Device for arranging very long zippers The invention relates to a device for user-friendly arrangement of zippers of more than one meter in length. Zippers that are used for mattresses, bedding, tents, tarpaulins, etc., have large lengths of, for example, up to 6 meters and more. These very long zippers have until now either been loosely placed in elongated packing cartons and shipped in several bundles of up to about 25 pieces and then spooled and shipped in an endless line on a spool. Both these methods of delivery for very long zippers are detrimental to the sewing company. The zippers placed loosely in a shipping carton in the bundle roll themselves up during transmission as well as during removal, so that the sewing operation cannot easily pull the individual zippers out of the bundle of zippers. The separately taken out zipper is then unordered for processing by the seamstress. This again leads to cross-linking, twisting and smearing. This results in loss of time and loss of quality. Sending zippers as an endless strand, rolled on spools and ready to assemble, has the disadvantage that the sewing company has to cut the zippers one by one from the strand by means of a cut or cut. In those cases where the sewing company wants a sealed band end to prevent fraying at the cutting surface, a zipper of the bobbin, based on a simple pair of scissors, cannot be used. Insofar as the sewing work is done directly from the bobbin, the bobbins must be converted according to the required zipper length. The reels are offered with numbers of zippers of 25-30 pieces, as is customary on the market. Smaller quantities are unusual because of the ratios of the reel compared to the reel quantity. The number of zippers on a reel is not visible. The coils are manufactured in a known manner in a material composition, the waste of which must be processed. The invention is based on the object of overcoming the disadvantages which have thus far been associated with the dispatch and processing of the zippers. This object is achieved according to the invention by a method, characterized in that each zipper is wound individually on a roll and in that the roll is provided with a fixation at least at two, preferably opposite, fixing locations. With this formation of a zipper roll, according to the invention, the rolls can be laid next to each other and over each other in shipping cartons and can be optimally taken out of the cartons in the sewing operation in this ordered manner. The rollers can be stuck on a mandrel at the sewing work site, so that the zipper rolls smoothly during processing. According to a further development of the method according to the invention, for fixing the zip fastening roller, preferably synthetic threads are used, which are shot through the roller at the fixing locations. According to an alternative further development of the method, the rollers are enclosed by banding rollers at the fixing locations. Finally, the embodiment can be arranged such that the roll as a whole is enclosed in a preferred manner by transparent foil. Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings. Figure 1 shows a zipper roll, through which, with an adhesive gun, synthetic threads 2 have been shot at two opposite fixing locations, with which the fixation of the zipper roller was made. Figure 2 shows a zipper roll 3, which is enclosed at two opposite fixing locations with paper band rolls 4, the ends of which are glued together. Figure 3 shows a zipper roll 5, which is enclosed with a plastic film 6 and is fixed therewith.

Claims (4) [1] A zipper with a length of more than one meter, characterized in that it is wound into a roll and in that the roll layers are releasably connected to each other with at least one fixing means. [2] A zipper according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means are sutures (2) shot through the roller (1), which preferably consist of plastic. [3] The zipper according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means are banderoles (4) guided around the roll (3). [4] The zipper according to claim 1, characterized in that the roll (5) is enclosed by a preferably transparent foil (6).
