Background Art Currently, there are plenty of garment accessories that require filling up the liquid stuffs, such as the women's underwear that stuffed with the silica gel for the purpose of body shaping and so on; in general those accessories are shaped by the forming machines from TPU raw materials membrane, then inject the liquid stuffs such as silica gel and so on from the opening of the raw material membrane after shaped, then seal the opening and cure the stuff by heating, so as to become the body shaping materials that applied to the female's chest and hips. However, the TPU raw materials membrane forming machines are usually the high frequency forming machines which require manpower to cut the raw material and to justify and lie flat the upper and down raw material membrane, by using the manual mode to control the high frequency forming machines to forming. The forming model could not satisfy the production needs for the low production efficiency and the unstable quality. Contents of the Invention Aiming at the shortcomings above in existing technology, the invention is to provide a molding machine which could thermoforming plastic accessories that requires to stuff the liquid stuffs, by using auto forming machine to auto thermoforming, with high production efficiency and stable product quality. For achieving the objective above, this invention adopts the following technical solution: An automatic numerically-controlled garment liquid accessories molding machine, including: a base, wherein at the upper end of the base has a working table and at the left side of the base has a raw material carrier in which has a upper raw material roller and a down raw material roller; A hot pressing arrangement, including a framework that fixed in the working table of the base, wherein the framework fixed with a cylinder and at both side of the cylinder has guide pillar, while the cylinder axis and the downside of the guide pillar is dead joint with the hot pressing arrangement, and the downside of the mold has a mold base; A raw material drive device, wherein it is fixed in the right side of the working table of the hot pressing arrangement, mainly composed by the servomotor, accommodator and upper and down drive roller, by using the down drive roller to drive the upper drive roller to roll the raw materials membrane; A cutoff device, including the framework that fixed in the right side of the working table of the raw material drive device, wherein the framework fixed with a cylinder and at both side of the cylinder has guide pillar, while the cylinder axis and the downside of the guide pillar is dead joint with the cutter, and the downside of the cutter has a corresponding cutter base; Several guide rollers, wherein it is located among the hot pressing arrangement, raw material drive device and cutoff device; A numerical control device, wherein the numerical control device connects with the cylinder and the servomotor, and it controls the working of the cylinder and the servomotor. The foresaid hot pressing arrangement including upper adjusting plate, down adjusting plate, thermal insulation board, heating appliance and the mold body, wherein the upper adjusting plate is dead joint with the cylinder axis and the guide pillar by using fixed flange, while by using the screw, the upper adjusting plate and the down adjusting plate is a dead joint and between two adjusting plates located the adjusting screw; the heating appliance dead joint with the mold body by thermal conduction, while between the heating appliance and the down adjusting plate has a thermal insulation board. The adjusting device in the foresaid raw material drive device is composed by a regulating handle and a set screw. ' The foresaid cutoff device also includes an adjusting device and a heating unit, wherein the adjusting device includes upper adjusting plate, down adjusting plate and adjusting screw, while the cylinder and the guide pillar is dead joint with the upper adjusting plate by using fixed flange; the heating unit is an electric heating plate, wherein the electric heating plate is dead joint with the cutter; between the heating plate and the down adjusting plate has a thermal insulation board. The foresaid molding machine also includes a conveyer, wherein the conveyer located in the right side of the cutoff device which is composed by the transmission belt and the servomotor that drive the transmission belt to move, then the shaped materials is delivered to the assigned location by the conveyer. The foresaid cutter is an indentation cutter which leaves indentation lines among the shaped accessories units after the cutoff device. By adopting the above structure, the automatic numerically-controlled garment liquid accessories molding machine of the invention uses the cutoff device to cut into shaping semi-finished products with indentation line by leading the TPU and the other raw materials membrane from the raw material roller to the guide rollers and then hot pressed by the hot pressing arrangement, then by using the conveyer to deliver into the designation, which is greatly increasing the production rate, enhancing the quality of the shaped products, decreasing the production cost and increasing yield. Mode of Carrying out the Invention Further explanation to the invention is stated below combining with the attached figures: As shown from Fig.l to Fig.3, an automatic numerically-controlled garment liquid accessories molding machine, including a base 1, wherein at the upper end of the base 1 has a working table and at the left side of the base has a raw material carrier 2, and the raw material carrier 2 has a upper raw material roller 3 and a down raw material roller 4; a hot pressing arrangement places in the working table of the base 1 with a certain distance from the right side of the raw material carrier 2, mainly including a framework 13 that fixed in the working table of the base 1, wherein the framework 13 fixed with a cylinder 14 and at both side of the cylinder 14 has guide pillars 15, 16, while the cylinder axis 17 and the downside of the guide pillars 15, 16 is dead joint with the hot pressing arrangement. The downside of the mold has a mold base 12, and there is bolster 41 in the platform of the mold base 12. The hot pressing arrangement including upper adjusting plate 18, down adjusting plate 19, thermal insulation board 20, heating appliance 21 and the mold body 22, wherein the upper adjusting plate 18 is dead joint with the cylinder axis 17 and the guide pillars 15, 16 by using fixed flange, while by using the screw, the upper adjusting plate 18 and the down adjusting plate 19 is a dead joint and between two adjusting plates located the adjusting screw, by using the upper adjusting plate 18 and down adjusting plate 19 and the adjusting screw to adjust the balance of the mold body 1; the heating appliance 21 dead joint with the mold body 22 by thermal conduction, in order to enhance the thermal conduction rate and avoid the normal usage of the cylinder for the overheat of the upper adjusting plate 18 and the down adjusting plate 19, between the heating appliance 21 and the down adjusting plate 19 has a thermal insulation board 20. The raw material drive device is fixed in the right side of the working table in a certain distance of the hot pressing arrangement, mainly composed by the servomotor, accommodator and upper and down drive roller 27, by using the down drive roller 27 to drive the upper drive roller to roll the raw materials membrane; the adjusting device is composed by a regulating handle and a set screw 28, wherein first adjust the distance between the upper raw materials roller and the down raw materials roller 27 by adjusting the regulating handle, then fixed and oriented by the set screw 28. On the right side of the raw material drive device has the cutoff device, wherein the cutoff device includes the framework 30 that fixed in the right side of the working table of the raw material drive device, wherein the framework 30 fixed with a cylinder 31 and at both side of the cylinder has guide pillar 33, while the cylinder axis 32 and the downside of the guide pillar 33 is dead joint with the indentation cutter 37, and the downside of the indentation cutter 37 has a corresponding cutter base 38. The cutoff device also includes an adjusting device and a heating unit, wherein the adjusting device includes upper adjusting plate 34, down adjusting plate 42 and adjusting screw, while the cylinder axis 32 and the guide pillar 33 is dead joint with the upper adjusting plate 34 by using fixed flange; the heating unit is an electric heating plate 36, wherein the electric heating plate 36 is dead joint with the indentation cutter 37; between the heating plate 36 and the down adjusting plate 42has a thermal insulation board 35. In order to conveniently deliver the hot formed products, the molding machine also includes a conveyer, wherein the conveyer located in the right side of the cutoff device which is composed by the transmission belt 39 and the servomotor 40 that drive the transmission belt 39 to move, then the shaped materials is delivered to the assigned location by the conveyer. The numerical control device 29 locates in the backside of the working table between the hot pressing arrangement and raw material drive device, wherein the numerical control device 29 connects with the cylinder 14, 31 and the servomotor, to control the working of the cylinder and the servomotor. At the right side of the raw material carrier 2 has the upper guide roller 7 and the down guide roller 8, wherein the upper raw material membrane 5 and the down raw material membrane 6 pass separately the upper guide roller 7 and the down guide roller 8, then along the lower edge of the guide roller 9, the superior edge of the guide roller 10 and the lower edge of the guide roller 11 to deliver to the mold base 12 of the hot pressing arrangement; the cylinder 14 brings the mold body 22 to thermoforming the upper raw material membrane and the down raw material membrane, then along the lower edge of the guide roller 23, the superior edge of the guide roller 24, 25, 26 and drive by the drive roller 27 of the raw material drive device, then complete the indentation and trimming by the cutoff device, finally deliver to the assigned location by the conveyer.

Claims (6) [1] An automatic numerically controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine, comprising: a base part, wherein a work table is provided at the top end of the base part and a raw material carrier is provided on the left side of the base part which has a top rough surface material roll and a lower rough material roll; a hot-pressing device comprising a frame attached to the work table of the base part, wherein a cylinder is attached to the frame and the frame has a guide pillar on both sides of the cylinder, the cylinder axis and the bottom side of the guide pillar being completely contiguous on the hot-pressing device, and the lower side of the mold has a mold base part; a raw material driving device, which is attached to the right-hand side of the hot pressing device working table, mainly composed of a servo motor, an accommodator, and upper and lower drive rollers, to roll the raw material membrane by using the lower drive roller to drive the top drive roller; a cut-off device comprising the frame attached to the right-hand side of the working table of the raw material driving device, wherein a frame is attached to the frame and the frame has guide pillars on both sides of the cylinder, the cylinder axis and the lower side of the guiding pillar is completely contiguous with the cutter, and the lower side of the cutter has a corresponding cutter base part; various guide rollers, these being placed between the hot pressing device, the raw material driving device and the cutting device; a numerical control device, wherein the numerical control device is connected to the cylinder and the servomotor, and the control device controls the operation of the cylinder and the servomotor. [2] The automatic numerically controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said hot pressing device comprises an upper adjusting plate, a lower adjusting plate, a thermal insulation board, a heating device and a molded body, the upper adjusting plate being used by of a fixed flange is completely contiguous to the cylinder shaft and the guide pillar, wherein an adjusting screw is placed between the two adjusting plates and the upper adjusting plate and the lower adjusting plate are completely fitting due to the use of the screw; that the heating device is completely contiguous to the molded body by thermal conduction, a thermal insulation board being provided between the heating device and the lower adjusting plate. [3] The automatic numerically controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting device in the aforementioned raw material driving device comprises a regulating handle and an adjusting screw. [4] The automatic numerically controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said cutting device also comprises an adjusting device and a heating unit, wherein the adjusting device comprises an upper adjusting plate, a lower adjusting plate and an adjusting screw, the cylinder and the use of a fixed flange makes the guide pillar completely adjoining the top adjusting plate; that the heating unit is an electric heating plate, the electric heating plate being completely contiguous to the cutter; that a thermal insulation board is provided between the heating plate and the lower adjustment plate. [5] The automatic numerically controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that said forming machine also comprises a conveyor, the conveyor being placed on the right-hand side of the cutting device, which comprises a transfer belt and a servomotor which drives the transfer belt to move so that the formed materials are delivered by the conveyor to an assigned location. [6] The automatic numerically-controlled liquid garment accessory forming machine as set forth in claim 1 or claim 4, characterized in that the aforementioned cutter is a notch cutter which leaves notch lines between the formed accessory units behind the cutter.
