专利说明:
lOl5with the economic consequences this entails in the form ofneed for increasing costs for tunnel operation. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION AND MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICSAn object of the present invention is to providekeep an economically adjustable articulated truck, ofinitially mentioned type, which provides good driveability andhigh load capacity. This object is achieved in a truck of initiallymentioned stroke by by at least two driven wheel pairs on the rearthe part, a second, at the rear, wheel pairs are in the steeringin a controllable manner connected to the rear part. With “steering"refers here to control for the purpose of oscillation ofthe vehicle. In this way, great advantages are achieved, especially for onearticulated truck intended for use in mines belowsoil, as it is very important to be able to drive as smoothly as possiblepossible with a truck with as high a load capacity as possiblein as small tunnels and places as possible. In particular, the invention provides advantages in driving inseal in such a way that a vehicle according to the invention canrun on steeper slopes. This also means that tunnels canplanned with a higher degree of inclination, which is a majoreconomic advantage, as this results in shorter tunnels overallcan be planned for a mine or an underground construction project. In mining operations, tunneling for transport tunnels infinancially a necessary evil in the way that one desireshave as short tunnels with as small dimensions as possible toavoid the costs involved in operating and scrapping as wellreinforce tunnels of larger dimensions. The smaller the dimensionsat the tunnels, the lower the extraction cost for in the minerecovered material. For that reason, there is a desire toprovide longer vehicles, which have high driving capacity and in76145; 2009-11-17in particular the ability to curve in tunnels of such small dimensionsas possible. When providing longer truckshowever, there are problems with dimensions of everything from wheelsto drive motor. By thus providing two driven wheel pairs onthe rear part, a second pair of wheels also in steeringsight is steerably connected to the rear, the wheels can be usedjacket more optimally and wear due to erasing tires onUncontrolled boogies can be avoided, which problem otherwise the vehicleaccording to WO2009 / 108089 A1 was attached. With "erasing tires"refers here to tires, which do not roll ideally against a surface ondue to the fact that its wheel axle is not directed against thecenter of the vehicle, and which therefore experiences some "slipping" towardsthe surface even during normal oscillation. The lifespan of boththe lorry, which in particular the tires can thus significantlyextended in a vehicle according to the invention. In a particularly preferred aspect of the invention, onesecond drive motor set up to supply power via an electric generatorthe electric motor means, which drives the wheels of the second pair of wheels. In this way, the load capacity and the transport speed infinish significantly improved in spaces where width and height forthe tunnel is limited by the fact that the first drive motor andassociated driveline components do not need to be dimensionedto drive the wheels of this second pair of wheels. In this way,the ratio between load capacity and tire dimension ofvehicle and the need for space is reduced. Said second drive motor may be arranged to be engagedif necessary, such as when driving with a load on the ascent, whereby inin such cases all the wheelsets of the vehicle are driven. During drivingIn cases where the power requirement is less, the other drive motor may bedisengaged and propulsion takes place via the first drive motor, which is the main engine of the vehicle.76145; 2009-11-17In a particular aspect, the first pair of wheels is an electric motor.driven via additional electric motor means, a furtherdrive motor is set up via an additional power generatorpowering said additional electric motor means. Hereby canthe mechanical drive transmission between the parts of the vehiclefold. It is preferred that the second drive motor and in the presentcase of the said additional drive motor together with the associatedtor are arranged in the rear part as this arrangement entailsan installation and space advantage. Preferably, the front wheel pair sits on a rigid frontwheel axle and the first driven pair of wheels on a rigid firstwheel axle, said at least two driven pairs of wheels onthe rear part, the first, the pair of wheels arranged closest to the steering joint isin terms of steering rigidly connected to the rear. Because the first wheel axle is connected to onefor the second driven pair of wheels set up second axle via a pensub-suspension device, a bogie arrangement is created andgood drivability is achieved on uneven surfaces. The vehicle according to the invention usually has onecab but can also be remotely controlled. The invention enables a high degree of modularity, which means that in a conventionally constructed waistbandtruck, with two pairs of wheels, the regular one in the engine and thethe regular driveline can be maintained. An add-on module formedof, as an example, in its simplest form, a unit comprisingdrive arrangement for the other pair of wheels with appropriateadaptation parts can be provided in the event of a need for increasedcapacity utilization in those contexts where this is desirable. A vehicle in which the second pair of wheels is providedundrived, can thus subsequently be supplemented with drivefor upgrading the vehicle if the need for increased capacityand driving effect would arise.76145; 2009-11-17The invention also relates to a system for driving at onearticulated truck as above, showing a for icontrollable controllable connection with a one in one rear partto the articulated lorry arranged other pairs of wheels, wherein the system comprises electric motor means for electric motor operation ofthe other pair of wheels. Systems preferably comprise a second drive motor forvia an electric generator supplying said electric motor means. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe invention will now be described in more detail with reference toembodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, onwhich:Fig. 1 shows, in a side view, a articulated truckaccording to the invention, andFig. 2 shows in a schematic plan view, the drive arrangementfor the articulated truck of Fig. 1 during pivoting. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTSFig. 1 shows a articulated truck 1 according to the inventionwhich has a front part 2 with a cab 4 anda rear part 3 with a load receiving device in the form of atiltable platform 6. The front part 2 is articulated on i andknown method with the rear part 3 via a guide part 10. The front part 2 has a front driven wheel pair of whicha wheel is indicated by 5 and the rear part 3 has oneboogie arrangement with two pairs of wheels interconnected viaa pendulum suspension device, of which a pendulum arm is indicatedwith 9. The pendulum arm 9 carries a load closest to the front of the vehicle.get first driven wheel pair, of which one wheel is indicated by 7and one second located at the greatest distance from the front of the vehicledriven wheel pair, of which one wheel is indicated by 8.76145; 2009-11-17The truck 1 is specially designed to carry largeloads in an underground environment, such as in mining, tunnel constructionmm. And due to its construction, it is flexibly drivable even in tight spacespassages in tunnels and localities. Fig. 2 shows the driving of the truck 1significant components, wherein, belonging to the front part 2,a first drive motor 12 is shown, which via a transmission 13and drive shafts 14, 15 and 15 'are arranged mechanically via adrive shaft 15 drive a front wheel axle 16, which carries itfront wheel pair 5, 5 ', and drive a first wheel axle 17 in itrear part via a drive axle 15 ', the first wheel axle17 carries the first pair of wheels 7, 7 '. A frame for the rearindicated by 22. In addition, the truck according to the invention has oneon a second wheel axle 20 arranged second pair of wheels, 8, 8 ', whichpartly drivable by means of electric motor means 19, partly in additionin terms of steering for the cornering of the vehicle controllableconnected to the rear part 3 via power-driven swivels 11 and 11 '. The control of the other pair of wheels can take place in different ways,eg hydraulically, as a hydraulic slave control, which is regulatedof the angle between the parts of the vehicle when turning. Alternativelythe control is mechanical, with a link system not shownsenses the angle of the guide joint 10 and transmits a rotationalmovement to each wheel in the other pair of wheels. In another embodiment, the wheels are steered inthe second pair of wheels 8, 8 'electrically, an angle sensor inthe control path 10 sends signals to control devices (not shown), which areset up to provide output signals to torques (not shown)arranged in the area of the pivot joints 11 and 11 'for pivotingrespective wheels 8, 8 'in the second pair of wheels to a desired onerotational position, so that the extension of the axles for all wheels isaimed at one and the same point, the center of oscillation ofnet, detail 21 in Fig. 2.76145; 2009-11-17The invention can be varied within the scope of the followingpatent claims. Thus, even the first driven wheel pair 7,7 'be driven by a second additional drive motor 18',which via an additional generator provides power supplysupply to an electric motor means 19 'for driving itfirst pair of wheels. In the presence of such a drive arrangementor any other drive arrangement placed in the rear is absentof course transmission arrangements, which providedriving the first pair of wheels 7, 7 'from the first drivethe engine 12. The vehicle may also be absent from the bogie constructionshown in the figures and it is not excluded thatthe part has more than one wheel axle and the rear part more than twowheel axles, in which case additional wheel axles may also haveboth steerability and driveability. Also the wheels in the first driven pair of wheels 7, 7 'wouldbe controllable, whereby, for example, even narrower corneringcould be achieved. Driving the vehicle can as an alternative tointernal combustion engine operation through the first drive engine and itthe second drive motor is completely electric through, for example, "trolley drive"with pantographs, for example in the tunnel roof. The invention has many advantages, in particular forvehicles, which are used in mines, tunnels and the like. Ondue to the high axle loads that occur for such vehicleswould, as stated above, be a device according to said WO scriptwork less well, especially if there are requirementsflexible driving in tight spaces. With the steerability of the second driven wheel axle, whichprovided by the present invention may be the componentsutilized in a very efficient way whereby dimension increaseof components such as wheels and motors can be avoided.76145; 2009-11-17EXAMPLEIn an example of a articulated truck according tothe invention and substantially according to Figs. 1 and 2 afirst drive motor of 760 hp and a second drive motor of 275 hp. In this example, the load capacity can be increased from about 60 tons for oneintended two-axle articulated truck essentially without itthe second pair of wheels according to the invention, to about 85 tons for onearticulated three-axle truck according to the invention. The two-the axle vehicle is then equipped with the same (first) drive motorabout 760 hp and driveline for driving both axles. Anotherway to express this is to indicate that the driving effect ofThe cost of these measures can be increased by about 30%. Both vehicles have the same transverse dimensions and can operatepassages (even narrow ones) with corresponding transverse dimensions. Additional advantages of modularity are that it canallow a speed increase and a high degree of adaptation fordifferent needs, load volumes and user requirements. It should toomentioned that the braking ability of a vehicle according to the inventionimproved over conventional lorries. Here-at, the electric motor can be used as a braking generator and itgenerated energy is cooled off with eg water or air.76145; 2009-11-17
