专利说明:
15 20 25 30 Klärnman in itself works very well as a closure of flexable packages, such as plastic bags, foil bags, sacks and the like, and is available in a number of different sizes. Once the clip has been removed, access to the contents of the package can still be problematic. One problem is that in order for it to be possible to close the package with a clamp of the size that is available, only a small hole has been made in the package, for example torn off a corner of the package. It may be difficult or impossible to reach the contents of the package by means of a spoon through the limited opening. If you want to pour the contents out of the package, it is not certain that the design of the opening is particularly suitable for pouring. The risk of spillage is thus quite high, and it is difficult to get an exact dosage of the contents. Surplus taken out of the packaging can not always be returned to the packaging, but is thrown away, which results in an unnecessary waste of the packaged product. Another situation where pouring and access is difficult is when the package is worn and / or wrinkled, which can often happen after a number of closures with the help of a clamp or if the package has been folded or tied together several times. Even in this case, there is a great risk of spillage and waste with the product. TROUBLESHOOTING It is thus desirable to enable closure and subsequent opening and access a repeated number of times of one and the same package. TROUBLESHOOTING The objective underlying the invention is achieved if the initially indicated closure device is characterized in that an openable access means is arranged for insertion into the opening of the package and the closing means is arranged around the access means for pressing the package against the access means further. in addition, one or more of the features according to claims 2-10 are given. COMPILATION OF DRAWING FIGURES The invention will now be described on the basis of the accompanying drawings. On these: 1 g 1 shows a perspective view of a closed clamp according to the invention; fi g 2 a perspective view obliquely from below of the clamp according to fi g 1; 3 g 3 is a perspective view of the clamp according to the invention in open position; and fi g 4 is a perspective view from above of the clamp according to fi g 3. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT 1 in Fig. 1 shows a closing device in the form of a clamp 1 according to the invention. The clamp 1 comprises two legs 2, which act to close a package. Clamp 1 further has an access means 3, by means of which it is possible to gain access to the contents of the liner closed by the clamp 1, the lid 4 of the access means 3 being opened. Each of the legs 2 has at its one end each its part of a locking member 5, which provides a locking of the clamp, so that it can close a package in an effective manner. The locking member 5 has a design which is known per se from the past, with a jumper 6 and a locking lug 7, which snaps into place in the jumper 6 when closing the clamp 1. At the other end of the legs 2 there is a partially obscured hinge device 8. In the area closest to the hinge device 8, where the access means 3 is arranged, the legs 2 are curved on the outside around the access means 3. The access means 3, which is arranged between the legs 2 is tubular, so that access to the interior of the closed package is allowed through the tubular portion, while the package is clamped between the outside of the access member 3 and the inside of the legs 2 and between the legs 2, respectively, between the upper end of the access member 3, which is intended to protrude from the closed package. is provided with the lid 4, for opening and closing of the access means 3. The lid 4 is arranged articulated at the outer end of the access means 3. In the preferred embodiment the hinge is a hinge 9. At the opposite side of the lid 4 there is a grip fl ik 10 for opening the lid 4. Below the grip fl ik 10, substantially in the inside of the access means 3 and on the underside of the lid 4, there are closing means 22, 23 for the lid 4. The access means 3 and the rest of the clamp 1 are in the preferred embodiment made, by injection molding, in two parts, possibly in two different plastic materials. In Fig. 2, the clamp is shown obliquely from below with the end where the guide device 8 is facing the viewer. The hinge device 8 is thereby better visible than in Fig. 1. To begin with, it can be stated that the hinge device 8 comprises two parts, an upper portion 11 and a lower portion 12. The upper portion 11 of the hinge device 8 comprises two hinge members 13, 14, which are arranged at a distance from each other, so that an intermediate portion 15 is formed between the hinge members 13, 14. The hinge members 13, 14 are in the embodiment shown formed as two folds, with thinner portions 16 arranged at the transition between the folds and the legs 2, to provide a flexibility, at the same time as the folds in the joint organs 13, 14 are also flexible. The intermediate portion 15 is fixedly connected to the inner access means 3, for example by gluing or ultrasonic welding. The two side rails 2 will thus move away from the access means 3 when deflected, except in this part. The lower portion 12 also comprises two hinge members 17, 18. The two hinge members 17, 18 are arranged at a greater distance from each other than the two hinge members 13, 14 in the upper portion 11 of the hinge device 8. The intermediate portion 19 is, due to extending in the circumferential direction of the access means 3, slightly arched. The arch approximately corresponds to the arch on the outside of the inner access means 3. The similarity in arch between the intermediate portion 19 and the access means 3 in the corresponding area means that an at least point abutment between the inside of the intermediate portion 19 and the outside of the access means 3 is possible in the closed clamp 1 location. The intermediate portion 19, unlike the intermediate portion 15, is not permanently fixed to the access means 3. The hinge members 17, 18 at the transition between the respective leg 2 and the intermediate portion 19 are necessary for a pivoting of the legs 2 to be possible. In Fig. 2, the tubular shape of the access means 3 is better visible, due to the oblique view from below of the clamp 1 according to the invention. In fi g 3 the clamp 1 is shown in an open position, where the legs 2 have been swung out so far that they are practically in line with each other. The lid 4 is also displayed in an open position. In the position shown, the access means 3 is connected to the rest of the clamp 1 only via the intermediate portion 15. The two legs 2 and the intermediate hinge device 8 are now to a greater or lesser extent removed from the access member 3. The lower part 12 of the hinge device 8 is lifted a distance from the access member 3, by a bending in the hinge members 17, 18, which are arranged at a distance from each other and at a distance from the upper hinge members 13, 14 seen in the circumferential direction. When the upper parts of the legs 2 are angled out from the access means 3 with the connection to the access means 3 between the hinge means 13, 14, the respective leg will be directed away from the access means 3. Since the lower, intermediate portion 19 is connected to the legs 2 at a distance from the connection of the respective leg 2 to the access means 3 between the hinge members 13, 14, the ends of the intermediate portion 19 adjacent to the hinge members 17, 18 must follow the leg rails 2 in the outward movement when they are pivoted away from each other when opening the clamp 1. otherwise it is substantially rigid, the distance between the hinge members 17, 18 will be kept approximately constant at the opening of the clamp. This means that the intermediate portion is illuminated a distance from the access member 3, so that a gap between the lower portion 12 of the hinge device 8 and the access member 3 arises. At the same time, the rest of the access member 3 fi is also inserted when the legs 2 are swung out. The access means 3 has, as previously mentioned, essentially a pipe form, which is better seen in the exposed position in fi g 3. In fi g 3 it also appears that the access means 3 has at least one circumferential fl end 20 and at least one circumferential submerged portion 21. These function, together with corresponding configurations 24 on the inside of the legs 2 for a better clamping of the package. The width of the portion of the access means 3, against which clamping of a package is to take place, is of approximately the same extent as the width of the leg clearance 2 in general. The open lid 4 of the access means 3 illustrates the position which the lid 4 occupies when the package has been clamped and access to the contents of the dry package is desired. With the lid 4 open, either a pouring out of the package can take place, or a spoon, a spice measure or other utensil can be brought down into the package to remove part of the contents, provided that the handle of the utensil is long enough. In fi g 3 the snap mechanism 22, 23 is also seen which enables the lid 4 to be closed in a reliable manner. On the inside of the access means 3 there is a locking lug 22, while on the inside of the lid 4, at its front edge, just below the grip fl iken 10, there is a corresponding bracket 23 which springs easily when closing the lid, so that the locking lug 22 can engage the bracket 23. In Fig. 4, the clamp 1 according to the preferred drying form is shown in a top perspective view. The position of the clamp 1 corresponds to that shown in Fig. 3. In Fig. 4 it is clearer that the access means 3 at its lower part, below the upper part ll of the hinge device 8, is completely laid along its circumference. The distance to the legs 2 and the intermediate portion 19 is also apparent from the fi clock. It is thus clear that the upper part of an opened package, for example a plastic bag, is insertable with an edge portion in the space between the access means 3 and the intermediate portion 19 and between the access means 3 and the inside of the legs 2, respectively. the package, depending on its size, can be clamped directly between the legs 2. The också guren also shows that the 2 insides of the legs have fl faces 24 and recessed portions for a better clamping of a package. The flanges 24 are arranged so that they lie approximately opposite the corresponding recessed portions 21 on the access member 3 and the opposite leg 2, respectively. The figure also shows that the inside of the intermediate portion 19 is also provided with corresponding recesses and recessed portions. ALTERNATIVE EMBODIMENT FORIVIVES In the embodiment described above and in the accompanying drawings, only a variant of many possible closure members according to the invention has been described in detail. One way of modifying the embodiment described is, of course, to vary the size and shape of the access means 3 and the legs 2, so that the closing device becomes suitable for different package sizes and for different sizes of the pieces in the packaged material. Other closely related ways of modifying the device is to provide it with modified hinge devices and locking means 5. Likewise, the closing device on the lid 4 can be exchanged for another variant known from the specialist arm, for example a thread. Yet another way of modifying the invention is to leave the closure member 1 formed in some other way than a clamp. For example, a guard band or the like, preferably with a knurled inside, can be attached to the upper edge portion of the access member 3, at least along a limited part of its circumference. When closing a package, the access means descends into the opening of the package, at the same time as the circumferential closing member, or the strap, is arranged around the outside of the package. Optionally, the package can be folded, so that the entire opening is arranged inside the closing member or the tensioning strap. The tightening strap is then tightened with a mechanism known by the specialist arm and the package is closed. The access means 3 can be opened with a lid or the like so that the contents can be poured out or accessed with a spoon. The invention can be further modified within the scope of the appended claims.
