专利说明:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in detail in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a room provided with a wall part in accordance with the invention, Fig. 2 shows a view which used as an original to produce a tiled wall part in accordance with the invention, Fig. 3 schematically shows the steps for transforming the original image into a production template, Fig. 4 schematically shows a first preparatory step for tiles in accordance with the invention, and, Fig. 5 shows schematic production line one for a tile arrangement in accordance with the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Figure 1 schematically shows a room with a wall 1, a part of which has been arranged with a tile arrangement 2 in accordance with the invention. The tile arrangement 2 comprises a number of tiles 3 (or tiles, tiles or the like), in this example twelve tiles, which together form an image 20, which can be selected individually. Each tile, e.g. 31 and 32, consequently show a fraction of the total image 20 "and by placing the tiles in a predetermined manner on the wall 1, they will present an overall image 20 in accordance with the selected image 20". As is obvious, the remaining part of the wall 1 can of course also be arranged with tiles, e.g. by using standard tiles in the traditional way. In addition, it will be appreciated that the entire wall 1 could be used to present a picture 20, or a number of pictures, and furthermore that the presentation of the picture can be achieved by using tiles of varying size. It is also obvious that the image, or indeed also images, can also be applied to one or all of the walls, ceilings or floors. Fig. 2 shows an original image 20 'intended to be used for producing the image to be produced by means of the tile 3 on a wall 1. The image 20 "can be a hand-painted painting of all kinds, or of course all kinds of pictures placed on a substrate (not shown) that can be handled for the production of a production template. A very suitable format for the original image 20 "is a digital photo, which should preferably be of high quality to enable magnification and reproduction. Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of a production plant 4, 5, 6, 7 for the production of a production template 20 ”. I F ig. 3, an embodiment is presented in which the desired original image 20 'is in the form of an image of web-unified material, e.g. a sheet of paper or a sheet of cloth. The substrate 20 "is then introduced into a scanner 4, which transmits the image 20" to a digital production and transmits the image further to a computer equipment 5. The computer equipment 5 has a software that enables the production of a production template 20 ”. As indicated, the computer equipment 5 is preferably connected to the internet 7 and / or to the database 6 (which can of course be stored internally on the computer 5). By connecting to the database 6 (or internet 7), the person at the computer equipment 5 can select a desired base tile 3 from a large range of available tiles registered in the database 6 and / or identified on the internet 7. In addition, the person at the computer equipment 5 has knowledge of (preferably stored in the computer equipment) all necessary information from the customer, who has ordered the tile arrangement 2, e.g. the size of the surface intended for the image 2, preferences regarding tile quality, preferences regarding the base color of the tile, etc., etc. The person at the computer equipment 5 then makes a suitable choice, based on all information, of a tile 3 for the production of the template 20 ” and the computer equipment 5 will, by means of the specific software program, produce a production template 20 ”which includes each plate 31, 32, etc. of all the tiles 3 needed to form the image 20 in the tile arrangement 2. Fig. 4 shows a pretreatment unit 8. The tile 3 comprises, in a traditional manner, a back side 34, within a suitable surface for attachment thereof, an intermediate layer 36 forming the tile core, and a top surface 35 which is intended to be exposed. The top surface 35 - often comprises a sintered / glazed surface of a material which is not suitable for application of any kind of printed material. As a consequence, the tile in the pretreatment unit 4 is treated before the desired decoration is applied to the tile 3 to transform the top surface 35 into a modified top surface 35 ”suitable for application of printed material. Many different types of treatments can be used to modify the surface 35. The most preferred treatment in accordance with the invention is the use of pickling to chemically reshape the surface 35 into a printable top surface 35 ”. The main purpose of the pretreatment of the tile 3 is to provide a surface which is suitable for transferring the print on top of it and which is durable. There are many different types of methods that can be used to achieve a suitable surface 35 ”. A preferred form of drying includes the use of pickling, i.e. use of a pickle acid. . The beet acid is placed on top of the top surfaces 35 of the tile, which is preferably carried out by spraying it on top of the surface 35. Alternatively, the tile 3 can be dipped in a vessel (placed inside the pretreatment unit 8) containing the beet acid. Different types of pickling acids are possible, which may include supplementary content, depending on the type of base material and top surface of the tile 3 to be treated. Preferably a mixture of at least two acids from the group of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid is used. Tests have shown that nitric acid is preferably the main ingredient in the mixture which preferably contains at least 50% nitric acid. After the pickling acid has been applied, the pickling acid is allowed to be in contact with the surfaces 35 for a sufficiently long time (preferably between 1 and 24, more preferably between about 2-6 hours) to modify the surfaces 35 to printable surfaces 35 ". Of course, the contact time with the surfaces also varies depending on the properties of the surfaces. When a desired roughness / surface property of the tile 3 has been obtained, the tile 3 is cleaned, e.g. by rinsing water on it, preferably temperate water between 20-70 C °, often more preferably between 30-50 C °. Thereafter, the top surfaces of the tile are protected at 35 °, e.g. by wrapping it in a protective cover and transferring it to the system with the printing equipment 9. Before the tile 3 is introduced into the printing equipment 9, the cover is first removed and then the top surface 35 ”is cleaned to remove any fl corners and / or particles. A preferred detergent is based on some kind of alcohol as an active cleaning agent. According to an alternative method, the surfaces can be betrayed by blasting. Yet another type of abrasive method can be used to obtain the desired surfaces 35 ”. Once the tiles 3 have been prepared for printing, they are introduced into the production unit 9 in which printing takes place on top of the top layer 35 "of each tile by using the production template 20" and traditional printing technology, e.g. by using an fl embed printer. As a consequence, each of the required tiles, 31, 32, etc. will represent a specific fraction of said image 20 by using the production unit 9, i.e. to reproduce each part of the total image 20 which is intended to be applied to the wall 1. Before delivery of the tiles, a protective layer (not shown) is applied on top of the printed image on each of the tiles 3, e.g. by applying a varnish or some other mandatory type of seal, which may vary depending on the environment in which the tile arrangement 2 is intended to be placed. Fig. 5 shows that one tile 3 at a time passes through the production unit 9 to obtain a fraction of the total image 20. It may of course also be possible to feed the production unit 9 with a matrix containing än er than a tile, e.g. containing a row of tiles (eg 3 tiles) or fl your rows, e.g. twelve tiles as shown in Fig. 1, and to either print a subfraction of the total image 20 on the matrix or the whole image 20 at once, which means that each tile 10, 20, 30, 31, 32, receives a fraction of the total image 20. The printable width W 'of the production unit then needs to be at least corresponding to the width W in the image 20. A major advantage of the production method / system in accordance with the invention is that the cost of each individualized tile image 2 can be drastically reduced compared to known methods. Another very important advantage is that it is easy to enable reproduction of one or more tiles 3 at a later stage (eg due to damage) as the production template 20 ”can easily be stored for a very long time, meaning that reproduction is possible. at a relatively low cost. Regarding the printing on the tile surfaces 35, this can be achieved by using a UV (ultraviolet) ink jet printer of the bed type, e.g. a Durst, RBS Rigid Board Set, or a Durst RBS3ODM Rigid Premium Board Set. This technology is based on a digital inkjet concept, in which the printing ink reacts / cures when exposed to ultraviolet light. Preferably, the ink is free of VOCs (slightly organic compounds). Alternatively, the transfer of the 20 "image can be achieved by using a digitally printed transfer film. Regarding the finishing, ie. treatment after the tiles 31, 32 have been removed from the printing equipment 9, they are first thoroughly cleaned, preferably by spraying a suitable cleaning agent, e.g. silicone remover, on top of the printed surface 35 ”. Then the tiles 3 l, 32 are provided with a protective surface on top of the printed top surfaces 35 ”. The preferred method of applying a protective layer is by spray painting a transparent, durable layer, e.g. a suitable transparent varnish. Preferably, the protective layer is applied in multiple layers. Thereafter, the protective layer is cured, e.g. by resting at room temperature for a period of time or at elevated temperature if a shorter period of time is desired. Alternatively, powder coating can be used, in which the protective layer is obtained by melting the powder at elevated temperature (eg in an oven). A further alternative embodiment for providing the protective layer is by using a transparent film which is either self-adhesive or by applying a high temperature (water melting). The invention is not limited by what has been described above but can be varied within the scope of the appended claims. For example, it is well known to those skilled in the art that fl your different types of seals can be used, e.g. by using sintering of a seal on the tile 3. Furthermore, it is obvious that the ibil flexibility of the production method allows a large variation with respect to many of the parameters, e.g. enabling the use of different sized and / or colored base tiles 3 for the production of the image 2. In addition, it is obvious that the method / system according to the invention is not limited to the use of tiles but that it can be used together with other similar base building materials, Lex. tiles, stone slabs etc.
