专利摘要:
Stapler (1) for using a staple (6) to staple together a workpiece (24), e.g. a sheaf of papers, by the staple being driven through the workpiece, by a driver (11) fitted in the stapler, from a staple magazine (5) to a position in which the staple legs penetrate the workpiece, which stapler comprises also a clipping arrangement (14), which moves reciprocatingly relative to the staple magazine in a defined direction (H) between a working position and a position of rest so that the clipping arrangement in the working position clips off surplus lengths of the staple legs when they have penetrated the workpiece, and a container (12) for gathering the staple leg clippings by their being conveyed via a channel (15) which runs in a defined longitudinal direction (A-A) between the clipping arrangement and the container, which channel (15) is attached pivotably to the stapler by means of a connecting device (16). 公开号:SE1100189A1 申请号:SE1100189 申请日:2011-03-15 公开日:2012-09-16 发明作者:Olle Straaaat 申请人:Isaberg Rapid Ab; IPC主号:
专利说明:
15 20 25 30 35 2 However, all previous staplers provide a solution in which the possibility of placing the stapler in varying slopes relative to the horizontal plane, while maintaining safe transport of the clipped legs to the container, is limited. Problem There is therefore a need to provide a stapler which is so constructed that it can be used with the retained function of transporting leg clippings through the chute within a greater variety of angles of inclination between the stapler and the horizontal plane. The Invention The present invention provides a stapler which provides a solution which overcomes the problems of prior staplers. The invention provides a stapler of the type indicated in the introduction which is characterized in that the chute is rotatably arranged to the stapler. The invention is also characterized in that the gutter has a sleeve which is rotatably coupled about a shaft arranged for the stapling apparatus, which shaft follows the reciprocating movement of the cutting arrangement. The invention is also characterized in that said sleeve consists of an open sleeve. The invention is also characterized in that said shaft rotates. Furthermore, the invention is characterized in that said shaft has a non-circular cross section. The invention is further characterized in that the gutter has a shaft which is rotatably coupled to a sleeve arranged for the stapling apparatus and which sleeve follows the reciprocating movement of the cutting arrangement. Characteristic of the invention is also that the angle between the direction of movement of the cutting arrangement and the longitudinal direction of the gutter varies depending on where in the reciprocating movement the cutting arrangement is located. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying figures in which: Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a stapler equipped with the present invention, in the view the stapler is in its rest position; Fig. 2 is a view corresponding to Figure 1 in which the stapler is in its working position; Figs. 3-6 are views which show in detail essential details for the invention and Fig. 7 is a detail view of a staple. Preferred Embodiment Figure 1 shows very schematically a stapler 1 embodying the present invention. The figure clearly shows only those parts that are necessary for a correct understanding of the invention. Parts and solutions obvious to those skilled in the art are shown only schematically. The figure shows the stapler in a rest position and it can be seen from the figure that the stapler comprises a lower part 2 and an upper part 3 which are rotatably connected to each other by a shaft 4. Arranged in the lower part 2 is a staple cassette 5 which houses staples which do not appear in the clock in any other way than that a staple 6 is shown schematically which is in its drive-in position. Arranged in the upper part 3 is a motor M which over a link arrangement 7 is in active connection with a lever 8 which is in a first end 9 rotatably coupled to the shaft 4. The lever 8 is in its to the first end 9 opposite end 10 connected to a driver 11 arranged in or adjacent to the cassette 5. In the lower part is further arranged a container 12 whose function will be apparent from the following description. The upper part 3 comprises an cleaning part 13 which comprises a cutting arrangement 14. Between the cleaning part 3 and the container 12 runs a gutter 15 which is with a coupling device 16 rotatably connected to the upper part 3 in the direction marked by the double arrow V. The coupling device comprises an elongate sleeve 17 which with an intermediate link 18 is in torsionally fixed connection with the gutter 15. The coupling device also includes a shaft 19, coupled to the upper part 3, around which the sleeve 17 is coupled. Extending from the motor M is a first transmission means 20 which rotates a wheel 21 rotatably coupled to the upper part. From the wheel 21 runs a second transmission member 22 which is connected to a hub 23 connected to the shaft 19. The shaft 19 is rotatably attached to the upper part 3. The figure also shows a workpiece 24 which preferably consists of two or two sheets and which are to be stapled with the stapler. together with a staple 6. Because the upper and lower part are rotatably connected to each other with the shaft 4, the upper part can be moved relative to the lower part in a reciprocating stapling movement which has a direction marked with the double arrow H. The dashed line AA shows longitudinal line one of the chute As can be seen, the longitudinal line AA forms an angle α with the direction H of the stapling movement. Figure 7 shows a clamp 6 which comprises a back part 25 and legs 26 angled towards the back part. Referring to Figure 2, in this figure the motor M has driven the upper part 3 towards the lower part 2 in the stapling movement from the rest position in which the stapling apparatus is in figure 1 to a working position in which it is in figure 2. Furthermore, the figure shows that the lever 8 has with the driver 11 driven the clamp 6 through the workpiece 24 and the clamp legs 26 extend into the anvil part and to the cutting arrangement 14. In this position the gutter 15 has by means of the coupling device 16 turned in the direction V and angle ot is in this position more obtuse than it is when the stapler is in sleep mode. The gutter 15 is at a first end 27 connected to the cutting arrangement 14. The connection of the gutter to the cutting arrangement can be with a bellows connecting the gutter and the cutting arrangement, it can be because the cutting arrangement 14 has an opening in which the gutter is inserted or it can be with any other connection known to the person skilled in the art. Provided that the connection ensures that the clamping legs cut off by the cutting arrangement are securely moved from the cutting arrangement to the gutter after cutting. At a second end 28, the chute opens into the container 12. In this working position, in a manner known to the person skilled in the art, the cutting arrangement cuts off the excess length of the staple legs and the cut staple legs are inserted into the chute 15 and transported to the container 12. This cutting and moving to the gutter is not shown in any other way than that it is schematically indicated in the figures. However, it is so generally known to those skilled in the art and can be made in a number of different ways, which is why no detailed description is given herein. Figure 3 shows the coupling device 16 shown in Figures 1 and 2 in detail. Figure 4 shows an alternative coupling device in which the elongate sleeve has an opening 29 to facilitate the mounting of the sleeve to the shaft. Figure 5 shows a shaft 30 with a non-circular cross section, which means that when the shaft is rotated when the shaft is moved from the working position to the rest position, it is further vibrated, which further improves the transport of the clipped clamping legs through the groove. In Figure 6, the gutter is equipped with a shaft 31 and a sleeve 32 is mounted to the upper part. Because the gutter is rotatably connected to the upper part, the angle ot between the longitudinal line A-A of the gutter relative to the direction H of the stapling movement will vary depending on where in the stapling movement the cleaning part is located and the angle becomes sharper in the rest position than in the working position. This means that a safe transport of the clipped clamping legs through the chute to the container 12 is achieved within a greater variation of the positioning of the stapler relative to the horizontal plane than would be the case if the chute is firmly connected to the upper part 3. The invention is not limited by the above description but is limited only by the following claims.
