专利说明:
"Device for a cosmetic product stick, especially a lipstick stick" TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a device for a stick of a cosmetic product, in particular a lipstick stick. The invention more particularly relates to a device for a cosmetic product stick comprising at least a first element, a cup intended to receive the cosmetic product stick and a second element, the second element being snap-fitted on the first element with a set determined axial, in which the rotation of the first element relative to the second element causes axial movement of the cup. STATE OF THE ART State of the art devices of this type used for the packaging of a stick of cosmetic product are known, in particular but not exclusively for a stick of lipstick. The stick is held by its base in a cup which slides axially between at least one retracted position and a position of application of the cosmetic product in which at least a portion of the cosmetic product stick extends axially out of the device. In known manner, such a kinematics is obtained by means of a rotary mechanism comprising a first element and a second element which, concentrically mounted, comprise for one at least one slide and for the other at least one helical groove which are respectively traversed radially by at least one lug integral with the cup carrying the stick. The cup generally comprises a pair of lugs, the two lugs being arranged diametrically opposite from one another, the first element then being provided with two slides and the second element with two helical grooves. The first element and the second element of such a device are made of plastic material and obtained by molding. To allow their snap-fitting assembly, dimension tolerances of said first and second elements are provided, which are such that there is then an axial clearance between each of these elements. However, such an axial clearance allows an uncontrolled axial displacement between the first element and the second element and leads to a lack of precision in the control of displacement of the cup during use and thus to a negative perception of the quality. of the device. In the state of the art, various solutions have been proposed to remedy and improve the operation of a device comprising a mechanism of this type. The various known solutions are not entirely satisfactory. The document EP-0.844.837 describes for example a device (case) for lipstick stick comprising means for catching the axial play between the first element and the second element (inner and outer sheath). According to the teachings of this document, the axial play compensating means are in particular formed by elastic hoops carried by a crown intended to be attached to attachment to the first element. This solution, however, has disadvantages. The use of a crown, reported integrally on the first element, leads to add tolerances related to the addition of this additional piece. In addition, the increase in the number of coins has negative consequences on the cost. The elastic hoops provide a dual function, on the one hand a function of catching axial play between the first element and the second element (called inner and outer sheath) and, secondly, a "soft" braking function when rotating the first element relative to the second element. The accumulation by the hoops of the retrofit and braking functions does not make it possible to separately optimize the results obtained for each of these functions, in particular not the friction surfaces and the torque obtained with the braking means. The object of the invention is in particular to propose a new device design that makes it possible to solve at least part of the drawbacks of the state of the art while retaining a device that is advantageously simple and inexpensive to manufacture. BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, the invention proposes a device for a stick of cosmetic product of the type described above, characterized in that the device comprises catching means for canceling the axial play between the first element and the second element and braking means , distinct from the catching means, the catching means and the braking means being respectively formed in one piece with the first element. Advantageously, the realization of the catch-up means and the one-piece braking means, in one piece, with the first element makes it possible to limit the number of parts of the device and consequently to reduce the dimensional tolerances. In comparison with the document EP-0.844.837, the device according to the invention comprises one less piece, the ring being advantageously suppressed. The catching means and the braking means are respectively integral with the first element, in particular obtained directly by plastic molding in a simple and economical manner. Advantageously, the one-piece construction of the catch-up and braking means makes it possible to improve the accuracy of the dimensions, in particular with respect to the abutment means. The catching means according to the invention make it possible to have zero or almost zero axial play between the first element and the second element of the device. Thanks to the use of a combination of means to ensure the catch-up function and the braking function, it is possible to optimize the design of each of the means with regard to their function. The means of catching the axial play have an interaction effect with the braking means. The axial play compensating means make it possible to position the second element axially with increased precision relative to the first element, whereby the control of the friction of the braking means carried by the first element against an integral surface of the second element is improved. The control of the resulting braking torque resulting from the friction is an important factor of quality perceived during the use of the device. The braking torque is determined in particular by the surface of the friction zone of braking means such as lugs and by the elastic deformation capacity in the radial direction. The braking torque must be able to be adapted according to the expectations of the people intended to use the device, which expectations often vary from one country to another. This is one of the reasons why it is particularly advantageous to be able to act on the design of the braking means independently of the catch-up means. According to other characteristics of the invention: the means of catching the axial play between the first element and the second element are elastically deformable in the axial direction to exert, on the second element, a thrust force in order to cause the coming abutting the second element against abutment means integral with the first element; - The abutment means comprise at least one flange which, arranged at an upper end of the first member extends radially outwardly projecting; the second element comprises an upper edge which is axially in abutment against a lower face of the rim of the first element under the action of the thrust force; the thrust force is exerted by the catching means on a lower part of the second element; - The catching means comprise at least two studs which, extending radially projecting from the first element, each comprise a bearing surface which cooperates with a portion of a lower edge of the second element; the stud is connected to the first element by means of a beam whose ends are connected to the circumferentially opposite edges of a window formed in the first element; said at least two pads of the catching means are arranged diametrically opposite each other on the first element; the catching means are arranged circumferentially between two braking means; - The braking means comprise at least two tabs which, radially flexible, each comprise at least one friction zone intended to cooperate with a friction surface radially vis-à-vis integral with the second element. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge during the reading of the following detailed description for the understanding of which reference will be made to the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a perspective view which represents a device for a stick of cosmetic product according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention and which, exploded, illustrates a guide forming the first element, an outer sheath forming the second element and a cup respectively before the assembly of these main parts of the device; FIG. 2 is a perspective view which represents a device according to FIG. 1 after assembly (without the cup) and which illustrates the means of catching up the axial clearance between the sheath (setting in transparency) and the guide, as well as the means braking; FIG. 3 is a sectional view which represents the device according to FIG. 2 along an axial sectional plane passing through the main axis of the device and by the catching means and which illustrates the cooperation between the catching means exerting, on the lower edge of the sheath, a thrust force oriented axially upwards to cancel the axial clearance between the sheath and the guide, the upper edge of the sheath abuts against an upper rim of the guide; - Figure 4 is a sectional view showing the device according to Figure 2 according to a radial sectional plane orthogonal to the main axis of the device, and which illustrates more particularly the two pads forming the catching means exerting a thrust force on the lower edge of the sheath; FIG. 5 is a sectional view which represents the device according to FIG. 2 along an axial section plane passing through the main axis of the device and, angularly offset from that of FIG. 3, by braking means and which illustrates the cooperation between the braking means carried by the guide and the friction surface, radially opposite, carried by the inner wall of the sheath; FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing the device according to FIG. 2 along a radial sectional plane orthogonal to the main axis of the device and offset axially upwards relative to that of FIG. 4, and which illustrates more particularly the braking means formed by flexible tabs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES By convention, the "axial" direction corresponds in the figures to that of the main axis A shown in FIG. 2 of the device for the application of a stick of cosmetic product, in particular a stick of lipstick, and the "Radial" direction is orthogonal to the axial direction. In the following detailed description of the figures, the terms "upper" and "lower" or "up" and "down" will be used in a nonlimiting manner with reference to the axial direction, the upper part of the device corresponding to that by which the cosmetic product stick out of the device for its application. Similarly, the terms "outer or outer" and "inner or inner" are used with reference to the radial direction, an outer member being radially further from the axis A than an inner member. There is shown in Figure 1, a device 10 for a stick 12 of cosmetic product, shown in dashed line, including a stick of lipstick. The device 10 comprises at least a first element 14, which will be called hereinafter the "guide". The guide 14 mainly comprises a tubular body 16 which extends axially from a base 18 forming the lower end of the first element 14 to an upper outlet opening 20 to be traversed by the stick 12 of cosmetic product. The outer surface of the base 18 is for example provided with ridges to facilitate its handling during the use of the device 1 0. Preferably, the guide 14 comprises two slides, respectively a first slide 22 and a second slide 24, which are constituted by slots passing radially through the wall of the body 16 and are arranged diametrically opposite to each other. The slides 22 and 24 extend axially in the body 16 of the guide 14, the first slide 22 is closed axially at its upper end while the second slide 24 is open. The slides 22 and 24 are closed at their lower end located on the side of the base 18. The slides 22 and 24 each comprise straight and parallel edges. The first slide 22 has at one of its axial ends an upper notch 26 and at the other end a notch 28 below, said notches 26 and 28 extending circumferentially. In the embodiment of Figure 1, the second slide 24 also has upper and lower notches. The notches 26 and 28 are intended to form end-of-stroke locking means. The device 10 comprises a cup 30 which receives the stick 12 of cosmetic product as shown in FIG. The cup 30 is intended to be mounted to slide axially in the guide 14, respectively between at least one retracted position and an application position. The retracted position corresponds to a position in which the stick 12 is inside the device 10 for the purpose of its protection and storage. The position of application corresponds to a position in which the stick 12 is deployed axially upwards so that its free end extends out of the device through the opening 20. Preferably, the cup 30 comprises two lugs 32 and 34 which protrude radially outwards, said lugs 32 and 34 being each engaged in one of the slides 22 and 24 of the guide 14 and passing through them to extend radially towards the outside beyond the outer surface of the body 16 of the guide 14. The cup 30 has a cylindrical wall 36 which, extending axially over a given height, delimits a housing which receives the lower part of the stick 12 and a bottom 38. In variant not shown, the cup 30 is made in two parts respectively an upper cup for receiving the cosmetic product stick and a lower cup which, sometimes sometimes called "cup motor", cooperates with the mechanism of the device to ensure the sliding between retracted and application positions. In such a variant, the two parts of the cup 30 are joined together with each other, for example by interlocking. The device 10 comprises a second element 40, which will be called hereinafter the "sheath". As shown in Figure 1, the sheath 40 has a cylindrical shape. The sheath 40 can receive an outer sheath (not shown), generally metal, within which the sheath 40 is inserted and immobilized in rotation due to force fitting or for example the use of glue to fix together the sheath 40 and the shirt. In the remainder of the description, the term "sheath" should therefore be interpreted in a nonlimiting manner as also denoting an assembly consisting of a sheath 40 and such a jacket. By way of example, a thrust force applied to a portion of the sheath 40 could also be applied to the jacket to obtain an equivalent result. Preferably, the sheath 40 comprises grooves 42 and 44 helical diametrically opposed, with which the free ends of the lugs 32 and 34 of the cup 30 cooperate in operation. The sheath 40 has an inner wall 46 provided with said helical grooves 42 and 44. The sheath 40 comprises, at its lower axial end, a skirt 48 having an upper outer diameter and delimiting a shoulder 47 at its connection with the portion of the sheath 40 extending axially above. Such a shoulder 47 is generally present when the device comprises a liner integral with the sheath 40, the radial dimension of the shoulder 47 then corresponds to the thickness of the liner so that the liner and the skirt 48 of the sheath 40 have the same outer diameter, their outer cylindrical surfaces extending axially relative to each other. The sheath 40 comprises, radially on the inside, an annular abutment face 49 visible in FIG. 2, the function of which will be described later. The annular abutment face 49 is formed at the beginning of the skirt 48, here substantially axially arranged at the shoulder 47. The sheath 40 comprises respectively an upper edge 50 located at its upper axial end and a lower edge 52 at its lower axial end formed by said skirt 48, said edges 50 and 52 being circumferentially continuous. The sheath 40 is intended to be mounted by snapping on the guide 14 to obtain, after assembly, the device 10 shown in particular in FIG. During assembly, the sheath 40 is fitted axially from top to bottom on the guide 14, along the arrow "I" shown in FIG. In such a device 10, the rotation of the guide 14 through its base 18 relative to the sheath 40 causes axial movement of the cup 30, specifically a rising movement or a descent movement of the cup 30 depending on the direction of rotation. The stick 12 of cosmetic product moves axially with the cup 30 between said retracted position and application position. In the exemplary embodiment, the guide 14, the cup 30 and the sheath 40 are respectively made of plastics material. In a variant not shown of the device 10, the guide 14 comprises a single slide, the cup 30 has a single associated pin and the sheath 40 a helical groove. The guide 14 comprises, axially at its upper end, a flange 54 which extends radially projecting outwardly. The rim 54 has a lower face 56. The flange 54 is circumferentially interrupted at the open upper end of the slide 24 whereby the guide 14 can deform radially to facilitate the assembly of the sheath 40 before returning to its original shape. The sheath 40 has, axially above the skirt 48, an inside diameter which is substantially equal to the outside diameter of the body 16 of the guide 14 so that, after assembly, the radial clearance between the sheath 40 and the guide 14 is very small. . In a device 10 according to the prior art, stop means are provided to limit the axial displacement between the part 14 and the sheath 40 at a determined axial clearance. This is the reason why, in addition to the rim 54, the guide 14 has a shoulder 55 which extends radially outwards and which is (normally) intended to cooperate with the annular abutment face 49 situated radially outwardly. inside the sheath 40. The stop means of a device according to the prior art generally consist, on the one hand, by the rim 54 of the guide 14 and, on the other hand, by the shoulder 55 of the guide 14. The flange 54 forms an upper abutment against the lower face 56 of which the edge 50 of the sheath 40 abuts and the shoulder 55 forms a lower abutment against which the annular abutment face 49 of the sheath 40 abuts. However, as explained in the preamble, the presence of such axial clearance between the guide 14 and the sheath 40 leads to a lack of precision in operation and to a negative perception as to the quality of the device 10. The device 10 comprises in a lower portion 58 of the guide 14, axially between the shoulder 55 and the base 18, means 60 for catching the axial play. The lower portion 58 of the guide 14 extends axially on a height generally similar to that of the skirt 48 of the sheath 40. According to an important characteristic of the invention, the means 60 for compensating the axial play are able to cancel the axial clearance between the guide 14 and the sheath 40. The means 60 for compensating the axial play are made in one piece, in one piece, with the guide 14. The catching means 60 are arranged in the lower portion 58 located axially above the base 18 of the guide 14. The means 60 for catching the axial play are elastically deformable in the axial direction. The catching means 60 are shaped to exert on the sheath 40 a thrust force "P" (shown schematically with an arrow in FIG. 2) in order to cancel the axial play and cause the sheath to come into abutment. 40 against an axial abutment means of the guide 14. The thrust force P is exerted axially from bottom to top by the catching means 60 on a lower part of the sheath 40, preferably on the lower edge 52 of the skirt. 48 of the sheath 40. As a variant not shown and as indicated above, the thrust force could be exerted by the catching means 60 on a jacket integral with the sheath 40. As shown in Figures 2 and following, the upper edge 50 of the sheath 40 biased by the thrust force P is axially in abutment against the lower face 56 of the rim 54 of the guide 14, whereby the axial clearance is then canceled. . As can be seen in Figure 2, the axial abutment means formed by the shoulder 55 and the face 49 and previously intended to axially lock the sheath 40 relative to the guide 14 have become inoperative. The shoulder 55 and the face 49 are axially separated from one another by the axial clearance that would have existed between the guide 14 and the sheath 40 in the absence of catching means 60, axial clearance that the means 60 of catching up have allowed to cancel. Advantageously, the catch-up means 60 comprise at least two studs 62 which, extending radially projecting from the lower portion 58 of the guide 14, beyond the outer surface of the guide 14, each comprise a surface 64 of FIG. support. Preferably, the support surface 64 is flat and extends in a plane orthogonal to the axis A. The bearing surface 64 of each stud 62 cooperates with a portion of the lower edge 52 of the sheath 40 on which said thrust force is applied. The lower stopper means 55, 49 advantageously protect the catching means 60 formed by the pads 62 during assembly, in particular in case of stroke of the sheath 40 with respect to the guide 14, avoiding any deterioration of the pads 62. Each stud 62 is radially connected to the guide 14 via a beam 66 whose ends are connected to the circumferentially opposite edges 67 and 69 of a window 68 formed in the guide 14. Each of the pads 62 is positioned at the center of the beam 66, equidistant from the edges 67 and 69 of the window 68 formed in the portion 58 of the guide 14. The beam 66 is free to deform axially in the window 68, in particular in bending during assembly, before exerting by reaction said thrust force P on the lower edge 52 of the sheath 40. Preferably, the two pads 62 of the catching means 60 are arranged on the guide 14 diametrically opposite to each other. As a variant, when the catch-up means 60 comprise more than two studs 62, for example three or four studs, said studs are advantageously angularly distributed regularly over the guide 14. The device 10 comprises braking means 70, distinct from the catching means 60. As the catching means 60, the braking means 70 are made in one piece with the guide 14, more precisely with the portion 58 in which said braking means 70 as the catch-up means 60 are arranged. The braking means 70 consist of at least one, preferably two tabs 72. In the exemplary embodiment, the braking means 70 comprise a total of four tabs 72 which are diametrically opposed in pairs. As represented in FIGS. 4 and 6, the catch-up means 60 are arranged circumferentially between two braking means 70, each of the two pads 62 being arranged between two tabs 72. The tabs 72 forming the braking means 70 are radially flexible, each tab 72 being connected to the guide 14 by one of its ends, the other free end of which is capable of radially breaking to apply a braking force. Each tab 72 is individually formed in a window of the portion 58 of the guide 14 which therefore comprises four in the embodiment. In a variant not shown, a pair of legs 72 is formed in the same window, the free ends of each of the tabs 72 being faces and each tab 72 being connected to one of the axial edges of the window. Each tab 72 comprises at least one zone 74 of friction which is intended to cooperate with a friction surface 76 situated radially opposite and integral with the sheath 40. Advantageously, the zone 74 of friction of each tab 72 is likely to vary depending on the applications and the desired braking torque. In the exemplary embodiment, the catch-up means 60 make it possible to axially position the tabs 72 forming the braking means 70 with respect to the friction surface 76 precisely.
