LT! 3.4 The present invention relates to a device for longitudinally variable ship ramp.
Known ship ramps cause transitions to form, so-called flap transitions between the ramp parts at an angle of about 4-5 degrees knock. The upper carriageway on such ramps is thus not always completely smooth. In addition to the discomfort of driving over such knocks, they cause e.g. even unwanted noise. Unwanted rotational movements of the ramp are also achieved, which makes it difficult to load or unload vessels with known ramps.
The main object of the present invention is therefore primarily to solve e.g. above-mentioned problems with safe and effective means.
Said object is achieved by means of a device according to the present invention which is mainly characterized in that part of a telescope forms a carriageway surface on the ramp, respectively that at least two turntables are arranged at said ramp, said lockable turntables being arranged in turn and that the ramp is telescopic.
The invention is described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a principle sketch of a ramp with turntable with a vehicle shown thereon, Figs. 2-4 show the ramp and its turntable installable as a vehicle is driven thereon, Fig. 5 shows the ramp in operation between ships, Fig. 6-7 shows perspective views of the ramp obliquely from above or obliquely from below in the extended driving position, Fig. 8-9 shows an end part of the ramp seen obliquely from above or obliquely from below, Fig. 10 Shows a measuring part of raïnperï seen obliquely from below , PO UT Fig. 10A shows a section of the ramp with included lubricant for the ramp parts relative to each other, Fig. 11 ~ l2 shows variants of the ramp in operation between ships, Fig. 11A shows the ramp in the retracted position, and Figs. According to the invention, a device 1 at a length-changing ship's ramp 2 has a part 3 of a telescope 4 designed and arranged to form a crane surface 5 on the ramp. n 2. A said telescope 4 is formed by cooperating profile beams 6, 7, square-shaped sweat-beamed beams or profile beams 5, d, vs. open or box-shaped profile beams, are receivable by beams 7 with I-shaped cross-section. More specifically, profile beams 6 with a rectangular cross-sectional shape, with long cross-sectional sides 8 lying substantially horizontally, receive the web 9 on the I-shaped beams 7 between them.
A central part 10 of said ramp 2, which comprises at least three ramp parts 10, 11, 12, is formed by a ramp body with side beams 13, 1a and which is liftably and removably mounted at the end 2A of the ramp connected to the vessel 15 via a gable 150.
Said middle part 10 is arranged with its respective side beams 13, 14 to controllably receive side needle profiles lo, 17 and 18, 19, respectively, which are located on respective frame end parts 11, 12 or vice versa, i.e. that the side beams 13, 14 of the middle part are receptive in the side half profiles 16 ~ l9.
Vehicle F and other are moved along the ramp on its ovanaida, the carriageway surface 5, more precisely, on the upper surface of the ramp parts, but at the mutually opposite portions of the telescopic extendable parts on a combination of input profile beams facing upwards, seen when the ramp 2 'is in unloaded load ~ and unloading position L, in contrast to conventionally raised stowage position not shown. Vehicle F then drives on the upwardly facing and upper side GA or upper flange 7A of the profile beams 6, 7 arranged when the ramp 2 is extended telescopic bearing. The central part of the centrally located ramp part can be formed by conventional plates etc.
The parts in the various ramp parts 10-12 preferably consist of metal, but sliding surfaces can be arranged of other suitable material which means that the mutually cooperating parts slide well in relation to each other but are strong and durable and can withstand both mechanical and weather influences and also withstands the influence of aggressive agents, for example, in the event of leakage from vehicle F.
Fig. 10A shows examples of the ramp 2 and its constituent relatively displaceable beam parts 10, 11 in a cross-sectional view. At the top, the ordinary carriageway 50 is located on the ramp part 10, while internally in acicular spaces 51 downwardly open beams 52 are received slidably mounted in the longitudinal extension of the ramp parts at its bottom 53. On a formed sole 54 nos the middle ramp part 10 supported by said ramp part with plastic material 56 that has good sliding ability and bare ability, for example of the type referred to under the EverEst brand ”, preferably OptiPad. A flange 5 in the lower end plate 58 of the respective side plate 58 rests on said plastic material and when the said ramp parts 10, 11 move relative to each other, the said plastic cushions 5 function as a support bearing for the carriageway ramp part 10. The ramp part 11, which is internally received therein, functions with its upper beams 52 as a carriageway when telescoping in the outlet of the said ramp parts 10, 11. Corresponding grille for other ramps 10, 12, in the opposite direction.
The said ramps 10, 11 and 10, 12, respectively, resemble a glove with receptive fingers therein, with the waist, top plates and flanges of the said relatively displaceable ramps 10, 11 and 10, 12, respectively. There are plastics which can withstand the above-mentioned environments and impact and also various alloys of metals. In order to facilitate displacement of the parts in relation and relative to each other, it is also conceivable to use rolling bearings of different types which are suitable for this purpose. Large bending moments are now taken up outside at the sides of the ramp and you can use wheels, roll sliding material, etc. and the ramp becomes flexible. Dimensions on ramp 2 can, for example, be 30 ~ 35 meters long and 5.5 m wide.
Furthermore, said ship ramp 2 has a device 50 which comprises turning tables 51, 51A, 518 N between each other at a desired turning angle, seen laterally adjustable ramp parts 10, 11, 12, m and / or other parts on board or on the quay.
In this case, at least two turntables 51, 51A, 51bm are arranged at said telescopic ramp 2 and that said turntables are arranged lockably alternately in turn so that desired rotary shafts 20, 21, 22. The reading of the turntables 51, 51A, 51bm is arranged to be steerable as, for example, vehicle F or other load moves along the ramp 2 on its upper surface. Said locking is arranged to be of such a nature that it functions so that the turntables 51, 51A, 51lm for the ramp part 10, 11,12 which the vehicle F etc e.g. is locked, whereby no pivoting of said turntables 51, 51A and 51b can take place in this position, without the vehicle F etc being able to be driven calmly over the relevant ramp parts 10, 11; 10, 12 and rotation of the adjacent turntable 51, 51A, 51B can not take place in this position. The turning tables can be read by means of hydraulics, manually or automatically. The telescopic parts of the ramp 2 are also suitably arranged to be able to be locked alternately with means known per se for this purpose in order to be prevented from telescoping when vehicle F or other dry-moving load is located on the ramp part in question. For example also with hydraulics, manually or automatically. 10 EÛ As a result, in the case of a telescopic ship ramp 2, vehicle F and other movable cargo can be safely driven on the ramp 2 between quay 100 and ship 15 or between two ships 15, 101 which are at quay 10 or which are out at sea 102 without problems, even if there were to be bad weather with high waves or tides. Any influences on the ramp 2 from weather and wind are then taken up by remaining turntables which are not locked and are in a locked state, so that a rigid connection between paired ramp parts is provided just as the said turntable is passed. The turntables 50, 51A, 51BW may be of known type with circular motion pivot paths with rolling and / or sliding bearings between the relatively movable parts therein and may consist of suitable material which can withstand weather and wind as well as hard working loads. They normally extend in a horizontal direction and along a common plane when the whole ramp 2 is arranged in a horizontal extended position and then have substantially vertical axes of rotation 20, Z1, 22 around which paired ramp parts or other parts rotate relative to each other.
In order to simplify winding and other troublesome and expensive arrangements for actuating a said ramp 2, a central ramp telescopic part 10 is pivotally liftable by means of a single arranged lifting line 75. Said lifting line 75 is wound in a known manner on a motor-driven rope drum 76 but outgoing free spirits 75A of the lifting rope 75 is connected to a fastening part 77 which is preferably located at the center of said pivotable ramp middle part. The said fastening part 77 is formed in the drawings by a fixed arch over the ramp 2 but can also be constituted by another suitable construction. Conventional hoisting by means of paired ropes 80, 81, as shown in Figs. 5 ~ 7, is of course also possible, especially if one does not want to limit the vehicle height on the ramp 2.
A said ramp 2 with constituent parts according to the invention may be located in a lamp position on board a ship. The drawings show in Figs. 11 and 12 proposals for Uï side-mounted ramp with alternative transverse or substantially longitudinal along the vessel mounted direction of rotation, but it can of course be mounted at any place and with any direction on board.
Function and nature should have been understood by the above and that shown in the drawings.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular as regards the nature of the various parts, or by the use of equivalent technology, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
