专利说明:
The invention relates to a reinforced support bra adapted for sports practice. There are essentially two types of bras adapted for sports practice, namely the compression bra and the encapsulation bra. The compression bra has a front part, generally band-shaped, which compresses the chest to limit the movements and oscillations. This type of bra is generally devoid of straps which has the advantage of releasing the stresses on the shoulders while limiting movements and oscillations. However, this type of bra is perceived as uncomfortable by the users. In addition, by compressing the chest, this type of bra can damage the chest. The encapsulation bra has a front part comprising: two cups to wrap each breast and thus act independently on the movements of each breast, a dorsal fixation band which is generally connected to the outer edge of each of the cups, and a pair braces for connecting the front part to the dorsal binding strip passing over the shoulders of the user. This type of bra does not compress the chest and respects the health of the chest. Nevertheless, the maintenance provided by this type of bra is essentially based on: braces, supposed to support the chest upwards; bonnets, supposed to contain the breast; and the back, supposed to pull the cups backwards, which creates a more or less strong compression on the chest depending on the tightening. It results from such a configuration that the shoulders, the back and the side flanks of the user are strongly stressed during its use. Moreover, the effectiveness of the maintenance is not optimized since some of these zones, when they are stressed during the movements of the body, have relatively large amplitudes of movement. The present invention aims to solve all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks, and in particular to improve the maintenance of the chest while improving the comfort of the user. This object of the invention is achieved with a bra adapted for sports practice, of the type comprising a front part comprising two cups and intended to cover the chest of a user, a backing band which is connected substantially to the outer edge of each of the cups, and a pair of straps for passing over the shoulders of the user, the bra being characterized in that the front portion comprises at least: a central anchoring structure to which are attached the straps and towards which said straps converge; a lower holding strip extending under the cups, substantially from one outer edge to the other of said cups; a central holding strip extending between the cups from the lower holding strip to the central anchoring structure; and two lateral holding strips extending, laterally on the side of the outer edges of the cups, at least from the lower holding strip to the central anchoring structure to which they converge; and at least one inextensible upper holding strip extending above the cups, substantially from one lateral holding band to the other; and in that the central anchoring structure and the lower, central, and lateral holding strips form an inextensible support frame arranged to be adjusted to the chest so as to keep it substantially in place during sports practice. By the term "converge towards the central anchoring structure", it is understood that the shoulder straps, respectively the lateral support strips, are directed and tend towards a common point carried by said central anchoring structure. Thanks to such a bra provided with a central anchoring structure on which are connected and converge both the shoulder straps and the lateral holding bands, themselves connected to the lower holding band, this allows to concentrate and anchoring the stresses on the bra for breast support at a central fulcrum of the body located at the sternum and the spine of the user. In such a configuration, the shoulders and the lateral flanks are then relieved at least in part and relatively relatively constraints associated with the maintenance of the chest. Moreover, the sternum on which the central anchoring structure rests due to the configuration of the bra itself, and the vertebral column to which the sternum is connected by the frame of the body, each have relatively small movements. while the body is moving. This is mainly due to the fact that the fulcrum is located on an area, namely the sternum, which tends to have little fat on the body, which is connected to the skeleton by the ribs. The efforts are better taken over by the bust of the user and better distributed also thanks to its frame. In addition, a full support of the chest resting on the shoulders is uncomfortable for the user, especially when the straps that overlap are located in the middle, or even at the bottom of the shoulders, that is to say when they are far from his neck. With such a configuration, said braces of the bra are automatically placed and maintained, thanks to said central anchoring structure, at the top of the shoulders, close to the neck of the user, thereby improving comfort. In addition, this comfort is also reinforced by the fact that the central anchoring structure takes up part of the bra holding effort, which also helps to reduce the intensity of the stresses exerted by the chest on the shoulders and the back. . Furthermore, because this central anchoring structure is centered at the chest and connected, on the one hand, to the straps of the bra disposed above said central anchoring structure, in particular around the neck and, on the other hand, the lateral holding strips disposed below said central anchoring structure, this makes it possible to keep in place this central anchoring structure despite the movements of the user, which is particularly advantageous in part of a sport practice. Such a bra also limits the movements and oscillations of the chest. Indeed: on the one hand, the lower holding strip and the lateral holding strips, each being inextensible and extending substantially transversely relative to the body of the user, reduce the substantially vertical oscillations of the chest, to know from top to bottom and from bottom to top. - On the other hand, the central and lateral support strips, each being inextensible and extending substantially vertically, reduce the substantially transverse oscillations of the chest, that is to say, laterally from right to left and left on the right, while isolating the chest from the movements of the arms. The cups provide a natural fit without compressing the chest to ensure the comfort of the user while limiting the oscillations oriented frontally back and forth or back to front. These cups are arranged so that they have no intermediate frame, the only frame of the bra being formed by the holding frame located around the cups. Furthermore, by the term "adjusted", it is understood that the holding frame is in contact and bearing against the body of the user at the level of his chest, that is to say, pressed against it. According to an advantageous technical characteristic, the central anchoring structure is intended to be placed at the level of the sternal fork of the user. This allows a good distribution of breast maintenance efforts at the level of the skeleton of the user. Furthermore, such an area at the top of the manubrium sternum, it keeps the shoulder straps of the bra high shoulders around the neck of the user, thus improving the comfort of the bra. According to a particular characteristic, the central anchoring structure, the lower, central and / or lateral holding strips are flexible or flexible. This improves the comfort of the user. Advantageously, the bra comprises at least one inextensible upper holding band, extending above the cups, substantially from one lateral holding band to the other. This further improves the reduction of vertical chest oscillations, i.e., from top to bottom and from bottom to top relative to the wearer's body concommitantly with the lateral and lower holding strips. Indeed, in this way each of the breasts is surrounded by the inextensible support frame thus formed and adjusted relative to the chest. According to particular technical features, the central holding strip extends from the lower holding band to the upper holding band and / or to the central anchoring structure to which it then converges. Moreover, such a bra may have different sizes to adapt to people. However, to best adapt to the morphology of each user and improve the adjustment of the holding frame, the central holding strip, the lateral support strips and / or the straps can be adjustable in length thanks in particular to means of adjustments. Complementarily or alternatively, it may be provided that the shoulder straps also comprise adjustment means to adapt them in length. In a particular configuration, the pair of shoulder straps substantially forms a ring intended to surround the wearer's neck. Advantageously, the pair of straps is connected to the dorsal fastening strip at a rear portion of the bra. Preferably, the pair of shoulder straps, at the rear portion, form a "Y". Such a configuration allows in particular to maintain the shoulder straps at the top of the shoulders, around the wearer's neck improving comfort. In a particular configuration, the central anchoring structure forms a removable fixing means between a locked position and a disengaged position. Indeed, because the lower, central, and lateral holding strips which are inextensible, and these holding strips are arranged to be each adjusted to the body, that is to say, neither too tight nor too loose, a such feature allows to separate at least a portion of the straps and / or retaining strips between them so as to facilitate its use. This is particularly the case when the user wears such a bra or removes it. Advantageously, the dorsal fixation band comprises a clasp. This also facilitates the establishment or withdrawal of the bra by the user. In an advantageous technical configuration, the straps and the rear binding band are elastic so as to improve the comfort of the user while ensuring freedom of movement during sports. Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example, with reference to the appended figures, which illustrate: FIGS. 1 and 2, diagrams of a support principle -gorge according to an embodiment of the invention worn by a user, these diagrams respectively corresponding to views of a front portion and a rear portion of the bra; - Figure 3, a representation of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; - Figures 4A and 4B, sketches of a front portion and a rear portion of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 5A, 5B and 5C are sketches of a front part, a rear part and a clasp of a pair of straps of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 6A and 6B, sketches of a front part and of a central anchorage structure of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; - Figure 7, a sketch of a front portion of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; - Figure 8, a sketch of a front portion of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; - Figures 9A and 9B, sketches of a front portion and a central anchoring structure of a brassiere according to another embodiment of the invention; and Figure 10, a sketch of a front portion of a bra according to another embodiment of the invention. In all of these figures, identical or similar references designate members or sets of identical or similar members. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate diagrams of a bra 1 on a chest 4 of a user 5, in particular views of a front portion 2a and a rear portion 2b of this bra 1 With regard to diagrams of principle, certain elements of the bra 1 such as the cups 3 arranged to wrap each breast are not represented in these two figures 1 and 2. The bra 1 includes a pair of straps 8 so each of these straps is intended to pass on one and the other shoulder 9 of the user 5. Furthermore, is illustrated in particular Figure 1, an inextensible support frame 10,11,12,13 comprising: a central anchoring structure 10 on which are attached the shoulder straps 8 and to which said shoulder straps 8 converge, it is to to say that they are directed and tend towards a common point carried by the central anchoring structure 10; a lower holding strip 11 extending under the cups 3, either beneath the wearer's breasts in the worn or dressed position, transversely with respect to the chest 4 of the user 5, in particular an outer edge 7 ( not shown here) to the other of said cups 3 (see in particular Figure 3); a central holding strip 12 extending between the cups 3 or between the breasts in the worn position of the bra as can be seen in FIG. 1, the holding strip extending in particular from the lower holding strip 11 to to the central anchoring structure 10 towards which it converges; and two lateral holding strips 13 extending laterally on the side of the outer edges 7 of the cups 3, that is to say on each outer side of the breasts in the worn position, from the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure 10 towards which they converge. In such a configuration, the straps 8, the central holding strip 12 and the lateral holding strips 13 converge together towards a common point carried by the central anchoring structure 10. The lower holding strip 11 forms an inextensible connection line between the central and lateral support strips 12 under the cups 2, that is to say under the breasts. In this way, the chest is maintained by the holding armature whose efforts apply to the central anchoring structure. The central anchoring structure 10 forms a junction at least between the lateral support strips 13 and the support around the neck provided by the shoulder straps 8. Furthermore, in particular by virtue of the convergence of the shoulder straps 8 and the lateral holding strips 13, it follows that the central anchoring structure 10 is placed, in a position carried by the user, at her sternum. that is, a region of the body where the adipose tissue is low in fat. Such a feature is particularly advantageous in that when the user practices a sport, the tissues covering the sternum are not very mobile relative to the skeleton compared to tissues of other regions such as the lateral flanks, at the ribs of the body. 5, or at the level of the upper part of her chest 4. Consequently, the constraints of the maintenance of the bra 1 are exerted in particular on this zone whose tissues covering it are little loaded with grease, and are distributed on the skeleton of the user, from the sternum to the spine through the ribs. In this embodiment, the inextensible support armature 10, 11, 12, 13 as well as the pair of shoulder straps 8 are arranged so that, in the supported position, the central anchoring structure 10 is placed in abutment against the sternal fork of the user. Furthermore, the central anchoring structure 10, the lower holding strip 11, the central holding strip 12, and the lateral holding strips 13 forming the holding frame are each inextensible and arranged to be fitted to the chest 4 so as to maintain substantially in place during the sport, it being understood that the oscillations are limited. Indeed, the lower holding strip 11 extending transversely to the chest 4 and just below it and the lateral holding strips 13 extending partly transversely just above the chest 4, said Chest 4 is framed vertically by said lower and lateral holding strips 11 which are fitted against it, which makes it possible to reduce a vertical component of the oscillations of the chest, namely from top to bottom or from bottom to top. In addition, the central holding strip 12 extending vertically with respect to the chest and between the breasts, and the lateral holding strips 13 extending partly vertically on either side of the chest 4, the chest 4 is transversely framed by the central retaining strips 12 and side 13 which are fitted against it which reduces a transverse component of the oscillations of the chest 4, namely from left to right or from right to left. This also isolates the movement of the arms from that of the chest 4. By the term "adjusted" it is understood that the support frame 10,11,12,13 is arranged to be in contact and bearing against the skin of the user. Typically, the central holding band 12 is arranged to be positioned flat against the skin of the user between her breasts. In the opposite case, the transverse oscillations of the chest, ie from right to left and from left to right, would not be optimally isolated. In addition, adjusting the central support band flat against the chest helps to isolate the breasts. Indeed, in the opposite case, where the central holding band 12 is released, it appears that the breasts are coupled together in their transverse movements. In other words, one of the breasts, in its transverse movement, causes the other which amplifies the transverse oscillations of the chest and promotes the appearance of pain for the user due to clashes between the breasts. Furthermore, it also results from the convergence of the lateral holding strips 13 to and up to the central anchoring structure 10, that the lateral holding strips 13 create a traction force F upwards and towards the center 4. This ensures its maintenance without compressing the chest 4 which improves comfort for the user. This is all the more advantageous because the central anchoring structure 10 bears against the sternal fork of the user. Indeed, such a zone appears to be a good compromise since, in the case where said central anchoring structure 10 would be placed too low, this would compromise the function provided by the lateral holding strips 13, in particular that of limiting the 4 chest movements down. As can be seen in particular in FIG. 2, the straps 8 extend from the central anchoring structure 10 from the front part 2a to the dorsal fastening strip 6 at the rear part 2b of the bra. 1. In particular, the straps 8 bypass the wearer's neck by passing over her shoulders, at the top of the latter, and meet in the back of the user at a junction 16 to form a unitary portion 8 'of straps to the dorsal fastening strip 6 thus forming a "Y". Just as the central anchoring structure 10 which rests against the sternal fork, the fact that the junction 16 is located in the back, above the dorsal attachment band 6, this tends to maintain the pair of straps. 8 in the immediate vicinity of the neck, that is, at the level of the upper shoulders. In this way the comfort is reinforced releasing the bottom and the middle of the shoulders of the user. Furthermore, the dorsal fastening strip 6 comprises a clasp 15 enabling two ends of the dorsal fastening strip 6 to be reattached and to which is attached a lower end of the unitary portion 8 'of the shoulder straps 8. Alternatively or in addition, a clasp may also be positioned at the unitary portion 8 'of the shoulder straps 8. The straps 8 are preferably arranged to bear against the back, between the shoulder blades of the user, and preferably the unit portion 8 'of the straps 8 is arranged to follow its spine. Just like the shoulder straps 8, the dorsal fastening strip 6 is preferably elastic to improve the comfort of the user. The dorsal fastening strip 6 may extend on the front part of the bra 1 so that it runs alongside, for example, the lower holding strip 11, which is inextensible. This allows in particular to help adjust the holding armature 10,11,12,13 against the chest. Regarding the central anchoring structure 10, it may be rigid or not, but it preferably has a certain flexibility and lightness to improve the comfort of the user. Figure 3 illustrates a bra according to one embodiment of the invention. In the same way as is schematized in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bra comprises a pair of cups 3 arranged to wrap each breast, a dorsal fastening strip 6 which is connected to the outer edge 7 of each of the cups 3 , and a pair of straps 8 (not detailed here) intended to pass over the shoulders 9 of the user 5. The bra 1 further comprises, according to the invention: a central anchoring structure 10 on which are attached straps 8 and to which said straps 8 converge; a lower holding strip 11 extending under the cups 3, from an outer edge 7 to the other of said cups 3; a central holding strip 12 extending between the cups 3, the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure 10; and two lateral holding strips 13 extending, laterally on the side of the outer edges 7 of the cups 3, from the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure 10 towards which they converge; the central anchoring structure 10 and the lower holding strips 11, central 12, and lateral 13 forming an inextensible support frame arranged to be adjusted to the chest 4 so as to maintain substantially in place during sports practice. Moreover, in this particular embodiment, the brassiere 1 comprises an inextensible upper holding band 14, integral with the holding armature, and extending above each of the cups 3, a holding band lateral 13 to the other. The central holding strip 12 extends from the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure through the upper holding strip 14 where it is connected. The zones located between the chest 4 and the central anchoring structure 10 and delimited in particular by the central, lateral, and upper holding strips 12, 12 may each have an intermediate wall such as a piece of knit connecting these holding strips 12, 13, 14 between them. In this case, this intermediate wall can be either inextensible to participate in the maintenance of the chest 4, or have a certain elasticity to adjust to the morphology of said chest 4. In order to best adapt the bra to the morphology of the user 5, the central and lateral support strips 12 are adjustable in length and each comprise a setting device 17 provided for this purpose. The central anchoring structure 10 here comprises an inner portion 101 at least partially open to allow the skin against which it rests, in the extended position, to breathe, the inner part 101 being here open by means of a plurality of orifices opening on either side of the central anchoring structure 10. An outer portion 102 of the central ink structure extends around a periphery of its inner portion 101, and has notches 103 arranged to receive the straps and central retaining strips 12 and lateral 13. For this, two separate notches 103 are arranged for each of the shoulder straps 8, two lateral notches 103 are arranged to receive the lateral holding strips 13 and a lower notch 103 is arranged to receive the central holding strip 12. The central and lateral support strips 12 each have a free end on the side of the central anchoring structure 10 arranged to pass through the notches 103 and back to the adjustment device 17 thus forming a loop. Each adjusting device 17 comprises a detent system movable between a position in which the retaining strip is loosened to allow adjustment in length and a tight position in which the detent blocking any sliding of the retaining strip associated so as to maintain the length chosen by the user 5. The central, lateral 12 and upper 14 retaining strips 14 are here strips comprising woven polyester fibers with a particular mesh so that they are inextensible As regards the lower band 11, it delimits a lower part of the cups 3, the inextensible character of this inner band 11 being conferred to it by means of a seam adapted along this lower band 11. In other words, by the term "inextensible", it is understood that one can use either a material whose intrinsic characteristics give it its inextensible character, or a set of materials of which at least one may have an extensible character but whose assembly is such that the structure of the assembly itself gives the holding band its inextensible character. The backing strip 6, for its part, is extensible and elastic so as to improve the comfort of the user 5. The embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 4-10 show variants of bras 1 according to the invention. Whatever the variant illustrated, each bra 1 comprises a pair of cups 3 arranged to wrap each breast, a dorsal fastening strip 6 which is connected to the outer edge 7 of each of said cups 3, and a pair of straps 8 (Not detailed here) intended to pass on the shoulders 9 of the user 5. The bra 1 further comprises, in accordance with the invention: a central anchoring structure 10 on which are attached the straps 8 and to which said straps 8 converge; a lower holding strip 11 extending under the cups 3, an outer edge at the other of said cups 3; a central holding strip 12 extending between the cups 3, the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure 10; and - two lateral holding strips 13 extending, laterally on the side of the outer edges 7 of the cups 3, the lower holding strip 11 to the central anchoring structure 10 towards which they converge; the central anchoring structure 10 and the lower holding strips 11, central 12, and lateral 13 forming an inextensible support frame arranged to be adjusted to the chest 4 so as to maintain substantially in place during sports practice. In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the bra has a fabric extending frontally from one lateral holding strip 13 to another one being superimposed on the cups 3 and the central support strip 12 improving the aesthetic of the bra. Depending on the configuration used, the upper edge of this fabric may form an inextensible upper holding band 14. Moreover, in this embodiment, the lower holding strip 11 runs along the dorsal fastening strip 6. At the rear portion 2b of the bra, the straps 8 bypass the wearer's neck by passing over her shoulders, at the top of these, and meet in the back of the user at the level of a junction 16 to form a unitary portion 8 'of straps to the dorsal fastening strip 6 thereby forming a "Y". However, here the dorsal fastening strip 6 does not include a clasp 15. The dorsal fastening strip 6, the unitary portion 8 'of the straps 8 and said straps 8, at least in the vicinity of the junction 16, are formed in one alone, preferably even monobloc to avoid the presence of additional seams may irritate the skin during the practice of a sport. Preferably this one-piece piece of fabric is elastic so as to improve the comfort of the user. With reference to FIGS. 5A, 5B and 5C, the front part 2a of the brassiere 1 has a knit extending frontally and being delimited by the lateral holding strips 13 and lower 11 which it covers and by the central structure of anchorage. At the rear portion 2b of the bra 1, the junction 16 between the unitary portion 8 'and the two straps 8 surrounding the wearer's neck 5 is provided by an intermediate device in the form of a triangle to which are secured, d on the one hand, the unitary part 8 'at the base of the triangle and, on the other hand, each of the two straps at the two upper sides of this triangle. With reference to FIGS. 6A and 6B, there is illustrated a brassiere 1, comprising, at its front portion 2a, an upper holding band 14 extending from one lateral holding band 13 to the other forming an arc whose center is located substantially at the level of the central anchoring structure 10. Furthermore, the bra 1 comprises a central holding strip 12 extending from the lower holding strip 11 towards the central anchoring structure 10 to the upper holding strip 14. Advantageously, as is the case here, the central anchoring structure 10 forms a means of removable attachment between a locked position (see FIG. 6A) and a disengaged position (see FIG. 6B). In particular, the central anchoring structure 10 is divisible into two parts 111, 112, each of these removable parts 111, 112 being connected to one of the shoulder straps 8 and to one of the lateral holding strips 13 located one side to the chest 4. Alternatively, the central anchoring structure 10 can be divisible into two parts, one of the parts being connected to the two shoulder straps 8 and the other part being connected at least to the two lateral holding strips 13, or even to the central support 12 (not shown). This allows the user to facilitate the handling of the bra to position it on or remove it. This fixing means may be formed for example of clip (s), clip (s) or any other means allowing the removable parts 111, 112 to be removably assembled between these locked and disengaged positions. These removable portions 111, 112 may for example each form a male part or a female part arranged to cooperate together. FIG. 7 illustrates another embodiment in which, in particular, one of the straps 8 and one of the lateral support strips 13 situated on the same side with respect to the chest 4 are connected by an elastic fabric for improve the aesthetics of the bra and the comfort of the user. Figure 8 shows an embodiment in which the bra 1 is integrated in a garment for the upper body and concealing it. With reference to FIGS. 9A and 9B, there is illustrated a bra 1 partly integrated with an upper body garment and whose central anchoring structure 10 has a substantially annular shape to which the straps 8 and the straps are connected. lateral support 13 and central 12. This annular shape is formed, at least on its outer part, silicone improving comfort, fit and flexibility. In a certain configuration, the anchoring structure can integrate at least one sensor, a memory and / or a computer. On the contrary, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the central anchoring structure 10 can be formed in one piece or in one piece with the straps 8, the lateral holding strips 13, and optionally, as illustrated here, with the holding strip. Central 12. In this way, the central anchoring structure 10 has no extra thickness and lightens the bra. Whatever the embodiment, the non-extensible holding frame is preferably flexible so as to improve user comfort and improve the fit of the holding frame according to the exact morphology of the user. These lower, central, and lateral holding strips 11 may be of different natures. For example all or part of these strips may be composed of at least one textile material only such as a knit without elastane (polyamide, polyester ...). More preferably, in this case, only one of these materials is used is 100% polyamide, 100% polyester, etc.). In another configuration, all or some of these strips are formed by an application of resin (s) on at least one textile material to "lock" said textile material, that is to say, to inhibit the extensions of the material textile. In this case, the textile material may be, without limitation, knit or jersey type. In another complementary or alternative configuration, each of the strips may be formed in whole or in part of at least one complex of thermo-bonded material (s). The invention is described in the foregoing by way of example. It is understood that the skilled person is able to achieve different embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
