The first layer 3 of the polishing device 1 with which the surfaces are to be ironed, such as the textile surfaces to be polished, is of cellular rubber with closed cells, such as of EPDM cellular rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber).
The material of the first layer may be, for example, EA8002 cellular rubber, and the thickness of the first layer is 10 - 35 mm, preferably 20 mm.
The density of the first layer is 100 - 200 kg / m3, preferably 170 kg / m fi.
The second layer 2 in the plastering device 1 which is attached to the first layer is of cellular plastic, which cellular plastic can be crosslinked. As material in the second layer, for example, closed-cell polyethylene can be used, such as cellular plastic whose trade name is NOMALENTM (especially NOMALENTM 130).
The second layer has the task of e.g. make the plastering device stiffer by its connection with the first layer, whereby the plastering device becomes stiffer. The thickness of the second layer is 1 - 4 mm, preferably 3 mm.
The density of the second layer is 100 - 200 kg / m3, preferably 130 kg / m3.
In the plastering device according to the invention, a static electric charge is achieved by connecting the two layers 2, 3 of different materials (cellular rubber, cellular plastic) so that they generate a charge, the plastering device, when ironing surfaces with the plastering device, catching hair, dust or charge in such a way that the latter can be easily detached from the edge 4 of the first layer in the plastering device. When ironing surfaces with the plastering device, the plastering device is thus kept in an oblique position (at an angle in relation to the surface being plastered), the edge 4 of the first layer catching the impurities.
The plastering device according to the invention is in no way limited in size or shape, the plastering device may have, for example, rectangular or triangular or some other shape.
It is clear to a person skilled in the art that the various embodiments of the invention are not limited to the examples given above and that they can therefore vary within the scope of the appended protection requirements.

Plastering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first layer is of EPDM cellular rubber. Plastering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the second layer is of crosslinked polyethylene. Plastering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the first layer is 10 - 35 mm, preferably 20 mm. Plastering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the second layer is 1-4 mm, preferably 3 mm. Plastering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the density of the first layer is 100 - 200 kg / m 3, preferably 170 kg / m 3.
