    The present invention relates to the field of kitchen utensils and more particularly those equipped with a removable handle.
    Many kitchen utensils are already known in the form of containers which, rather than being equipped with a fixed handle, comprise, substantially on their upper outer periphery, a fixing lug, very often called the ear of the shape of this leg, on which can be hooked a removable handle. The interest of such a removable handle is multiple. In particular, it can be removed from the container once it is placed on a cooking plate so as to give it a smaller footprint. Moreover, the removable nature of the handle greatly facilitates the storage of these kitchen utensils, but also their cleaning, etc ...
    Thus, among these kitchen utensils with removable handle, is particularly known those whose mounting bracket at the top edge of the container has at least one opening, generally oblong similar to a slot, opening in which will be able to engage, by the above, a hook-shaped end of a hooking tab that includes the handle. Under this simple cooperation between this hook-shaped end of the hooking lug of the handle and the corresponding opening in the ear of the container, it is possible to manipulate the latter by means of this handle.
    However, to secure the latter on the bracket of the container, it is still provided with a latch or latch whose end is likely to extend under the bracket of the container, when pushed into the locking position. In sum, in this locking position, the bracket of the container extends between the latch and the latching lug of the handle. This is usually equipped, in the upper part, a control button for acting on the latch, very frequently subjected to the action of resilient biasing means tending to push it into its locking position.
    Whatever the quality of manufacture, a functional game persists between the handle and the bracket of the container, giving a safe impression of risk of detachment of the handle. In this regard, it is already known from FR 3,016,787 a kitchen utensil comprising a container and a removable handle. In this case the bracket fitted to the container is provided with two receptacles for receiving, each, a tab shaped hook shaped equipping the hooking tab of the handle. These tongues are movable apart from one another under the impulse of elastic return means, tending to push them into a locking position, that is to say hooking in the openings of this bracket of the container.
    Furthermore, a deformable member in the form of a crushable silicone pellet is interposed between the hooking tab of the handle and the bracket of the container when these elements are locked on one another.
    In short, between the moment when the handle is hooked on the container and before locking one on the other, this silicone pellet is crushed so as to make up the usual functional clearance between these elements. It should be noted that in document FR 3,016,788 a similar state of the art is described, except that the silicone pellet is provided at its center with a centering pin intended to be housed in a cavity provided in correspondence on the bracket of the container.
    If such a silicone pellet responds to the problem of catching play between the removable handle and the container of the kitchen utensil, it makes somewhat coercive putting these parts in cooperation.
    Indeed, at the time of ensuring this cooperation it is necessary to ensure the crushing of the pellet before intervening the locking of the hooking tab of the handle on the bracket of the container. To obtain this crushing, it is necessary to exert some pressure by means of the handle on this bracket which can result in a tilting of the container and, therefore, a risk of spillage. The unlocking operation is also more difficult. Indeed, this crushed silicone pellet substantially increases the frictional forces between the fixing lug and the lock generating a greater unlocking control force.
    The present invention is able to meet the disadvantages of this state of the art. It is within the framework of a first inventive step that it has been imagined that this catching up of the clearance between the hooking tab of a handle and the bracket of a container results, at least in part, from a clamping effect provided by the latch of the hooking tab of the handle on the bracket of the container.
    More particularly, it has been thought that this clamping effect results from a displacement of this lock in a direction that is not parallel to the plane of the attachment.
    In a complementary manner it has been further imagined to associate with the hook-shaped end of the hooking lug and / or the opening in the fastening lug for the reception of this hook-shaped end of a deformable damping element. Its function is to absorb the functional game, often essential to authorize the cooperation of these pieces.
    The advantages deriving from the present invention consist in that the backlash clearance between the handle and the container resulting, essentially, a clamping action under the impetus of the biasing means, for example resilient, the lock on the bracket of the container, this in cooperation with the hooking tab of the handle, no additional effort is to be made to ensure this cooperation between the handle and the container, this in comparison with the prior technical solution where the lock does not operate a such clamping action.
    Similarly, in the absence of any prestressed deformable member between the handle and the container, the unlocking control remains just as easy.     According to another feature of the present invention, the hook-shaped end of the hooking tab of the handle and / or the opening in the fastening tab for receiving said end is provided with a deformable damping element. able to absorb the functional game. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to an exemplary embodiment given by way of indication and not limitation.

    As shown in the figures of the accompanying drawing the present invention relates to a kitchen utensil (1) comprising a container (2) and a handle (3). On the outer upper periphery (4) of the container (2) extends at least one fixing lug (5), often referred to as the lug, with which is engaged a latching lug (6) which is provided at one end (7). ) the handle (3).
    Referring more particularly to FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixing lug (5) comprises at least one opening (8) generally of oblong shape and preferably extending tangentially to the container (2), or in a coaxial manner insofar as this opening (8) can adopt a rectilinear or curved shape.
    This opening (8) is provided for engaging and receiving a hook-shaped end (9) that includes the hooking tab (6) corresponding to the handle (3).
    On the latter, preferably, but not exclusively, on the hooking lug (6), is slidably mounted a latch (10) capable of occupying at least one unlocking position (not visible in the figures) and a locked position (11) in which it is pushed back under the action of return means (12).
    Specifically, in this locked position (11), this latch (10) extends, more particularly through its end (13), under the bracket (5), in sum the opposite side (14) relative to that (15) above which extends the latching lug (6).
    In the illustrated embodiment, the latch (10) cooperates with the peripheral edge (16) of the bracket (5). It should be noted that the present invention is however not limited to such an embodiment.
    More particularly, the latch (10) extends under the latching lug (6) while being slidably mounted in a housing (17) in the form of an opening in this latching lug (6). In addition, the body of this latch (10) extends through this housing (17) and is secured to it a control button (18), preferably of a thermally insulating material.
    Thus, through a control button (18), accessible on the top of the latching lug (6), the user can push the latch (10) into its unlocked position against the action of said biasing means. (12). Of particular note in this regard, that these biasing means (12) may be of elastic type and in particular be in the form of a spring, knowing that they can borrow many other embodiments. By way of example, such return means (12) may consist of one for several magnets, in particular two magnets acting in opposition. Thus, under the action of the unlocking control, one of these magnets, carried by the latch, can come closer to another fixed magnet mounted in opposition of magnetization, so that by releasing the control of unlocking, these magnets repel by recalling the latch in its locking position.
    Many other embodiments of these return means (12) are possible, while being within the reach of the skilled person, including the use of electromagnetic actuator or motor.
    To come back to the nonlimiting exemplary embodiment of the invention, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, these biasing means (12) are of elastic type and represented by a spring (19) taking a position substantially in the housing (17) being interposed between the latch (10) and a stop (20) formed in this housing (17) to be able to perform its function of returning said latch (10) in the locking position (11).
    According to the invention, the latch (10) is slidably mounted on the handle (3) in a direction (21) forming an acute angle (22) relative to the plane (23) of the bracket (5) for, starting from an unlocked position, separated from said fixing lug (5), to tighten towards the latter under the action of the return means (12) in the locking position.
    According to an advantageous embodiment, at its end (13) the latch (10) comprises a bearing surface (24) intended to cooperate with the opposite side (14) of the bracket (5) by pushing it in the direction of the latching lug (6) of the handle (3). Preferably, this bearing surface (24) forms, in this locked position (11), a clearance angle (25) with this opposite side (14) of the bracket (5), so as to avoid any effect corner of the action of the latch (10).
    According to another advantageous embodiment, the latch (10), at this end (13) intended to cooperate with the fixing lug (5), comprises, on its lower side (26), an engagement chamfer (27). . Through the latter the latch (10) is naturally pushed in its unlocking direction in contact with the fixing lug (5), when engaging the handle (3) on the container (2).
    According to yet another feature of the present invention, as the case on the hook-shaped end (9) of the hooking lug (6) and / or in the opening (8) in the bracket (5). ) for receiving this end (9) is provided a deformable damping element (28) for absorbing the functional clearance between the end (9) hook-shaped and said opening (8).
    Thus, and as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, this deformable damping element (28) can be associated with the hooking lug (6) substantially in the angle of rotation between the handle (3) and the bracket (5). ). Being located, precisely, at this angle of rotation, this deformable material member (28) is of no constraint, either during the introduction or removal of the handle (3).
    The advantages resulting from the present invention essentially consists in the absence of play between the handle and the container, and this, without the introduction of the handle requires the stressing of any deformable element . In addition, the unlocking control can operate with the same ease as a handle providing no play catching function.
