and loaders, such as trucks, trailers / trailers and railway wagons.
A cassette according to the invention comprises a frame arranged to hold a row of interconnected gas tubes at one side of the frame, and at a distance arranged connecting means at respective opposite ends of the frame for possibility of anchoring the cassette at opposite sides of a transport unit. Such a cassette according to the invention can also be used independently of or separately from the transport unit described above. For example, it can be used as an interchangeable energy source for vehicles, such as biogas-powered (city) buses, or as a stand-alone interchangeable gas source for various gas consumers, as a source of welding gas at welding plants. Because the gas tubes are attached to one side of and not inside the cassette, the cassette takes up little space while the gas tubes become easily accessible during use. Although it is conceivable to place a separate cassette with gas tubes temporarily free-standing on a base, it can be placed inclined against a simple support structure arranged for the breath.
The cassette frame may be rectangular in gold and comprise a top piece, a bottom piece and a pair of opposite parallel end pieces. The upper piece and the lower piece are provided with holders for separate holding / anchoring of each gas tube at its upper and lower spirits, while the duck pieces may be provided with said connecting means. Both halls laser gastubema cross the longitudinal direction and at least the other halls laser gas tubes in the longitudinal direction. The halls can also be relatively torsionally rigid about axes across the plane of the cassette frame to stiffen the frame. The connectors may include bores for screw connections, but other releasable connectors, such as various types of manually actuatable welding mechanisms, are also possible. The air pieces can also protrude slightly outside the row of gas tubes, e.g. For the possibility of the cassettes, it can also be lowered in stables or gripped by handling means in an automated system for gas filling of the cassettes.
Other features and advantages of the invention may be apparent from the claims and the following description of embodiments.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a view obliquely from below with ice-drawn parts of a transport unit according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view obliquely from the front and from the right of a tower transport unit according to the invention; FIG. 3 is a perspective view obliquely from the front and from the left of a transport unit filled with gas tubes according to the invention; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a cassette according to the invention; FIG. 5 is an enlarged perspective view with cut away portions of an upper corner portion of a cassette anchored to a frame structure of a transport unit according to the invention; and FIG. 6 is a side view of a transport unit partially filled with gas tubes according to the invention.
Parts with equal or similar function are provided with equal male reference numbers.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT EXAMPLE The transport unit in FIG. 1 comprises in main parts a load changer platform 10, a stable frame construction 40, where sides and ends define a cargo space on the platform 10, and a plurality of boxes 60 (only one shown in FIG. 1) for gas tubes 80. The transport unit may further have a bottom surface which is substantially corresponds to a standard container, e.g. a 20-foot container.
The pallet truck 10 has a flat bottom formed by a bottom plate 12, which is welded 20 to a supporting bottom frame 14 which is suitably made of transverse and longitudinal beam elements 16 and 16, respectively. 18. After the inner pair of the transverse leg girder 16 defines the pair of truck fork pockets 20 which open at the long sides of the flake 10!
The demountable platform 10 further has four so-called ISO container horn 22 (corner castings) for 25 Possibility of transporting and anchoring the transport unit on container carriers such as trailers and railway wagons.
In addition, the swap body 10 has a front so-called hook beam 24 in combination with rear support rollers 30 Mr. Possibility of loading and unloading the transport unit on e.g. a truck that has a hook changer. Such a hook changer can, when loading and unloading on the roll edge, sit with its hook and engage with a rear-shaped element 28 on the hook beam 24. As indicated in FIG. 1, the support rollers 30 can be releasably connected, e.g. via screw connections (not shown), with the rear beam element 16, in order to be able to lower the shaft, e.g. for rail and trailer transport. 1 an exemplary embodiment 6 shown in FIG. 6, the support rollers 30 can be removed from the underside of the flake 10 by being pivoted away via pivot joints 32 (only one is shown) at the underside of the flake 10. As illustrated in the enlarged area of FIG. 6, the support rollers 30 and the pivot joints 32 can be dimensioned so that all those in the curved Idget become completely recessed in the spaces between the longitudinal beams 18 at the underside of the platform 10.
In FIG. 6 further indicates the possibility of providing the platform 10 with four fold-down support legs (only two are shown) for load changers such as trucks with height-adjustable air suspension.
Returning to FIG. 1, the parallelepiped frame structure 40 has opposite horizontal lower and upper side beams, respectively. end beams 52, which in the example shown can be considered united as well as a truss with vertical beams 46, 48 and between them stretching and crossing diagonal beams 50. Fixed crossed diagonal beams akar hallfasten against stumps and knocking, is also conceivable a construction with simple diagonal beams (not shown). The frame formation thus formed which delimits the load casing on the platform 10 is fixedly or rigidly connected, as welded, to the platform 10, so that the platform has sufficient rigidity / rigidity to be able to be handled safely by various load changers, such as hook changers, forklifts etc. Two upright beam pieces 26 of the hook beam 24 are in no way shown to be set for stiffening purposes like the fixedly connected rail frame construction, more precisely with the two diagonal beams 50 at the front end of the frame structure 40. Although not shown in the drawings, it is also conceivable to equip the transport unit with four Upper ISO container horns for the possibility of handling the transport unit with container yoke and other lifting devices. During use of the transport unit, the frame structure 40 may be covered by a canopy and its front end may in addition be closed by e.g. an inner cover plate (not shown).
As most clearly shown in FIG. 4, each cassette 60 in the example shown has a substantially rectangular gold, of load beams welded together steel frame with a top piece 62, after a pair of lower pieces 64 and after a pair of opposite parallel duck pieces 66. However, nothing prevents the cassettes from being designed as trusses with simple or crossed diagonal beams cm so would be needed of half-strength shells. In one of the sub-pieces, in the example shown, a row of eight holders is welded in the form of metal rings 76 for holding a lower part of each gas tube 80. The 1-legs 76 can in a manner not shown be connected to each other, e.g. integrated in one piece, for aft Increase the torsional rigidity 7 around the shoulders across the plane of the cassette frame. Other arbitrary holding arrangements not shown, such as holders in the form of screw clamps not shown; however, it is also possible. An upper neck portion of each gas tube 80 is held by a respective holder 74 (FIG. 5) of suitable material which, shown in a lamp not shown in more detail, is, for example, 16-way and possibly rotatably anchored at the upper part 62.
At the open ends of the opposite duck pieces 66 there are bores 68 (FIG. 4) which when the cassette is inserted in place in the transport unit coincide with bores 54 (FIG. 1) of the lower and upper side beams 52. Each cassette 60 can then be anchored to the frame structure 40. with four screw connections. As most clearly shown in FIG. 5, each screw connection may comprise a screw 70 and a welding nut 72 welded to the inside of the respective bore 68.
The above detailed description is primarily intended to facilitate understanding and any unreasonable limitations of the invention should not be construed as such. The modifying hours which become apparent to one skilled in the art upon review of the specification may be practiced without departing from the spirit of the invention or the scope of the appended claims. 8
