15 20 25 30 35 whole against the wall. Due to limitations in the outer height of the cab, this space is not always available and the distance to the upper bed may be too small for the lower mattress part to be fully foldable. This problem can be solved with available technology with the help of hinges that have a double, or two-part, function, ie. a joint which partly allows the bed to be folded upwards but also allows the hinge, and especially its articulation point, to be moved downwards along the wall of the cabin by a distance which approximately corresponds to the thickness of the mattress part. As a result, the inner longitudinal edge surface of the mattress part will rest against, or be close to, the lower support structure of the bed when the mattress part is folded up and the mattress part thus takes up no more space than the corresponding height, from the support structure, the width of the mattress part. The disadvantage of a solution with a double joint, where the joint point is moved, is that it becomes a relatively complicated technical solution with a number of included details, such as e.g. guide rails, screws, pins, sheet metal fittings, etc. It thus becomes expensive, both to manufacture and to assemble. In addition, in order to function optimally, a double joint should usually be mounted in both end ends of the bed and therefore requires a certain extra space at the short sides of the bed. In this way, the solution can affect the length of the bed or a slightly wider cabin is required. Such known double joints can also be placed under the mattress part but thereby steal storage space or alternatively appear in a disturbing manner in front of the underside of the mattress part in its folded-up position. A double joint also adds more weight to the vehicle because it should be made of metal to achieve sufficient strength / rigidity without becoming too bulky or because it is awkward when developing. Weight is a disadvantage, vehicles always strive to reduce the overall design weight of the vehicle. There is thus a need for a new form of gangway for vehicle beds which is inexpensive and simple in construction, which is easy to assemble, which takes up little space and which does not affect or limit the length of the bed, which consists of few parts and which has low weight but which nevertheless has a reliable and expedient function and which allows the mattress part to be folded up completely against the rear wall of the cab while the articulation part of the mattress part is moved downwards and thereby does not take up more space than necessary in height. Prior art has so far not shown any hinge construction for vehicle beds which, in a simple and cost-effective manner, provides a high degree of flexibility and usability and which allows a vehicle bed to be folded up without taking up more space in height than the width of the mattress part, calculated from the mattress part support structure. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to demonstrate a hinge or hinge member, of the type indicated initially, which by means of a simple construction provides a high flexibility, comfort and usability and which allows the vehicle bed to be easily folded up. to a storage position without taking up more space in height at the rear wall of the cab, than the width of the mattress part, calculated from the support structure of the mattress part. A further object of the invention is that the mattress part with its one edge portion in folded-up position should rest against, or be at, the support structure of the bed. A further object of the invention is that the mattress part can be folded up or down without a gap or similar space arising between the mattress part and the rear wall panel of the cab, ie. continuously pulled in the mattress part should be automatically and against the rear wall panel of the cab. A further object of the invention is that the mattress part should be retained at the cab wall in the event of an accident, ie. the mattress part must not come loose and damage the driver, passengers or the cabin's interior or instrumentation. A further object of the invention is that the invention should consist of few parts and be inexpensive to manufacture and assemble. These and further invention by an object and advantages are achieved according to a device according to the features which appear from the characterizing part of claim 1. The invention thus generally relates to folding beds, intended for assembly and use in commercial vehicles such as, for example, trucks. The invention relates in particular to beds for vehicle cabins provided with a mattress part which can be folded up to facilitate access to storage spaces located in the structure under the bed and where it is desirable that the height in vertical direction, up, minimized, vehicle cabs with studs limited. The invention according to the invention requires that since it can be folded into the space above the bed, for example in 1a, beds are placed one above the other, the vehicle bed comprises a mattress part arranged so that in use it rests against a support structure or frame in the cab, more specifically against its inner wall panel. at or near the rear wall of the cab, and and where the mattress part can be folded up from a resting position, or position of use, wall by means of a hinge member. to the storage position next to the cab 10 15 20 25 30 35 The invention is achieved in that the guide member is elastic and arranged between the lower fixed support structure of the vehicle bath and the collapsible mattress part in such a way that the mattress part with or without special bottom structure as movable part can be folded up or down by the elastic hinge member with a first end is fixedly arranged in the support structure or frame of the mattress part alternatively in the rear wall of the cab, constituting one of its first attachment points, and that the second end of the elastic hinge member is fixedly arranged in the mattress part, constituting a second fixed point. The hinge member is further arranged to be prestressed between the fixed points in the resting layer of the mattress part and thus exerts a tensile force between the first and second fastening point in such a way that the mattress part strives to be continuously pulled against the rear wall panel of the mattress part. This is especially true in raised storage positions. The hinge member can be constantly biased and also exert a tensile force between the first and second attachment point so that the mattress part sts after being pressed against the rear wall of the cab even in the lowered position of the mattress part, in the use or rest position of the mattress part and thus minimizes the gap or in a gap against the rear wall and pours the mattress part position so that it is not too far forward and can encroach on the space for the driver's seat. A run or slip can also provide cold drafts and air from the storage space under the bed can flow up and reduce comfort. Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following, more detailed description of the invention, and from the accompanying drawings and other claims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention is described in more detail below in some preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawing figures. Figure 1a shows a perspective view obliquely from behind where the end side of a vehicle bed in position of use is shown, without obscuring body parts, and where a guide member according to the invention appears, mounted at one end in the support structure of the bed facing the vehicle body or inner panel. and at its other end attached to the lower / rear edge of the mattress part. Figure 1b shows the same view as in figure 1a but where the mattress part is folded up against an imaginary rear vehicle wall and where the hinge member is thus stretched and exerts a traction on the front of the mattress, the mattress edge facing the rear edge of the support structure, the part being held in a position next to the vehicle wall . Figure 2a shows a corresponding perspective view obliquely from behind a vehicle bed but where an alternative attachment of the hinge member according to the invention appears, and where the hinge member's first attachment point is attached to the inner upper edge of the bed support structure and the hinge member second attachment point is attached the lower part of the mattress part. Figure 2b shows a perspective view according to figure Za but where the mattress part is in the raised position whereby the hinge member is in a stretched, tensioned or loaded position and thus exerts a tensile force on the mattress part directed towards the rear edge of the support structure, the mattress part being kept in a position adjacent to the intended the vehicle wall. Figure 3 shows a cross-section of an alternative attachment of the hinge member where one attachment point is arranged in or under a transverse beam in the support structure of the bed and its other attachment point is arranged in the rear edge of the mattress part, has at rest position. Figure 4a shows a cross-section of a further variant of attachment of the hinge member and its suspension stop or limiting member, where the attachment point of the hinge member is attached to a tubular beam here placed in the body wall. Figure 15b shows the invention according to figure 4a but in the raised storage position of the mattress part with stretched hinge means. Figure 5 shows a further alternative embodiment of the invention where the elastic hinge member and the suspension stop are placed next to each other and with the fixed points in the mattress part and in the support structure arranged close to each other, alternatively that the suspension hanger is integrated and folded with the hinge member. DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention thus relates to foldable beds, in particular beds intended for assembly and use in commercial vehicles such as trucks. More specifically, Figure 1a shows a perspective view obliquely from behind and partly from the end side of a vehicle bath 1 with a guide member 2 according to the invention arranged. The figure shows the vehicle bath 2 without obscuring cab body parts that would otherwise obstruct this view. The mattress part 3 is preferably provided (not shown) with two guide members 2 suitably arranged in or near both end portions of the mattress part 3. The hinge member 2 itself consists of preferably an elastic band 4 or the like which is capable of being stretched and contracted and which in its simple form can consist of an elastic textile-based rubber band, for example a elastic band or a so-called "Elastic ribbon". The hinge member 2 can of course also consist of other suitable resilient materials / elements such as long narrow springs of metal or ordinary rubber bands, so-called "Rubber cords" (not shown). The hinge member 2 is suitably attached with one end 2a to the part of the support structure or frame 5 of the bed facing the rear intended body wall of the vehicle, AND is at its other end 2b suitably attached to or at the lower / rear edge 6 of the mattress part 3. The attachment points can be made by riveting, sewing, screwing, gluing or otherwise attaching to an adjacent part. The length and width of the hinge member r are adjusted so that a traction suitable for the purpose is obtained, ie. the traction force must be so strong that the mattress part 3 is kept in position both in the lowered position and in the raised position. Depending on the material elasticity of the hinge member 2, its width can be designed in different ways and it is conceivable that the band 4 can cover all or at least a substantial part of the entire length of the bed 1. In that case only one hinge member 2 is used per bed 1. Bet is also conceivable that the hinge member 2 consists of a smaller circular member, for example in rope form (not shown), in which case at least two or even many hinge members 2 are used for each bed. l. In order to ensure that the mattress part 3 does not come loose in a collision and e.g. thrown around in the cab with the risk of injuring the driver, passengers or interior, one or more suspension stops 7 or limiting means are arranged between the mattress part 3 and the support structure 5 in such a way that the mattress part 3 is allowed to move from its original position so much that the mattress part 3 can be folded up against the cab wall or down against the support structure 5, but no more. The suspension stop 7 or the restricting means can consist of a substantially dull textile / nylon strap of, for example, the same type that is normally used in seat belt straps and can be ie. integrated with, sewn together and folded with, the elastic hinge member 2, the elastic, or arranged separately therefrom. The suspension stop 7 can also consist of a thin wire, chain or similar member which is sufficiently durable and which is able to keep the mattress part 3 in position even in the event of a collision. The suspension stop 7 is mainly inflexible, i.e. the material in the suspension stop 7 can also be designed to provide a desired braking process in the event of a collision. Figure 1b shows the same view as in figure 1a but where the mattress part 3 is folded up against an imaginary rear vehicle wall and where the hinge member 2 is thereby stretched out and exerts a pulling force on the lower / rear edge 6 of the mattress part 3 directed towards the rear of the support structure 5 edge, one in which the mattress part 3 is held in position against the intended vehicle wall. Figure 2a shows a corresponding perspective view obliquely from behind of a vehicle bed 1 but with an alternative attachment of the guide member 2 according to the invention, where one end 2a or attachment point of the guide member 2 is arranged at the inner upper edge of the support structure 5 and the other end 2b or attachment point is arranged a distance into the lower part of the mattress part 3. The figure shows how the mattress part 3 can be manually pulled out a bit to be folded up against the imaginary body wall in the next step. It is also quite possible to manually only fold up the mattress part 3, i.e. without first pulling it forward, since its rear edge 6 will support against the body wall during folding up and a composite movement is created where the edge slides downwards along the wall panel of the cab. The space ahead in A cabin is limited by the chairs (not shown). suspension stop 7 is also arranged here in the end portion of the bed 1. Figure 2b shows a perspective view according to figure Za but where the mattress part 3 is in the raised position whereby the hinge member 2 is in the stretched position and thus exerts a tensile force on the mattress part 3 directed towards the rear edge of the support structure 5, the mattress part 3 being held in a position adjacent to the imagined vehicle wall. Figure 3 shows an alternative attachment of the hinge member 2 where one attachment point 2a is arranged in a transverse beam 8 in the support structure 5 of the bed and its other attachment point 2b is arranged in the rear edge of the mattress part. The suspension stop 7 ar is arranged parallel to the hinge member 2. Figure 4a shows a further variant of attachment of the hinge member 2 and its suspension stop /, where the attachment point 2a of the hinge member 2 is arranged at a tubular beam 9 here in the body wall. The suspension stop 7 here consists of two parts and is arranged outside the hinge member 2. Figure 4b shows the invention according to figure 4a but in the storage position of the mattress part 3 which is conspicuous. The hinge member 2 is in its extended position and the suspension stop 7 lies parallel to the hinge member 2. Figure 5 shows a further alternative embodiment of the invention where the hinge member 2 and the suspension stop 7 are placed next to each other and with the attachment points in the mattress part 3 and in the support structure 5 arranged next to each other and where the spring hanger 7 is integrally sewn and folded with the hinge member 2. The above description is primarily intended to facilitate the understanding of the invention. The invention is therefore of course not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but also other variants of the invention are possible and conceivable within the scope of the inventive concept and the scope of protection of the following claims.
