PURPOSE: A method for preparing ceramic mixture containing a gold, silver or copper ion and a ceramic yarn using the mixture are provided, which mixture is used to improve the heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic mixture containing gold ion is prepared by generating a gold, silver or copper ion in distilled water by electrolysis, and adding a plant adhesive and a bio ceramic into the distilled water containing a gold, silver or copper ion and mixing them. Preferably the plant adhesive is pine resin powder or brown seaweed glue. The bio ceramic comprises mainly 75.06 wt% of SiO2; 12.97 wt% of Al2O3; 1.02 wt% of Fe2O3; and 2.23 wt%of FeO. The ceramic yarn is prepared by dipping yarn into the mixture of a gold, silver or copper ion, a plant adhesive and a bio ceramic which is prepared by the method.

Manufacturing method of ceramic mixture containing gold ions and ceramic yarn using the same
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mixture containing ceramic components used in the manufacture of various ceramics, crockery or furniture, and ceramic yarns manufactured using the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a vegetable in distilled water containing gold ions by electrolyzing gold. By adding adhesive and bio-ceramic to form a mixture, and by immersing the fiber yarn to produce a bio-ceramic yarn, gold ions that can help improve the elasticity of clothes and improve the thermal conductivity of ceramics, etc. The present invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic mixture containing the same, and a ceramic yarn using the same.
When manufacturing a conventional bowl or pottery, the shape was completed, and as a final work, various glazes were applied to the container to add beauty and make it more hygienic.
In addition, a method of manufacturing bio-ceramic fiber paper has been used in garments by manufacturing ceramic fiber paper by spraying or coating a printing agent containing a bio-ceramic component on the surface of the fiber paper woven with fiber yarn.
However, the bio-ceramic fiber paper produced by the above method is filled with a coating agent between the fiber yarns constituting the fiber paper, and the elasticity between the fiber yarns decreases, so there is a problem that users are uncomfortable, such as frustration when worn, and thus avoid the use. ,
When using containers made with chemical glazes on various containers such as pottery or bowls, the chemical composition of the glaze affects the food in the containers, which can have a harmful effect on human health when ingesting food inside. Due to the nature of the material, the thermal conductivity was low, there was a problem that the general public avoids use.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and includes various kinds of containers such as fiber yarns, bowls, ceramics, etc., which electrolyze gold, silver, or copper and contain the ions thereof. Distilled water is mixed with vegetable adhesives made of rosin powder or seaweed glue, and the fiber yarn is immersed in a mixture containing bio ceramics to make bio ceramic yarn or to be used as a glaze in a container. Manufacture of ceramic mixtures containing gold ions that improve the user's wearing comfort and have no harm to the human body by using this chemical-free mixture in the manufacture of containers such as ceramics and vessels, and can improve the thermal conductivity of the containers. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and a ceramic yarn using the same.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
Electrolyze gold, silver or copper and mix the vegetable adhesive of rosin powder or seaweed glue with distilled water containing the ions and add bio ceramics to form a mixture.
The fiber yarn is immersed so that the bio-ceramic is contained in the yarn tissue.
Looking at the manufacturing method of the ceramic mixture containing the present invention as described above and the ceramic yarn (이를) using the same in more detail as follows.
First, dipping water of gold, silver, or copper is immersed in distilled water, and an electric rod is put on the other side to apply current, respectively, so that decomposed ions are generated from gold, silver or copper, and then moved to the opposite electrode through distilled water.
At this time, when the electrolysis is stopped, the decomposed ions that are transferred in the distilled water remain, so the distilled water that is electrolyzed with gold can obtain distilled water containing gold ions, as well as other distilled water containing silver or copper.
In this way, a distilled water containing gold, silver, or copper ions is mixed with a vegetable adhesive that does not harm the human body such as rosin powder or seaweed glue, and a bio-ceramic agent is added to prepare a ceramic mixture containing gold ions.
After preparing the ceramic mixture prepared as described above, the fiber yarn is immersed for a predetermined time to produce a bio-ceramic yarn.
Here, the components of the bio-ceramic and gold or silver, which are important members of the composition, are as follows.
Gold or silver is a well-known fact that the ingredient itself has a bactericidal power, and the thermal conductivity in itself is excellent in sterilization effect as well as heat retention when applied to clothing.
Bio-ceramic is a radiator (raw material) that emits far-infrared rays, known as mysterious light. It removes toxic substances at a high temperature of 1200 ℃ for raw ore containing 13 or more kinds of metal oxides and 10 or more rare elements of rare oxides. It is composed of more than 90% of powder compared to carcass with long wavelength (5μ ~ 25μ) and high emissivity.
Far-infrared rays radiated to ceramic penetrate to the subcutaneous 40mm of the human body, activate the skin respiration and promote metabolism, and discharge the wastes which have been trapped by the cells by 2000 / min cell vibration. It is high energy when it is injected into the human body, which affects blood vessel contraction and promotes blood circulation, and autonomic nerve adjustment by far infrared rays activates gastrointestinal function and digestive function.
As such, far-infrared rays, which are beneficial to biological functions, are emitted from the ceramic, and thus, the ceramic is called a bio-ceramic (BIO CERAMIC).
The main components of bio ceramics include 75.06% of silicic acid (SiO 2 ), 12.97% of alumina (Al 2 O 3 ), 1.02% of ferric oxide (Fe 2 O 3 ), and 2.23% of ferrous oxide (FeO).
The ceramic mixture containing gold ions as described above can be used as glaze of porcelain as well as fiber yarn, which increases the thermal conductivity of porcelain when applied to it, and greatly improves the user's health by using vegetable adhesives and bio ceramics. ,
Bio-ceramic yarn composed of the above-mentioned manufacturing method contains ceramics directly in its yarn structure, so it is not necessary to fill the weaving space of the garment or various fabrics with the yarn and the woven fabric with ceramics. If it is increased, the elasticity of the clothing can be worn by the wearer more comfortable, and by radiating far-infrared rays to the human body, it is also excellent in health promotion.
As described above, the method for producing a ceramic mixture containing the gold ions of the present invention and the ceramic yarns using the same include various fibers such as fiber yarns, bowls, ceramics, and the like that form fiber paper. Electrolyze the distilled water containing the ions with a vegetable adhesive made of rosin powder or seaweed glue, and then immerse the fiber yarn in the mixture containing the bio-ceramic to make bio ceramic yarn or use it as a container glaze. By improving the elasticity of the fiber paper to improve the user's wearing comfort, the use of this chemical-free mixture in the manufacture of containers such as ceramics and bowls is not harmful to the human body and can improve the thermal conductivity of the container. It is.
