专利说明:
On the front of the microscope attachment, i.e. the one facing the windscreen 3, a support ring projecting only a short distance is arranged around the lens for abutment against the window so that a certain focusing distance is obtained. Countersunk and slightly projecting is a rubber ring arranged on the support ring. The camera 1 can be slid on the windshield to the places where photos are to be taken. When the camera is in the correct photo position, the camera is lightly pressed against the windscreen so that the rubber ring is compressed and the support ring comes in contact with the window and provides the intended focus distance. When the camera is pressed against the frame, the friction between the frame and the rubber ring increases so that the camera does not risk sliding sideways but can easily be held still in place when the photo is taken. At the same time, the rubber ring serves as a light core so that unwelcome light does not enter between the windscreen and the support ring if the window is arched. On the inside of the windscreen and in the driver's field of view, one or four labels 4 are arranged with in this example four rectangular windows 5 corresponding to the samples of the windscreen to which the camera is to be directed. Each window is surrounded by bars 6 arranged extending from the rectangular measuring windows to facilitate the alignment of the camera towards the respective window. The background for the windows and lines is blueberry blue while the windows and lines are gray. Blue has been shown to give distinct and with image processing well processable images. The labels are built up in your layers. Closest to the windscreen is a transparent belt which, on its side facing the windscreen, has been fitted with a pattern of windows and lines and a numbering of the windows by means of a printing procedure. After this printing process, an adhesive layer has been applied so that the label becomes self-adhesive. On the side of the transparent film facing away from the windscreen, it is coated with a blueberry blue print over the entire surface. On this blue print there is a white layer applied by printing procedure which in turn with printing procedure has been provided with text and boxes for entering the car's registration number, date and who did the test. Until the use of the label, the adhesive layer for the attachment to the windshield is covered with a protective paper. When a windscreen is to be checked, it is cleaned on the inside and outside, after which one or more of your labels are glued to the inside of the driver's field of vision. It is important here that any air bubbles are pushed away with a more or less ice scraper-like scraper which, however, in relation to the ice scraper has a softer rounding in the front edge so as not to damage the adhesive patches. The camera should photograph the blue surfaces in the windows or parts thereof and the lines are there to facilitate the correct placement of the microscope camera over the blue surface. The blue surface in the window 10 15 15 25 30 is illuminated with white light which is reflected by all damage in the glass, which makes these appear white against the underlying blue surface. A very good contrast is obtained. The windows on the label are numbered and the photos are taken in numerical order. The photos taken in this embodiment measure 3.2 x 2.6 mm and the associated windows are a few millimeters larger in each direction to facilitate camera orientation. When the photos have been taken, they are uploaded to a PC or other computer and then forwarded via the Internet to a central office where the damage to the windscreen is identified and measured by means of image processing with regard to number, size and type, e.g. stone chips 7 and scratches 8. These values obtained can then be compared with limit values or compared with a scale to give an answer as to whether the photographed surface can be approved or not. The result of the evaluation is ready after a few seconds, stored and sent back to the windshield images submitting the computer or via e-mail to the workshop or inspection station where the car is parked. Because each label includes windows for four photographs (samples) that are mutually determined for their positions, a representative weighted measurement result is obtained in the normal case already with a single label. If you want to increase measurement safety, you can use fl your labels to assess whether the windscreen is acceptable or should be replaced. Alternatively, fl your windows can be arranged on each label. If it is an insurance case where the car owner's insurance company pays part of the window and its replacement, the window can be stored for two months, during which time the insurance company can check that the window was actually so bad and in such a way that it would be replaced. During this storage, the labels inserted during the measurement must remain in place so that during a subsequent measurement check, the same test points as the camera was briefly taken from can be visited to verify that the measurement was correct. To further ensure safety, all measurements are conveniently handled by one or the same or a few centers that perform the image processing and evaluation of the photos taken. The photos taken are sent together with the required register information to the center where with image processing stone chips and scratches are identified and measured to their size to then determine if the windshield is sufficient or not, alternatively a further photography / measurement can be suggested if the result is between approved and failed. The central image document provides, firstly, cheaper units that scan the windscreens and, secondly, the treatment becomes equal for everyone and the risk of errors and other errors is reduced or eliminated altogether. You can also go back and make a new corner mesh in exactly the same places as the original measurement to verify that the images are correct. The images will be like a footprint for each box. Since the different types of damage and their size can be identified during the image processing, the assessment of these can take into account how each type of damage affects the long-term and glare risk. For example, really large stone shoots can be sorted out or noted separately.

Claims (10) [1] Method for detecting and measuring damage to the surface of windscreens, characterized in that a digital camera with microscopic optics photographs the windscreen in one or more places through which the driver mostly looks during normal driving and that an object is held on the opposite side of the window with appropriate color against the box. [2] A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the object held against the inside of the box is a self-adhesive label. [3] Method according to Claim 2, characterized in that the label may remain after measurement if the box is rejected so that after a change the measurement can be verified by measuring in the same places. [4] Label for carrying out claim 2, characterized in that the label has a base color. [5] Label according to claim 4, characterized in that the label has a color window through which the base color is visible and against which the camera can be aimed. [6] Label according to one of Claims 5, characterized in that radial lines, possibly in the same color as the color window, extend radially therefrom to facilitate the alignment of the camera towards the color window. [7] Label according to one of Claims 5 to 6, characterized in that it comprises fl your color windows. [8] A camera for carrying out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a ring projecting around the lens arranged as a support for the camera towards the window so that a certain focusing distance is obtained when the pictures of the window are taken. [9] Camera according to claim 8, characterized in that a rubber ring is arranged on the ring and slightly projecting. [10] Method for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterized in that the digital image processing performed by the captured images takes place centrally.
