Detailed description of embodimentsAs used in this specification, the terms "upper", "lower" and the like areexpression in relation to the drawings it is referred to even the normal orientationfor a vibration sight.
Fi g 1 shows an example of a vibration screen 1. It has a screen tire that takesagainst materials to be screened, such as crushed stones, gravel, etc. The screen deck is providedwith screen media, formed by a number of modular screen elements 2, a wire mesh, polymer netsor panels. The sight media is received on some type of support structure.101520253035The support structure is formed by support supports and transverse supports 4. The transverse onesthe carriers 4 are placed transversely to the direction of movement of materials to be screened andthe transverse supports 4 are placed parallel to each other. The transverse supports 4fastened with bolts, by welding or with other suitable fastening devices atcross members (not shown) of the vibrating screen deck. The support beams are placed in parallelwith each other on top of the transverse supports 4. The support supports are placed perpendicular tothe transverse supports 4.
In the example shown in fi g 2 and 3, the support carrier 3 is formed by two straight elements 3a andtwo spacers 5, which together form a rectangular frame, as seen from above. Thetwo straight elements 3a are located on opposite sides of the frame and the twothe spacers 5 are also located on opposite sides of the frame. The support carrier 3 ascomprises two straight elements 3a and two spacers 5 are made in one piece. Atuse, the frame is placed on the transverse supports 4 with two straight elements 3a atadjacent support carriers 3 in abutment against each other and with two spacers 5 atadjacent supports 3 in abutment with each other. Each straight element 3a of the framehas half the normal thickness of the straight elements of the support structure. When two straight elements3a of two adjacent frames are placed in abutment against each other, they will thus betogether have the normal thickness. The spacers 5 are placed on supports 6, 7 ofthe transverse carriers, the spacers 5 having a groove on the lower side adaptedto the shape of the supports 6, 7. In the example according to fi g 2 and 3, the supports 6, 7 have different heights andtherefore, the spacers 5 of each frame are placed at different heights, in order to be adaptedto the height of the supports 6, 7. In other embodiments the supports have the same height, whereineven the spacers are located at the same height in the frame.
Figures 4 and 5 show a further example of a support carrier 8 according to the present inventioninvention. The support carrier 8 has a centrally straight element 8a and a spacer part 9 ateach end of the straight element 8a. The spacers 9 are placed perpendicular tothe straight element 8a and extends the same distance on each side of the straightelement 8a. The support carrier 8 will thus have the shape of an "I", as seenfrom above. The support carrier 8 is made in one piece, and thus the spacer elements 9integrated with the straight elements 8a of the support beams 8.
The support supports are placed on supports 6, 7 of the transverse supports 4. In the examplesaccording to fi g 2 and 5, the transverse supports 4 have two supports 6, 7 placed parallel toeach other and at a distance from each other. The two supports 6, 7 shown have different heights, howeverin other embodiments the supports have the same height. The spacers 9 of the support carriers 8 areplaced on a support 6, 7 each of the transverse supports 4. The spacers 9 have101520253035each a track on the lower side. The shape of the groove is adapted to the shape of the upperthe part of the respective support 6, 7. On each transverse carrier 4 the support parts 9 of two are takensupport carrier 8 placed in line opposite, with a spacer 9 on each support 6,7. Twosupport carriers 8 are thus placed in abutment against each other on the transverse carrier 4.
In the embodiments shown in fi g 2 to 5, the upper middle part, or top, of eachstraight element a stretched portion 33 which is extended a short distance at one end of the straightelement and has a complimentary groove 34 at the other end. The extended part33 has a vertical, straight part with a thickness adapted to the width of the groove 34. When twosupport carriers 8 are placed in abutment with each other, the extended part 33 is thus takenvertical part at the top of a support carrier 8 received in the complimentary groove 34 atthe top of the adjacent support carrier 8. In use, two adjacent ones are placedsupport carrier 8 with the ends of the spacer elements 9 abutting against each other. The distancebetween the support carriers 8 is thus determined by the distance that the respective distance part 9 projectsout from the straight element 8a of the respective support carrier 8.
The support carrier 10 according to fi g 6-8 has an elongated shape, and in the one shownIn the embodiment, it has a straight element 10 formed by two plates 12 placed on a carddistance from each other and parallel to each other. The two parallel plates 12 are attachedto each other by means of a number of fastening devices 13. Each support carrier 10 has onespacer 11 at one end and is located perpendicular to the plates 12 and of the support carrier 10is extended on both sides of the support carrier 10. The spacer part ll is made in one piecewith the rest of the support carrier 10. The spacer part ll is extended the same distance fromthe straight elements 10a of the support carrier 10 on both sides. The support carrier 10 with the spacer part 11thus has the shape of a "T", as seen from above.
At the free end of the support carrier 10, i.e. the end opposite the end with the integrated onethe spacer 11, there is a groove 14 which is open from below. Track 14 is used whenthe support carriers 10 are connected to each other to form the support structure.
The spacers 11 have two rails 5 extending downwards, between which rails 15a track is formed. The rails 15 are used to attach the spacers 11 to supports 20 of themthe transverse carriers 19. The spacers 11 help to keep the support carriers 10 straightelements 10a at a suitable mutual distance from each other.
In the connection area between the support carrier 10 and the spacer part 11, one shoots16 ends 16 out from each plate 12. There are thus two 16. ends 16. The flanges 16 have the samedirection in which the plates 12 of each support carrier 10 and the ends 16 are extendedperpendicular to the distance part 11 extent. The fins 16 are located on topthe spacer 11. A pin 17 is placed on each fl end 16, which pin 17 extends a101520stretch from fl änsen 16 directed upwards. The pins 17 are received in the grooves 14 at an adjacent onefree end of support carrier 10.
In use, the support carriers 10 are placed in line and abutment against each otherand with the spacer element 11 of each support carrier 10 placed on a transverse carrier 19support.
On top of each support carrier 10 a rail 18 is shown on top of each plate 12.
The plates 12 may also have grooves on the inside, or other devices, used toattach sight media to the support carriers 10. The exact shape of the rails 18 and possible groovesadapted to the shape of the screen media to be received.
As shown in 9 g 9a-9f, the upper part of each straight element ofthe support beams have different shapes. The different shapes are adapted to the design andthe make of the screen media to be received on the support beams.
The support carrier 8 according to fi g 9a corresponds to the support carrier according to fi g 4 and 5 and has onerail 21 at the top. The support carriers 25, 29, 31 according to Figs. 9c, 9e and 9f, respectively, also haveeach a type of rail 26, 30, 32. The support carrier 22 according to fi g 9b has a groove 23 at the top. 1the center of the groove 21, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the straight support 22element, fi nns a raised part 23. The support carrier 27 according to fi g 9d also has a groove 28at the top of the straight members of the support carrier 27.
One skilled in the art will recognize that the features of the various forms of expression described herein may becombined in many different ways.

Claims (10)

Support carrier of a support structure of vibration screens, characterized in that the support carrier (3,8, 10,22,25,27,29,31) has at least one straight element (3a, 8a, 10a) and at least one integrated spacer (5, 9,11) and that at least one straight element (3a, 8a, 10a) is made in one piece with the at least one spacer (5,9,11).

Support carrier according to claim 1, wherein the main extent of the at least one straight element (3a, 8a, 10a) and the at least one spacer (5,9,1 1) of the support carrier (3) are perpendicular to each other.

Support carrier according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the support carrier (3) is formed by two straight elements (3a) and two spacers (5) which form a rectangular frame and wherein the two straight elements (3a) are located on opposite sides of the frame and the spacers (5) are located on opposite sides of the frame.

Support carrier according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support carrier (8,22,25,27,29,31) has a straight element (8a) and a spacer (9) at each end of the straight element (8a).

Support carrier according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support carrier (10) has a straight element (10a) and a spacer part (1 1) at one end and wherein the support carrier (10) has a free end opposite the end with the spacer part (11).

Support carrier according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the spacers (9.1 1) are extended in the same length on each side of the support carrier (8,10,22,25,27,29,31).

Support carrier according to claim 3 or 4, wherein each straight element (3a, 8a) of the support carrier (3,8,10,22,25,27,29,31) on the top has an elongate part (33) at one end and a complementary groove (34) at the other end, which extended part (33) of a straight element (3a, 8a) is to be received in the groove (34) of an adjacent straight element (3a, 8a) during assembly.

Support carrier according to claim 5, wherein the straight element (10a) is formed by two parallel plates (12) fixed to each other by means of a number of fastening devices (13) placed between lower edges of the two plates (12), where an fl end ( 16) projects from one end of each plate (12) on top of the spacer part (11), where a groove (14) is arranged at the free end of the support carrier (10), which groove is open downwards and where a pin (17) is arranged on the outside of each ns end (16), which pins 17 are directed in opposite directions and are to be received in the groove (14) at the free end of an adjacent support carrier (10) during assembly.

Support carrier according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the spacers (5,9,1 1) have a form adapted to be received on supports (6,7,20) of transverse carriers (4,19) and which transverse carriers (4, 19) are placed perpendicular to the support carriers (3,8,10,22,25,27,29,31).

A support carrier according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the upper edge of each straight element (3a, 8a, 10a) has a rail (18,21,26,30,32) or a groove (2328) and wherein the rail (18 , 21,26,30,32) or the groove (2328) is designed to receive screen media.
