专利说明:
2 constructions are complicated to handle and take a long time to be connected to and off the fishing line, where they also then constantly sit during fishing and when drilling fish. According to documents US4567686, US5369561A and US224583A, all deep veins report, which can only be used on each side of the boat. Document US5608985A belongs to the category of lowering triggers and can be used for superficially fished paravans, which are fished up to 4 pcs on each side of the boat. Document US224583A describes how to use two hands when hooking the sinker on the fishing line, whereby the fishing rod must be set aside. The sink according to document US5608985A, has a loop and a holding device. The fishing line is attached to the holding device at a distance from the loop, where the fishing line runs freely. The holding device consists of two resilient washers, which clamp the fishing line with indeterminate clamping force, so that the fishing line can become detached therefrom without a fish nibbling, which is a major problem. The distance between the loop and the restraining device means that the fishing line between these points easily becomes entangled during fishing and when catching. The above-mentioned devices work so poorly that they are hardly used in practice. The deep fishing rods also do not work when fishing or fishing with more than one rod on each side of the boat. The object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages which exist with the above-mentioned constructions, in that the sinker has a coupling device, which has a loop, which has a holding device in the form of a first tube formation, which with a clamping effect against the loop holds the sinker at the fishing line and which moves the first pipe formation, the sinker running freely in a direction towards the bait. The sinker can then at any time, if necessary during trolling and feeding, be quickly and easily detached from or attached to the fishing line with one hand. Thanks to the invention, a coupling device has now been provided with a sinker, which is built up of a very simple and inexpensive construction, which. is very easy to attach to or detach from the fishing line. Coupling device has a loop with a holding device, which is arranged at the sinker. When fishing, the sinker is arranged fixed to the fishing line at a distance from a bait in by means of the holding device. When a fish gets caught on the bait, tighten the fishing line so tightly, on each side of the sinker, that the fishing line detaches from the holding device and then hangs in the loop. The sinker then slides after a pacifier along the fishing line towards the bait. According to the invention, the loop has a first tube formation which encloses it and which is slidable over the loop towards and away from the sinker, as it is to cover all or parts of the loop. The first tube formation is made of a soft resilient material, such as a short tube of e.g. a piece of plastic or silicone hose, which is passed with a certain inertia over the loop, because it touches the inner walls of the hose 'with friction when it is moved, whereby the tube can be made to stop in different positions over the loop. The hose then stretches slightly and adapts to the shape of the loop. The loop has an opening, where the fishing line is inserted, to hook around the fishing line, when the sinker is to be connected to the fishing line. This occurs when the first pipe formation is pulled past the opening so that it opens. Then the loop is pulled further, whereby the fishing line is pulled into the first pipe formation of the loop, which then clamps the fishing line against the inner wall of the first pipe formation 4, to form the holding device. At suction, the fishing line is tensioned inside the first pipe formation, whereby the fishing line is stretched by the tension and becomes straight and forces the first pipe formation to release the fishing line from being clamped, but still enclosed by the loop, without exposing the opening. The sinker now slides freely inside the loop in the direction of the bait, which means that a person can easily and quickly access with one hand with e.g. thumb and forefinger guide the first tube formation until the opening is exposed, wherein. and the sinker is detached from the fishing line and then, if necessary at any time during the fishing time, connected to the fishing line again. In this way, the person never has to put down his fishing rod, which is held with the other hand with full control, while fishing. The invention is described in more detail with the aid of some preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a sink with a coupling device with an open loop, before hooking the fishing line, Fig. 2 shows the sink coupled to the fishing line, Fig. 3 that the sinker has a narrower part which, forms part of the holding device, Fig. 4 shows the connection of a smaller loop to the sinker. As can be seen from Figures 1, a coupling device 1 is arranged, arranged on a loop 2, made of a wire 10, which is connected to the sinker 4. The loop 2 has an opening 8, where the fishing line 5 is inserted, for hooking the fishing line 5 A first pipe formation 7, located near the sinker 4, the entire opening 8 being open and enclosing a part of the loop 2, for connecting the sinker 4 to the fishing line 5. As can be seen from Fig. 2, it is shown that the fishing line 5 is enclosed by the loop 2. The wire 10 has been pulled into the first pipe formation 7, when it, has been moved up over the loop 2 and the opening 8 from the sink 4. The loop 2 has a body 16, which clamps the fishing line 5 against the inner wall 9 of the first pipe formation 7, in order to constitute a holding device 3, wherein at suction, the fishing line 5 is tensioned and becomes straighter, thus forcing the first pipe formation 7 to move in a direction towards the sinker 4. The fishing line then runs freely on the loop 2. The wire 10 is about 1-2 mm in diameter and about 4-6 cm long up to the body 16. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the wire 10 has a hook formation 13 which is slightly rigid and resilient, made of metal, stainless steel, spring steel or a composite plastic, to be hooked around the fishing line 5 through the opening 8. The loop 2 has a first end 11, which is the connection to the sinker 4. The hook formation 13 is arranged at the second end 12 of the wire 10, at the far end of the hook formation 13, seen in a direction away from the sinker 4, which has the body 16. The hook formation 13 is formed as a " U ", the upper part of which is directed in a direction towards the sinker 4. The" U "has two. legs, one of which is longer than the other. The longer leg forms part of the first end 11, which is connected to the sinker 4. The second leg terminates at a distance from the sinker 4. The distance then forms the maximum size of the opening 8. The "U" has a bottom 17, which constitutes the second end 12. The longer leg is enclosed by a second tubular formation 6 14, the outer diameter of which is slightly smaller or substantially equal to the inner diameter of the first tubular formation Å 7, to form a friction base against the inner wall 9, which stops the movement when moving the first pipe formation 7 down over the loop 2, in order to fix the position there of the first pipe formation 7. The body 16 is fixed in the bottom 17 in "Uzet" in the wire 10. In a variant of the invention the body is 16 is made of a soft material, having a rubber character, the circumference of which is similar to a ball which penetrates into the tube opening 18 of the first tube formation 7 and clogs it during the movement of the first tube formation 7, in the direction from the sink 4, wherein the body 16 pulls the fishing line 5 into the first pipe formation 7 against the sink 4, the fishing line 5 being clamped against the inner wall 9. In a further variant of the invention, the body 16 is wedge-shaped or conically shaped and has a tapered portion 24 and a wider portion 25. The tapered portion 24 faces the tube opening 18 at the other end 14. The longer the body 16 is inside the tube opening 18 with the fishing line 5, the more firmly it is clamped between it and the body 16, which allows the person fishing himself to regulate how hard the fishing line. 5 shall be clamped, through. moving the first tube formation 7 over the body 16 until it occupies a desired position inside the first tube formation 7. As can be seen from Fig. 3, a third variant of the invention is shown, in which the sinker 4 has a narrower part 23, where the wire 10 is connected and that the opening 8 is arranged at the first end 11, which means that the movement of the first pipe formation 7 takes place down towards the narrower part 23, which is designed as a cylinder, which fits exactly against the inner wall 19, before the insertion of the fishing line 5 is inserted through the opening 8. The narrower part 23 is then inserted into the lower part 15 of the first pipe formation 7, which is located near the first end 11, which then encloses the narrower part 23, which presses the fishing line 5 din into the first pipe formation 7 and which clamps it there. against the inner wall 9, where it corresponds to the body 16 as above, to constitute the holding device 3. As can be seen from Fig. 4, the connection is a movable joint 19, which creates a compliance of the movement of the sinker 4 through the fishing water, e.g. after a boat, in order to avoid that the sinker 4 has a guiding ability. The movable joint 19 has a smaller loop 20 and the first end 11 has a hook formation 21, which is connected to the smaller loop 20 and then covered by a second pipe formation 14, whereby a change to a heavier or lighter sink 4 can be performed quickly , to determine at what depth when trolling the sink 4 should be advanced. As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, it is shown that the wire 10 has a bend / angle 22, at a predetermined location, at a distance from the sinker 4, which corresponds to the length of the second pipe function. When the first pipe formation 7 is pulled down over the loop 2 towards the sinker 4, when the 'opening 8' is exposed, the first is exposed. the pipe formation 7, for friction against the inner wall 9, of the bend / angle 22, the second pipe formation 14 being stopped or sliding sluggishly upon further movement thereof, the opening 8 being exposed for the connection of the sinker 4 in the fishing line 5, for the fisherman to receive confirmation that the loop 2 is open for connecting the fishing line 5.
