专利说明:
These objects are achieved with a terminal for ventilation according to the invention, the attachment of which between the collar part and the plate part takes into account the mounting tolerance. More specifically, the invention is characterized by what is stated in the characterizing part of the independent patent claim. In addition, other advantageous embodiments of the invention have been described in the subclaims. In the following, the invention is described in more detail by reference to the accompanying drawings, in which, figure 1 represents a terminal for ventilation according to the prior art in the form of an exploded view, and figure 2 represents an embodiment of the terminal for ventilation according to the invention in the form of an exploded view. A solution for the ventilation terminal according to the prior art is shown in Figure 1. The terminal 1 for ventilation typically consists of a connection part / collar part 2 which can be connected to the intake air duct, a plate part 3 and a diffuser part, ie. a damper 4. As stated above, the ventilation ducts run between the roof and the mezzanine, and the terminal for ventilation is mounted between fixed mounting supports in the submerged mezzanine. The connection part 2 of the terminal 1 is permanently clamped in the ventilation duct. Then the plate part 3 is permanently and rigidly clamped to the connecting part (welded or in a single piece with the connecting part), which must therefore fit carefully into the opening in the intermediate ceiling. This fixed and unchanging attachment between the connecting part 2 and the plate part 3 causes problems during assembly. The assembly must often be adjusted on site for a longer period of time, in order for the assembly result to be acceptable. This causes unnecessary delays and costs in the assembly work. When the plate part 3 has been carefully adjusted in the opening of the intermediate roof, the diffuser 4 is mounted in the plate part and the assembly is complete. The diffusion of the diffuser 4 in the plate part 3 typically takes place e.g. with quick-release fasteners 5 of plastic or metal, which are pre-assembled in the plate part, and the diffuser only needs to be pressed into the plate part. The difficulties in the case according to the state of the art thus depend on the fixed location of the end of the ventilation duct in relation to the opening of the terminal, which is located at a fixed location in the intermediate roof, and on the rigid construction of the terminal. The ventilation terminal to be installed can thus have the shape of a square, but its shape is not limited in any way only to square terminals. Such terminals with another shape can be e.g. rectangular or circular terminals, which have an exact mounting location in the recessed ceiling. Figure 2 illustrates an embodiment according to the invention for mounting a terminal 101 for ventilation in an opening in a recessed intermediate roof. In the embodiment, a connection part 102 is still permanently clamped in the ventilation duct with a collar. A diffuser 104, for example, is also clamped in the plate part 103. with quick-release fastener 105 of plastic or metal after the attachment of the connecting part 102 and the plate part, as explained in connection with the solution according to the prior art. The plate part 103 and the diffuser 104 can also form a uniform construction which is closed at the sides, so that all air which is introduced into the room is passed through the openings of the diffuser, and not freely from the sides. In this case, such a combined piece is of course mounted directly in the connection part 102 of the terminal with a movable joint as described above. The embodiments in Figure 2 differ from the prior art solution regarding the attachment between the connecting part 102 and the plate part 103. In this example the connecting part 102 and the plate part 103 are clamped together with four screws, but it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the fastening method vary. With respect to the connection between the pieces 102 and 103, it is essential that the holes 107 of the plate part 103, through which the screws 106 pass, are substantially larger than the diameter of the screw. Washers / mounting plates 108 have been mounted against the head of the screws 106, which hold the plate part 103 firmly to the connecting part 102 when the screws 106 are tightened. The mounting plates 108 are thus substantially larger than the holes 107 in the plate part 103. The mounting discs 108 still do not have to completely cover the enlarged holes 107 under all mounting conditions. It is sufficient if the mounting discs 108 are able to support the plate part 103 and hold it in the mounting part 102. In the embodiment described here, the enlarged holes 107 and the mounting disc 108 have a round form, but in view of the idea of the invention, the form does not have a decisive significance. The most important thing is that the enlarged holes 108 make it possible to move the plate part 103 in each direction in the assembly stage, whereby the assembly of the plate part goes quickly without time-consuming adjustments. For example. "Sausage-shaped" holes 107 are well suited for the task and leave a wide gap to surface the plate part. The solution according to the invention is also possible to design so that the expanded holes 107 are made in the connecting part 102 instead of in the plate part 103. Thus the mounting plates 108 naturally end up behind the connecting part 102. According to an advantageous embodiment it is also possible to produce the expanded the holes 107 in both pieces 102 and 103, and to mount the mounting plates 108 behind both pieces. The widened holes 107 may have a diameter of e.g. 25 mm, leaving an extremely good mounting gap between the connecting part 102 and the plate part 103. Thus, a round mounting plate 108 would have a diameter of e.g. 35 mm. There is also no obstacle to using e.g. square mounting plates 108 together with round enlarged holes 107 or vice versa. According to the invention, the joint between the connecting part 102 and the plate part 103 can also be manufactured by means of magnets, whereby a joint is obtained which adapts even better to the mounting conditions. The magnets may be mounted either in either part or in both parts 102 and 103. Similarly, the diffuser 104 may be clamped to the plate part 103. It is essential for the invention to provide a movable joint between the connecting part 102 and the plate part 103 in order to facilitate the assembly. Above, various embodiments of the invention have been described by way of example. They are in no way limiting, but the scope of the invention is determined by the scope of protection as defined by the following claims.
