101520253035The problem is that the superstructure, the container-like construction, as usualused together with a transport vehicle has a large weight, mass, where a not unusual weightis 9-12 tons. The total weight of the road transport vehicle must not be exceeded, which means that onetransport vehicles rebuilt in this way for forest fuel transport have a limited weight forthe forest fuel load itself. For a forest fuel truck with a trailer, for example, it will only be approx20-28 tons of grout that can be transported. This amount of freight is not economicalprofitable.
Another problem with the construction of sheet steel, the container, is that it requires space whenit is not mounted to the transport vehicle and also machine help to both be placed onthe transport vehicle and to be lifted from there. This time-consuming handling often means thatthe container remains on the transport vehicle even during other use of the transport vehiclewhich in turn means that other use of the transport vehicle is also affected by a largetare weight, basic weight, on the transport vehicle. This means, just as with forest fuel, thatthe load weight becomes small and it also leads to increased fuel consumption. Nor is itIt is unusual for the container to be permanently mounted on the vehicle, after which the vehicle is no longer suitablefor the original use for round timber transports.
An ordinary transport vehicle is not used in an economical way under these conditions andleads in reality to a transport vehicle intended for other use being rebuilt forforest fuel transport, which means that the haulier must have one more vehicle for anothertransport. A container intended for temporary use ofthe transport vehicle to a forest fuel transport vehicle does not allow a simple adjustment, adaptability.
Disclosure of the inventionAn object of this invention is to provide a device which can be used intransport vehicle for receiving and retaining forest fuel on the transport vehicle withoutto reduce the load weight and which also makes it easy to adapt the transport vehicle to temporarytransport of forest fuel.
This object is achieved with a device comprising the technical features set forth in itcharacterizing part of claim 1.

Fig. 4 shows an alternative construction of a stake of the transport vehicle and an adaptationof the device according to the invention to this.
Fig. 5 shows a third construction solution of a device according to the invention.
Detailed description of embodimentsA device 1 according to this invention is intended to be used together with atransport vehicle 2 for receiving and retaining forest fuel A on the transport vehicle 2.
The device 1 comprises a net 3 which is detachably mounted to parts 2a, 2band / or 2c of the transport vehicle 2 and which surrounds and delimits a space 4 in whichforest fuel A is placed. See Fig. 1. The device 1, the net 3, can after usedisassembled from the transport vehicle 2, stored and eaten mounted to a transport vehicle 2,the same or another vehicle.
Transport vehicle 2 refers to a forwarder, a timber truck, a truck, a truck or the likevehicle. These types of vehicles include cargo space delimited parts 2a, 2b and 2c asin various ways limits and determines the location of the load. Common delimiting parts, devices, are rods 2a, banks 2b and other structural details 2c on the transport vehicle2.
The device 1 makes it possible to receive, load, and pour forest fuel A onthe transport vehicle 2 without reducing the load weight. The device 1 also makes it simple andeasily adapt the transport vehicle 2 to the temporary transport of forest fuel A, orsimilar piece goods. A vehicle driver can quickly mount a device 1, a net 3, to hisvehicle 2 and then drive and transport forest fuel A, forest fuel loads.
The vehicle driver can just as quickly and easily disassemble the net 3 and use his vehicle 2 forOther.
By using a net 3, the vehicle 2 is loaded with a low weight during the conversion, whichentails that the tare weight of the transport vehicle is kept down and the possible load weight increases significantly.
The conversion will also be simple and easy to both assemble and disassemble as it is oneW: Other_Casedocuments Patent P409- P40903371SEOO P40903371SEOO grundh t PRV.d0c101520253035net 3 which is to be detachably fastened, tightened. The network 3 also takes up little spacestorage, which further facilitates the vehicle adaptation work.
The transport vehicle 2 may need to be supplemented with extra stakes 2a, banks 2b and / orother construction details 2c to provide sufficient support and assembly options forthe device 1, the net 3, and the forest fuel A. It is suitable that there is about 1 meter betweeneach stake 2a. These extra stakes may conveniently be of the lightweight type to furtherminimize the weight surcharge to the tare weight of the transport vehicle.
The network should have a mesh density that prevents the passage of forest fuel A. The mesh size ofnetwork 3 should not exceed 50 mm and for the forest fuel transported today in theIn the Nordic countries, 20-30 mm is a suitable mesh size. The network 3 can therefore be said to have onemesh density not exceeding 30 mm.
The net 3 has a good tensile strength, low elongation tendency and is flat rigid. With flat rigidmeans that the net 3 does not collapse in shape if it is placed on the edge but continues to have onesurface area. A suitable network may be a geogrid network, for example of the SS 30 typeor SS 40. The net 3, the geogrid, suitably has a pour strength exceeding 30 kN / m2.
The net 3, the geogrid, is made of a polymeric material or a reinforced polymeric material.
The net 3 may comprise a whole bag-like, leather-like, construction 3.1 as after assemblydelimits the desired space 4. See Fig. 2. The screen 3.1 is unfolded during assembly andattached to the transport vehicle 2 at suitable points so that the peg net 3.1 is tensioned and pulled outand is given the shape desired for transporting the forest fuel A.
The network 3 may also comprise two or more subnet elements 3a-3f which together delimitthe desired space 4. See Fig. 3. The sub-network elements 3a-3f are mounted one by onethe transport vehicle 2. The sub-network elements 3a-3f can be connected in different ways or be connectedwith each other, for example two or more power supply sub-elements may be connected to each other andform a single network 3g. See Fig. 5.
The device 1 comprises mounting parts 5 which enable mounting of the net 3 tothe transport vehicle 2. See Fig. 1. The mounting parts 5 may be included in the net 3 anddesigned for cooperation with existing parts of the transport vehicle 2. Special parts canneed to be mounted on the transport vehicle 3 to enable mounting of the net 3. TheseW: Other_Casedocuments Patent P409- P40903371SE00 P40903371SE00 grundh t PRV.doc101520253035special parts can then be said to constitute parts of the mounting parts 5 included in the device1.
The mounting parts 5 may also comprise free-standing parts which are connected to both the net 3 andthe transport vehicle 2 and which is thus used for the assembly of the net 3 tothe transport vehicle 2.
The mounting parts 5 comprise hooks, loops, bars, straps, snap constructions and / orsimilar constructions, for example of metal material or polymeric material, as on adetachably enables the mounting of the net 3 to the transport vehicle 2.
The sub-grid elements 3a-3f are mounted by covering the bottom 4.1 of the cargo space witha net 3a which by means of mounting parts 5 is mounted to, fastened or anchored to,the banks 2b or other parts 2c of the transport vehicle 3, parts of the lower parts oftransport vehicle space 4 _ The size of the net is adapted to fit the bottom 4.1.
The cargo side sides, upright sides, 4.2-4.5 are covered in a similar way with eachnets, net sub-elements 3b-3e, which are mounted to the stakes 2a and other parts 2c ofthe transport vehicle 3. See Figs. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 shows free-standing nets 3b-3e for all side sections4.2-4.5, but sometimes all the side parts of the cargo space do not need to be covered but only a part ofthem. Two or more network sub-elements can be connected to each other and form a single network 3gwhich is covered and attached to one or more of the stakes 2a to bypass the space 4. SeeFig. 5.
The net 3, or 3.1 or the sub-net elements 3b-3e, do not have to go all the way up to the upper of the stakesedge 2a1, but can also do so.
The net 3 can advantageously be adapted to compressing stakes 6 which comprise an upper part 6awhich have been developed for compression, and also for some low locking, of the load, usuallyconsisting of logs. The upper part 6a is swung in over or folded down over the load afterwardsfinished loading. Compressing rods 6 can similarly be used for compactionand locking of forest fuel A. The net 3, the upper edge 3.2 of the net, can be attached to the pivotable, foldable, upper parts 6a of the stakes 6 so that an upper part X of each side portion of the net 3also swings in, folds down, over and against the load, forest fuel A, after loading.
The network 3 will then bypass the forest fuel A also on the upper side of the cargo area 4.6.
The area between the upper parts 6a of the compressing stakes 6 can alsois covered by subnet elements 3f specially designed for this. See Fig. 4.
W: Other_Casedocuments Patent P409- P40903371SE00 P40903371SEO0 grundh t PRV.doc'IO15The net 3 can also be adapted to compressing side gables by being loosely suspended inthe ends to allow some movement between the net and the end.
A device according to this invention results in increased load capacity, reduced fuel consumption, and safer transport and / or simplified loading, all based on which transport vehicleused.
This description of the invention should not be construed as limiting but as oneguidance for a full understanding of the inventive concept. Components and details cancombined freely as long as the inventive idea remains.
