专利说明:

[1] The present invention relates to a device for cutting metal molds, usually bolts, cast or screwed into a substrate, where the substrate may be an indoor floor or a flat surface and where the substrate usually consists of a concrete surface.
[2] In modern and rational industrial production in the manufacture of products, or in processes, machines and transport devices are usually used which are fixed to a floor by means of bolts which may be cast in a concrete floor or screwed into the floor, for example with expander bolts.
[3] In the event of changes in production, e.g. when manufacturing a new product, a new model, or when changing a process, it may be necessary to change a production line, whereby machines, conveyors and other fixed equipment need to be moved within the available area. These machines, conveyors and equipment are unscrewed frail the floor where they have previously been installed, the floor area will have hundreds, sometimes even thousands of bolts protruding frail the floor that was previously sate for the named objects.
[4] The same problem arises when an industrial premises is to be used for other purposes, e.g. when the industrial premises are to be used for offices or homes. Protruding bolts, where machines and other objects have been screwed on, must be removed.
[5] According to the technology used today, such a floor is usually cleaned, e.g. an industrial floor of concrete, from all fixed equipment. Then all the protruding bolts or other metal forms which are fixed in the concrete in the industrial floor are cut by means of angle grinders 30 provided with cutting blades for metal.
[6] Cutting of bolts protruding from the floor is performed by hand by personnel, where one or more operators are each equipped with an angle grinder. In such work, an operator cuts one bolt at a time. The operator must move along the floor and repeatedly bend down towards the 2nd floor, possibly stand on his knees, perform the cut and then get up to move to the next bolt. Such work is very time consuming or staff demanding. Completely removing protruding bolts from an industrial floor can take days, if the hijacking is carried out by a few people. Furthermore, this type of work is stressful and wears on both knees and backs of those who perform the work. The fact that the work is slow can also be costly, since new construction or installation of another production line overtakes the execution of the cut as above.
[7] The present invention relates to a device comprising an angle grinder mounted to a carriage, the angle grinder being equipped with a cutting blade for cutting bolts or other metal molds 5.1 to be removed from a floor. By floor shall have meant any type of substrate, where the mentioned metal formals are to be cut off.
[8] The trolley according to the invention is intended for only an angle grinder with a cutting blade, for example for steel. The angle grinder is mounted in the trolley, so that the cutting blade runs almost parallel to the floor where the cutting of bolts is performed. Furthermore, the trolley is equipped with means for being able to be rolled, such as at least one pair of wheels or a pair of rollers, which can be arranged centrally on the trolley. In the middle of the carriage there is a stitch which at the top is provided with a handlebar, steering wheel or equivalent, so that an operator who steers the carriage by moving the bar towards him lifts the cutting blade frail the floor. If the operator in the stable for the bar forward is set the cutting blade against the floor.
[9] By thus steering the trolley equipped with an angle grinder. Over a floor with bolts to be cut, an operator can maneuver standing and / or walking to cut the bolts and set the cutting blade at an appropriate height in a simple manner with the aid of the trolley carrying the angle grinder. The process of cutting with the help of a carriage accelerates and rationalizes the cutting work considerably.
[10] According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a carriage having pitches according to the device specified in independent claim 1. 3
[11] According to a further aspect of the invention, there is provided a method of cutting metal molds 5.1 protruding from a floor by means of a trolley according to claim 1.
[12] Further embodiments of the invention are presented in the dependent claims.
[13] In the following, a number of embodiments of the invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings show only schematically the principle of the device and do not claim to show to some extent any proportions between different elements thereof.
[14] Figure 1 shows the carriage 1 in its entirety according to an embodiment of the invention. In the lower part a chassis 2 for the carriage 1 is shown. The carriage has a guide rod 3, in the upper spirit of which a guide 4 is arranged. Furthermore, the carriage 1 is provided with a housing 5 for receiving an angle grinder 8 (not visible in figure 1). The housing 5 is divided into a front housing 5a and a rear housing 5b. Between the front 5a and the rear housing 5b runs a wheel axle 6, ph which two wheels 7 are mounted and forms a pair of wheels which carried the chassis 2 and damned the whole carriage 1. The front housing 5a is hinged around the wheel axle 6, the front and rear the housing can be angled slightly in relation to each other in a vertical plane transverse to the wheel axle 6. The rear housing 5b can also be hinged around the wheel axle 6 so that it falls down against the ground by its own weight. However, it is preferred that the rear housing 5b be firmly joined to the chassis 2.
[15] The housing 5 comprising the front 5a and the rear housing 5b are designed to form a cavity in which an angle grinder can be received, accommodated and mounted. Figure 2 shows ashes in a sectional view along the chassis 2 how an angle grinder 8 is mounted inside the housing 5 of the carriage 1.
[16] The housing 5 surrounding the angle grinder also has the function of preventing sparks or chips from being thrown into the environment. If the rear housing 5b is fixed to the chassis 2, this will be slightly raised from the base G when cutting a form (Fig. 2). Since the plane of the cutting disc 10 lies above the lower edge of the rear housing 5a, however, there is no stone risk of sparks or chips being ejected. During a fixed mounting of the rear housing 5b to the chassis 2, a parking layer is obtained for the carriage 1, when the handlebar is released so that the cutting disc will then rotate freely above the ground. Also in the embodiment with the rear housing 5b hinged around the wheel axle 6, the rear housing 5b will function as a parking post because a plate angle under the guide rod 3 prevents the rear housing from pivoting up more than a few degrees when an operator returns the guide rod 3 to normal position. , i.e. in a state where the operator does not force the control rod 3 forward. Since the entire trolley 1 has a rear weight in relation to the wheel axle 6, the trolley will be parked standing on the rear housing 5b. The front part of the chassis 2 of the trolley 1 is provided with a fork 13 (see figure 4), which is welded or otherwise combined with the chassis 2, whereby the fork 13 obtains a fixed distance from the cutting disc 10 and substantially parallel thereto. Figure 4 shows a bracket 14, to which the spark arrestors 11 are arranged to unite the spark arrestors at the sides of the front housing 5a and to act as a stop for the possibility of the spark arrestors 11 to swing up too great an angle.
[17] The purpose of the fork 13 is that the carriage 1 can be steered by means of the handlebar 4, so that e.g. a bolt or e.g. Reinforcing bars (in the continuation only the term bolt is used even though any metal form protruding from a floor G can be cut) can be inserted into the gap between two fork rails that form the fork 13. Just below the fork 13 the cutting disc 10 is coated and visible in figure 4. The fork 13 will enclose a bolt when it is cut by means of the cutting disc 10, whereby during the cutting the bolt will be inserted further into the gap between the fork rails. The arrangement means that the fork 13 guides the carriage during the cutting and thereby prevents throwing laterally of the device.
[18] The rear housing 5b is equipped with a parking post 15, whereby this rear housing 5b abuts the base with a certain distance between the base and the lower edge of the rear housing 5b, when the carriage 1 is continued in the parking position. The axle 6 is placed at the chassis 2 so that the carriage 1 has a rear weight, which means that the carriage is tilted backwards and stands against the floor via the rear housing 5b in a parking space for the carriage 1. The parking layer is taken automatically when the handlebar 3 is not forward an operator. The distance is set by means of stable screws on the parking support 15 in the same way as on the sliding blocks 12 at the front housing 5a. It already has nanants that the rear housing 5b can be hinged around the wheel axle 6. But in a preferred embodiment, the rear housing 5b is fixed to the chassis 2. 6
[19] In order to fasten an angle grinder 8 inside the housing 5 in a secure manner, a rotatable disc 16 is used, visible outside the front housing 5a at its sides. A fastening bolt 17 is pulled through an eccentric slide in the rotatable disc 16 and is screwed to the side of the body of the angle grinder 8. The pavridable disc also has rear-shaped grooves18 with the same radius between them. Screws 19 can be threaded through the bag-shaped recesses 18 and fixed in the side cradle of the front housing 5a. By rotating the pulley 16, the bolt in the eccentric tail will take on different layers in relation to the front housing 5a, whereby the position of the screw 19 can be adapted to the existing fixed point for the current model or current make of angle grinder 8. After rotation of the rotatable pulley 16 it is screwed fixed to the front housing 5a by means of screws in the recess 18. The rotatable disc 16 further has a cut-out 19 which can be rotated to a predefined punched mark on the cradle of the front housing 5a, where the punched mark 20 can refer to a certain type of angle grinder, which facilitates the installation rotatable disc 16 to the angle grinder 8 to be mounted in the carriage 1.
[20] Figure 1 also shows a control 21 in the form of a switch which can be operated with the aid of e.g. the operator's thumb to turn on and off the power to the angle grinder 8 when to start or stop it.
[21] The use of the carriage 1 for an angle grinder 8 is exemplified by the method of cutting a number of bolts protruding from a concrete floor which follows. An operator using the device according to the invention mounts an angle grinder 8 in the housing 5, as described above. Sliding blocks 12 are arranged at the spark guard 11 to adjust the front housing 5a at a predetermined height above the floor G. The operator starts the angle grinder with the aid of the thumb control on the handlebar 4. The carriage 1 is maneuvered to a bolt to be cut, so that the bolt is inserted between fork 13 rails. The bolt then meets the cutting disc 10, whereby the bolt is cut quickly and efficiently without the operator having to bend down towards or up from the floor. as soon as a bolt is cut, the trolley can be maneuvered anyo so that the fork 13 encloses an additional bolt Definition In this document, the term floor shall refer to all types of floors under roofs, such as floors hardened with concrete or asphalt, but also outdoor plans. which can be hardened with a surface layer of concrete or asphalt. 7
