专利摘要:
The present invention refers to an arrangement for cleaning of an intake air filter (1) in a ventilation unit (2) comprising e.g. a heat exchanger, which ventilates a space (3) with indoor air, e.g. a hotel room, said air is sucked in through said intake air filter (1), on which dust/particles (4) from said space (3) after a period of time are gathered on an intake side (5) of the intake air filter (1), said intake side (5) is turned directly towards the space (3) and sometimes indirectly towards a screen (6), provided in connection to said intake air filter (1) in a predetermined distance (7) from the intake side (5). Within said distance (7) at least one blow-off nozzle (8) is provided, which is connected to a separate intake air fan (15), which sucks in air (9) being outside said space (3) and outside the ventilation unit (2) through a hose or tube (16) for blowing the sucked- in air (9) through the blow-off nozzle (8) out over the intake side (5) of the intake air filter (1) in order to remove the dust /particles (4) from the intake side (5) and/or the screen (6) and allowing said dust/particles (4) to fall out from the ventilation unit (2) and into said space (3).

专利说明:

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages which exist with the above-mentioned constructions, by arranging a blowing nozzle, which at predetermined times, when no one is disturbed, e.g. at night, blow the suction filter clean, as it is only slightly, almost negligible with dust / particles on it, which becomes light, this always remaining free from the dust / particles before it has time to be damaged.
Thanks to the invention, a device has now been provided with a ventilation unit which ventilates a space, e.g. a hotel room, with indoor air, which is sucked in through an intake filter. At predetermined times, the ventilation unit's intake filter and raster are cleaned in a simple and inexpensive way with a minimum of maintenance. The intake side of the intake filter faces the space and there is often a grid in front of the intake filter at a distance from the intake side, often extending substantially parallel to it, to mechanically protect the intake side. According to the invention, a blowing nozzle is arranged at the intake side within the distance to the grid. The blowing nozzle is connected to an intake fan, which sucks in air, to blow the air out through the blowing nozzle over the intake side, to blow away the dust / particles from the intake side and the inside of the grid, whereby it falls out of the ventilation unit into the space. On frequent occasions, e.g. once a night, when people are not disturbed by the cleaning of the intake side and the grid 6, the ventilation unit is switched off. During this time, the intake fan is switched on, to blow away a very small amount of dust / particles, which for a short time, e.g. a day gathered, as. then Blown out of the ventilation unit and into the room, where they can barely be seen. This is cleaned away at regular intervals during normal cleaning of the space. Therefore, the intake side and the grid have maximum exposure to a very small amount of dust / particles, which in no way impairs the function of the ventilation unit.
The invention is described in more detail below with the aid of some preferred embodiments, in which Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through a ventilation unit with a horizontal intake filter arranged at a roof, Fig. 2 shows a horizontal cross section through a ventilation unit with a horizontal intake filter, arranged in a roof Fig. 3 shows a vertical section through. a part of a ventilation unit with a vertical intake filter, arranged at a roof.
As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, an intake filter 1 is shown, at a ventilation unit 2, arranged in a roof 19, which ventilates a space 3 through the intake filter 1, where dust / particles 4 from the space 3 stick to its intake side 5 and against a grid. 6, arranged in front of the intake filter 1 at a distance 7 from the intake side 5.
Within the distance 7 a blowing nozzle 8 is arranged, which is connected to an intake fan 15, which sucks in air 9 for blowing out the air 9 through the blowing nozzle 8 over the intake side 5, to blow away the dust / particles 4 from the intake side 5 and the grid 6.
The suction fan 15 is, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, mounted preferably on top of the ventilation assembly 2 outside the space 3, which is free from the dust / particles from the space 3.
The suction filter J. is a disc unit 18, which has an edge area 13. At this the suction filter 1 is detachably fastened, arranged below the suction side 5. The disc unit 18 is e.g. rectangular, round or unilateral and is substantially parallel to the intake side 5. The intake fan 15, sucks in that air 9 through a hose / pipe 16 and blows it out through the blow nozzle 8, over the intake filter 1. The blow nozzle 8 is arranged at the edge area 13, in a corner 14 of the suction filter 1, which is rectangular. To create an effective blow-off, the air 9 is blown over the entire intake side 5 and the entire inside of the grid 6. The blowing nozzle 8 has a number of nipples 10, which direct the air 9 in a number of air jets 11 in preselected directions 12, which extend parallel to the intake side 5, the air jets 11 dividing the air 9, to create a turbulent air flow, which operates optimally distributed in substantially over the entire intake side 5 and the grid 6 under a pressure of about l0r50 Pa, in order to also direct the air jet 11 to more difficult-to-reach places such as e.g. edge area 13.
According to another variant of the invention, the suction fan 15 is assembled with the blowing nozzle 8 into a unit, which hose / which pipe 16 extends from the unit to an attachment point for the end of the hose / pipe 16, which is mounted on top of the ventilation unit 2, where it sucks in the air 9.
As can be seen from Fig. 3, a variant of the invention is shown, in which the intake filter 1 stands vertically, the dust / particles 4 falling out to the space 3 through a hole 17 provided for this purpose, having a horizontally lying grid 6.
