专利说明:
Food waste collection container FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a container for collecting food waste. The invention relates more particularly to a container for collecting food waste, in particular organic waste, comprising a tank for receiving said food waste which is provided, in an upper part of the tank, with a port for introducing said waste, at least one spraying means for diffusing a liquid inside the tank, and in a lower part of the tank, at least one waste discharge port suspended in said liquid, this port discharge device being adapted to be coupled to a pumped collection means and is adapted to be selectively closed or open to respectively retain the waste suspended in the liquid within the vessel or to allow their suction by said collection means. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART The collection of food waste, and in particular the collection of organic waste, is a major challenge in terms of environmental protection. Until recently, food waste, whether food waste from private households, industry, or the catering sector, was generally not systematically recycled, and therefore was not valued. In the rare cases where the food waste was recycled, the recycling operations were carried out locally by the emitter of this waste, or by a subcontractor located in the immediate vicinity of the transmitter, and this, generally in a non-optimized way. Awareness of the need to protect the environment and the economics of waste recovery have led food and catering industry stakeholders to organize the collection of waste in order to recycle it on a large scale. a prerequisite for recycling to be a profitable operation. In addition, recent awareness of the harmfulness of non-renewable, polluting or hazardous energies such as nuclear energy has led to the development of new sources of clean energy. These include the production of low-emission fuels such as methane, produced by the decomposition and fermentation of food waste. The exploitation of organic food waste poses several technical problems, the most important of which is collection. Since organic food waste is by definition so-called "wet" waste, collecting it poses the problem of transferring the collection container to the vector that is used to transport them to the site where they will be treated. A solution to this problem has been proposed by documents JP-2010 / 058.977-A and KR-2015.0001245-U, both of which describe an organic waste collection container, comprising a receiving tank provided, in an upper part of the tank. , a port for introducing said waste, and, in a lower portion of the tank, at least one waste discharge conduit which is adapted to be coupled to a pumped collection means, such as a tanker truck pumping. The food waste is held in a liquid in the tank to allow their evacuation fluidly through the waste pipe. In order to allow the suspension of the food waste in a pumpable flow, the receiving tank comprises, in an upper part, a spraying means intended to diffuse inside it a liquid, in this case 'water. The disadvantage of this design lies in the ability of such a collection container to maintain food waste suspended in water. Indeed, it was found that the filling of the tank with water alone did not allow food waste to be suspended in the water for a satisfactory period of time. Indeed, it was found that the waste, once amalgamated with water, tended to settle to the bottom of the tank and form a block of organic material making any subsequent pumping impossible. It can be remedied phenomenon, called "en masse", by minimizing the duration during which food waste is stored in the collection container, Another solution to remedy this phenomenon is to perform a regular renewal of the water contained in the tank so that it produces a consequent mixing of waste. This solution is not more satisfactory because the regular renewal of the water contained in the collection container results in extremely high water consumption. In addition, food waste, when immersed for a prolonged period in water, tends to form organic juices which in this solution would be evacuated and therefore lost during the renewal of the water contained in the water. tank. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The invention therefore aims to provide a collection container for the temporary storage of food waste, including organic waste, prior to collection by a collection means, and to ensure the fluidity of a mixture of this food waste and a carrier liquid within this container during the entire period of this temporary storage to facilitate the evacuation of food waste by pumping at the time of collection. For this purpose, the invention proposes a collection container of the type described above, characterized in that it comprises at least one means for mixing the contents of the tank. The invention will be better understood and other details, characteristics and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description given by way of non-limiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is an overall perspective view of a collection container according to a first embodiment of the invention; - Figure 2 is a side view of the collection container according to the first embodiment of the invention with its mixing means shown in phantom view; - Figure 3 is another side view of the collection container according to the first embodiment of the invention; FIG. 4 is a view from above of the collection container according to the first embodiment of the invention; - Figure 5 is a side view of the mixing means of the collection container according to the invention; - Figure 6 is a side view of a container according to a second embodiment of the invention. In the following description, like reference numerals designate like parts or having similar functions. FIGS. 1 to 4 show a container 10 for collecting food waste produced in accordance with the invention. In known manner, the collection container 10 comprises a receiving tank 12 of food waste which is provided, in an upper part of this tank 12, with an introduction port 14 of said waste, and, in a lower part of the tank, at least one discharge port 18 waste suspended in a liquid such as water contained inside the tank 12, this discharge port being adapted to be coupled to a collection means by pumping (not shown) such as a tanker truck for collecting such food waste. The discharge port 18 is, as will be seen in the remainder of the present description, capable of being selectively closed or open to respectively retain the waste suspended in the liquid within the tank 12 or to allow their suction by the means of collection. The tank 12 is made of a material resistant to liquid and satisfying food hygiene standards, such as stainless steel. The container 10 also includes in known manner at least one spraying means 16 which is intended to diffuse the liquid inside the tank 12. The spraying means comprises for example a plurality of spray nozzles 20, fed with by a common conduit 22, which open into the container 10. In a nonlimiting manner of the invention, the tank 12 is of substantially cylindrical shape, of vertical orientation, and it comprises a body 13 which is capped by a cover 24. The cover 24 is traversed by the spray nozzles 20. It is therefore possible to access very easily the spray nozzles 20 even when the tank 12 is filled, not only because they are located in an upper part of the container 10, but also because they are carried by the lid 24 which is easily removable from the tank 12. The cover 24 is for example bolted by means of screws 25 to an upper edge of the tank 12. Advantageously, the lid 24 receives means for filtering the tank gases, and for this purpose it carries an active carbon filter 27, shown in FIG. 4, which makes it possible to filter the gases resulting from the fermentation of the waste tending to escape from the tank 12. According to the invention, the container 10 comprises at least one mixing means 26 of the contents of the tank 12. This mixing means 26 could be made in any manner known from the state of the art. Indeed, this mixing means 26 could consist of one or more rotary whisks oriented in any directions with respect to the axis of the tank 12. However, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in Figure 2, the mixing means 26 is provided on the one hand for stirring the entire contents of the tank 12, and on the other hand for be easily accessible. For this purpose, the mixing means 26 comprises a helical helix 28 which is arranged in the tank 12 coaxially with an axis A of the tank 12, which is configured to be immersed in the liquid, and which is driven by a motor 30. The motor 30 is in particular fixed to a gearbox 32 fixed to the cover 24 of the container 10. A drive shaft 34 secured to the helical propeller 28, coupled to the gear 32, allows its driving in rotation. The choice of a helical helix 28 as a mixing means is particularly advantageous. Indeed, a helical helix 28 of the type shown in FIG. 5 not only makes it possible to impart a rotational movement to the liquid contained in the tank 12, but also, because of its continuous helical surface 36, print an upward movement to the liquid from the bottom of the tank 12 towards the surface of the liquid, thus ensuring optimal mixing. Another particularly advantageous characteristic of the collection container according to the invention is that it comprises at least one grinding means 38 for the waste in the tank 12. The grinding means 38 may consist of any grinding or cutting device mounted movably in the tank and capable of mechanically reducing the size of the waste by crushing or cutting. However, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, the grinding means 38 is integrated with the mixing means 26. More particularly, the grinding means 38 comprises a plurality of knives 40 which are fixed on the helical surface 36 of the helix 28 and which extend radially with respect to the axis A corresponding to the axis of rotation of the Propeller 28. The knives 40 are for example screwed directly on the helical surface 36 and the helix 28. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the knives 36 extend in a radial space substantially corresponding to that of the cylindrical body 13 of the vessel. For this purpose, as shown in Figure 5, the knives 40 extend along a diameter D4o which is slightly smaller than a diameter D13 of the body 13 of the tank 12, which diameter is shown in Figure 2. This configuration allows to leave only a small clearance between the end of the knives 40 and the inner wall of the tank 13 so that almost all of the waste contained in the liquid can be swept by the knives 40 in order to ensure the grinding of this waste. Advantageously, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the tank 13 has a plurality of removable hatches 42 allowing access to the helical surface of the propeller 28 in order to allow the assembly and disassembly of the knives 40 of the propeller 28, and the introduction or extraction of said knives 40 by said hatches 42. This configuration is particularly advantageous because it allows to disassemble and replace the knives 40, for example in case of wear thereof, without it is necessary to disassemble the cover 24 and extract the helix 28 from the body 13 of the tank 12. As has been seen, the insertion port 14 is arranged in an upper part of the tank 12. In a first embodiment which has been shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the insertion port 14 is carried by an upper part of the body 13 of the tank 12. This configuration is not limiting of the invention. As illustrated in FIG. 6 which represents a second embodiment of the invention, the insertion port 14 could be carried by the cover 24. Whatever the location chosen for the introduction port 14, it essentially comprises an opening 44 and at least one pivoting drawer 46 which is mounted movably through this opening 44. More particularly, the opening 44 is for example defined by a free end periphery of a conduit 48 of substantially parallelepipedal shape which protrudes from the body 13 of the tank 12 and which also opens inside the body 13 of the tank 12. In the first embodiment of the invention which has been shown in Figures 1 and 3, the conduit 48 is fixed to the body 13 of the tank 12 inside which it opens. In the second embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIG. 6, the duct 48 is fixed to the cover 24 which covers the tank 12 inside which this duct 48 opens. Whatever the embodiment envisaged, the pivoting drawer 46 is for example pivotally mounted inside the duct 48 by means of pivots 50 of substantially horizontal axes that can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 3 and 6. The duct 48 is preferably inclined so as to form a ramp allowing the waste to slide into the tank 12 by gravity. The pivoting slide 46 is movable between an open position, shown in bold lines in FIGS. 3 and 6, in which it projects outside the container 12 to allow the waste to be received inside this drawer, and a closed position, shown in dashed lines in Figures 3 and 6, wherein the slide 46 is tilted in the container, and more particularly in the conduit 48 to allow the discharge by gravity of the waste falling from the slide 46 to the inside of the container 12. In this position, a front wall 52 of the drawer 46 closes the opening 44. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3, the front wall 52 includes a handle 54 allowing the drawer 46 to be manipulated. Thus, the user of the container 10 opens the drawer 46, deposits the waste inside the drawer 46, then closes the drawer 46 to drop the waste inside the tank 12. Thus, the slide 46, forming a rocker, makes it possible to ensure the safety of the user of the container 10. In the open position of the slide 46, the latter can be loaded and condemns the access to the conduit 48, and in so doing, to the inside of the tank 12. In the closed position of the slide 46, the front wall 52 of the slide 46 the opening 44 the waste slides in the tank 12. It therefore has no opportunity for the operator to access to the interior of the tank 12 and in particular by means of mixing 26 and grinding means 38. Alternatively (not shown) the drawer 46 could be configured to receive a removable container receiving a biodegradable waste bag, said drawer 46 then being movable between an open position in which it projects outside the container 10 to allow the receiving the container containing the bag in the drawer 46 or removing the empty container from the drawer 46 and a closed position in which the drawer 46 is tipped into the container 10 to allow the bag to leave the container and slide along the conduit 48 inside said container 10, the container remaining fixed to the drawer 46. In case, in closed position, the front wall 52 of the drawer 46 still closes said opening 44. This configuration has the advantage of not dirtying the drawer 46 and the conduit 48 during the dumping of waste, which remain prisoners of the biodegradable bag until they are in the tank 12. The bag is then destroyed by the mixing means 26 and grinding 38. It may be used for this purpose using paper-based bags or corn. The discharge port 18, meanwhile, comprises a discharge conduit which opens to the bottom bottom of the tank 12, and a discharge valve placed on said conduit which is able to selectively close it. In the first embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the conduit comprises a part 56 which is integrated in the body 13 of the tank 12 and a flexible part constituted by a flexible tube 58 which can be connected to the portion 56, for example by means of a fitting, and which is also configured to be connected to the collection means. A valve (not shown) housed in the body 13 of the vessel 12 interrupts the flow inside the conduit. In this case, an external surface of the body 13 of the tank 12 comprises means for supporting and winding the flexible tube 58, for example one or more tabs 64. In the second embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIG. 6, the conduit 60 is rigid and receives a valve 62 which makes it possible to interrupt the flow inside the conduit 60. Whatever the embodiment envisaged, whatever the embodiment envisaged, one end of the evacuation duct comprises a fast-locking end-piece 66 configured to cooperate with a fast-locking complementary end-piece (not shown) of the collecting means. . In the first embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIG. 1, this endpiece 66 is arranged at the end of the flexible tube 58, whereas in the second embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIG. Figure 6, this tip 66 is arranged at the end of the conduit 60 rigid. For example, a tip 66 configured in the form of a "firefighter" type fitting may be chosen. Preferably, the discharge duct is a high diameter duct, of the order of ten centimeters, allowing rapid evacuation and high flow of food waste suspended in water. In the event that clogging of the duct occurs, and also for maintenance purposes, the tank 12 advantageously comprises, as shown in Figure 3, a trap door 68 arranged in a lower part of the tank 12 and a weir removable removable 70 can be placed under the inspection hatch 68. It is therefore possible to open the inspection door 68 to intervene at the bottom of the tank 12, the mobile weir 70 to evacuate residual food waste remaining in the bottom of the tank 12. Another particularly advantageous feature of the container 10 is that it can be easily moved to be installed on the food waste collection site. For this purpose, as illustrated in Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 6, the vessel 12 rests on a base 72 having holes 74 configured to provide a ground attachment by means of tie rods (not shown). The base 72 is preferably made of a metallic material and it incorporates inverted U-shaped profiled rails 76 whose spacing corresponds to a standard spacing of the branches of a fork 78 of a carriage 80, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 in order to allow the displacement of said container 10. In the first embodiment of the invention which has been shown in Figures 1 to 4, the rails 76 are closed at their ends by walls 82 to provide a stop for the fork 78 of the carriage 80. This configuration makes it possible to guarantee a satisfactory positioning of the container 10 on the carriage 80 in all circumstances. The tank 12 can be fixed in various ways on the base 72. In the first embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the tank 12 is fixed directly on the base 72. second embodiment of the invention which has been shown in FIG. 6, the tank 12 can be fixed on the base 72 by means of telescopic legs 82, adjustable in length, in particular by screwing, in order to allow the adjustment of the inclination of the tank 12 relative to the base 72. Accessorily, these telescopic legs 82 may incorporate elastic means for absorbing the vibrations that the motor 30 would be able to transmit to the tank 12. The container 10 is part of an organized approach to waste collection implemented by a system that is not itself the subject of the invention and in which the collection means performs a tour several containers 10 in different establishments to route the collected waste to a processing plant. In this context, the container 10 according to the invention optimizes the tour of the collection means by signaling the state of its filling, so that the collection is performed only when the container 10 is filled with waste. Indeed, the container 10 comprises means for measuring the level of liquid in the tank (not shown) capable of providing information representative of the liquid level in the tank. These measuring means are not detailed and can take any known form of the state of the art. It may be means providing information reflecting an estimate of the level of the liquid and waste contained in the tank, just as it may be a more basic information indicating that the liquid level has reached a determined threshold. In the latter case for example, the measuring means may consist of a simple system comprising a float. Advantageously, these measuring means are associated with warning means capable of emitting a maximum level alert in response to a detection of a maximum level threshold being exceeded by the information representative of the level of liquid in the tank. 12. Thus, this information can be relayed to a processing server which is able to relay this alert to the various actors involved in the collection process, whether it is the collection medium itself or different actors. local authorities responsible for the collection of waste. The measuring means (not shown) of the container 10 is therefore an integral part of this collection process. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, it will be understood that, preferably, these warning means comprise wireless transmission means (not shown) capable of transmitting the maximum level alert by GSM radio to the intention of the processing server of said alert. This configuration advantageously avoids having to connect the container 10 to any physical network. The invention therefore proposes a collection server for temporarily storing the waste for recycling and to ensure the full and complete recovery.
