专利说明:

Another problem with, for example, gardening is that there is often a need to perform a number of different types of work tasks in close proximity to each other in terms of time. The different types of tasks mean that there are a number of different types of problems.
For example, there is often a need for a work surface in connection with the place where the garden work is carried out. For example, there is this need when planting plants and other transplants. Furthermore, there is a need for a work surface on which sorting of bulbs and the like. Dragging a table or similar to and from the workplace is laborious and difficult. For example, there is also a need to collect garden waste in close proximity to a work surface. Known types of carriages, for example, do not combine these and other functions.
An additional problem that exists when handling soil and the like is that the soil needs to be sieved. Known types of screens preferably consist of a frame to which at least one net or the like is connected. When sieving, shake the sieve back and forth. This means, firstly, that a great deal of effort is required to carry out the screening work. Secondly, it usually takes two people to shake a larger sieve in an efficient way. This work is very difficult if not completely impossible for people with physical disabilities. Furthermore, the sieve takes up a lot of space and weighs a lot, which means that the sieve is usually stationary and that what is to be sieved is transferred to the sieve. It is thus difficult to surface known types of screening devices.
Another problem with gardening is that, for example, a lot of time is spent clearing (grooming) berries, fruit, vegetables and the like. If the berries are picked by hand, the berries are usually cleaned at the same time as they are picked. The problem is that it takes time to pick berries by hand. The berries are usually picked with some type of tool, with the result that unwanted rubbish accompanies them to a large extent, which in turn means that it takes a long time to clean the berries by hand. When cleaning berries, the quality of the berries also deteriorates and time is taken between the time of picking and the time of the cleaning work. Today's traditional garden trolleys lack equipment that facilitates and streamlines the picking and cleaning of berries, fruit, vegetables and the like.
There are also problems with handling, for example, picked fruit. Fruit is usually placed in boxes after picking. Problems arise in placing the drawers at the appropriate working height d.
Then there are also problems with easily and smoothly moving the drawers to and from a suitable storage location. Objects of the present invention The main object of the present invention is to create a substantially improved carriage intended for use in, for example, gardening and the like. Another object of the present invention is to create a carriage which can be used for a number of different purposes. A still further object of the present invention is to create a trolley which comprises a function for screening materials such as soil. It is a further further object of the present invention to provide a trolley which comprises at least one work table. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a trolley which facilitates and streamlines picking and cleaning of berries, fruits, vegetables and the like.

Detailed Description of the Present Invention Referring to the gurus, there is shown a multifunctional carriage 1 in accordance with the present invention. The carriage comprises at least one frame 2 to which at least one first wheel 3 and at least one second wheel 4 are connected. Wheels 3 and 4 can be mounted on each end of a common shaft or be mounted on a shaft each. The wheels are preferably interchangeably arranged. The interchangeability of the wheels is preferably achieved with prior art, which is why this technique is not described in more detail in this patent application. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the trolley comprises fl your wheels or pairs of wheels. The wheel can furthermore be rotatable about a vertical axis such as, for example, so-called castor wheels.
At least one handle 5 is also connected to the grooves 2. The handle 5 is preferably connected to the frame 2 of the carriage 1 with at least one bracket which preferably consists of at least one quick bracket. The visas gures show an embodiment of the handle which at one end is connected to the frame with a first quick-release fastener and which at its other end is connected to the frame with a second quick-release fastener. The handle 5 can be connected to the trolley or detachably arranged. In a preferred embodiment, the handle is reversibly arranged, which is shown schematically in Figure 3. The handle's reversibility means that the height of the handle in relation to the ground can be varied by turning the handle.
The frame 2 further comprises at least one loading plane 6 located in the lower part of the frame 2.
The loading plane 6 is preferably substantially horizontally oriented, or slightly sloping downwards in the forward direction, when the carriage 1 stands up (as shown in Figures 1 and 2). The multifunctional trolley 1 further comprises at least one ground support 7 or the like.
The frame 2 is preferably made of pipes or profiles of metal. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the frame 2 comprises at least a first end (side part or the like) 8 and at least a second end (side part or the like) 9. The first end 8 and the second end 9 are formed in the exemplary embodiment, shown in the gurus, of a pipe structure. The frame further comprises at least one first transverse tube 10, profile or the like, and at least one second transverse tube 11, profile or the like. In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1, this comprises at least a third transverse tube 12 and a fourth transverse tube 13. The frame 2 may in alternative embodiments be formed on another construction suitable for the purpose. In alternative embodiments, all or parts of the frame 2 may consist of a sheet metal construction or the like. For example, the loading platform can consist of a sheet metal construction (not shown in fi gures). It is further conceivable that all or parts of the frame may be made of the arm material suitable for the purpose. It is conceivable that the trolley in alternative embodiments is made of composite or similar material.
The frame 2 forms in its lower part at least one load plane 6 or the like. Above the cargo plane 6, a cargo space is formed in which cargo or the like can be temporarily stored or loaded. The loading platform 6 is preferably slightly inclined in relation to the ground the trailer is on when the trailer is on wheels 3 and 4 and the ground support 7. In the exemplary embodiment of the trailer 1, the loading platform 6 consists of a pipe construction. The pipe construction can be built up of the pipes in the frame or consist of a separate pipe construction which is connected to the frame. In alternative embodiments, the loading platform may be of another construction suitable for the purpose.
A support arch 14 is connected to the lower part of the frame 2. The support frame 14 is preferably rotatably arranged relative to the frame 2 about at least one mounted center of rotation 15 in the transverse direction of the carriage. In the groove, the support frame 15 is rotatably and mounted arranged in the frame 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the support frame 15 is mounted and rotatably arranged via at least a first bracket 16 and at least a second bracket 17. In an alternative embodiment of the support frame 14, which is shown in Figure 10 , the support arch is detachably arranged and reversibly arranged 180 degrees.
Through the reversibility, the advantage is achieved that the supporting properties of the support arch and the height impact (on the load plane) can be changed. Turning the support frame 14 is advantageous if the wheels of the carriage are changed with the intention of increasing the clearance of the carriage. By turning the support frame 14, the height of the support can be varied and adapted to the dimension of the wheels.
The carriage 1 further comprises a load arc 18. In the preferred embodiment, the arc 18 is rotatably arranged about an axis of rotation in the frame. The load frame 18 is fastened in the frame with at least a first bracket 19 and in at least a second bracket 20. The load frame 18 can be made of at least one tube 21 or profile which has been bent into a shape that requires learning for the purpose. The load 18 is connected to an adjusting and locking device 22 with which the load 18 can be locked in different positions (angles of rotation) in relation to the frame 2. The adjustability of the angle of the load 18 in relation to the frame 2 can be arranged stepwise or steplessly. In the exemplary embodiment shown in the diagrams, the adjusting device consists of at least one pin 23 which connects to holes 24 in an angle plate 25. The holes 24 are located at different angles. Due to the construction, the load frame 18 can be locked at certain fixed angles in relation to the frame.
The construction also comprises actuating device for actuating the pin 23 into the hole 23, in which position the arc is locked relative to the groove, and for actuating the pins out of the hole 24, in which position the arc is freely rotatable relative to the frame. The construction can consist of at least one wire connected to the end of the pin, which is extended or shortened by a knob.
The load arc 18 is preferably intended to be used to support different types of devices.

In the exemplary embodiment, the edges of the table have been shaped so that these comprise spaces in which the tube of the load arc is intended to be received.
The work table 26 (work surface 27) may further comprise at least one opening 28 or the like through which residues after cleaning or the like can be brought down from the work surface to, for example, a bag, sack, bag or the like under the work table. The opening 28 can be closed with a detachable table part 29, plug or the like.
Figure 5A shows how the multifunctional trolley preferably further comprises at least one holder 30 for at least one bag, sack, bag or the like (not shown in Figure 5). The bag or sack may consist of a garbage bag or garbage bag or other bag or sack suitable for the purpose.
Referring to Figure SB, there is shown an exemplary embodiment of the holder 30 comprising at least one retaining member 31 and at least one connecting member 32 with which the holder 30 is attached to the carriage 1. The holder 30 may be fixedly connected to the carriage 1 or preferably, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, be detachably arranged to the carriage 1. In order to enable the holder 30 to be quickly connected to the carriage, or to be disconnected from the carriage, the connecting means can be constituted by a quick-release bracket. The quick release can be made in accordance with a number of different variants that are suitable for the purpose. In the exemplary embodiment, the retaining member 25 consists of at least one frame 33 and at least a first connecting member 32 and a second connecting member 34. In the exemplary embodiment, the retaining member 25 is made of a rod material or the like. The first connecting member 32 and the second connecting member 34 extend from the frame in a substantially parallel direction (in the same direction from the frame).
The first connector 32 preferably comprises at least a first set of pins 35 comprising at least a first pin 36 and a second pin 37. The second connector 32 preferably each comprises at least a second set of pins 38 comprising at least a first pin 39 and a second pin 40. The first set pins 35 are intended to be connected to a first set of holes 41 in the arc 18 and the second set of pins 38 are intended to be connected to a second set of holes 42 in the arc.
The first connecting means 32 and the second connecting means 34 are preferably of a material which springs back if they are compressed in the direction of each other. Through the construction, the first connecting member 32 and the second connecting member 34 can be pressed against each other with a force so that the first set of pins 35 can be inserted into the first set of holes 41 and that the second set of pins 38 can be inserted into the second set. holes 42. When the applied force on the first connecting member 32 and the second connecting member is released, these spring back, the pins being inserted into the holes and thereby temporarily locked to the load arc. The bag holder or sack holder is reversibly arranged so that it can be positioned in a number of different ways to the trolley. In the position shown, this is directed forward. In the dashed position, the bag holder / bag holder is directed backwards.
Referring to Figure 6, it is shown how the trolley 1 further preferably comprises at least one detachable tool bag 43, or other type of storage bag, which can be used for storing tools and the like. With reference to Figure 7, it is shown how the carriage 1 in alternative embodiments comprises a sieve function. The screen function is achieved in that the trolley comprises at least one screen (screen device) 48. The screen 48 may be permanently connected to the trolley 1, but preferably the screen 48 is detachably arranged in relation to the trolley 1. The screen 48 may consist of olika your different types of constructions. Preferably, the screen 48 consists of a screen which screens via rotation or a reciprocating rotational movement. The screen 48 comprises a rotation shaft 49 to which a first end 50 and a second end 51 are connected. The screen further comprises at least one screening member 52 in the form of a cylindrical net 53 or the like. The screening means 52 is connected at one end to the first end wall and at its other end is connected to the second end wall. The screening means 52 comprises at least one opening through which soil or the like can be introduced into or out of the screen. The opening can preferably be closed and opened. In alternative embodiments, the opening and closing functions of the screen are achieved in that the screen comprises at least one first screening member in which at least one second screening member is located. The first and the second screening means are rotatably arranged relative to each other. Due to the relative rotatability between the first screening means and the second screening means, the opening of the screen can be opened or closed, respectively. The axis of rotation 59 of the screen 48 is preferably attached to the frame via at least one first bracket 54 and preferably via at least one first fixed 54 and at least one second bracket 55.
Unique to the screen 48 in accordance with the present patent application is that the axis of rotation 49 of the screen 48 does not correspond to the axial center 56 of the round screen. The screen 48 will thereby have an eccentric construction which by gravity strives to return to an original position. The screen 48 comprises an operating member 57 with which a rotation of the screen can be effected. In the exemplary embodiment, the operating member 57 is constituted by an arm 58 which is connected to the axis of rotation 49 of the screen.
The other 58 is connected to a pedal 59 via a rod 60 or the like. By depressing the pedal 59, the sieve 48 will rotate from the initial position about the axis of rotation 49. When the force on the pedal 59 is released, the sieve 48 will, through the eccentric construction and the influence of gravity on the material inside the sieve 48 and the material in the sieve 48, strive to return. to its initial position and the pedal to return to a non-depressed position. The screening takes place through a reciprocating movement. The advantage of the screen construction is that substantially less force is required in the screening work than with previously known screening devices and screening methods. Furthermore, the screen 48, with a round cross-section, requires less space than a flat screen (to screen a corresponding volume of material).
