In addition, the handle frame 106 may further include xme gripping portion Wherein the lateral segments 112, 114 and 116 and the gripping portion 118 may comprise, for example, tube portions. The side segments 112, 114 and 116 at each of the left and right sides are mutually connected through a junction structure 120. The two junction structures 120 on the left and right sides are generally of similar construction, and allow the front leg 104, the handle frame 106 and the front protector 108 to rotate relative to the rear leg 102 to fold and unfold the child stroller mechanism 100. In conjunction with FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the child stroller mechanism 100 illustrating certain interior construction details of the junction strut 120 viewed from an outer side thereof; and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view illustrating certain interior construction details of the building structure 120 viewed from an outer side thereof, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating certain interior construction details of the junction structure 120 viewed from an inner side thereof. The coupling portions 124 and 126 may be respectively pivotally connected to the coupling portion 122 about a same pivot axis 128. For example, the coupling portions 122, 124 and 126 may respectively comprise plates. 130,132 and 134, and the respective rigid plates 132 and 134 of the coupling portions 124 and 126 can be pivotally connected to the rigid plate 130 of the coupling portion 122 about the pivot axis 128. In addition, the coupling portion 122 may further comprise a shell 136 which is permanently attached to the lateral segment 112 of the rear base 102, the rigid plates 130, 132 and 134 being received at least partially in the shell 136. A portion of the shell 136 has been omitted from FIGS. 3-5 to better show the inner construction of the junction structure 120. Referring to FIGS. 3-5, the junction structure 120 further comprises a link assembly 138 which rotates the side segment 114 of the front frame 104 to the side segment 116 of the handle frame 106, the front frame 104 and the handle frame 106 being thus turn in unison around the pivot axis 128 relative to the rear base 102 during the folding and unfolding of the child stroller motherism 100. The link assembly 138 may comprise a toothed portion 140 disposed on the part coupling member 124, another toothed portion 142 disposed on the coupling portion 126, and a gear 144 pivotally assembled with the coupling portion 122. According to an exemplary construction, two arcuate slots 146 and 148 centered on the pivot axis 128 may be respectively disposed in the two coupling parts 124 and 126 (for example, the arcuate slots 146 and 148 may be respectively formed to the rigid plates 132 and 134), the toothed portion 140 may be disposed adjacent to an inner rim of the arcuate slot 146, and the toothed portion 142 may be disposed adjacent to an outer rim of the arcuate slot 148. The two toothed portions 140 and 142 may respectively extend along two concentric arcs which are centered on the pivot axis 128. The gear 144 may be pivotally assembled with the coupling portion 122 about im axis. pivoting member 150 spaced from the pivot axis 128, and may be in engagement engagement with the toothed portions 140 and 142 of the two coupling portions 124 and 126. During folding and unfolding of the child stroller mechanism 100 , the front frame 104 and the handle frame 106 can thus be coupled in rotation with each other, the gear 144 rotating about the pivot axis 150 relative to the portion of the Coupling 122 and moving along the two arcuate slots 146 and 148 with respect to the two coupling portions 124 and 126 when the front leg 104 and the handle frame 106 rotate in unison with the rear leg 102. Referring to FIGS. 1-5, the protection before 108 may for example include a tray on which one can place various objects or items to use. The front guard 108 may extend transversely across a width of the child stroller mechanism 100, and may be respectively pivotably connected to the side leg 112 of the rear leg 102 adjacent the junction structure 120 on each of the left and right sides. law. According to an exemplary construction, the front guard 108 may comprise two lateral parts 152 which are respectively pivotally connected to the two coupling parts 122 (for example, the coupling shell 136 thereof) of the lateral segments 112 around each other. the pivot axis 150. The pivoting connection of the front guard 108 with the coupling portion 122 may for example comprise a coupling mount 154, which is pivotally connected to the shell 136 of the coupling portion 122 around of the pivot axis 150 and can be permanently attached to a corresponding lateral portion 152 of the front guard 108. The front guard 108 and the gear 144 are thus pivotally assembled about the same pivot axis 150, and the gear 144 is rotatable about the pivot axis 150 relative to the front guard 108 during folding and unfolding of the child stroller mechanism 100. The junction structure 120 further includes another link assembly 156 which rotates the front guard 108 to the side leg 114 of the front leg 104 at each of the left and right sides. According to an exemplary construction, the link assembly 156 may comprise a link member 158 which is respectively pivotally connected to the front guard 108 and the coupling portion 124 of the side segment 114. The link member 158 may be a single part having an elongated shape, and may be enclosed at least partially within the shell 136 of the coupling portion 122. Examples of the connecting member 158 may include, without limitation, a rod, a bar, plate, and the like. A first end of the link member 158 may be pivotally connected to the coupling mount 154 at an eccentric location relative to the pivot axis 150, and a second end of the link member 158. may be pivotally connected to the coupling portion 124 at an eccentric location with respect to the pivot pin 128. By virtue of the coupling of the link assembly 156, the front leg 104 and the front portion 108 can rotate in unison around their respective pivot axes 128 and 150 relative to the rear base 102. With the linkage assemblies 138 and 156, the front frame 104, the handle frame 106 and the front guard 108 are connected and can rotate in unison with the back frame 102 to fold and displace the child stroller mechanism 100. The child stroller mechanism 100 is shown in the unfolded state for use in FIG. 1, and in the folded or lowered state of FIG. 6. In the unfolded state, the rear leg 102 and the front leg 104 are open to provide a stable upright support, the handle frame 106 can generally project up and back from the structures. 120 and the front guard 108 can project generally upward and forward from the junction structures 120. In the folded state, the front leg 104, the handle frame 106 and the front guard 108 can respectively down to the rear tread 102, the handle frame 106 being lowered at one side of the rear leg 102, and the front leg 104 and the front leg 108 being lowered at another opposite side of the leg 102. The folded state of the child stroller mechanism 100 is very eompact, which can facilitate its transport and storage. Referring to FIGS. 1-5, xm locking mechanism can be expected pom block the child stroller mechanism 100 in the unfolded state. This locking mechanism may be respectively assembled adjacent to the joint structure 120 on each of the left and right sides, and may include a latch 160 and a spring 162. The latch 160 may be slidably assembled with the latch portion. coupling 122, and may be disposed near the coupling portions 124 and 126. The latch 160 is movable relative to the coupling portion 122 and engaging with one or both of the coupling portions 124 and 126 to blocking, in the unfolded state for use, the rear and front legs 102 and 104, the handle frame 106 and the front guard 108. For example, the coupling portions 124 and 126 may respectively comprise grooves which align with each other when the child stroller mechanism 100 is unfolded, and the latch 160 can engage with the aligned branches of the coupling portions 124 and 126 to to lock the child stroller mechanism 100 in the unfolded state. In addition, the latch 160 can disengage from the coupling portions 124 and 126 to allow simultaneous rotation of the front frame 104, the handle frame 106 and the front guard 108 relative to the rear base 102 to fold and unfold the seat. stroller mechanism for child 100. The spring 162 may have two opposite ends respectively connected to the latch 160 and an anchor member on the coupling portion 122. The spring 162 may bias the latch 160 to a locking state for engagement with the coupling portions 124 and 126, In addition, the latch 160 may be connected to a release member 164 (shown by dashed lines in FIGURE 5), which serves to bias the latch 160 to move against the biasing force of the latch 160. spring 162 to im unlocking state and to disengage the coupling parts 124 and 126. According to an exemplary construction, the release element 164 can extend transversely over a width of the child stroller mechanism 100, and may include a flexible strap or strap. The displacement of the release member 164 may be guided by a roller 165 assembled with the side segment 112. The release member 164 may be pulled upwardly to cause the latch 160 to move to its unlocked state at the same time. against the biasing force of the spring 162, thereby folding the child stroller mechanism 100. According to an exemplary construction, the same assembly of the latch 160 and the spring 162 can be respectively located at the left and right sides, and the release member 164 may be oppositely connected to the two latches 160 so that it can be used to drive simultaneous unlocking of the two latches 160. In conjunction with FIGS. 1 and 2, FIGS. 7 and 8 are schematic views illustrating the gripping portion 118 of the handle frame 106 respectively in an unfolded position and a bent position with respect to the two side segments 116. The gripping portion 118 of the handle frame 106 can be respectively connected with pivoting to the side segment 116 on each side of the left and right sides through a junction structure 166, which is disposed at a lateral end 116 which is opposite to the other end of the side segment 116 where is assembled the junction structure 120 coupling with the rear base 102, the front frame 104 and the handle frame 106. The gripping portion 118 of the handle frame 106 can thus rotate relative to the two side segments 116 between an unfolded position where the part grip 118 generally extends far from the two lateral segments 116, and a folded position where the gripping portion 118 is bent on both side segments 116 to reduce the size of the handle frame 106. The grip portion 118 may be in its unfolded position when the child stroller mechanism 100 is in the unfolded state, and in its folded position when the child stroller mechanism 100 is in the folded state. FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating certain interior construction details of a junction structure 166 that pivotally connects the grip portion 118 to a side segment 116, and FIG. 10 is an exploded view of the junction structure 166. Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the junction structure 166 may comprise two junction portions 168 and 170 respectively permanently connected to one end of the gripping portion 118 and one end of the side segment 116. The junction portions 168 and 170 may be connected to one another. pivoting to each other about a pivot axis 171 about which the gripping portion 118 is rotatable relative to the side segment 116 between the unfolded position and the folded position. In addition, the handle frame 106 may be further assembled with a latch 172 for rotatably locking the grip portion 118 relative to the side segment 116. The latch 172 may be assembled into an at least partially defined interior cavity. by the joining portions 168 and 170. For example, the latch 172 can be assembled for sliding movement along the pivot axis 171 within the interior cavity of the joining portions 168 and 170, this sliding connection comprising shaft portions 172A located on the latch 172 which are slidably received in holes 173 in the joining portion 170. The latch 172 is thus movable to engage with the two joining portions 168 and 170 for rotatably locking the gripping portion 118 relative to the side segment 116 (for example, in the unfolded position only in the unfolded position as well only in the folded position), and to disengage from one of the two joining portions 168 and 170 (e.g., the joining portion 168) to unlock the gripping portion 118 and allow it to rotate between the unfolded position and the folded position. According to one exemplary construction, each of the joining portions 168 and 170 may have an interior provided with a plurality of teeth (teeth 168A for the joining portion 168, and teeth 170A for the joining portion 170), and the latch 172. may have a circumference provided with a plurality of teeth 172B. The latch 172 is slidable between locking state where the teeth 172B of the latch 172 engage with the respective teeth of the joining portions 168 and 170 to rotatably lock the gripping portion 118 relative to the side segment 116, and im unblocking state where the teeth 172B of the latch 172 disengaging the teeth ime junction parts 168 and 170 (for example, teeth 168 A of the junction portion 168) for rotation of the gripping portion 118 relative to the lateral segment 116. The latch 172 may be spring loaded 174, which serves to bias the latch 172 to the lock state. According to an exemplary implementation, the spring 174 may comprise two opposite ends respectively connected to the latch 172 and an inner side wall of the joining portion 170. In addition, the junction portion 168 may be provided with a release button 176 exposed to the outside. The release button 176 may be used to contact and push the latch 172 to its unlocked state for rotation of the grip portion 118 relative to the side segment 116. To facilitate unlocking the gripping portion 118, a link mechanism 178 may couple the latch 172 to the handle frame 106 such that a folding rotation of the handle frame 106 may cause the latch 172 to move and disengage. Unlocking the grip portion 118. Referring to FIGS. 4 and 10, the link mechanism 178 may include a release sensor 180, a cable 182 and a cable feeder 184 (best shown in FIG 4). The release actuator 180 may have an inclined surface 180A, and may be assembled within the junction structure 166 for movement along a plane that is substantially perpendicular to the pivot axis 171. By For example, the release actuator 180 may be slidably assembled in a guide slot 183 located on a side of the junction portion 170 opposite the one where the teeth 170A are disposed. The release actuator 180 may functionally connect to the latch 172. For example, the latch 172 may include a plate 185 which is permanently connected to the respective ends of the shaft portions 172A, and the release actuator 180 may slide in a space between the plate 185 and the guide slot 183, the inclined surface 180A being in sliding contact with the plate 185. Because of the sliding contaet with the inclined surface 180A, the latch 172 can be pushed by the release actuator 180 in order to move to its unlocked state. The joining portion 170 may further include a cover 186 which is permanently attached to close the interior cavity in which the release actuator 180 and the plate 185 are assembled. Referring to FIG. 4, the cable actuator 184 may be respectively pivotally connected to the coupling portion 122 (e.g., the rigid plate 132 thereof) attached to the side segment 112 of the rear base 102 through a connection in pivoting 184A, and at the coupling portion 126 (e.g., the rigid plate 134 thereof) attached to the side segment 116 of the handle eead 106 through a pivot connection 184B. In addition, the cable stabilizer 184 may have an anchor portion 184C for connection to the cable 182. According to an exemplary construction, the cable actiormer 184 may be provided as a single portion having an elongate shape such that bar, rod and the like. The pivot connection 184B may be between the pivot connection 184A and the anchor portion 184C along the cable actuator 184. The cable actuator 184 is rotatable relative to the coupling portions 122 and 126 during rotating the handle frame 106 relative to the back frame 102 to fold or unfold the child stroller mechanism 100, the anchor portion 184C approximating the pivot axis 128 as the handle frame 106 rotates in the direction bending and moving away from the pivot axis 128 as the handle frame 106 rotates in the unfolding direction. The cable 182 may extend along a hollow interior of the side segment 116, and may have two opposite ends respectively connected to the release actuator 180 and the anchor portion 184C of the cable actiormer 184. With the above assembly, a folding rotation of the handle frame 106 relative to the rear base 102 can cause the cable actuator 184 to move relative to the coupling portions 122 and 126 and pull on the cable 182, which in turn may attract the release actuator 180 to slide and cause the latch 172 to move to be disengaged from the junction portion 168 due to the sliding contact between the inclined surface 180A and the plate 185 of the latch 172, thereby unlocking the gripping portion 118 relative to the side segment 116. Accordingly, the gripping portion 118 can be automatically unlocked by a folding rotation of the handle frame 106, without the need to actuate the release button 176. Once unlocked, the grip portion 118 can be rotated on the side segments 116 to fold the handle frame 106. To facilitate the folding of the grip portion 118 over the side segments 116, some implementation may further include a biasing mechanism configured to draw the grip portion 118 to the side segments 116. In conjunction with FIG. 10, FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a biasing mechanism 188 for applying a biasing force that can help bend the grip portion 118 to the side segment 116. The biasing mechanism 188 may include a tension cable 190 which is coupled to the gripping portion 118 and to the side segment 116. The taut cable 190 winds at least partially around a prominent portion 192 on one of the two joining portions 168 and 170, and has two opposite ends 190A and 190B respectively anchored to the side segment 116 and the gripping portion 118. In one exemplary implementation, the protruding portion 192 may be a rounded portion of the joining portion 168 having an inner side provided with the teeth 168A, and may be received at least partially in the joining portion 168 of the gripping portion 118. The cable 190 can be wound in contact with the portion prominent 192. The cable 190 is assembled in a stretched state. According to one embodiment, the end 190A of the cable 190 may be permanently connected to the junction portion 170 or the side segment 116, and the other end 190B of the cable 190 may be permanently attached to an anchor member cable anchor 194 which is slidably assembled with the gripping portion 118. The cable anchor 194 may be disposed within the gripping portion 118 at a location remote from the junction structure 166, and may be coupled to a spring 196. The spring 196 may have two opposite ends respectively connected to the cable anchor 194 and an anchor 198 permanently located in the gripping portion 118. The spring 196 may urge the cable anchor 194 away from the protruding portion 192 so as to tension the cable 190. As a result, the tensioned cable 190 may constantly apply a torque that in rotation the gripping portion 118 in a folding direction to the side segment 116. Once the latch 172 unlocks the gripping portion 118, the biasing force applied by the stretched cable 190 may assist in rotating the gripping portion 118 relative to the lateral segment 116 from the unfolded position to the folded position. An exemplary operation of the child stroller mechanism 100 is hereinafter described with reference to FIGS. 1-11. To fold and lower the child pushchair mechanism 100, an adult can pull the release member 164 upward, which can push the latch 160 on each of the left and right sides to unlock the front frame 104 and the frame. as the adult further uses the release member 164 to lift the child stroller mechanism 100 above a floor surface, the front frame 104 and the front guard on one side, and the handle frame 106 on the other side, can fall back to Tunisson in opposite directions due to the action of gravity to fold the child stroller mechanism 100. The folding rotation of the handle frame 106 to the rear leg 102 may cause the cable actuator 184 to move and pulling the cable 182 so that the release actuator 180 pulled by the cable 182 pushes the latch 172 to move to unlock the gripping portion 118 relative to the side segment 116. Once the gripping portion 118 is When unblocked, the taut rope 190 can cause the gripping portion 118 to rotate and bend over the side segment 116. Accordingly, an adult can easily fold the child stroller mechanism 100 with one hand only by realizing that one step. To unfold the child stroller mechanism 100, the front frame 104 and the handle frame 106 can be turned in unison in the opposite direction away from the rear base 102. Once the child stroller mechanism 100 is fully unfolded, the latch 160 on each of the left and right sides can block the front leg 104 and the handle frame 106 in position. The adult can then rotate the grip portion 118 relative to the side segment 116 against the biasing force of the tensioned cable 190 until the grip portion 118 reaches its unfolded position. Once the gripping portion 118 is in the unfolded position, the latch 172 biased by the spring 174 can lock the gripping portion 118 in position. The advantages of the structures and constructions described herein include the ability to produce a child stroller mechanism that can be conveniently folded with less effort. Achievements of child's pushchair mechanisms have been described in the context of particular embodiments. These embodiments have only an illustrative and nonlimiting purpose. It is possible to make many variations, modifications, additions and improvements.
