LU C) to withstand higher battery pressure and has improved functionality. This object is achieved in a battery plug of the type mentioned in the introduction in that the pressure portion and the valve body have cooperating means for controlling the valve body and for limiting the lateral movement of the pressure surface, seen from a shaft extending through the valve body. In this way it is achieved that the valve body can be dimensioned for significantly higher pressure and still provide a safe sealing function at the intended pressure while maintaining positioning of the valve body vis-à-vis the valve seat. This is a great advantage in relation to the prior art, where only relatively low battery pressures are relevant and in addition there is a risk that the valve body can be tilted, leading to totally uncontrolled pressure maintenance of the battery. It is preferred that said cooperating means is a guide recess and a guide projection associated with each of the pressing surface and the pressing portion, respectively. This design provides the opportunity for simple and cost-effective production and yet reliable operation. It is particularly preferred that the guide recess is arranged on a lid of the plug while the guide projection is formed on the valve body. In this case, the guide recess preferably consists of a recess and the guide projection preferably has a rounded end portion. The recess of the guide recess suitably has such a width transverse to an direction of pressure D that it substantially corresponds to the width of the end portion of the guide projection in the deformed state in the case of a prestressed valve body. By choosing dimensions and materials with different properties, a desired pressure level can be determined, at which the valve body must allow the exit of gas. 76225; 2010-12-28 10 15 20 25 LJ C) Said shaft is preferably a shaft of symmetry for the valve body, which is suitably at least partially rotationally symmetrical. It is preferred that the valve body is at least partially made of a flexible material from the group: a rubber material, a plastic material. In particular, the guide projection and the part of the valve body cooperating with the valve seat is made of such a flexible material. However, it is preferred that the valve body as a whole be made uniformly of such a material with such properties as suitable, adapted flexibility and resistance to the chemicals present in the battery. Preferably, the valve body is pre-mated prior to its installation in the plug. This means that the valve body is compressed a number of times before mounting to avoid it having to change shape or "sit down" after the clamping in the plug and thus change the plug's opening pressure gradually. Suitably, the pressure portion is arranged on a lid of the plug, which lid together with a main part encloses the valve chamber. The lid is suitably inserted with pretension in the main part to ensure secure holding, which is accentuated when the lid and the main part comprise mutual engaging means for engaging with each other. Preferably, a flame retardant is provided in the area of the pressure portion, which is suitably annular and arranged around the pressure portion. The valve chamber suitably comprises in a lower part an inlet chamber with at least one inlet duct for gas inlet from a battery and in an upper part an outlet chamber with at least one outlet duct for gas outlet from the plug. Preferably, the valve body has an annular sealing lip for abutment against the valve seat, which is also annular. 76225; 2010-12-28 10 15 20 25 (U CD It is preferred that the valve body has a projecting portion, which is adapted to be arranged inside the annular valve seat. Corresponding advantages are obtained with a battery with a container including a plurality of electrodes and electrolyte, the battery including at least one battery plug as above. The invention also relates to a method for ventilating a battery, which is characterized in that the lateral movement of the pressure surface, seen from an axis extending through the valve body, is limited in that the pressure portion and the pressure surface have cooperating means for controlling the valve body. Features corresponding to the above-mentioned preferred device features may optionally be present in the method according to the invention. Brief description of drawings The invention will now be described with reference to exemplary embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1a shows a battery plug according to the invention in a side view, Fig. 1b shows the battery plug according to the invention in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a axial section through the battery plug in Fig. 1a, and Fig. 3 schematically shows a battery comprising a plurality of battery plugs according to the invention. Description of working example T 434, -. 'IQ .J- 4. LLQ. .LG pl. A b is shown a battery plug 1, which comprises a cup-shaped main part 2 and a lid 3, which together enclose a valve chamber. The main part 2 is substantially rotationally symmetrical and has engaging elements for cooperation 76225; 2010-12-28 10 15 20 25 LU CD with corresponding elements on a battery in the form of a thread 4. In a upper area of the main part 2 a flange 5 is arranged, which cooperates with an O-ring (not shown), which at the input of the battery plug 1 in a recess in a battery provides an outer seal opposite a battery surface. 7 denotes a key grip for co-operation with a wrench for inserting the battery plug 1 into the battery. In a lower area of the main part 2, inlet ducts 8 (one shown) are arranged to said valve chamber for gas, which is developed during the operation of the battery. The lid 3 has conventional means (not shown) arranged to connect an upper part of said valve chamber to the surroundings (atmosphere). Fig. 2 shows the battery plug 1 in an axial section and with some of the details seen in section. Said valve chamber is designated 10, and in it is accommodated a valve seat 11, which is annular, and which cooperates with a likewise annular sealing lip 24 arranged on a valve body 12. The sealing lip 24 is arranged axially directed on the valve body 12 and the valve seat 11 is constituted by a in the opposite direction axially directed surface, which thus extends radially, in a plane perpendicular to a rotational symmetry axis 16 for the valve body and the plug and thus for the valve seat. Furthermore, in the valve chamber 10, and furthermore on the cover 3, a pressure portion 13 arranged centrally in the valve chamber is arranged, which co-operates with a guide projection 14, which is centrally located on the valve body. The guide projection 14 in particular has a pressure surface 14 'in the form of a rounded end portion on an upper central part of the valve body 12. The pushing portion 13, on the other hand, has a guide recess 15 directed towards the valve body 12 in the form of a recess, which receives said rounded end portion of the guide projection 14. 76225; 2010-12 ~ 28 10 15 20 25 LU CD In use of the battery plug 1 according to the invention, the cover 3 will provide a certain biasing force against the valve body 12 to maintain the valve function of the battery plug up to a certain predetermined pressure level inside the battery. This is achieved according to the invention by the dimensioning of the lid 3 and in particular that the length of the pressure portion 13 is adapted in relation to the position and dimensions of the valve cup 12 and in particular the position of its guide projections 14 so that the lid 3 when inserted in the main part 2 provides the desired biasing effect. withstand pressure up to a certain pressure level. In an engaging position of the lid 3 in the main part 2, mutual engaging means 26, 27, peripheral to the lid and inside a lid seat in the main part 2, are in cooperation. In the embodiment shown, the lid is provided with a radially outwardly directed circumferential ridge 26, which engages with a corresponding inwardly directed circumferential groove 27 in the main part 2. In particular, it is intended that the cover 3 and its pressure portion 13 in an pressure direction D compress the guide projection 14 of the valve body 12 so that the pressure surface of the guide projection 14 is deformed so that the pressure surface abuts substantially the entire surface of the guide recess 15 and substantially over the entire width its inwardly directed towards a center of the guide recess flank l5 '. The depression in the guide recess 15 is thereby caused to control and limit the lateral movement of the guide projection 14 in relation to the axis of symmetry 16 of the plug and the valve body 12. Hereby it is achieved that the valve body is aligned in the valve chamber 10 and does not tend to mill. This ensures safe and stabilized valve function of the sealing lip 24 against the valve seat 11. 76225; 2010-12-ZB 10 15 20 25 LJ C) It can be noted that Fig. 2 shows the guide projection 14 in an undeformed state, while in a real state the guide projection 14 would have been flattened, and spread as it came into contact also in the area of the flank 26 of the recess. The recess of the guide recess 15 can be designed in different ways, e.g. as shown in Fig. 2 with flat lower surface and conically extending flank 26. It is also possible that e.g. design the depression more rounded seen in section. Inside the valve chamber 10 there is also arranged an annular flame suppressor 17, which in the embodiment shown is placed in a suitable place, namely the surrounding pressure portion 13, which in this area has a circular-cylindrical outer surface. The flame suppressor 17 is placed inserted in a flame suppressor seat arranged in the upper part of the main part 2. On its lower part, the valve body 12 is provided with a projecting portion 25, which is arranged to slide inside said annular valve seat 11 for control purposes, so that the lateral movement of the valve body 12 is also limited in this area. In use of the battery plug 1 according to the invention, the valve body 12 will withstand a gas pressure inside a battery, which gas pressure is transmitted via the inlet duct 8 to an inlet chamber 18 in the valve chamber 10. Pressure beyond the set valve pressure for the battery plug 1 leads to raising the valve body 12 and in particular sealing lip 24 from the valve seat 11 and flow of gas to the area 19 above said valve seat 11. This gas will then flow through the flame arrestor 17, which is permeable to gas, and to an outlet foam 20 with an outlet channel in the lid 3. The design according to the invention allows valve bodies 12 to be constructed, which have a relatively large 76225; 2010-12-28 10 15 20 25 LO CD height from its sealing lip 24 and nevertheless provides a safe function even at relatively high pressures. Higher pressure than with known corresponding battery plugs can therefore be handled with a battery plug according to the invention. The valve body 12 is suitably made of a flexible material in its entirety, but it is also possible to design the valve body 12 with only the sealing lip 24 and the guide projection 14 of flexible material, while remaining parts of the valve body 12 may be of a relatively rigid material. The pressing portion 13 is shown with a recess 28, which has to do with the manufacture of the lid and in particular that it is desired to design the lid with as similar a wall thickness as possible in order to avoid shape changes after casting. The flat recess 29 on the outside of the lid also has this background related to the importance of the lid being fixed without play in the snap-in position. It can be mentioned that such undesired shape changes could lead to corresponding undesired variations in plug pressure level. Fig. 3 schematically shows a battery 21 with an outer container, which encloses a number of electrodes, electrolyte, etc. (not shown). The battery 21 has a number of recesses 22 in a manner known per se for inserting battery plugs 1 according to the invention in the respective recesses 22. Battery poles for connection to consumers are indicated by 23. The invention may be modified within the scope of the appended claims and the means of the battery plug defining the valve chamber may be arranged differently. It can be mentioned that the pressure portion and the guide projection can be designed in reverse so that control of the valve body 12 is achieved by arranging a guide recess at the top of the valve body 2 while on cooperating part of the lid 3 or 76225; 2010-12-28 10 another part of the housing of the plug 1 is arranged guide projections with an pressing surface corresponding to what is shown in Fig. 2 and is indicated by 14 '. However, the design described above in connection with the figures is preferred. It is also within the scope of the invention to establish some other form of control of the upper part of the valve body 12, e.g. through a resilient element arranged on the valve body 12, which cooperates with a corresponding recess in the housing of the plug. However, it is preferred that the components of the battery plug be formed of synthetic material such as for each element a suitable one of different plastics (except the flame retardant) and that the valve body 12 be a homogeneous body of a suitable flexible plastic material. 76225; 2010-12-28
