专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The field of the invention is that of swimming pools. More specifically, the invention relates to a device for accessing a pool of a pool. Such a device is able to be driven by a movable floor used in the basin to modulate the depth or even the occult to isolate it from external soils, maintain the temperature of the water or ensure safety vis-à- young children. STATE OF THE ART It is known from the prior art a deployable staircase in a pool of a swimming pool having a movable bottom. This staircase, described in FR 2 981 381 A1, deploys by driving the movable bottom. This staircase is adapted to constitute a flat surface in a vertical position of the movable bottom in the basin and a stepped surface in another vertical position of the movable bottom in the basin. The deployment device of the staircase comprises rods interconnected by connecting rods. These rods forming a deformable parallelogram are articulated by sliding pivot links. One of the major drawbacks of this device permanently immersed in the water of the basin is to become clogged by aquatic deposits or by the formation of algae over time. Regular maintenance is then necessary to ensure proper operation of the staircase deployment. But this interview is made difficult by the fact that the deployment device is immersed and not very accessible. It is also known from the prior art a device for access to the pool of a pool, comprising boards that can be placed in different configurations in the pool. Swivel brackets allow to adjust the position of the boards in the different configurations thus forming either a platform to lower a disabled person in the pool, or a retractable staircase. One of the drawbacks of this technique is that the boards forming the staircase are not stable because the boards rest on pivoting supports. None of the current systems can simultaneously meet all the needs required, namely to provide a technique to easily access the pool of a pool reliably and robustly. This technique must also be able to be driven by a movable floor. This technique must also be compact in order to leave the field free for a robot cleaning the pool. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to remedy all or part of the disadvantages of the state of the art mentioned above. For this purpose, the present invention provides a device for access to a basin, comprising at least one horizontal support support secured to said basin and at least one stair module comprising a horizontal plate forming a step or a landing, which modules staircase being adapted to be driven vertically between a position forming a staircase where the ends of the plates are housed on one of said support supports, and an alignment position of the horizontal plates. The access device targeted by the invention makes it possible to deploy in a configuration an access staircase to the pool, where the steps are placed on horizontal supports. In another configuration, the steps are aligned to form a substantially continuous surface. According to the invention, the access device also comprises means for guiding said stair modules onto said support supports. Thus, the stair modules are correctly positioned on the support supports. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said guide means comprise at least one lateral guide pin secured to at least one of said support supports. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said stair module comprises at least one notch being lodged on one of said lateral guide pins. Thus, the stair modules are deposited on the supports being guided horizontally by the nipples. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said support supports are secured to at least one vertical wall of said basin. Thus, the advantageously compact supports do not hinder the passage of a robot cleaning the basin. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said support supports are secured to one or a plurality of vertical profiles secured to a structure placed on the bottom of said basin. Thus, the structure can be installed in any basin without requiring prior work. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said guide means comprise at least one guide rail secured to said stair modules, which slide slides around one of said vertical profiles. Thus, the stair modules are guided vertically on the supports. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said stair modules comprise securing means with an adjacent stair module. Thus, the staircase formed by the modules held to each other, is stable and rigid. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said securing means between two adjacent stair modules is made by interlocking the ends of said modules. Thus, the adjacent ends of two contiguous modules have forms for fitting vertically into each other to stiffen the assembly. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said horizontal plate of said stair modules comprises at least one stiffener capable of stiffening the plate. Thus, the horizontal plate can support a load like the weight of one or more people. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said stair modules comprise a riser. In another particular embodiment of the invention, said riser comprises at least one light capable of allowing the water to pass through said riser. Thus, the pond water can freely circulate through the stair module, especially during the up and down phases. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said stair modules comprise means for fixing a coating. Thus, the modules can be covered with a coating of wood, plastic or metal. This coating can also be non-slip. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said plate of said stair modules comprises at least one guiding light. The invention also relates to a device for partial or total coverage of a basin, which device comprises an access device and a movable bottom comprising means for driving the stair modules of said access device. Such a cover device allows in one configuration to obscure all or part of the pool, and in another configuration to easily access the pool. Throughout the text, the term mobile floor designates both a structural platform capable of supporting a load, a simple cover able to hide the pool for thermal conservation or cleanliness without structural role, see a net or a flexible or rigid grid. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said drive means comprise at least one lifting arm extending in the horizontal plane of said movable bottom, which lifting arm being positioned under said plates of said stair modules. Thus the stair modules of the access device are driven at the same time as the movable bottom. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said lifting arms comprise means for vertically holding said risers of said stair modules. Thus, the stair modules can not tilt longitudinally when they are driven by the moving floor. In a particular embodiment of the invention, said lifting arms comprise at least one longitudinal guide pin adapted to be housed in said lights of said stair modules. Thus, the stair modules are held horizontally on the lift arms. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other advantages, objects and particular features of the present invention will emerge from the following nonlimiting description of at least one particular embodiment of the devices which are the subject of the present invention, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: : - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a cover device of a basin according to the invention; FIG. 2 represents a detailed view of the access device of the covering device with reference to FIG. 1; - Figure 3 shows a detail view of a stair module of the access device with reference to Figure 2; - Figure 4 shows a sectional view of the interlocking of the stair modules of the device with reference to Figure 2; - Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the access device of the cover device with reference to Figure 1; FIG. 6 represents a perspective view of another embodiment of a device for access to a basin according to the invention; - Figure 7 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a cover device of a basin according to the invention. Three positions are shown in Figure 7: a low position (Figure 7a), an intermediate position (Figure 7b) and a high position (Figure 7c); - Figure 8 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a cover device of a basin according to the invention. Two positions are shown in Figure 8: a high position (Figure 8a) and a low position (Figure 8b). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION This description is given in a nonlimiting manner, each feature of an embodiment being able to be combined with any other characteristic of any other embodiment in an advantageous manner. It is noted that the term "one" is used everywhere in the sense of "at least one". As of now, we note that the figures are not to scale. FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a covering device 100 of a basin 11 comprising an access device 10 according to the invention and a moving bottom 12 in the low position. The access device comprises three parallel stair modules 13. Each stair module 13 is made by folding a metal plate to form a horizontal step 14 and a riser 15. The upper step 141 has a larger width, thus forming a bearing also called range. The lateral ends of the steps 14 rest on two supports 16 fixed to two walls 17 opposite the basin 11. The supports 16, also called silts by analogy, are formed in gradient. The steps 14 of the stair modules 13 are advantageously longer than the risers 15, each providing two bearing surfaces 19 with two arms 18 extending the movable bottom 12. The arms 18 thus drive the stair modules 13 during the rising phases of the moving floor 12 and deposit the stair modules 13 on the supports 16 during the lowering of the movable floor 12. The movable bottom 12 is actuated by four control and guide modules 110 installed vertically in each corner of the basin. These modules 110, as described in document FR 2 981 381 A1, comprise a geared motor (not shown in the figure) and a traction cable (not shown in the figure) extending between two pulleys (not shown on FIG. the figure), connected to a plate secured to the structure of the movable bottom 12. These modules 110 and allow to move up or down the movable bottom 12. Figure 2 shows a detailed perspective view of the access device 10 in the low position (Figure 2a) and an enlarged view centered on a side edge of a step 14 (Figure 2b). The lateral ends 21 of the steps 14 rest in housings 22 presented by the upper surfaces of the supports 16. A notch 23 is formed at the center of each end 21 of the steps 14. The notches 23 are lodged around nipples 24 each standing on the upper face of each housing 21. These nipples 24 thus hold the ends of the steps 14 in the housing 21. The nipples 24, advantageously conical, make it possible to guide the steps 14 laterally when the stair modules 13 are deposited by the arms 18. Each of the arms 18 has on the face facing the risers 15 three rectangular notches 210 (partially shown in Figure 2). These notches are centered around the vertical edges 211 of the risers 15. The stair modules 13 thus held can not rock during the rising and falling phases of the movable floor 12. In a variant of this particular embodiment of the invention, the notches are replaced by cylindrical bosses bearing on the inner face of the risers 15 in order to prevent the stair modules 13 from tilting. The upper surface of each arm 18 has three protruding conical studs 25. These conical studs 25 are able to be housed in lights 26 centered on the bearing surfaces 19 of the steps 14. FIG. 3 presents a perspective view of a stair module 13. The stair module 13 is reinforced at the level of the step 14 by two longitudinal stiffeners 31. These stiffeners 31 extending along each side of the step 14, prevent the bending of the step 14 under the weight of a dozen of people. Each of these longitudinal stiffeners 31 comprises six tapped holes 32 placed regularly along the longitudinal median of the stiffeners 31. These holes 32 for securing a coating (not shown in the figure) of wood, similar to that of the movable bottom 12. Twenty-five oblong slots 33 are formed through the risers 15. The lights 33 allow the water of the basin to easily cross the stair modules 13 during the phases of rise and fall. Furthermore, the stair module 13 has a rib 34 and a groove 35. The rib 34 extends along the end of the step 14 opposite the riser 15. While the groove 35 extends along the longitudinal end of the riser 15 opposite the walk 14. As can be seen more specifically in FIG. 4 which presents a sectional view of the stair modules 13 positioned on the supports 16, the shapes of the ribs 34 and the grooves 35 are advantageously configured to fit into each other . Thus, the groove 41 of the upstream stair module 42 houses the rib 43 of the stair module 44 placed downstream. Similarly, the groove 45 of the stair module 44 houses the rib 46 of the last stair module 47. Thus the successive nesting of the ends of the three stair modules 16 stiffens the entire staircase. Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the device 10 in the up position. The arms 18 lifted the stair modules 13 by holding them laterally thanks to the nipples 25 housed in the lights 26 of the steps 14. In this high position, the steps 14 of the stair modules 13 are aligned with the movable bottom 12 thus advantageously forming a continuous surface. Another particular embodiment of the invention Figure 6 shows an access device 60 placed in the corner of a pool pool. The device 60 comprises three step modules 61 formed by folding forming a step 611 and a riser 612. Stair modules 61 having parallel steps 611 are driven by two arms 62 extending a structure of a moving bottom (not shown in the figure). Each stair module 61 has two slots 63 centered laterally near the ends of the steps 611. Conical pins 64 standing on the upper surface of the arms 62, are housed in the slots 63. The pins 64 are used to guide and maintain horizontally the stair modules 61 during the vertical training phases. The three stair modules 61 are deposited on two supports 65 fixed on each wall (not shown in the figure) forming the angle of the basin. The modules 61 have grooves 66 at their lateral end. The modules 61 are thus guided in housings 67 by means of conical studs 68 standing vertically in the center of the housings 67. Stair modules 61 have at their end grooves 69 and ribs 610 fitting into each other to stiffen the staircase. Another particular embodiment of the invention FIG. 7 shows three perspective views of a cover device 700 of a pool of a swimming pool comprising a movable floor 701 and an access device 70. Three positions are represented in FIG. 7: a low position (FIG. 7a), an intermediate position (Figure 7b) and a high position (Figure 7c). The device 70 comprises three stair modules 71 formed by folding forming a step 711 and a riser 712. The stair modules 71 are driven by two arms 72 extending a structure of a movable bottom 701 and are deposited on the ends of vertical sections 75 presented by a structure 73 placed on the bottom 74 of the basin. Two vertical slideways 76 are secured below each step 711. The slideways 76 slide around the vertical profiles 75. Another particular embodiment of the invention FIG. 8 shows two perspective views of a cover device 800 of a pool of a swimming pool comprising a movable floor 83 and an access device 80. Two positions are shown in FIG. 8: a high position (FIG. 8a) and a low position (Figure 8b). The access device 80 comprises a structure 81 placed on the bottom 82 of a basin (not shown in the figure) in which a movable floor 83 is installed. The structure 81 has on its upper face a bearing 84. The height of the structure 81 is configured such that the bearing 84 is aligned with the movable bottom 83 placed in the high position, thus forming a continuous surface. The structure 81 has a shoulder 85 in an upper corner of the movable bottom side 83. A stair module 86 comprising a horizontal plate 87 forming a step, fits into this shoulder 85. The stair module 86 is driven by an arm 88 extending the movable base 83 between a high position aligned with the bearing 84 and a low position at mid-height of the structure 81. In this low position, the plate 87 rests on a horizontal support 89 formed by the end of a vertical section 810 secured to the structure 81. A vertical slide 811 secured to the center of the plate 87 slides on the profile 810 of the structure 81. The slide 811 thus guides the plate 87 during maneuvers of the movable bottom 83.
