A device for the manufacture of flowing foam is disclosed. It comprises a support (1) with feed grooves (2,5) for sand and cement with feeding screws (3,6), driven by speed regulated motors (4,7), a third feed groove (8) with a third feed screw (9) driven by a third speed regulated motor (10) for the reception, mixing and transfer of sand and cement. Furthermore there is a first capacity regulated pump (11) for the feed of water, partly to the third feed groove (8) and partly to a first mixer (12) for mixing with a surface active component, feed by a second capacity regulated pump (13) and mixing with air feed by a first capacity regulated valve (14) for feeding of air into a second mixer (15) to form a foam. The device is primarily characterized in that a computer with a memory is in such controlling connection with said motors (4,7, 10, 17), the pumps (11, 13) and the valve (14), that the capacity of these and thus the proportion of sand, cement, water, surface active component and air is settable according to a chosen recipe among several recipes, programmed in advance in the memory of the computer ( 19). The mass flow giver (33) admits that the device operates independent of the pressure of the pressurized air after the compressor (20).

In Figures 1 and 2, a stand is schematically marked with 1. In reality, the stand consists of a trailer, intended to be towed by a vehicle such as a truck. The stand supports a number of substantially horizontal, elongate feed grooves with feed screws, which are driven by speed-controlled motors. These transport devices are denoted by 2,3 and 4 for sand and 5.6 and 7 for cement. In addition, there is an additional transport device with feed chute, feed screw and speed-controlled motor, here generally denoted by 28, for sand or cement, depending on the desired mixture. Sand and cement are fed to a third feed chute 8. with a third feed screw 9. driven by a third speed controlled motor 10.
A container for water is denoted by 22. The water is pumped by a first capacity controlled pump 1 1 to a spreader 26. which distributes the water in the third supply chute, with sand and cement to a mixture, which is fed to a fourth supply run 16 with a fourth feed screw 27, driven by a fourth speed controlled motor 17.
A container for liquid surfactant is designated by 23. a second capacity-controlled pump for this by 13. Water and liquid surfactant are mixed in a first mixer 12. A diesel oil-powered internal combustion engine 20. drives both an electric generator and a compressor for compressed air in a container 21. From the first mixer 12 a fl fate of diluted surfactant goes to a second mixer 15, where compressed air from the container 21 is added. The flow of compressed air is regulated by a valve 14. The mixture is fed to a third mixer 25, from which a foam emanates, which is mixed with sand and cement in the fourth feed trough 16 by the feed screw 17 and fed to a third pump 18 to a construction site 29.
A computer 19 with memory and display is now in control connection with the mentioned motors 4,7, 10. 17, the pumps 11,13 and the valve 14, that the capacity of these and thus the proportion of sand, cement, water and surfactant as well as air is adjustable according to a selected recipe, among them, pre-programmed in the computer 19's memory. The capacity of the third pump 18 for transporting the mixture is selectable. For controlling the different year control circuits set up, indicated in Figure 2 with dashed lines for signaling year values to the computer and with solid lines for controlling setpoint values for pumps and motors. As an example, the water flow from the pump 11 to the diffuser 26 is controlled by a flow meter and a valve 32.

Claims (3)

Device for the production of surface foam concrete, comprising a frame (1) a first elongate substantially horizontal feed chute (2) for sand with a first feed screw (3), driven by a first speed-controlled motor (4). at least one second elongate substantially horizontal feed chute (5) for cement with a second feed screw (6), driven by a second speed controlled motor (7), at least a third substantially horizontal feed chute (8) with a third feed screw (9) driven by a third speed-controlled motor (10) for receiving, mixing and transporting sand and cement from the first (2) and second (5) feed chutes, a first capacity-controlled pump (1 1) for feeding water partly to the third feed chute (8) and secondly to a first mixer (12) for mixing with surfactant, fed by a second capacity controlled pump (13) and mixing with air supplied by a first capacity controlled valve (14) for supplying air in a second mixer (15) to forming a foam, wherein at least a fourth substantially horizontal feed chute (27) with a fourth feed screw (16) driven by a fourth speed controlled motor (17) is arranged to receive sand, cement and water from the third feed chute. n (8) for mixing in said foam and transporting the formed mixture to a third capacity-controlled pump (18) for transport to a construction site (29), characterized in that a computer (19) with memory is so in control connection with the mentioned motors (4,7,10,17), the pumps (11,13,) and the valve (14), that the capacity of these and thus the proportion of sand, cement, water, surfactant and air is adjustable according to a selected recipe among fl era, pre-programmed in the computer (19) memory, and that the capacity of the third pump (18) for transporting mixture is Selectable by programming the computer. 5
