Fig. 1 shows a perspective view from above of an imaginary preferred embodiment alternative of a toilet arrangement according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows the same arrangement as in Fig. 1 but in a side view from behind, Fig. 3 shows a toilet device in accordance with the basic principles used according to the invention, Fig. 4 shows the toilet according to fi g. 1 and 2 in a perspective from above, obliquely from behind, and Fig. 5 shows an alternative embodiment of a toilet arrangement according to the invention seen obliquely from behind.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Fig. 1 shows a toilet arrangement 1 intended to form a modular part of a motorhome or caravan. The toilet arrangement comprises a space with a floor 3, on top of which a toilet 2 according to the invention has been arranged. The floor is arranged with sealingly projecting edges, so that the floor space next to the toilet 2 can also be used for showering. In other respects, the toilet arrangement 1 includes accessories as well as sinks, etc., which will not be described in more detail, since it is understood that a large variety of variants is possible within the scope of the invention. The toilet 2 is arranged with its rear wall in close contact with a rear wall 4 of the toilet space 1. The toilet 2 comprises an outer casing 10 and a lid 14.
Fig. 2 shows a view from behind, showing that there is a rectangular recess 41 in the rear wall 4, through which a box 10A belonging to the toilet 2 projects. At this box 10A there is, preferably at the top, an outlet 52 for exhaust gases. These exhaust gases are passed on through an exhaust pipe 5 up to a chimney 6, which in the usual way allows emissions of exhaust gases / air, but prevents the entry of moisture. The chimney 6 projects through the roof 200 of the motorhome (or caravan) and is clamped to the roof 200 in the passage in a sealing manner, preferably by means of a lower sealing shaft 67.
The exhaust pipe 5 is according to the preferred embodiment arranged in such a way that a substantial part of the portion 58 which runs vertically, extends in a limited space 300, in a corner area 3 of the caravan / caravan. This is achieved by the exhaust pipe 5 having a first lower part 57, 59 which run obliquely upwards laterally, from a sealing connection (not shown) with the outlet 52. The angled lower part 59 runs obliquely upwards towards the space 300, which is delimited by vertical "bulkheads" 7, 8 arranged on each side of a hömornråd. At the top of the horizontal portion 58 in the corner area 300 follows a second angled part 54 which returns the pipe towards the middle of the caravan / motorhome. Finally, there is a horizontal end piece 55, at which a chimney 6 is arranged. The choice of the position of the chimney 6 is at a place of the caravan / caravan roof where this is substantially flat, meaning that a tight anchorage can be ensured.
It is further shown that at the bottom through the floor 100 of the motorhome / caravan there is a hole 31 under the toilet 2 for arranging a supply air pipe 74, for supplying combustion air to the toilet 2. According to a preferred embodiment there is a heat generating device 76 at the supply air pipe 74, to prevent cold via the supply air pipe 74. According to a preferred embodiment, the device 76 is an annular metal device, which involves good heat conduction, which has recesses for arranging heating means 78. In the preferred embodiment the heating means 78 forms part of a floor heating device belonging to the car / car, suitably in shape of a warning water loop. Preferably, the device 76 has a smaller height than the floor 100, and abuts in contact with the underside of the floor surface 3 of the toilet, so that it is also possible for an insulating space below the protection means 76 in the floor 100. In Fig. 3 a toilet device 2 is shown in accordance with the principles of the invention, which comprises a housing 10 of suitable heat-insulating material. The cover has a height that makes it comfortable to sit on the toilet seat. On its upper side a lid 14 is hingedly arranged in the trailing edge of the lid over a first upper opening 16. Below the first, upper opening 16 an upper bowl 18 is attached to the inside of the upper side of the casing around the edges of the opening 16. The bowl 18 is formed with inwardly sloping front and rear walls that meet along a line and inwardly sloping side walls. The rear wall 22 is arranged with the part which is hingedly rotatable around the bracket a bit up on the rear wall.
The conductive part is also arranged in side walls with the same slope as the side walls of the upper bowl. Below the upper bowl 18 a combustion vessel 32 is arranged.
In the combustion vessel 32 there is a combustion chamber 34. The combustion chamber vent 34 has a substantially spherical design. The combustion vessel 32 is divided into two parts, comprising a lower and an upper part- In the top of the upper part there is a circular upper, second opening 36.
The second opening 36 is provided with a lid 38 which, by means of a sealing ring, closes the combustion chamber 35 in the closed position of the lid. The lid 38 consists of a heat-resistant material, preferably ceramic. The combustion vessel 32 with the combustion chamber 34 is placed relative to the upper bowl 18 so that the lower end of the upper wall 20 of the upper bowl is arranged above and at the front edge of the upper opening 36 of the combustion chamber 34. A conductor arrangement 40 is arranged partly of the upper bowl 26 32 lid 38. On the combustion vessel 32 and around its upper opening 36, a spill protection 42 is arranged in the form of a trough with side edges. From the combustion chamber 34, an exhaust pipe 48 extends through the wall of the upper part.
In the tube 48 a catalyst 50 is arranged next to the combustion chamber 34. The tube 48 then extends further to an exhaust space with outlet 52, which opens upwards through a rectangular rear part 10a at the rear of the headlight. A fan 53 is arranged to blow the flue gases from the combustion chamber 34 through the outlet 52, which is connected to an exhaust pipe 5. The combustion vessel 32 is provided with a handle 56. Between the combustion vessel 32 and the bottom of the hood a foundation 60 is arranged. A gas burner 68 is arranged in the space below an opening 63 in the foundation 60. Alternatively, the gas burner 68 can be arranged in the opening 63 itself or extend up into the opening. A connecting pipe for gas 72 extends to the burner 68. An air pipe 74 allows air to enter the gas burner 68. The front of the housing is provided in its lower part with a door 66.
The combustion vessel 32 is double-walled in at least one lower portion, so that a cup-shaped space 82 is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. In the bottom part of the outer wall of the combustion vessel 32 there is a circular opening 65, which is equal to the opening 63 in the indentation 60 and concentric therewith, when the combustion vessel 32 is in its functional position. The space between the inner wall and the outer wall communicates with the opening 65. The functionality of this combustion toilet is described in detail in SE528821, which is incorporated herein by reference as part of the description.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view obliquely from behind of the toilet arrangement according to Figures 1 and 2.
Fig. 5 shows an alternative embodiment of a toilet arrangement according to the invention. For essential parts, exactly the same kind of parts are used as described according to the previous figures, and therefore these will not be described in detail with connection to this figure. A significant difference according to this embodiment is a different positioning of the toilet arrangement 1 as a module, compared with the previous figure. According to this embodiment, the toilet arrangement 1 is placed in the traditional manner, ie more centrally inside the caravan / motorhome, in the vicinity of a wheelhouse 400. Also in this embodiment, one can according to the invention benefit from having an angled lower pipe portion 57, 59, to allow the vertical portion run inside a space 300 where heat from the tube 5 is emitted in order to improve heating economy and / or comfort.
The invention is not limited by the examples described above but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. It is realized e.g. that the exhaust pipe 5 can be manufactured in a variety of materials and still fulfill the basic function according to the invention, but also that in many applications it can be an advantage to use rör visible pipe parts, especially the parts that are to cooperate for sealing connection and / or the parts that are to be led at oblique angles. Furthermore, in some applications it may be advantageous to design the vertical pipe portion 58 in a material with good heat conduction (preferably metal, eg aluminum to increase heat release) inside the space 300 where heat release is particularly desirable. A toilet 2 according to the invention emits relatively abundant heat, as it takes about 1 hour to achieve total combustion after defecation.
