and bottom cover caps are nozzles connected to said vacuum suction channels for sucking up dirty scrubbing liquid, said bottom cover cap and said bottom part being detachable from each other for access of the said substantially radial vacuum channels between them.
The invention is described below as a preferred embodiment, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows in perspective and cross-section the scrubbing part of a scrubbing machine with parts included therein, Fig. 2 shows the scrubbing machine in perspective obliquely from above, Fig. 3 shows the scrubbing machine in perspective obliquely Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the scrubber with marked scrubbing liquid supply, Fig. 5 shows in perspective and in cross-section the scrubber obliquely from below and in partially disassembled condition, Fig. 6 shows in perspective and in cross-section the scrubber obliquely from below with marked suction of dirty scrubbing liquid, shows a cross-sectional view of the scrubber with shown suction of dirty scrubbing liquid, Figs. 8-9 show in perspective a central fudium hinge part, Figs. 10 and Fig. 10A show an exploded view of the scrubber seen obliquely from below, and Figs. 11 and Fig. 12 show a bottom part seen obliquely from below respectively obliquely from above.
A fluid system 50 for a scrubbing machine 1 according to the present invention, which comprises a floor treatment brush and / or disc 7 rotatably 58 driven by a motor 4 with an enclosing annular rim 8 and scrubbing liquid line 9 and a vacuum suction duct 10 for supplying 11 clean scrubbing liquid 12 resp. for suction 13 of soiled scrubbing liquid 14, comprises both a bottom part 25 and a centrally located part 19. Said scrubbing line 9 and vacuum suction channel 10 are open seen in radial direction, but are enclosed by an outer shaft 37, in that the central central shaft 19 is formed by a insert releasably received in said outer shaft 37. More specifically, a disc-shaped bottom part 25, which is located above said rotatable brush and / or disc 7, is seen when said scrubbing machine 1 is held in a horizontal normal scrubbing position I, as shown in the drawings provided with a number of substantially radially 59 extending vacuum suction channels 24. Furthermore, a bottom cover lid 51 is connected to said bottom part 25 and can be detached therefrom by having a number of fastening elements 60 pressed into holes in said bottom part 25.
To enable suction of dirty scrubbing liquid 14 from the floor 2 or other substrate scrubbed with the scrubbing machine 1, a number of nozzles 27 are received releasably connected by being pressed into openings 61, thanks to external circumferential flanges 62 and grooves 63 on the mantle surface of said nozzle 27. The said bottom cover lid 51 and the said bottom part 25, which are releasably attachable to each other, are thus arranged to be detachable from each other in order to enable easy access of the said substantially radial vacuum suction channels 24 at e.g. clogging due to larger objects or other dirt getting stuck in the said vacuum channels 24 in the bottom part, on its downward-facing surface.
It can also be arranged on the contrary, ie that said radial vacuum suction channels are arranged in the bottom cover on its upwardly facing surface.
Said substantially radial vacuum suction channels 24 are preferably formed by grooves in said disc-shaped bottom part 25 and which grooves are open seen along one side surface 25A thereof, preferably in the downward direction 64. Said disc-shaped bottom part 25 is located above said bottom cover lid 51, seen when a floor scrubber in question 1 stands on a base 2.
Arranged along the circumference of said bottom part 25 is a circumferential groove 67 in which the substantially radial vacuum suction grooves 25 open from a recess 68 located at the center of the bottom part 25, which forms a chamber at the lower said end portion 19C of a central shaft 19.
Said central shaft 19, which internally has both said scrubbing line 9 and said axially extending vacuum suction duct 10, connects with said axial vacuum suction duct 10 to said substantially radially extending vacuum suction ducts 24 and said central shaft 19 is received with its lower end portion 69 in its central end portion 69 said bottom cover cap 51, connecting its axial vacuum suction channel 10 to said substantially radially extending vacuum suction channels 24.
The lower part 19C of said central axis 19 has a transverse wall 66. A portion of said wall has a shoulder 52 received in a central opening 53 in the bottom cover 51 and rests with an edge portion 69 on said upper peripheral edge portion 54 of said opening 53. scrubbing liquid 12 from the scrubbing liquid line 9 in the central shaft 19 opens into a bottom opening 65 through the bottom 66 of the central shaft 19. The said central shaft 19 is arranged so as to be releasably pullable from below from a receiving receiving outer outer shaft 37 consisting of steel or other steel. hard material. Said outer shaft 37 encloses said central shaft 19 along its circumferential surface 19A and its upper horizontal end portion 19B. Cleaning of said central shaft 19 and its scrubbing fluid line 9 and vacuum suction channel 10 is then easy to perform when the shaft parts 19, 37 are in disassembled position and this without any tools for this. Through said bottom cover 51 extend slot-shaped receiving openings 56 for receiving parts 57 of said rim 8. Connections 20, 21 are provided on the machine to be able to connect the scrubbing liquid line 9 and the vacuum suction line 10 to the intended liquid source, e.g. a water tank and unit for supplying scrubbing means 12 and to the intended suction and receiving source for sucking out scrubbing liquid 14. Finally, it must be said with regard to the construction of the scrubbing machine 1 that the bottom part is arranged to function as a receiving support for a disc-shaped hub motor 4 and is driven to rotate.
The arrows in the drawings show central supply of scrubbing liquid 12 and peripheral suction of dirty scrubbing liquid 14 with common central axis 19 and radially through the intended bottom part 25 and its channels 24.
The function and nature of the invention will become apparent from the above, but the invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular as regards the nature of the various parts, or by the use of equivalent technology, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
