TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates generally to a container for a fluid or other similar substance, in particular to a container for beverages, which may be liquid or gelled, the container comprising parts for attachment to a body part of a human.
BACKGROUND When engaging in sports or general physical exertion, it is common to carry and consume energy drinks or other energizing liquid or gelled substances. In the case of sports, for example, the clothes used can be light and thin, which means that any stains in them are not dampened during storage of even the lightest objects, especially not containers for liquid. There is therefore a need for an easily accessible and lightweight packaging that can be carried regardless of whether the garments have pockets and which work well during physical activity.
The foil packaging currently used for such substances has several disadvantages: - A pocket or other device is required for a person to be able to carry only the packaging - It can generally be black to take and handle the packaging - The packaging is often not resealable, for which reason any remaining substance may leach out after use - Packages which do not have the possibility of resealing may be unhygienic, since when ingesting the contents of the package part of the surface of this must come into contact with the person's mouth. fastened to a wrist is ferut kanda by, for example, US patent 957347 and the Swedish patent 8602799. It can be inconvenient to only do these during physical activity. They may also require a complicated manufacturing method and not further described in these patents.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The proposed device is a package of light weight as substances readily available, especially in sports, but in general it works equally well for other substances such as medicines, sweets, beverages and the like.
From a foil or film material, parts for forming a container can be cut out, shaped, folded and fastened along suitable edges, so that a taken space is obtained and the container at the same time has a shape so that it can function as, for example, a bracelet. The bracelet can alternatively be designed as a separate part.
The container can be made with different dimensions depending on need and is provided with a resealable screw cap or equivalent. For loading the container at a body part, 2 slippery and / or suitable shapes can be punched or embossed directly in the respective foil part.
The packaging can be made of, for example, plastic foil or generally of a suitable foil material such as paper coated with aluminum or with polyethylene of the type used for, for example, food packaging for water shoes such as milk or fruit juices. The material can be weldable and it must be possible to fold and shape it. In particular, it can be a lamp for thermoplastic molding such as vacuum molding.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will now be written in detail in connection with non-limiting exemplary embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: - Fig. 1a is a perspective view taken obliquely from the side of a container for, for example, a sports drink, - Fig. 1b is a view similar to Fig. 1b but taken obliquely from below, - Fig. 2 is a perspective view of an upper foil part for folding for forming side cradles, - Fig. 3 is a view corresponding to Fig. 2 but after the folding, - Fig. 4 is a view corresponding to fig. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the upper foil part and a lower foil part placed next to each other for fastening to each other, - Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a central area of the finished container, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a container in an alternative design.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION Figures 1a and 1b show a container 1 for, for example, a sports drink. The container is generally designed so that it can be easily attached to a suitable body part, eg Laing a wrist. From a central part 3, which comprises a space 5 for storing liquid, protrudes on opposite sides two fixed parts 7 ', 7 ", which can be elongate or challenge as a band. The container 1 can then generally have, for example, the appearance of a wristwatch. 7 ', 7 "' spirits can be conveniently attached to each other. The one fixed part 7 'can, for example, as shown, be provided with several through holes 9. The other fixed part 7 "is then provided with one or more projecting parts 11 which can be welded in one lamp or several of the through holes. In another In this case, one fixed part has a slot through which the spirit of the other fixed part can be inserted and welded in a suitable manner by having load tongues or barbed-like projections at opposite sides.
An opening device such as a reclosable screw cap device 13 can be arranged at the middle part 3 for access to the closed space 5.
In the event that such a container 1 is intended to be placed around a body part with a relatively small diameter, it may be unobtrusive or inconvenient if the liquid-containing middle part 3 is designed as a flat package or has a flat underside. Figs. 2 - 6 show how a container can be manufactured with a specially designed middle part, which can also take up stone volume of liquid and which at the same time allows the container to be easily and comfortably carried and carried on a person's body, without, for example, unnecessarily preventing various body movements.
The container 1 can be made of plastic film or plastic foil, for example relatively thin plastic foil, such as a thermoplastic which is weldable, or of some sheet material coated with a weldable layer such as polyethylene. From a plastic film or other suitable foil material, such suitable shapes can be punched out, then the punched parts can be formed as required, such as praglated, bent, folded or thermoplastic to obtain a more permanent bent or curved shape, and then the parts can be fastened together. eg by welding or gluing. One or more of the parts can at some stage in the manufacture be provided with a flake device of another material such as a reclosable screw cap device.
The container 1 can be made in different proportions depending on need and it can, according to the above, be filled with screw cap 13 or equivalent. The foil also forms the bracelet which can be made in a variety of ways depending on the application. For loading the bracelet, slides and molds can be punched or embossed directly into the foil.
Fig. 2 shows an upper part 15, which may have a rectangular shape and be cut out of a suitable sheet or foil material. In the starting layer it can be shown as MO or crooked to suitable, shape, for example to be able to be fitted to be applied over a wrist, with a middle portion 17, from which parts 19 are bent downwards, with for example a soft bend and said that the outermost parts the om-Aden is at an angle in the vicinity of 90 °, such as between 70 ° and 90 °, in relation to the middle part, which may be approximately flat.
As can be seen in Fig. 3, this foil part 15 is then formed at two opposite sides or edges, which are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the finished container, so that it is folded down as if it were mirrored in a tank plane, which sags the foil at an angle. whereby the part cut by the plane is "reflected" with the retaining profile which will then form a side rocker 21. In the figure, however, only the folding is shown on one side. With varying location and inclination of the reflecting plane, the inclination and size of the side cradle 21 can be varied optionally, while the profile in the reflected profile always becomes the same as the fold. The formed side cradle extends along a substantially straight line 23 from the remaining approximately flat area 25 of the central portion 17 at an angle which may, for example, correspond to the above-mentioned, i.e. an angle in the vicinity of 90 °, such as between 70 ° and 90 °. °. The side cradle 21 also connects to the end portions 19 but along curved lines 27, which terminate at the horns of the foil portion 15. During this lowering to form the side cradles, the hook which the foil part 15 has from the beginning is constantly maintained at a longitudinally centrally angled 4 of the foil part, and the hook becomes stabilized and more permanent.
In order to facilitate the subsequent attachment to a lower foil part, it is then folded as shown in Fig. 4, the area 29 of the side cradle 21 lying at the outer edge back along a line 31 to become substantially parallel to the remaining substantially flat central area 25 of the middle part 17. This can be described as the side cradle being folded back by mirroring in a slightly parallel displaced plane and forming a bottom surface 29 for fastening or welding while the outer edges from the two folds opposite by the fold lines 27 and 31 ending at the horns of the upper part 15. This further folding or shaping further stabilizes the curved shape of the longitudinal central area of the foil part.
Fig. 5 shows a lower foil part 33, of which at least its central portion seen in the longitudinal direction has a shape which can substantially correspond to the shape which the upper foil part 15 has from the beginning. The lower foil part is placed under the upper part and then the upper and lower foil parts can be fastened to each other as by means of heat welding along the edges of the upper foil part 15, more precisely at the bottom surfaces 29 and the parts 19. Thereby are formed as shown in fig. 6 a closed space 5 for receiving liquid between the upper foil part 15 and the lower foil part 31. The finished container 1 can, as shown, have a substantially symmetrical shape around a central plane which runs perpendicular to the central areas of the central parts.
In Figs. 5-6 it is not shown that the lower foil part 31 may have duct portions for releasable attachment to each other as seen in Figs. 1a and 1b, but the beginning of these duck portions is indicated by the dashed lines in Fig. 6.
The bends and folds described above can be made by embossing, drawing and / or shaping, possibly with heat, in suitable tools in one or more steps.
As shown in Fig. 7, the middle part 3 can be designed as a separate part for fastening to a separate bracelet, not shown, as an elastic band. For this purpose, the container can be provided with, for example, slots 35. Such a bracelet can then be more easily designed to have a suitable color tone. It can also be more easily designed so that it fits well on a wrist. Furthermore, the tool for manufacturing the container 1 can be made smaller.
As can be seen from Fig. 7, the container I can also be produced by merely forming or drawing a foil material, for example by vacuum forming. In this case, only the upper foil part 15 'is formed with a raised central part 37, which projects from curved edge surfaces 29' and substantially flat edge surfaces 19 '. The curved edge surfaces correspond to the bottom surfaces 29 in the above design and lie in the longitudinal direction of the entire device, while the substantially flat edge surfaces correspond to the end portions 19 and have an extension perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The upper foil part 15 'is fixedly attached to the lower foil part 33 along the edge surfaces 29' and 19 '.
