专利说明:

The invention relates to sanitary equipment, in particular to a water jet device for rotary massage.
The configuration of the jets of most existing water jet devices is relatively simple, such as separating water particles, cylindrical water and the like. The designers have, for this reason, made various improvements to combine multiple water jet configurations, for example, the publication of Chinese Patent No. CN103028499B entitled "Alternative Motion Mechanism for Water Jet Device" which uses a reciprocating mechanism to combine and switch multiple water jet configurations to achieve a better massaging effect. The water jet device disclosed in the publication, however, has a complicated mechanism involving many components, such as gear sets, helical augers and the like. Due to the confined space of the water jet device, it is difficult to assemble the complicated mechanism, which can increase assembly costs. In addition, the water jet device may malfunction during use. Limestone build-up after a certain period of use may affect the components, making it impossible to perform any function switching. In addition, its weight increases significantly due to the excessive number of components. The additional weight of the water is also added when using the shower. Therefore, the product, manufactured according to the publication, does not know the hoped success. The projection configuration is further changed by means of a reciprocating mechanism so as to bring out a massaging effect to a person taking a shower. This can not satisfy normal users desiring a water jet device capable of providing a projection of water particles in a configuration with better massaging effects.
It is therefore desirable to provide a water jet device to solve the problems described above.
An object of the invention is therefore to provide a water jet device for rotary massage comprising: a seat having at least one outlet and a cavity; a cover having an inlet port; a separating element comprising at least one inclined orifice for ejecting water communicating with the inlet orifice; a rotating shaft; a turbine having water flow paths formed between the vanes of the turbine; a rotor having a plurality of curved grooves formed on the outer surface; wherein the separating element, the rotary shaft, the turbine and the rotor are received in the cavity; the turbine is mounted between the rotor and the separating element via the rotary shaft; the rotor is disposed in the outlet orifice under the turbine; water flowing through the water ejection port rotates the turbine, further causes the rotor to rotate, and the water is projected out of the curved grooves into water particles of annular configuration.
Preferably, the water jet device comprises a track assembly, the track assembly comprises an annular rail having upward and downward sections formed on an inner base of the seat, and a plurality of tracks formed on a underside. turbine; the slides are configured to move along the annular rail; Rotating the turbine and raising and lowering the slides along the annular rail causes the water flowing through the turbine to fluctuate, the agitated water flows through the rotor, thereby forming intermittent annular water projections. .
Preferably, the turbine and the rotor are either fixed together or integrally formed, the rotation and fluctuation of the turbine causing the rotor to move up and down, thereby changing a distance between the curved groove and the mouth of the rotor. outlet port and thereby increasing or reducing the annular area of water spray accordingly.
Preferably, the outlet has an inside diameter of 2 to 12mm, and a distance between the mouth of the outlet port and the curved groove of 2.5 to 8mm.
Preferably, the separating element comprises at least one projection each being traversed by the inclined orifice for ejecting water.
Preferably, each inclined water ejection orifice is provided with a taper directed towards the turbine.
Compared to the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: (1) The invention has a simple structure, few components and wide applicability. The rotor rotates due to the rotation of the turbine, so that water particles in the annular configuration are projected from the curved grooves; in addition the size of the water particles and the annular projection zone change intermittently according to the movement of the turbine and the rotor allowing a better massaging effect. (2) The rotor rotates with the turbine, and the water particles projected from the curved groove are precipitated on the inner wall of the outlet orifice, thus forming more visualized water particles; the aforementioned effect is achieved through a simple structure, more suitable for products with limited space. (3) The turbine fluctuates during rotation through the runway assembly, further causes the water to fluctuate and changes the flow of water accordingly, thus forming intermittent and dynamic water particles; compared to drive mechanisms such as a gear, helical screw, auger and the like in the prior art, the track assembly is simpler, has increased performance and is easier to assemble. (4) The rotor and turbine are either fixed together or formed in one piece; the fluctuation of the turbine drives the rotor up and down the outlet, thereby changing the distance between the curved grooves and the mouth of the outlet orifice and increasing or reducing the annular projection area of water accordingly for a better massage experience. (5) The diameter of the outlet port is 2-12mm, and a distance between the mouth of the outlet port and the curved grooves of 2.5-8mm; tests indicate that the interaction between the outlet port and the runway assembly within the range range above ensures optimal splash performance. Water particles from the flow of water provide an optimal massaging effect. (6) The invention has at least one protrusion on the separating element, and the water ejection orifice is formed in the projection, thereby prolonging the passage of water and improving the flow of water. 'water. (7) The water discharge port has a conical orientation towards the seat. The tapered design of the water ejection port paired with the extended water passage increases flow.

The water flowing through the water ejection port 30 rotates the turbine 5, further causes the rotor 6 to rotate, and the water is projected out of the curved grooves 60 into water particles. ring configuration.
Embodiment 1:
Embodiment 1 is intended to provide intermittent and dynamic water splashes. The main components for the embodiment are as follows: a seat 1, a cover 2, a separating element 3, a rotary shaft 4, a turbine 5, and a rotor 6.
In the simple assembly, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, firstly, the rotary shaft 4 is mounted in a center of the separating element 3; the lid 2 and the separating element 3 are welded together to form a water inlet chamber.
The turbine 5 is then fitted onto the rotary shaft 4.
Second, a runway assembly 7 comprises an annular rail 71 formed on an inner base of the seat 1, and a plurality of runners 72 formed on a bottom of the turbine 5; the annular rail 71 has upward and downward sections, and the guides 72 are configured to move along the annular rail 71.
Third, the rotor 6 is rotatably disposed in the outlet port 10 of the seat 1, and the curved grooves 60 formed on the outer surface of the rotor 6 interact with the inner wall of the outlet port 10 to form water particles by projecting water flowing through the rotating rotor 6 against the inner wall of the outlet port 10.
Finally, the seat 1 and the cover 2 are connected together; the slide 72 on the turbine 5 bears against the annular rail 71 on the seat 1; the turbine 5 is detachably connected to the rotor 6. The entire assembly process is then finished.
The operation of the invention is described in detail below.
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 8, the water flows to the water inlet chamber via the inlet port 20 and then flows outwardly from the orifice ejecting water 30 from the separating member 3; thanks to the extended water passage and conical design of the water ejection port, the water flow is greatly increased and the high flow rate rotates the turbine 5, which in turn drives the rotor 6 to turn; the water enters the curved grooves 60 via the water flow paths 50 formed between the blades of the turbine 5, so that the water flowing through the rotating rotor 6 is precipitated against the inner wall the outlet orifice 10, thus forming water particles in annular configuration; in the meanwhile, as the turbine 5 rotates, the slideways 72 present rise and descend along the annular rail 71, which in turn causes the turbine 5 to fluctuate; as the turbine 5 and the rotor 6 are arranged separately, while the turbine 5 rotates and fluctuates, the rotor 6 rotates only; the fluctuation of the turbine 5 changes the flow rate of the water and the speed of the water flowing through the curved grooves 60: light water particles are generated when the flow of water is reduced, and particles Water is generated when the flow of water is high, thus forming the intermittent and dynamic annular water projections.
Embodiment 2:
Embodiment 2 aims to provide a water spray in which the size of the water particles and the annular zone change intermittently; as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, the identical portion between Embodiment 2 and Embodiment 1 will not be repeated; the difference is as follows: the turbine 5 and the rotor 6 are either fixed together or integrally formed; the turbine 5 is rotated on the rotary shaft 4 and fluctuates along the annular rail 71, and the rotor 6 is driven up and down, thereby changing a distance between the curved grooves 60 and the mouth of the orifice 10 and then increasing or reducing the annular area of water spray accordingly.
The operation of the invention is described in detail below.
As illustrated in Figures 9 to 10, the direction of water flow is similar to that in Embodiment 1; the difference is as follows: as the turbine 5 rotates and fluctuates, the rotor integrated on the turbine 5 also rotates and fluctuates, thereby changing a distance between the curved groove 60 and the mouth of the outlet orifice 10 and changing consequently the annular zone of the water projection: when the rotor 6 rises, the annular zone of the water projection is smaller and the water particles larger; when the rotor 6 goes down, the annular zone of the water projection is larger and the water particles smaller; in the meantime, the flow rate of the water also constantly changes in accordance with the water particles accordingly, thereby providing a better massage experience. (1) The invention has a simple structure, few components and wide applicability. The rotor rotates due to the rotation of the turbine, so that water particles in the annular configuration are projected from the curved grooves; in addition, the size of the water particles and the annular projection zone change intermittently according to the movement of the turbine and the rotor allowing a better massaging effect; (2) The rotor rotates with the turbine, so that the water particles projected from the curved groove are precipitated on the inner wall of the outlet orifice, thus forming more visualized water particles; the aforementioned effect is achieved through a foolproof structure, thus better suited to products with limited space; (3) The turbine fluctuates during rotation through the runway assembly, further causes the water to fluctuate and changes the flow of water accordingly, thus forming intermittent and dynamic water particles; compared to drive mechanisms such as a gear, helical screw, auger and the like in the prior art, the track assembly is simpler, has increased performance and is easier to assemble; (4) The rotor and turbine are either fixed together or formed in one piece; the fluctuation of the turbine causes the rotor to rise and fall in the outlet, thereby changing the distance between the curved groove and the mouth of the outlet orifice and thereby increasing or reducing the annular projection zone of the water accordingly for a better massage experience; (5) The diameter of the outlet orifice is from 2 to 12mm, and a distance between the mouth of the outlet orifice and the curved groove of 2.5 to 8mm; tests indicate that the interaction between the outlet port and the runway assembly within the range range above ensures optimal splash performance. Water particles with a certain flow dynamics provide an optimal massaging effect; (6) The invention has at least one protrusion on the separating element, and the water ejection orifice is formed in the projection, thereby prolonging the passage of water and improving the flow of water. water; (7) The water discharge port has a conical orientation towards the seat. The tapered design of the water ejection port paired with the extended water passage increases flow. Although the invention has been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the invention may be used with modifications in the spirit of the invention.
