A further object of the present invention is to provide a gun holder which is configured to be able to support a spray gun and to be variably arranged in a washing space in a spray gun washing device. The above and other objects are achieved according to the invention in that the invention described in the introduction has been given the features set out in claim 20.
An advantage obtained with a device according to claim 20 is that one and the same gun holder can be used regardless of the size and shape of a conventional spray gun.
Preferred embodiments of the device according to the invention have furthermore been given the features set out in subclaims 21 to 22.
According to an embodiment of the method, the spray gun is arranged in a washing space in that the spray gun in its position in the washing space is supported by a gun holder which with the spray gun is arranged outside the paint inlet of the spray gun. Correspondingly, according to an embodiment of the spray gun washing device, the gun holder carries the spray gun in the washing space by being arranged with the spray gun outside the spray gun inlet. This means that the spray gun in its position in the washing space is not supported by an element arranged in the paint inlet.
What carries the spray gun in the washing space is the gun holder in that it is arranged against the spray gun and against the surface of the spray gun and parts of the spray gun which are not inside the paint inlet of the spray gun. An effect of not carrying the spray gun in its position via the paint inlet is that the paint inlet can thus also be cleaned of the cleaning medium from the cleaning nozzle in the washing space. Should the spray gun be supported by an element via the paint inlet, this element would have to be removed in order for an effective cleaning of the paint inlet to take place.
According to an embodiment of the method, the spray gun is supported in its position at the attachment surface by means of magnetism. An effect of this is that the position of the spray gun in the washing space can thus be arranged variably in the washing space.
According to an embodiment of the method, the position of the spray gun at the attachment surface is supported by means of connecting elements. The connecting element may be of a mechanical nature. B | .a. the connecting element can be constituted by a velcro-like element. In an embodiment with said Velcro-like element, the fastening surface can be arranged with one part Velcro and the gun holder is arranged with another part Velcro. When the gun holder is arranged against the mounting surface, it is thus with Velcro force and Velcro function that the position of the gun holder and the spray gun in the washing space is supported in relation to the mounting surface.
According to an embodiment of the method, the spray gun and the gun holder are arranged jointly against the mounting surface as a unit. Before cleaning the spray gun, the gun holder and the spray gun are arranged with each other outside the washing space. They are then moved towards the mounting surface to which they are magnetically connected. An effect of this is that all active components such as e.g. cleaning nozzle and mounting surface in the washing space can thus be statically arranged. 10 15 20 25 30 35 4 This gives a further effect namely that no adjustment of the components and their positions inside the washing space needs to take place before positioning the spray gun in the washing space. This is regardless of the type, size and shape of the spray gun.
According to an embodiment of the method, a jumper element holds a trigger on the spray gun in such a position that the color channel of the spray gun is open for flow. An effect of this is that paint residues and other residual products in the paint channel can thus be flushed away from the paint channel when it flows through it.
According to an embodiment of the method, a jumper element is supported by the gun holder as an integral part of the gun holder. An effect of this is thus that the jumper element and the gun holder can be manufactured in one unit. As a result, the cost of manufacturing the piste holder with the stirrup element can therefore be optimized.
According to one embodiment of the method, the gun holder and the spray gun are removed after cleaning from the mounting surface together as a unit. Since the spray gun is arranged in the gun holder and the gun holder is the part which is magnetically connected to the mounting surface, the removal of the gun holder and the spray gun takes place jointly as a unit. After removal from the mounting surface, the spray gun is removed, or released, from the gun holder.
The gun holder can advantageously then be arranged against the mounting surface so that it can be easily found the next time, or so that it is not accidentally placed.
According to an embodiment of the spray gun washing device, the fastening surface is arranged inside the washing space at a distance from a wall portion. The mounting surface, seen in a plane parallel to the surface configured to support the gun holder, is arranged between a wall portion of the washing space and the cleaning nozzle. An effect of this is that the fastening surface can thus be a detachably connected unit in the washing space. This makes it possible for the mounting surface to be replaced at e.g. wear of this. The wear can i.a. means that the attachment surface after a period of use is coated with dried paint residues, whereby the ability to attach something magnetic to the surface deteriorates.
According to one embodiment, the fastening surface is arranged inside the washing space as an integral part of a wall portion. An integrated mounting surface in the wall portion has the effect that the mounting surface can be constituted by a surface which is configured to be arranged, or attached, directly to that wall portion inside the washing space. This fastening can take place by connecting the fastening surface to said wall portion by means of glue or connecting elements. Alternatively, the fastening surface can be constituted by a magnetic material which is arranged with the aid of magnetic force against the rear wall portion. According to a further embodiment, the fastening surface can be connected to the rear wall portion by means of Velcro-like connecting elements. An additional alternative to the integration is that the fastening surface forms part of the wall portion itself. An effect of the fact that the fastening surface can be integrated in a wall portion is that dirt and paint residues which during a washing cycle can get stuck on the fastening surface thus only get stuck on one side of the fastening surface. This is because the mounting surface is only exposed with one side inside the washing compartment.
According to one embodiment, the wall portion to which the mounting surface is configured is to be arranged with, in or against, a rear wall portion.
According to an embodiment, the wall portion of the washing space can be constituted by a wall portion which is represented by the said rear wall portion, and to which rear wall portion other shielding portions called shielding elements are arranged.
According to a further embodiment, the washing space can consist of a wall portion which is circular and to which circular wall portion a cylindrical wall portion is arranged.
This embodiment results in a washing space which comprises a bottom element consisting of the circular wall portion and with a wall portion which is cylindrical and with an opening opposite the bottom element. The opening into the space according to this embodiment is arranged in such a way that the gun holder, the spray gun and any associated components are introduced into the space from above through the opening before cleaning. A fastening surface in this washing space with a cylindrical wall portion arranged inside the space enclosed by the cylindrical wall portion.
According to one embodiment, the mounting surface, against which surface the gun holder can be applied in the washing space, is arranged vertically. Due to the vertical position of the mounting surface, paint residues, dirt, particles and liquids that end up against the mounting surface during cleaning of the spray gun and its components can by gravity drain from the mounting surface and then flow down to a collecting container.
According to one embodiment, the mounting surface is made of a material with magnetic properties.
As a result, the gun holder can be magnetically arranged in a position for cleaning the spray gun inside the washing space against the mounting surface. A further effect of this is that since the connection takes place magnetically between the gun holder and the mounting surface, no fastening elements need to be connected into the mounting surface. The fastening surface can thus be kept free from protruding support elements or holes arranged in the fastening surface, which thus facilitates cleaning of it after a washing cycle.
According to one embodiment, the mounting surface is made of a material which allows to be arranged on one side with a magnetic sight element which is configured with a magnetic force through the mounting surface to be able to support a gun holder and / or spray gun against the opposite side of the mounting surface, the mounting surface being arranged between the magnetic element and the gun holder and / or the spray gun. An effect of this is thus that the fastening surface can be made of a non-magnetic material, e.g. plastic. A magnetic element can thus be arranged outside the washing space, e.g. towards an outside of a wall portion, preferably the rear wall portion. A magnetic force through the mounting surface from or against the magnetic element on one side of the mounting surface can thus magnetically support a gun holder on an opposite side of the mounting surface inside the washing space.
According to one embodiment, the gun holder comprises a jumper element configured to hold the spray gun with trigger in a depressed position and which jumper element e.g. can be resilient. The jumper element according to the embodiment is configured to hold the spray gun with trigger in a depressed position. By depressed position is meant that the spray gun color channel due to the triggered position of the shutter button is open. As a result, when cleaning the spray gun's paint channel, it can be passed through by a cleaning medium. Jumper elements according to the embodiment are resilient. Through this, the spray gun can therefore be connected to the gun holder by means of a clamping force between two opposite elements of jumper elements which fix the gun in a fixed position in relation to the gun holder.
According to one embodiment, the gun holder comprises a handle. The handle can form an integral part of the gun holder. An effect of the gun holder comprising a handle is that it simplifies when the gun holder with a spray gun is partly arranged against the mounting surface, and partly removed from the mounting surface. This is because a user can thereby pour the gun holder into its handle. An additional effect of the handle is that if the spray gun is dirty before cleaning it, a user avoids getting dirt on e.g. said application of the spray gun to the mounting surface.
According to one embodiment, the gun holder comprises at least one magnetic fastening element.
The fastening element can form an integral part of the gun holder. An effect of the fastening element being magnetic is that it enables the gun holder to be magnetically arranged against the fastening surface.
According to one embodiment, the gun holder is configured to be magnetically arranged against the attachment surface in the washing space. According to a further embodiment, the gun holder comprises a handle.
Through this as above, the gun holder according to the embodiment is configured to be magnetically arranged against the mounting surface. Through this, the gun holder also comprises a handle, which is described above.
According to an embodiment, the invention also relates to a gun holder which is configured to be provided with a spray gun for supporting the spray gun in a washing space in a spray gun washing device, which gun holder comprises a jumper element, preferably resilient, configured to hold the spray gun with a trigger, arranged with a fastening element configured to cooperate with a fastening surface arranged in the washing space. The gun holder is configured to be arranged with the jumper element 10 around the spray gun handle and trigger. In this position between the spray gun and the gun holder, the spray gun is statically arranged with the gun holder.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Fig. 1 shows a spray gun washing device 3 with a spray gun 1 arranged in a washing space 2 of the spray gun washing device 3. The spray gun 1, which is a conventional spray gun 8, comprises a pre-spray gun. use or change of color, the color channel 7 must be cleaned to e.g. prevent discoloration when painting with a different color in the spray gun 1. The cleaning channel 7 is cleaned by arranging the spray gun 1 in a washing position the washing space 2. In order for the spray gun 1 to be arranged in the washing position inside the washing space 2, the spray gun 1 is arranged together with a gun holder 9 The gun holder 9 comprises a jumper element 16 which is configured to hold the spray gun 1, the gun holder 9 and the spray gun 1 during a washing cycle of the spray gun 1 and the color channel 7 of the spray gun 1 in the washing space 2 being similar to a unit. The spray gun 1 and the gun holder 9 are arranged in the washing space 2 at an attachment surface 10. The spray gun 1 arranged in the stirrup element 16 is with its paint channel 7 openly arranged by a trigger 11 for the spray gun 1 being pressed.
Towards the fastening surface 10 inside the washing space 2, the spray gun is oriented so that the paint inlet 8 of the spray gun 1 is arranged to be adjacent to a cleaning nozzle 4 inside the washing space 2. According to one embodiment, the cleaning nozzle 4 is arranged during the washing cycle with a part of the cleaning nozzle 8. 10 15 20 25 30 8 communicates with a cleaning medium system 5 in the spray gun washing device 3.
Communication takes place by the cleaning nozzle 4 being connected to the cleaning medium system 5. A source 19 is connected to the cleaning medium system 5.
This source 19 comprises a cleaning medium 6. The cleaning medium 6 is passed through the cleaning medium system 5 to said cleaning nozzle 4 by means of a pump 20 arranged with the cleaning medium system 5. The pump 20 is configured to be activated between being either active, dormant, or inactive .
The washing space 2 is delimited by a rear wall portion 15 and a shielding element 12. The shielding element 12 is similar to a splash guard.
The shielding element 12 is connected to the rear wall portion 15 and arranged to extend substantially around an edge portion of the rear wall portion 15. The rear wall portion 15 and the shielding element 12 thus together form a space with an opening 13, or passage, into the space which is the washing space. 2. Washing of the spray gun 1 can thus take place rather enclosed and shielded inside the washing space 2, whereby splashes of paint and cleaning medium remain inside the washing space 2. According to an embodiment, an openable door, not shown in fi gur, can be arranged to be able to open and close the opening 13. An effect of this is that the washing of the spray gun 1 can thus take place completely enclosed inside the washing space 2.
In a lower part of the washing space 2 an outlet 14, or drain, is arranged. The outlet 14 is configured so that washing medium 6, paint particles and other residues which have arisen during washing and cleaning in the washing space 2 can be drained, led, thereby out to a collecting container 30. The collecting container 30 can be arranged and integrated in the spray gun washing device 3. According to an embodiment The collection container may be arranged outside the spray gun washing device 3, not shown in figure. According to a further embodiment, the outlet can communicate, be connected, directly with a drainage system belonging to the room or the area where the spray gun washing device 3 is used, not shown in figure. The outlet 14 is configured to be able to close and open. It is normal for the outlet 14 to be openly arranged.
In the washing space 2, additional cleaning nozzles can be named; first alternative cleaning nozzle 21, second alternative cleaning nozzle 22, third alternative cleaning nozzle 23, fourth alternative cleaning nozzle 24, fifth alternative cleaning nozzle 25 and sixth alternative cleaning nozzle 26 be provided.
These alternative cleaning nozzles 21 - 26 are connected and connected to the cleaning medium system 5 in the same manner as said first cleaning nozzle 4. According to the embodiment in Fig. 1, the first and the second alternative cleaning nozzles 21 and 22 are arranged on one side of the cleaning nozzle 4. On the other side of the cleaning nozzle 4, a third and a fourth alternative cleaning nozzle 23 and 24 are arranged. In Fig. 1, the first to fourth alternative cleaning nozzles 21, 22, 23 and 24 are e.g. arranged in an upper part of the washing space 2. This provides that cleaning medium 6 can be flowed from the mentioned alternative cleaning nozzles 21, 22, 23 and 24 towards the spray gun 1, whereby the outside of the spray gun 1 is also cleaned. The fifth and sixth cleaning nozzles 25 and 26 are e.g. arranged in a lower portion in the washing space 2. By placing the alternative cleaning nozzles 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 in the washing space at a distance around the cleaning nozzle 4, it is obtained that cleaning medium 6 can be sprayed from several directions towards a spray gun 1 in the washing space 2.
In the washing space 2, one or more fittings and / or suspension devices can be arranged for supporting components of the spray gun 1 which are detachable. Such components are thus placed or attached to these fittings or suspensions. During a washing cycle when cleaning the spray gun 1, the associated components can therefore also be cleaned at the same time in the washing space 2. The removable components are e.g. of paint container 27, paint container lid 28 and spray outlet nozzle 29. Before cleaning the spray gun 1, the spray gun 1 is prepared i.a. by removing these components and e.g. is arranged in the washing space 2, see Fig. 1. If the spray gun 1 is in use connected to an air hose which supplies compressed air from a compressed air unit to the spray gun 1, this must also be removed from the spray gun 1.
The gun holder 9 comprises fastening elements 18. The fastening element or fastening elements 18 consist of at least one magnet. Furthermore, the gun holder 9 comprises a handle 17. The handle 17 is configured to be able to be held in with one hand. Holding must be possible partly when the spray gun 1 is arranged in the bracket element 16, and partly when the gun holder 9 with the spray gun 1 is arranged in its washing position in the washing space 2. The washing position of the spray gun 1 is maintained by the gun holder 9 with the spray gun 1 magnetically The mounting surface 10 is made of a magnetic material, e.g. a metal which is configured to co-magnetize with the fastener 18 on the gun holder 9. Alternatively, according to an embodiment not shown in the figure, the gun holder 9 can co-operate directly with the fastening surface 10 by magnetism. The magnetic force between the gun holder 9 and the mounting surface 10 is so strong that the gun holder 9 with the spray gun 1 during the washing cycle does not move in relation to the mounting surface 10.
The position of the spray gun 1 in the washing space 2 and towards the mounting surface 10 is variable depending on the position of the paint inlet 8 in relation to the position of the cleaning nozzle 4 in the washing space 2. The attachment, the connection, between the gun holder 9 and the mounting surface 10 can thus take place freely over the mounting surface 10. What determines where the fastening element 18 on the gun holder 9 is to be connected to the fastening surface 10 depends partly on the size of the spray gun 1 and partly on the position of the spray gun 8 inlet 8 in relation to the cleaning nozzle 4. Depending on the size and type of gun 1 thus be arranged, fixed, with the spray gun at different distances from the spray gun ink inlet 8. This makes it possible that the size and type of the spray gun 1 is not limiting whether it can be arranged in the spray gun washing device 3 according to the invention or not. The parts in the washing space, such as attachment surface 10, cleaning nozzles 4, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 are statically arranged in the washing space. This is because it is the position of the spray gun 1 which is variable and adaptable inside the washing space before a washing cycle.
According to an embodiment, not shown in the figure, an adapter element can be arranged between the cleaning nozzle 4 and the paint inlet 8. This adapter element can e.g. consists of an adapter belonging to the paint inlet 8. Alternatively, adapter elements could be constituted by an extension element arranged between the paint inlet 8 and the cleaning nozzle 4.
Fig. 2 shows a gun holder 9. The gun holder 9 comprises a jumper element 16.
The jumper element 16 has the function of a clamp. This is in that the stirrup element 16 comprises two opposite parts configured to spring against each other. As a result, a spray gun 1 can be arranged between these two opposite parts in a fixed clamped position of the jumper element 16. The gun holder 9 comprises a handle 17. The handle 17 consists of an extension from the jumper element 16, which extension is an integral part of the jumper element 16. The handle 17 and the jumper element 16 can e.g. be made of a steel element. Alternatives to the steel can also be e.g. plastic material or composite material, or other suitable equivalent material. In the embodiment the steel element consists of a steel string which is bent and bent into a shape according to Fig. 2. In order that the gun holder 9 can be connected to a fastening surface 10 as described above for Fig. 1, the gun holder comprises a fastening element 18. Said fastening element 18 comprises at least a magnet. In the embodiment according to Fig. 2, the fastening element 18 comprises two magnets. The magnets are configured to be magnetically mounted against the mounting surface 10 of the spray gun washer 2.
Said fastening element 18 is connected to the bracket element 16 forming said gun holder 9. According to an embodiment, not shown in the figure, the fastening element 18 forms an integral part of the bracket element. Fig. 3 shows a conventional spray gun 1 with a trigger 11 arranged in an inactive position. In this position, a paint channel 7 inside the spray gun 1 is closed.
Fig. 4 shows a spray gun 1 arranged in a gun holder 9 according to the above description belonging to Fig. 2. The spray gun 1 is arranged in the gun holder 9 in such a way that the trigger 11 is pressed. When the shutter-release button 11 is pressed, the color channel 7 is openly arranged.
When the paint channel 7 is openly arranged, a cleaning medium 6 entering through the paint inlet 9 of the spray gun 1 can pass through the paint channel 8 of the spray gun 1 and flow out through the spray gun outlet and its spray outlet nozzle 29.
In the prior art, the trigger is kept depressed by the trigger by means of an external connecting element being arranged against and around the handle of the spray gun. This is then placed over the spray gun handle and the trigger, the paint channel in the spray gun being thus openly arranged. The spray gun is then placed in some form of fixture that keeps the spray gun fixed during cleaning. The gun holder 9 according to Fig. 4 can keep both the trigger 11 pressed and the spray gun 1 fixed in a position during cleaning.
This reduces at least one step when cleaning the spray gun, whereby the total time for cleaning can thus be optimized.
Fig. 5 shows a cross-sectional view of the spray gun 1 with the gun holder 9 arranged against the mounting surface 10 in the washing space 2. In the embodiment according to Fig. 5, the mounting surface 10 is arranged against the rear wall portion 15 of the washing compartment 2. Because the mounting surface 10 is arranged against the rear wall portion 15 the mounting surface 10 can be replaced e.g. in the event of wear. An additional reason for being able to replace the mounting surface 10 can e.g. be if the attachment surface 10 after a period of use would be covered, or partially covered, with e.g. dried paint which is difficult to remove, whereby the magnetic force between the mounting surface 10 and a gun holder 9 would thereby be impaired.
According to an embodiment, not shown in the figure, the fastening surface 10 can be integrated in the rear wall portion 15, or form part of the rear wall portion 15. The fastening surface 10 in Fig. 5 is arranged vertically. As a result, paint and liquid that end up on the attachment surface can 10 p.g.a. of the gravitational force run off this. The vertical position of the mounting surface 10 thus contributes to an easier cleaning of the mounting surface 10, since paint and liquids against the mounting surface 10 can thereby run off and down partly by themselves.
According to an embodiment, a container can be arranged for the spray gun washing device 3 for coarse cleaning of the spray gun 1 and its components, not shown in the figure. The container then forms part of the spray gun washing device 3. The container is arranged with a drain so that liquid and paint residues can flow out to a collecting container 30. The drain is configured to be able to be closed and opened. The container can be positioned in the spray gun washing device 3 so that its upper edge area adjoins a lower part of the washing space 2. This makes it possible to first perform a coarse washing of the spray gun and its components in an efficient manner and that the spray gun 1 can then be arranged in the washing space 2 for cleaning the spray gun 1 and its paint channel 7. Another effect made possible with said container is that if the spray gun 1 is arranged in the washing space 2 for washing, at the same time as this washing another cleaning can take place in the container without affecting the cleaning. inside the laundry room 2.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown but can be varied and modified within the scope of the appended claims, which has been partly described above. 10 15 20 25 30 13 Reference numerals: 1 spray gun 2 washing compartment 3 spray gun washing device 4 cleaning nozzle 5. cleaning medium system 6 cleaning medium 7 paint duct 8 paint inlet 9. gun holder 10. mounting surface 11. trigger 12. shielding element 13. rear element 14. wall part outlet 16. outlet 17. handle 18. fastener 19. source 20. pump 21. first alternative cleaning nozzle 22. second alternative cleaning nozzle 23. third alternative cleaning nozzle 24. fourth alternative cleaning nozzle 25. fifth alternative cleaning nozzle 26. sixth alternative cleaning nozzle 27. paint container 28. paint container lid 29. spray outlet nozzle 30. collection container
